In the word legal theory is a foundation, opinion, understanding related to reality by describing the hypotheses studied. Theory provides an explanatory understanding by organizing the problems being faced, the purpose of methodological deepening in the background in order to obtain better and broader knowledge to solve related issues. In the world of health, theory is very necessary before carrying out field practice that directly involves dealing directly with patients to provide good health services. The application of legal theory in the world of health provides an understanding in studying the law that is clearer about legal materials and systematic views on legal statements. In this case, it is also inseparable from legal theory in medical practice, because in providing health services, doctors in the profession know their rights and obligations.

Training in introducing computer basics is one of the trainings that students can develop because the acquisition of excess competencies from this training is quite promising. If students, after becoming alumni, can develop these competencies, it will be very profitable. Partners in this PKM activity are students from MTs Pembangunan Nurul Islam, Sarimulya Setu, South Tangerang. The introductory training on the basics of computer hardware and software was carried out in stages: introduction, counseling and assistance in using it. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partners, there were several problems faced by the introductory training on computer basics, namely students' lack of operating computer technology perfectly, lack of Student motivation when studying computer technology. One of the causes is a lack of awareness of how important it is to study computer technology. The solutions proposed or offered in this PKM activity are as follows: 1. Facilitate and provide direction to MTs students at the school, it is hoped that they can understand the basics of computers more freely without fear. 2. Provide computer basics learning according to level. for junior high school level, they are given advanced material from what they learn formally in school informatics lessons. During training activities, students are encouraged to be able to understand the basics of computers with the aim of raising their self-confidence in learning. For this reason, the PKM team will help to solve problems in the management aspect using training methods

A hotel is a building with rooms that are rented out as a place to stay, event venue and place to eat. Batam has a fairly good hotel population because it directly borders Singapore. One of the hotels in Batam is the AP Premier Hotel, this hotel has four star status in Batam. The problem with this hotel is that the attendance system is often problematic, disrupting payroll at the end of the month. With these problems, the author proposes to create a manual attendance which aims to assist HRD in making payroll at the end of each month, using a direct implementation method. The results obtained from this activity are in the form of softcopy and hardcopy in the form of manual attendance which will be carried out at the hotel.

This study aimed to examine and comprehend the cognitive development of young children, particularly those between the ages of five and six, at Tk Cerdas Ceria. Direct observation of the children's activities and learning process at Tk Cerdas Ceria was used in this study. Teachers' interviews and field reports were used to gather data. The findings demonstrated that children between the ages of 5 and 6 had substantial cognitive development, as seen by improved language use, problem-solving, and logical thinking abilities. Youngsters started to solve basic problems, comprehend cause-and-effect relationships, and classify items. An engaging learning environment, a range of varied learning activities, and the active involvement of parents and instructors all have an impact on this.

Integrated Service Post for the Elderly or Posyandu Lansia is a form of health service organized by the community with support from the government, which aims to improve the quality of life of the elderly. Posyandu cadres become partners in this service facing the following problems; (1) Posyandu cadres have not been trained in managing Posyandu Lansia activities (2) Incomplete supporting equipment such as tensiometers, scales and other simple health check-up tools at Posyandu Lansia. The solutions are: (1) Training of Posyandu cadres in managing the administration and program activities of Posyandu Lansia, (2) Provision of supporting tools for Posyandu Lansia activities in Borisallo Village, Parangloe District, Gowa Regency. The activity will be carried out for 4 months with funding sources from the UMI Waqf Foundation. Results of the implementation of PKM activities (1) Training of Posyandu Lansia cadres for 6 Posyandu Lansia cadres in Borisallo Village, Parangloe District, Gowa Regency. (2) Provision and explanation of the use of supporting tools for Elderly Posyandu activities such as scales, microtoists and thermometers. It is recommended that (1) Elderly Posyandu cadres motivate the Elderly to diligently come to the Posyandu every month so that they can have regular health checks (2) to anticipate Elderly who are lazy to go to the Elderly Posyandu.

However, to date, problems related to land continue to occur and in fact the number continues to increase, starting from ownership rights, cultivation rights, control rights and land issues that arise due to dual ownership where both have certificates for the land. The National Land Agency (BPN) is an institution that was specifically formed to resolve land issues in Indonesia with the hope that people will have legal certainty and legal force over the land they own so that it does not cause new problems in people's lives. By using normative juridical research, the results of this research found that BPN has a central role in realizing certainty, justice and benefits for land managed by the community. So BPN plays an important role in solving land problems and at the same time providing solutions to the problems above. The conclusion of this research is that making BPN a mediator in land disputes before they go to the legal realm is the best solution to obtain legal certainty and resolution of land disputes experienced by the community.

