Embroidery is one of Indonesia’s traditional craft arts that has developed over time and continues to attract people from various social backgrounds. Embroidery techniques are commonly applied to fashion products as well as household items. The diversity of embroidery motifs and techniques provides aesthetic value and uniqueness to each product, making embroidery an important element in the development of the fashion industry. This opportunity can encourage students of the Fashion Design Program at AKS Ibu Kartini to develop their entrepreneurial potential through creativity in manual embroidery. This study employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis as the data processing technique to determine the influence of internal factors on the entrepreneurial motivation of Fashion Design students at AKS Ibu Kartini. The research sample consisted of 65 respondents. The findings revealed that, simultaneously, the four independent variables had a significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation, with a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.910. This indicates that 91% of the variation in entrepreneurial motivation can be explained by technical knowledge (X1), technical skills (X2), creativity and innovation (X3), and entrepreneurial mindset (X4), while the remaining 9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Partially, variables X1, X2, and X4 showed a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation, whereas X3 demonstrated a negative and significant effect. This finding indicates that creativity without market orientation may reduce students’ motivation to engage in entrepreneurship. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving students’ knowledge, skills, and entrepreneurial mindset. Furthermore, proper guidance is needed to ensure that students’ creativity and innovation are aligned with market demands in order to optimally enhance entrepreneurial motivation.

This study discusses the rules of al-masyaqqah tajlibu at-taysir as one of the rules of asasiyyah fiqhiyyah which has an important role in the formation and application of Islamic law. This rule emphasizes that the difficulties (masyaqqah) experienced by the mukallaf can be the reason for the provision of convenience (taysir) in the implementation of sharia law. This research aims to explain the concept of masyaqqah, the legal basis of the rules, the forms of rukhsah given by the sharia, and the limitations and exceptions of its application. The research method uses literature studies by analyzing fiqh literature, ushul fiqh, and relevant Islamic law sources. The results of the study show that the masyaqqah that can be the basis for legal leniency is not ordinary difficulties in worship and muamalah, but difficulties that exceed normal limits and have the potential to cause harm. The basis of this rule is found in the Qur'an and Hadith, which affirm that Allah desires ease and does not desire difficulties for His servants. In its application, masyaqqah is classified into three levels: light, medium, and severe, with different legal consequences. The forms of rukhsah include mandatory, sunnah, mubah, khilaf al-aula, and makruh according to the conditions. However, the application of this rule is not absolute because there are limits to remain in harmony with maqashid al-shari'ah. Thus, this rule is an important instrument in maintaining a balance between the demands of sharia and human capabilities.

Coffee tree trunks are a low-demand biomass resource with potential to be converted into higher-value products, such as charcoal briquettes. This study investigates the effect of drying temperature and particle size (Mesh 30 and Mesh 250) on the performance of coffee wood charcoal briquettes using starch as a binder. Drying was conducted at temperatures of 60°C, 80°C, and 100°C. The briquettes were tested through combustion by heating 50 ml of water, while temperature changes were recorded every minute using a thermocouple until boiling point was reached. Additional analyses included moisture content, ash content, combustion rate, and calorific value. The results show that higher drying temperatures improve briquette performance. The highest combustion rate for Mesh 30 was 0.20 g/min at 100°C, while Mesh 250 reached 0.16 g/min at the same temperature. The calorific value increased with temperature, with Mesh 30 reaching 7178.02 cal/g and Mesh 250 achieving 7498.80 cal/g at 100°C. Although Mesh 30 briquettes exhibited competitive calorific values, their combustion stability was lower compared to Mesh 250.These findings indicate that drying temperature and particle size significantly influence the quality and performance of coffee wood charcoal briquettes

The rapid development of digital service platforms, particularly online motorcycle taxi services, has transformed modern economic transaction patterns, where the relationship between drivers and consumers is categorized as an ijarah (service lease) contract. However, in practice, various forms of breach of contract (wanprestasi) frequently occur and potentially harm one of the parties. This study aims to analyze the concept of the ijarah contract, identify the forms of wanprestasi, and review them based on Sharia Economic Law principles. This qualitative normative research employs a literature-based approach, utilizing secondary data from classical fiqh books, DSN-MUI fatwas, the Indonesian Civil Code, and reputable academic journals, which are analyzed descriptively-analytically. The findings reveal that breaches occur in three typologies: unilateral cancellation by consumers (ta'addi), negligence and fictitious account manipulation by drivers (taqshir and tadlis), and disproportionate cancel fee policies by platforms, indicating structural dzulm. From a sharia perspective, the settlement of wanprestasi requires compensation (ta'widh) calculated based on actual loss without riba elements, while classifying technical obstacles as force majeure under a fault-based liability approach. This study implies the need to reconstruct the digital ecosystem so that it is not only formally valid but also enforces substantive justice based on maslahah (public interest), al-‘adl (justice), mas, uliyyah (responsibility), and tawazun (proportional balance)

