The sample in this study was 31 respondents who had been determined using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance limit of 5%. Data were analyzed descriptively using rationality guidelines which include correct diagnosis, correct drug selection, correct dose, correct time interval, alertness to side effects, and correct information. The results of the study showed that the treatment of dyspepsia at the Puskesmas Pamarayan was rational.

According to available data, colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant neoplasms. Depending on location, type of cancer, or gender, this disease ranks 2nd to 4th in terms of worldwide incidence. CRC from year to year shows an increasing trend both in terms of morbidity and mortality. Many factors may be responsible for the development of this disease, including genetic and environmental factors. Although CRC-related mortality is very high in high-income countries, CRC-related incidence and mortality is also increasing in developing countries. CRC that is detected early is completely curable with surgery and subsequent treatment. However, the recurrence rate is high, and cancer drug resistance increases the treatment failure rate. Access to early diagnosis and treatment of CRC for survival is somewhat possible in developed countries. However, these facilities are rarely available in developing countries.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin inflammation in the form of chronic, recidive dermatitis, accompanied by itching, and hitting certain parts of the body, especially on the face in the baby (infantile phase) and the flexible part of the extremities (in the child phase). Atopic dermatitis often occurs in infants and children, about 50% will disappear in adolescence, but sometimes it can also persist, or even only begin to appear in adulthood. The prevalence of AD is increasing and the increase in the incidence of AD is related to a history of atopy. The etiology of AD is not known with certainty, but it is known to be caused by the interaction of intrinsic and extrinsic factors in AD. Clinically, itching and skin disorders are found according to specific morphology and distribution. Risk factors that are proven to cause and induce AD are skin barrier disorders due to FLG mutations, environmental changes, and diet. FLG mutations can damage the skin barrier function with impaired pH and maintenance of skin hydration. It is known that the causes of multifactor AD and AD cannot be cured, however, only controlled. Therefore, preventive efforts are important, where doctors need to communicate with patients and their families, provide information and education on diseases, and how to treat and prevent recurrences. Because until now there is no ideal treatment regimen for AD patients, so thorough and appropriate management is needed, especially in reducing signs and symptoms, healing and preventing recurrences.

This study aims to determine patient characteristics and management of perianal fistula patients at Cut Meutia General Hospital in 2018-2021. This is a retrospective descriptive study using secondary data from perianal fistula patients at Cut Meutia General Hospital.
