The usage of manual keys in door security has become obsolete due to the increasing risk of theft and loss of valuable items. Observations at the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Negeri Padang reveal the shortcomings of manual key systems, including the possibility of getting stuck, lost keys, and the inability to record access. TCAD (Tap Card Access Door) offers a solution by utilizing NFC and cameras to directly monitor door access. This research aims to develop TCAD that can real-time monitor door access and store usage data. The development method for TCAD follows the waterfall model, and the system is designed using PHP with the Laravel framework, JavaScript, MySQL as the DBMS, and Visual Studio Code as the editor. Test results demonstrate that TCAD with NFC and web-based monitoring simplifies access entry recording, facilitates data collection during user room access, and improves data search efficiency. With TCAD, it is expected that door security and access monitoring can be better controlled and more efficient in line with current technological advancements.

Currently, internally funded research and community service activities are still carried out at a semi-computerized level, so the data is not yet well integrated. The process of submitting proposals and reporting research activities and community service still uses Google Form, while assessments are carried out using Microsoft Excel. In this process, several obstacles have been identified, one of which is the potential impact of changes to submission data which could affect other data. Therefore, a fully computerized information system will be created, aimed at making it easier for P3M units to manage the internal grant application, assessment and reporting process through an online-based website. The results of this research, the internal grant application system for processing internal grant data has been integrated with the results of black box testing, obtaining a percentage of 100% which is in accordance with the goals and functions of the system. Apart from that, user response testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) has been carried out with an average percentage result of 90.83% stating that the system helps in improving the smoothness of the internal grant application process

The Web-Based YPPK Nabire PSW Digital Archiving Application is an information technology innovation that aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the filing process at the Nabire Catholic Education and School Foundation (YPPK). This article discusses the implementation and development of web-based digital archiving applications to replace existing traditional archiving systems. The application is designed to simplify the process of managing and searching archived documents through a user-friendly web interface. By using web technologies namely PHP programming language and CSS Boostrap. Users can access and manage digital archives more quickly and efficiently. In addition, this application also provides security features to protect the confidentiality and integrity of archive data. This application development methodology involves analyzing user needs, intuitive interface design, and implementing a reliable database system. The article also highlights the benefits of digital archiving applications, including time savings, reduced printing costs, and improved information accessibility. With the implementation of YPPK Nabire's Web-Based PSW Digital Archiving Application, it is expected that YPPK Nabire can gain significant benefits in effectively managing and utilizing archive data, supporting better decision making, and improving overall organizational performance.

The risk of human error, such as losing the complaint form, also increases with the use of these manual methods. The WhatsApp application, which is not a dedicated platform for complaints, also has privacy flaws that could threaten user information if not properly encrypted. Apart from that, using Telegram or WhatsApp as a platform for complaints also does not guarantee optimal data security. Messages sent through such applications are vulnerable to thirdparty access if not properly encrypted, increasing privacy risks for users. Therefore, the use of web-based applications can be an appropriate and effective solution for handling complaints. Relevant agencies must allocate resources to develop more sophisticated digital complaint systems.

Pramudita still records manually in a book, namely recording financial data in the form of income and expenditure of parking financial data every day, so there are often errors in recording financial data. CV. Pramudita needs a financial data management system to help store financial data in the form of daily income and expenses and also various issues that include financial matters. The system design that will be designed includes a website-based financial information system. This system was also built using the waterfall method with PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages. From the SUS test results, this parking financial data management information system is included in the marginal category, acceptability ranges and high, the scale grade obtained is D and the level of user satisfaction is OK.

By developing a web-based sales information system with a prototype method, consumers can easily operate the application and make transactions easier because this system can be used anywhere and anytime and its development involves consumers, so this system can really be used well and easily.

The aim of the research is to determine the level of satisfaction of SIPP users using the end-user satisfaction computing model approach which has been modified by Aggelidis & Chatzoglou and what factors of end-user computing satisfaction influence user satisfaction. The method in this research was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. The results of the research were that the level of satisfaction of SIPP users was 6% very satisfied, 81% felt satisfied, 12% felt neutral, 1% felt dissatisfied, 0% felt very dissatisfied. The results of the analysis obtained an R-square value of 79.1%, which states that information quality, system quality and support in sourcing have a positive and significant effect on overall satisfaction. Geographic information system is produce the spread of diseases that determine how the diseases spread and help the areas that do not have health facilities to receive medical countermeasures from the parties concerned.
