The purpose of this research is to analyze how strategies for collecting and managing Third Party Funds (DPK) affect the profitability level of Bank Jatim. As the bank’s main funding source, the effectiveness of DPK management significantly determines its ability to distribute credit, maintain liquidity, and improve financial performance. This research applies a qualitative descriptive methodology within a case study framework at Bank Jatim, with data collected through comprehensive field observations. conducted during the MBKM internship program in the Accounting and Financial Management Division, complemented by the analysis of Bank Jatim’s financial statements for the 2024–2025 period. The findings reveal that the 15% growth in DPK in 2024 positively contributed to the increase in productive assets, net interest margin (NIM), and return on assets (ROA). Bank Jatim’s main strategies include increasing the proportion of low-cost funds (CASA), digitalizing services through the JConnect application, collaborating with local governments, and providing exclusive services for priority customers. These approaches not only promote the growth of low-cost funds but also strengthen customer loyalty and the bank’s competitiveness amid the evolving banking landscape. The study concludes that innovative, efficient, and digitally based DPK management enhances Bank Jatim’s profitability and reinforces its role as a regional development bank. The study recommends strengthening financial literacy among the public and diversifying deposit products to expand the customer base..      Keywords: Third Party Funds, Bank Jatim, Profitability, Digital Banking, Financial Management Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi penghimpunan dan pengelolaan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank Jatim. Sebagai sumber pendanaan utama, efektivitas pengelolaan DPK memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kemampuan bank untuk menyalurkan kredit, mempertahankan likuiditas, serta meningkatkan kinerja keuangan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada Bank Jatim. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi langsung di lapangan. program magang di Divisi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Keuangan, serta melalui analisis laporan keuangan Bank Jatim periode 2024–2025.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan DPK sebesar 15% pada tahun 2024 memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan aset produktif, Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Return on Assets (ROA). Strategi utama yang diterapkan Bank Jatim mencakup peningkatan proporsi dana murah (CASA), digitalisasi layanan melalui aplikasi JConnect, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah, serta penyediaan layanan eksklusif bagi nasabah prioritas. Strategi tersebut tidak hanya berhasil mendorong peningkatan dana murah, tetapi juga memperkuat loyalitas nasabah dan daya saing Bank Jatim di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri perbankan.Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan DPK yang inovatif, efisien, dan berbasis digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas Bank Jatim sekaligus memperkuat perannya sebagai bank pembangunan daerah. The rapid development of information and communication technology has transformed the way people access information, interact, and live their daily lives. In this regard, students from the Mathematics Education Study Program at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra conducted "Smart Socialization" during a community service activity in Jaharun A Village, Galang District. The main objective of this community service activity was to increase awareness and understanding among residents of Jaharun A Village, Galang District, regarding the importance of digital literacy in facing the challenges of AI-based disinformation on social media. The implementation methods included initial observation, outreach, and interviews. The results of this activity indicated high community enthusiasm, active participation, and a better understanding of how to use social media wisely and responsibly. This activity successfully built critical public awareness of the importance of verifying information before sharing it and increased local community preparedness for the complex digital information era. This activity is expected to become a model for applicable and sustainable digital literacy education in rural areas.

This research aims to analyze the alignment of Bank Jago’s digital banking innovations with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) during the 2022–2024 period. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis with a document study approach, which includes the Annual Report, Integrated Report, and Sustainability Report of Bank Jago over the past three years. The results of the study indicate that Bank Jago’s digital innovations are aligned with the five main dimensions of the SDGs: economic, social, governance, environmental, and partnership. From the economic perspective, digitalization has enhanced efficiency and financial performance through the growth of third-party funds and the expansion of access to digital services. In the social dimension, financial literacy programs, MSME financing, and digital zakat initiatives have strengthened financial inclusion among communities. The governance and environmental aspects demonstrate a commitment to transparency, energy efficiency, and green banking practices. Meanwhile, collaborations with fintech ecosystems and social institutions have reinforced sustainable partnerships. Overall, Bank Jago has implemented a digital transformation strategy aligned with the principles of Strategic Fit and Value Co-Creation, making digital innovation not only an instrument of economic growth but also a means to achieve sustainable development in Indonesia’s banking sector.