Teacher certification is carried out through the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) which is organized by universities determined by the Minister. However, in its implementation there are still problems, including a lack of socialization regarding in-service teacher certification policies and complex teacher certification procedures and limited quotas. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the Teacher Certification Policy in South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection methods were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used in this research is the Implementation Model according to Charles O Jones which consists of Organization, Interpretation and Application. The results of this research explain that the organizational indicators related to resources are that the implementation of this policy has not run optimally, there is a lack of training and coaching for implementing staff.  The interpretation of the implementation of the teacher certification policy has provided clarity regarding the goals and objectives of all parties involved in implementing the policy. The implementation of this policy is going well, the Government provides the SIMPKB platform which contains complete information about PPG for pursuing an educator certificate.

This study discusses the design of a goods storage information system at the Medan Class A Search and Rescue Office to improve the efficiency and accuracy of goods management management. This system is designed to automate the process of storing and tracking goods, which has been done manually and often causes various problems such as tracking difficulties and data inaccuracies. The results of the implementation show that this information system is able to minimize errors, reduce the risk of loss of goods, and ensure the availability of important equipment in real-time. Despite challenges such as user resistance and resource requirements, careful planning and proper training overcame these obstacles. In conclusion, this system contributes significantly in improving the operational performance of the Medan Class A Search and Rescue Office.

Community service activities (PKM) are an integral part of the Tri Dharma, namely Teaching, Research and Community Service. This PKM activity is carried out by Lecturers routinely every semester which aims to contribute to the community in the application of knowledge needed to face very dynamic developments and changes in all aspects of life. The synergy and collaboration of academics and the community are expected to have a positive impact on both society and the University. Community service activities are inseparable from the other Two Dharmas, and involve all Academics, namely lecturers, students, education staff and alumni. Through PKM, the academic community can be present in the midst of society in order to help with various problems faced by the community. The community service activity (PKM) carried out in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year was the installation of a hole guard rail (Hole Guard Rail) for inspection or inspection of the lower part of the Test Vehicle which is often referred to as the Undercarriage of Vehicles. The motor vehicle test hole or tunnel is one of the facilities at the Motor Vehicle Testing UPT (PKB). The purpose of installing this Safety Rail is to implement Safety First, namely preventing cars or test vehicles from falling into holes or test tunnels and ensuring that services to the public using the service can run smoothly as expected. The construction of this Safety Rail uses two types of UNP profile steel (U channel), namely U channel 100 and 50. U channel 100 is for the safety rail or barrier while channel 50 is for the support pole or support for the Safety Rail. This steel construction is glued or tied with an Electric arc welding system (SMAW). The total cost of this construction is borne by the Head of UPT PKB, Maros Regency.

Pregnancy is the growth and development of an intrauterine fetus starting from conception and ending until the start of labor. The duration of pregnancy from ovulation to parturition is approximately 280 days (40 weeks). One of the problems that often occurs is anemia in pregnancy. Many pregnant women do not know about anemia and how to prevent it. The factors that influence the level of maternal knowledge about preventing anemia are education, age, type of work, gestational age. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and support of families towards pregnant women. This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a Spearman rho statistical test research design and used the technique snowball sampling. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire about the level of knowledge of pregnant women, family support and preventive behavior. The location was at the Genteng Kulon Health Center, Genteng District in July 2024. From the results of the study with the Spearman rho statistical test using SPSS on the level of knowledge, it was found that the level of significance value of 0.001. At the Genteng Kulon Health Center, Genteng District. From the results of this study, it is suggested that there is a need for direction and counseling from officers for IEC to pregnant women regarding increasing pregnant women and family support for anemia prevention behavior in pregnant women.

Dengue fever is still one of the main health problems that threaten people in Indonesia, including Jambi City. Tahtul Yaman neighbourhood, Jambi Province is one of the residential areas that has dengue fever data. In general, most residents use water tanks, the environment looks less clean, and there are still puddles and water reservoirs in the homes of some residents. This activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding to the community about dengue fever and its mitigation strategies, with an emphasis on prevention through vector control, especially the Aedes aegypti mosquito. This counselling will be focused on the Tahtul Yaman Village community. The method used was lecture method and interactive discussion using powerpoint, posters and leaflets on DHF and 3M Plus. After the education, there was an increase in knowledge reaching 89.25%. It is suggested that prevention efforts should focus on controlling the larval population and minimising mosquito breeding sites. Mosquito eradication programmes such as 3M Plus need to be carried out routinely and involve the active participation of the entire community. Effective dengue prevention will create a healthier and safer environment for the community.

Cases of serious maltreatment are one of the legal problems that have a serious impact on victims and society in general. The handling of such cases requires a careful review of the judge's decision to ensure justice and appropriate legal protection. This research aims to juridically analyze the judge's decision in a case of serious maltreatment, by taking a case study of Decision No. 568/Pid.B/2014/PN.Jak.Sel. The approach method used is normative juridical research method with data collection through literature study. The results of the analysis show that the judge's decision has considered various factors such as existing evidence, applicable law, and the principles of criminal law. However, there are several aspects that require further attention, such as consideration of the punishment imposed in proportion to the crime committed and consideration of rehabilitation of the perpetrator. Therefore, wisdom is needed in law enforcement as well as a deep understanding of the value of justice in court decisions.

