Many researchers, including lecturers, teachers, students, and the general public, have adopted apps to help them write articles. Students are currently expected to produce scientific articles published in accredited journals or respected international journals as part of their final assignment. However, from the observations of the service team, there are several problems faced by the service partners, especially MPI students. They have difficulty preparing scientific article manuscripts and are less familiar with applications that can speed up the preparation process. To overcome this, the service was carried out through lecture, discussion, and mentoring methods using service-learning, which involved pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation stages. The results of this service showed that the training provided participants with understanding and knowledge about using the Perplexity application as a tool to speed up the preparation of articles and paraphrasing to avoid plagiarism. This is evident from the comparison of the participants' pre-test and post-test results before and after the training.  

Applications for dispensation have increased in recent years in various cities. This happened because of changes to Law no. 1 of 1974 which is considered too low and cause many problems in marriage. Therefore, in 2019 there were changes to the Marriage Law, namely Law no. 16 2019 aims to be an effort to mature in age marriage for women from 16 years to 19 years. One of them is the marriage dispensation at the religious court in Pati City. Applications for marriage dispensations in the city of Pati have increased very drastically. The type of research used by the author is normative law. By using a legal approach and norms that apply in society. The results of research conducted by the author on requests for marriage dispensation. There are factors causing the ineffectiveness of these regulations in the Pati Religious Court, namely the lack of socialization to the community, public awareness, there is still an increase in cases of requests marriage dispensation. Factors that encourage the increase in application cases Marriage dispensations include factors such as social media, environment, pregnancy outside.

This study discusses problems related to the application of the lex fravo reo principle in the criminal justice system in Indonesia which focuses on premeditated detention cases committed by former Kadif Propam Polri.  Ferdy Sambo, S.H., S.I.K., M.H against his own aide Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua at the National Police Service house. This study aims to find out why the principle of lex fravo reo is needed in the criminal justice system in Indonesia and how the principle of lex fravo reo differs in the old Criminal Code and in the new Criminal Code. In this study the author used a normative juridical approach. The results in this study show that the application of the lex favor reo principle is very important in the legal system and criminal justice system in Indonesia because it strives for justice to be given equally to defendants where if there is a change in the substance of the criminal law Then the provisions in favor of the defendant apply. The principle of lex favor reo in the old Criminal Code is actually as affirmed in Article 1 paragraph (2) of the old Criminal Code, which emphasizes that if there is a change in the substance of the criminal law, then what is applied is the rule that is most beneficial to the accused. Furthermore, in the new Criminal Code, the principle of lex favor reo is also formulated in Article 3 juncto Article 618 of the new Criminal Code, which in essence is not much different from the formulation of Article 1 paragraph (2) of the old Criminal Code.

Fraud detection is used in various industries, including banking institutes, finance, insurance, government agencies, etc. Recent increases in the number of fraud attempts make fraud detection crucial for safeguarding financial information that is confidential or personal. Many types of fraud problems exist, including card-not-present fraud, fake Marchant, counterfeit checks, stolen credit cards, and others. An ensemble feature selection technique based on Recursive feature elimination (RFE), Information gain (IG), and Chi-Squared (X2) in concurrence with the Random Forest algorithm, was proposed to give research findings and results on fraud detection and prevention. The objective was to choose the essential features for training the model. The Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Score, Accuracy, F1 Score, and Precision are used to evaluate the model's performance. The findings show that the model can differentiate between fraudulent transactions and those that are not, with an ROC Score of 95.83% and an Accuracy of 99.6%. The F1 Score of 99.6%% and precision of 100% further sustain the model's ability to detect fraudulent transactions with the least false positives correctly. The ensemble feature selection technique reduced training time and did not compromise the model's performance, making it a valuable tool for businesses in preventing fraudulent transactions.