Currently, MSMEs (Micro,Small,and Medium enterprises) face significant challenges, including minimal digital literacy,limited access to technology,and the need for appropriate branding strategy formulation to compete in the broadband era. This research is a community service program aimed at strengthening the skills and capacity of MSME actors in Dolok Kahean Village so that they can market their products online and build their brand through digital platforms. The method used is a qualitative-applicative approach focusing on intensive training, education, and assistance (hands-on). The material covered the mastery of basic digital marketing concepts, online brand management, and practical technical assistance in creating and managing social media accounts and e-commerse. The results indicate that the program successfully and effectively overcame digital literacy constraints and instilled awareness about the crucial need for fundamental changes in business mindset and models. Partners have mastered basic digital marketing concepts and were successfully assisted in creating an Instagram account, which tangibly strengthened their practical skills for expanding sales reach. Futhermore, the objective of strengthening branding was achieved, as partners recognize that branding is a vital investment and fundamental strategy for creating a solid foundation for long-term business sustainability. Overall, the implementation of digital marketing strategies proves to be a comprehensive solution that significantly aids the development of MSMEs in responding to the shift in consumer behavior toward online shopping.

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of parents and posyandu cadres in utilizing the Webalita application as a web-based educational media for monitoring child growth and development. The main problem faced in the community is the limited access and understanding of digital educational tools that can practically and accurately support early childhood growth monitoring. The program was carried out through training and mentoring activities, which included: (1) socialization on the importance of monitoring child growth and development; (2) training on the use of the Webalita application; and (3) evaluation of participants’ understanding through questionnaires and hands-on practice. The results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge and skills in accessing, operating, and utilizing the Webalita application, with a score of 81.5%. Participants also responded positively to the application as it was considered helpful in providing educational information related to child growth and development. Therefore, this training can serve as a solution to support community health digital literacy through technology-based approaches.

Digital literacy is a crucial competency for teachers. Accelerating digital literacy for elementary school teachers is not only about mastering digital tools and applications, but also about changing mindsets and approaches to teaching. There are three impacts for teachers and students if teachers are unable to master digital competencies: 1) teachers are less able to keep up with the latest technological developments; 2) teachers are unable to filter and process the latest information, resulting in a tendency towards misinformation; 3) students are less able to absorb the latest information and thus misuse the wrong sources of information. Given these impacts, training and mentoring are needed for elementary school teachers in Songgom District to acquire the right digital skills so that elementary school teachers can maximize their potential. Elementary school teachers in Brebes Regency still do not have good digital competencies. If left unchecked, more and more teachers will lack digital competency. This can lead to a lack of technology-related information that students can use to support their learning. Furthermore, inadequate technology skills can hinder differentiated learning within the independent curriculum. The Community Service Program, initiated by professors and lecturers with expertise in digital literacy and language, is highly relevant to the needs of teachers in Brebes Regency. Elementary school teachers are developing digital competencies by implementing interactive quiz-based learning and Canva-based learning media. These competencies can be applied by teachers in the classroom. Students are expected to absorb the material more meaningfully. Learning through the application of digital literacy by teachers will increase student interest and engagement in learning the material.

The need to strengthen literacy in Indonesian language learning requires teachers to be innovative in designing assessment instruments that are relevant to current developments. One approach that can be used is the application of multimodal texts, namely texts that combine various communication modes such as writing, images, sound, and symbols to convey meaning more comprehensively. This community service program was carried out with the aim of improving the competence of Indonesian language teachers at the junior high school level throughout Sragen Regency in developing literacy questions based on multimodal texts that align with the demands of the Independent Curriculum. The activity was carried out through two months of intensive training and mentoring, which included a theoretical understanding of the concept of multimodal texts, analysis of sample questions, and practice in developing literacy-based assessment instruments. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding of the principles of multimodal texts and their ability to design questions that challenge students' critical and creative thinking skills. Through this program, teachers not only gained new knowledge but also were motivated to be more adaptive to developments in digital media and innovation in learning. Thus, this activity contributed to improving the quality of Indonesian language learning that is contextual, interactive, and meaningful for students.

Digital transformation has brought about major changes in leadership patterns, especially in the public sector. In this context, digital leadership is key for leaders to drive innovation and adaptation to technological developments. However, the success of digital leadership is also inseparable from democratic leadership values that emphasize participation, openness, and collaboration. The synergy between these two values is an important foundation for building an effective and humanistic leadership style in the digital age. This study aims to analyze the role of Dedi Mulyadi's digital leadership in developing digital talent through the 2025 Jabar Istimewa Digital Academy (JIDA) program in West Java. The approach used is qualitative with a literature study method, sourced from 14 scientific journals and three official news reports. The results of the study show that Dedi Mulyadi applies a visionary, adaptive, and collaborative digital leadership style. Democratic values are also evident through a participatory approach that involves the community, educational institutions, and the industrial sector in the implementation of the JIDA 2025 program. This program has proven to strengthen digital literacy, expand access to technology training, and improve the readiness of West Java's human resources in facing the challenges of the digital economy. Thus, digital leadership combined with democratic principles plays an important role in realizing inclusive, competitive, and sustainable human resource development in the era of digital transformation.