To carry out the constitutional mandate to overcome the very complex problems arising among youth, the Indonesian government, through the BKKBN organization, has launched a program called Generasi Beplan, or GenRe for short, for teenagers. Planning Generation, integrated into the Youth/Student Information and Consulting Center (PIK R/M), aims to provide communication, information, and education services to reproductive health adolescents to create quality adolescents. Many countries have issued regulations on reproductive health services, but implementation is still limited. The author uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive analysis method. The data collected is secondary data in the form of legal regulations related to adolescent reproductive health services. The results of this study indicate that UKM PIK-M Garuda Bhakta has implemented adolescent reproductive health services in the form of KIE provided during peer teacher training. At the same time, KIE (communication, information, and education) is provided formally and informally, as well as activities that empower the younger generation as peer educators. Therefore, implementation of adolescent reproductive health services at Bhakti Wiyata Kediri Institute of Medical Sciences through UKM PIK-M Garuda Bhakta has been carried out in accordance with the constitutional provisions of PP No. 61 of 2014.

PT. XYZ is an international company operating in the energy sector, especially oil and gas, with a focus on fabrication and construction activities for large-scale projects. One of the main production processes that is very influential is welding. To ensure welding quality, PT. XYZ uses the Non-Destructive Testing – Ultrasonic Testing (NDT-UT) method. However, during the inspection process, problems are often found in the form of rejects due to defects that do not meet welding quality standards. Some types of defects detected include LOF (Lack of Fusion), LOP (Lack of Penetration), and ESI (Excessive Spatter Inclusion). This research aims to determine the percentage of the most dominant welding defects, identify factors that cause defects, and provide recommendations for improvements to improve welding quality. The method used is Statistical Quality Control (SQC) with the help of tools such as check sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, scatter diagrams, control charts and fishbone diagrams. Based on the data collected, a LOF defect of 5,434 mm was found, an ESI defect of 1,990 mm, and an LOP defect of 1,030 mm. SQC analysis shows that the dominant defect is LOF with a percentage of 64%. The main causal factors come from methods, humans, machines and materials. Therefore, companies need to make improvements and developments to reduce product defects so that they can improve welding quality.

Taxes is one of the main instruments in redistribution of wealth and the provision of public services. However, challenges such as tax avoidance, low compliance, and sometimes inefficient administrative systems are still problems faced. Recently, news about the phenomenon of tax avoidance has become a frequently discussed topic in various media. This research is intended for find and inspect the variables that impact Tax Avoidance. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data used are figures obtained through previous research. The data collected from previous studies is secondary data which refers to processed data and investigated previously and has been created in document form. The sample determination method used in this research is purposive sampling. Based on research data, the results show that Liquidity and Capital Intensity have a significant positive effect on Tax Avoidance. These findings provide important insights for managers and policymakers about the importance of liquidity and capital capacity in tax avoidance strategies. The development of adolescence is a period of achieving mental, emotional, social, physical maturity, which is also a transition period from childhood to adulthood. This condition certainly requires adaptation in adolescents, 40% of adolescents admit to feeling more easily offended or angry, but 36% of them feel anxious or nervous. Another 36% feel tired or exhausted during class and 31% show feelings of stress. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to teach adolescents about emotional mental health, so that adolescents can avoid the dangers caused by trying to prevent the incidence of mental disorders in adolescents. This community service activity was carried out in the youth group by providing education. The activity was attended by 28 adolescents. The activity was carried out well. Based on the results of the evaluation carried out using a questionnaire, it was found that adolescents who had a good level of knowledge during the pretest were 5 adolescents (18%) and increased to 23 adolescents (82%) during the posttest. With the increasing understanding of the concept of emotional mental disorders, forms of disorders, causative factors, and emotional mental measurements, it is hoped that adolescents will be able to apply the knowledge and abilities of adolescents to handle emotional mental health problems such as stress and anxiety that occur in everyday life.

Increasing student learning activity needs to use a learning model. In a lesson there are methods that are used systematically which become a unified procedure in the delivery of learning material so that the learning objectives are achieved. This study aims to determine the application of science process skills in science subjects to the activeness of students at MTs Muhammadiyah Parumaan. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This descriptive research method is used because it relates to the topics and problems that will be discussed, namely the application of science process skills in science subjects to the activeness of students at MTs Muhammadiyah Parumaan. The learning activity of VII B students at MTs Muhammadiyah Parumaan was based on the results of the supervision of the school principal when the teacher taught classes using conventional methods, not all students had active learning during the learning process. Researchers apply learning with science process skills. The results showed that the application of process skills to class VII B students at MTs Muhammadiyah Parumaan experienced an increase from the low category to the medium category