This research discusses several educational problems at MAS PAB I Sampali and analyzes policies that can be implemented to improve the quality of education. The main focus of research includes curriculum, educational infrastructure, parental involvement, and policy implementation challenges. First, inappropriate curricula are a concern, requiring thorough evaluation and adjustments to include 21st century skills. Second, limited educational infrastructure requires evaluation and improvement to ensure the availability of facilities that are conducive to effective learning. Third, low parental involvement can be overcome through special programs such as regular meetings and parent training. Fourth, policy implementation challenges, such as resistance to change, require identification of barriers and effective implementation strategies. This solution can be the basis for improving the quality of education at MAS PAB I Sampali and making it more responsive to today's demands. This transformation is not only to meet current educational needs but also to face future challenges with confidence and readiness.

This research discusses the implementation of compliance for trade service employees which is being re-implemented for the community in connection with the rise of street vendors in the South Sumatra province. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research methods are research methods that prioritize social phenomena and provide evidence that is socially coherent and specific in relation to the cases or phenomena that occur. The problems studied in qualitative research are relatively clearer and easier to understand because case studies prioritize real events that occur in the community. The research results show that the implementation of the level of compliance among trade service employees is still relatively lacking. This is because the trade department is still not specific and active enough to remind the public regarding the trading process within the South Sumatra provincial department which still trades anywhere. The follow-up carried out by the trade service is still relatively in the form of a warning. Apart from that, employees in the area or environment of the South Sumatra provincial trade office are still lacking in implementation regarding the prohibition on carrying out trading actions that can damage public facilities, trade on the street, fill sidewalks and also eliminate the comfort of other people regarding pedestrians.

This article discusses the application of the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model to improve learning outcomes in measurement material in elementary schools. The PTK method is an effective approach in identifying learning problems, formulating solutions, and testing their effectiveness directly in the classroom. The PBL model, as a student-centered learning approach, has been proven effective in improving student learning outcomes in measurement material in elementary schools. In the context of measurement, the application of the PBL model is expected to strengthen students' understanding of basic measurement concepts, such as units of measurement, measuring tools, and their application in the context of everyday life. PBL offers a student-centered learning approach, which not only helps students understand mathematical concepts, but also encourages active involvement, problem solving, and the development of critical thinking skills.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the responsibility of a Debt Collector who is confiscating a bad credit vehicle is due to default from the debtor. The Debt Collector who carries out his duties cannot just arbitrarily withdraw the existing vehicle because it must comply with the applicable laws and regulations. Both creditors and debtors have fair legal protection. The debtor who makes a credit must also have the competence so that the credit is paid smoothly. If an act of default occurs, it can be prosecuted through civil law or if there is embezzlement of the motor vehicle used by the debtor, it can be prosecuted through criminal means. This article uses a normative research method whose approach is based on an approach to the legislation in force in Indonesia. Where in this normative research provides a view of how the Debt Collector should work according to the current law. Between the creditor and the debtor, there must be synchronization in carrying out their obligations so that there are no problems that lead to the withdrawal of the vehicle being used by the debtor. The fiduciary law that becomes the guarantor must be better understood by debtors who will make vehicle loans to better avoid the occurrence of the default act itself. Looking at the existing conditions, it is possible that many people who enter into credit agreements do not understand the importance of a law or law that applies in Indonesia. It is possible that if many people understand the law, the Leasing party no longer needs to use the services of a Debt Collector.

The aim of this research is to find out criminal responsibility for political parties based on the perspective of responsibility theory and to find out the ideal sanctions for political parties that obtain funds from corruption. The research method used in this research is literature or normative, namely "the process of searching for a legal regulation , legal principles, and legal doctrine in order to answer the legal problems faced. The results and discussion of this research are: 1) Political parties that obtain funds from corruption crimes can be charged with legal responsibility, this is because political parties which are legal entities are included in the definition of corporations as intended in Law Number 8 of 2010 and Law Number 31 of 1999. Apart from that, the actions of political parties who receive funds from corruption crimes are also criminal acts of money laundering as stipulated in Law Number 8 of 2010. 2) The ideal sanction for political parties involved in or obtaining funds from corruption crimes is to reduce political party financial assistance sourced from the APBN/APBD by the amount 30%, this sanction is applied to political parties whose members commit criminal acts of corruption independently or singly and do not involve political parties and sanctions for the dissolution of political parties if they commit criminal acts of corruption collectively and/or political parties that receive funds from criminal acts of corruption.