This Community Service Program (PkM) arises from the significant challenges faced by Vocational High School (SMK) students in adapting to the rapid progression of the digital era and the widespread use of artificial intelligence (AI). In an environment flooded with online information, many students tend to accept and share digital content without adequately verifying its validity, leaving them susceptible to misinformation, deceptive media, and inaccurate data. Ethical risks linked to AI misuse have also surfaced, including plagiarism through automated text-generation tools, excessive reliance on chatbots without ethical consideration, and potential privacy breaches due to limited awareness of technological vulnerabilities. To respond to these issues, the PkM program adopts an educational strategy focused on critical digital literacy training and mentoring tailored for SMK students. The initiative highlights the importance of critical thinking in evaluating and validating digital information, while simultaneously promoting ethical responsibility in using AI. Through workshops, case-based simulations, group discussions, and practical content analysis, students learn to recognize digital manipulation and reflect on the social implications of AI. Expected outcomes include increased ethical digital awareness, the development of a sustainable training module, academic publications, and long-term collaboration between schools and universities, ultimately preparing students to be competent, ethical, and responsible digital citizens.

The community service program titled “Digital Literacy Transformation through Canva as a Strategic Step for Strengthening Education and Empowering the Potential of Susukan Village toward Independence” was implemented to enhance the digital literacy competencies of rural communities, particularly among youth. This initiative was motivated by the low level of digital-based educational literacy, limited use of interactive learning media, and the lack of promotional content supporting the creative economy in Susukan Village. The implementation method employed a community-based empowerment approach through five main stages: socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and the establishment of the Village Digital Literacy Center. The training was conducted through hands-on practice, including the introduction of basic Canva features, the creation of interactive learning media, and the development of village branding content. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in participants’ skills: 80% were able to produce at least three usable designs, 72% successfully created independent educational or promotional content, and participant satisfaction reached 91%. Moreover, participants’ digital literacy scores increased to 82.4 after the training. The establishment of the Village Digital Literacy Center serves as a strategic step to ensure program sustainability and autonomous knowledge transfer at the local level. Overall, this activity successfully promoted digital literacy transformation in Susukan Village, strengthened the community’s ability to utilize technology for education and local potential empowerment, and fostered an adaptive and self-reliant village in the digital era.

This study aims to examine how Islamic financing contributes to the empowerment of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the trade sector. MSMEs play a crucial role as one of the main pillars of the national economy; however, they continue to face various challenges such as limited access to capital, inadequate managerial skills, and low levels of financial literacy. Islamic financing emerges as a solution by applying fundamental Islamic principles, including the prohibition of usury (riba), fairness, and transparency in all financial transactions.The research employs a descriptive qualitative method based on a literature review from various reliable sources. The findings reveal that Islamic financing, through contracts such as murabahah, musyarakah, mudharabah, and ijarah, not only provides access to capital but also offers mentoring and training programs to help entrepreneurs manage their businesses more professionally.The positive impact of Islamic financing can be seen in the improvement of business performance, increased turnover, and enhanced welfare among MSME actors. Furthermore, this system contributes to the stability of the Islamic banking industry and promotes sustainable national economic growth. Therefore, further development of Islamic financing is necessary to expand its reach and benefit a greater number of small and medium enterprises across Indonesia.

The independent real college work (KKN) of Muhammadiyah Sumatra Utara was carried out at MTS Al-Washliyah, Hamparan Perak sub-district, Deli Serdang district. This KKN program aimed to improve literacy and highlight the importance of education for children’s abilities in both character development and student intelligence. The goal of education is to advance intellectual development while instilling moral values, ethics, integrity, and tolerance in students. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents is crucial in developing literacy in students. Parents are encouraged to help children develop a habit of reading books, thus providing a positive influence on their children's educational progress. Additionally, parents' active involvement allows children to have better opportunities to develop their literacy skills. By creating a supportive home environment and fostering positive reading habits, parents play a vital role in improving the overall literacy of students. This KKN program has shown that collaboration between parents and educational institutions can significantly enhance the literacy development of students.