Acne is a chronic disease caused by blockage of the oil glands in the skin. The beauty treatment for treating acne is Mesotherapy Acne, which is a treatment technique that incorporates certain substances into the subcutaneous fat tissue. The purpose of this study was to find out the treatment techniques and the effectiveness of Mesotherapy acne technology. The method used in this study is the method of R&D, interviews, observation, documentation and literature. This research developed three acne facial care techniques, namely the technique of pulling up, rotating, and pressing. The author made different studies based on duration, technique, procedure and type of treatment. Product validation of acne facial care technique books using acne mesotherapy beauty technology was carried out by 2 beauty lecturer validators. The results of the scores for all content aspects, display aspects, language aspects, and supporting questions obtained a total score of 28 and 29. Intervals 0-16 are not accepted and 17-32 are accepted. The conclusion of the validation results from the two validator data used is acceptable. Based on these three techniques, the upward pulling motion is effective because it can reduce acne. It is recommended that a guidebook for acne facial care techniques using mesotherapy acne beauty technology can be further investigated because it is effective in dealing with acne skin problems. This service focuses on "Community Empowerment through the Utilization of Household Waste into Organic Fertilizer in South Lembang Batualu", people who do not understand how to make organic fertilizer by using used materials, people still lack understanding in terms of adapting the plants to be planted in the soil with different conditions. Therefore, this service focuses on the theme "organic farming" which aims to increase public awareness and broaden people's knowledge about organic farming, especially in making organic fertilizer using household waste. The method we use is the approach method, this method is a method carried out directly by students to inspire the community in South Lembang Batualu. The results achieved are able to help with community problems regarding organic farming in South Lembang Batualu, so that this service activity can have a positive impact, namely that the community understands more about organic farming, especially in making organic fertilizer using household waste.

This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. Financial problems at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan are not caused by internal bank problems, but external factors such as customer lifestyle, layoffs, requests for other financing, unreliable customers, and work at bad companies. If an opportunity arises, problematic consumer goods are being refinanced at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. This is done by assessing the money given, talking to all financial units, and avoiding problems with previous financing.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, which is the most frequently found bacteria and is transmitted between humans via the air route. The incidence of TB in Indonesia in 2020 was 301 per 100,000 population. Therefore, family doctors play an important role in promoting health and preventing TB disease, identifying risk factors, clinical problems, and providing management to patients by implementing holistic family doctor services based on evidence based medicine through a patient centered and family approach, the main problem This patient did not wear PPE when in direct contact with other patients while working at PKM Tanah Pasir. In this case report, primary data was obtained through anamnesis (autoanamnesis), physical examination and home visits to complete family data, psychosocial and environmental data. Patient Mr. R, 45 years old, underwent routine TB treatment at the Tanah Pasir Community Health Center and was diagnosed two months ago. The patient has normal nutritional status. Pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions are carried out for patients in the form of education about TB disease for patients and their families. The results of the evaluation of the intervention are that the patient has started to do physical activity and the family has supported the patient's routine treatment.

Based on observations made by the Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung Coffee shop, it has several problems, including instability in the number of orders, consumers do not get an attractive impression when visiting, consumers only focus on one product so they do not recognize the Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung Coffee shop brand, Teras Muzaka Coffee shop Lubuk Basung is not yet the main choice for consumers and there is a tendency for consumers to compare Teras Muzaka with other competing coffee shops.This type of research is classified as a quantitative research method with a causal associative approach. This research was conducted to see whether there is an influence of Brand Awareness on purchasing decisions at Teraz Muzaka Lubuk Basung, as well as to see the relationship between these two variables. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula. The number of samples used was 377 respondents.Based on the research conducted, the following results were obtained: the level of respondents' achievement in the Brand awareness variable was 64% in the not good category and the purchasing decision variable was 73% in the quite good category. The results of the simple linear regression test obtained a calculated F value of 61.318 with Sig 0.000 < 0.05, so regression can be used. This means that brand awareness has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The result of the regression coefficient equation is 0.538 with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. The R square value is 0.138, meaning that the Brand awareness variable has an influence of 13.8% on purchasing decisions at the Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung Coffee shop and 86.2% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.