The main problem faced by MA Al Ulya Al Mubarok is the low level of financial literacy and the lack of understanding of the importance of early investment. Most students still perceive saving as the only form of financial management without recognizing the potential for asset growth through safe and well-planned investments. The absence of practical education on personal financial management and limited access to learning resources about investment are the main barriers to developing intelligent and future-oriented financial behavior. As a solution, this community service program is designed to improve financial literacy and foster investment intention among students. The program will be implemented through several stages of activities, including: needs and baseline analysis of students, development of a contextual-based financial literacy module, interactive socialization and training on the basic concepts of saving, personal financial management, and introduction to investment. The expected outcomes of this program include: an increase in students’ financial literacy level by at least 30% based on pre-test and post-test results, the initiation of a student investment awareness community, and the creation of a financial literacy learning module that can be used sustainably by the school. This community service program is expected to serve as a model for financial literacy development in secondary education institutions while supporting national efforts to build a financially literate, independent, and future-oriented young generation.

Islamic Financial Institutions play a vital role in strengthening the Islamic economy in Aceh, particularly through financing micro businesses. Article 14 of Qanun Aceh Number 11 of 2018 sets a target of 40% profit-sharing-based financing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by 2024. However, the realization of financing with profit-sharing contracts is still low. This study aims to examine the implementation of Qanun Number 11 of 2018 in facilitating micro business financing in Aceh, identify obstacles in its implementation, and analyze the roles of the government, society, and the private sector in supporting this process. The study uses an empirical juridical method, collecting data through literature studies, interviews, and observations. Data analysis is conducted qualitatively with a prescriptive analytical approach. Challenges to financing distribution include business actors not meeting credit quality assessments and prudential banking standards, causing banks to implement risk management strategies to prevent non-performing loans. Additionally, low financial literacy among business actors remains a significant barrier. The local government supports micro business financing by establishing the Technical Implementation Unit of the Integrated Business Service Office, providing financial assistance, and introducing the draft Qanun of Aceh Sharia Financing Guarantee. Bank Aceh Syariah offers training and coaching for MSMEs, while Bank Syariah Indonesia aids MSMEs through the MSME Center and the Muslim Entrepreneur program. Improving financial literacy is essential for business development. The study recommends that the Aceh Government strengthen the implementation of Qanun Sharia Financial Institutions, increase profit-sharing-based MSME financing, and promote financial literacy.

This community service program aims to improve the capacity and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Paku Village, Payung District, South Bangka, through an integrated intervention approach. The program's primary focus is education on legal protection, digital financial literacy, and product marketing, which can strengthen the competitiveness of rural MSMEs. Rural MSMEs often face various challenges, such as difficulties in complying with legal regulations, limited access to financing, and limited market reach, which hinder their growth. Therefore, this program adopts a participatory approach involving workshops, training, and direct mentoring to provide MSMEs with the knowledge and skills necessary to overcome these challenges. Expected outcomes of this program include increased understanding of business legality, adoption of digital financial transactions, and the implementation of effective digital marketing strategies. Through the integration of these three aspects, this program aims to increase MSME income, expand their competitiveness, and create new jobs at the local level. With long-term impacts that include village economic development and community empowerment, this program is expected to become a sustainable model for MSMEs in other villages in the area.

Rural MSMEs often face various challenges, such as difficulties in complying with legal regulations, limited access to financing, and limited market reach, which hinder their growth. Therefore, this program adopts a participatory approach involving workshops, training, and direct mentoring to provide MSMEs with the knowledge and skills necessary to overcome these challenges. Expected outcomes of this program include increased understanding of business legality, adoption of digital financial transactions, and the implementation of effective digital marketing strategies. Through the integration of these three aspects, this program aims to increase MSME income, expand their competitiveness, and create new jobs at the local level. With long-term impacts that include village economic development and community empowerment, this program is expected to become a sustainable model for MSMEs in other villages in the area.

Digital transformation has become a key catalyst in the reform of tax administration in the data-driven economy era. This study aims to analyze the role of digital transformation and fiscal incentives in enhancing taxpayer compliance, with tax literacy serving as a significant reinforcing variable. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to active taxpayers in Indonesia. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to examine the relationship between digital transformation, fiscal incentives, tax literacy, and taxpayer compliance. The findings reveal that digital transformation has a positive and significant impact on improving taxpayer compliance by enhancing efficiency and transparency within the tax administration system. Fiscal incentives were also found to be effective in encouraging compliance motivation, particularly when integrated with digital systems that simplify tax reporting and payment processes. Moreover, tax literacy plays a strong mediating role, amplifying the effects of digital transformation and fiscal incentives on compliance behavior. These results confirm that successful tax reform in the digital era depends not only on technological infrastructure but also on improving taxpayers’ awareness and understanding of fiscal responsibility. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of adaptive, transparent, and sustainable national fiscal policies. It recommends that the government strengthen the integration of the national digital tax system, develop data-based tax literacy programs, and refine fiscal incentive designs to more effectively promote long-term taxpayer compliance.