Human rights are fundamental rights inherent to every individual from birth and are guaranteed under statutory laws and regulations. These rights are universal in nature, inherent to every person, and must be respected, protected, and fulfilled by the state as well as all elements of society. However, in practice, various conditions continue to trigger human rights violations committed by both individuals and state officials. This phenomenon indicates that the protection of human rights still faces numerous challenges in its implementation. This study aims to examine the relationship between law enforcement officers and civilians, determine the extent to which the actions of law enforcement officers can be categorized as human rights violations, and analyze the mechanisms of oversight and accountability in handling cases of human rights violations. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method to obtain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under investigation. The data were analyzed descriptively to illustrate the relationship between law enforcement officers and civilians within the context of human rights protection. The findings reveal that power asymmetry is one of the main factors contributing to the abuse of authority by law enforcement officers. This condition subsequently increases the potential for human rights violations and underscores the importance of effective oversight and accountability in ensuring that law enforcement officers perform their duties and exercise their authority in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Carburizing is one of the most widely applied thermochemical surface treatments to enhance the mechanical performance of steels; however, existing studies remain fragmented, with limited integration of diffusion mechanisms, process parameters, and their combined effects on surface performance, which hinders process optimization for advanced applications requiring improved wear and corrosion resistance. This study addresses this gap through a systematic literature review (SLR) of approximately 28 peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus and ScienceDirect, using a structured methodology consisting of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and comparative analysis focusing on key variables such as temperature, holding time, carburizing media, and diffusion behavior. The analysis shows that carbon diffusion kinetics and case characteristics are strongly influenced by process parameters, where temperatures of 850–950°C and longer holding times significantly increase case depth (up to >1 mm) and surface hardness (typically 50–65 HRC or improvements up to ~150 HV). In addition, clear distinctions among carburizing methods were identified: gas and vacuum carburizing offer superior control of carbon potential and microstructural uniformity, while pack and liquid carburizing provide more economical alternatives with lower process precision. Notably, inconsistencies were found in correlating diffusion depth with corrosion resistance, indicating a critical research gap. This review establishes an integrated framework linking diffusion mechanisms, processing parameters, and surface performance, offering insights for optimizing carburizing processes and highlighting the need for future studies that simultaneously evaluate mechanical and corrosion properties.

Food and nutrition governance is a central issue in subnational development, especially in areas with high agricultural potential but persistent malnutrition. This study analyzes how Grobogan Regency, Indonesia, implements food and nutrition governance through its 2025–2029 Regional Action Plan for Food and Nutrition Based on Local Resource Potential (RAD-PGBPSDL). Using qualitative policy analysis, the research examines policy design, strategic priorities, coordination mechanisms, and indicator frameworks, supported by secondary data on food production, consumption, poverty, and nutrition. Findings show that Grobogan possesses strong local food assets, including surplus production, improved dietary quality, and diverse commodities. However, major governance challenges persist, such as high stunting rates, maternal energy deficiency, uneven food access, climate-related production risks, and fragmented cross-sector data systems. The policy demonstrates a shift toward multisectoral governance by integrating food availability, affordability, utilization, institutional coordination, climate resilience, and local food diversification. Implementation may be constrained by limited operational detail, uneven agency readiness, and insufficient monitoring and accountability. The study highlights that effective food and nutrition governance requires institutional coordination, evidence-based planning, and adaptive public management. The Grobogan case provides practical lessons for strengthening subnational governance in Indonesia and similar developing contexts.

The agricultural sector is a strategic pillar of Grobogan Regency's economy; however, this significant potential has not fully improved farmers' welfare. The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) decreased from 110.12 in 2023 to 106.85 in 2024, indicating weakening purchasing power due to rising fertilizer and transportation costs without being offset by commodity selling prices. This situation underscores the need for local government policies focused on increasing the NTP above 110 to achieve sustainable farmer welfare. This study aims to analyze the role of the Grobogan Regency Government in strengthening the agricultural sector as the main driver of local community welfare. The research employed a qualitative policy approach with a descriptive case study strategy, using triangulation of interviews, field observations, and review of policy documents such as the Grobogan RPJMD 2021–2026 and the 2024 Agriculture Office annual report. The results show that local government initiatives, such as irrigation network rehabilitation with a budget of IDR 32.5 billion, farmer group empowerment through the Climate Field School Program and Gapoktan strengthening, as well as demonstration plots of superior seed innovations, contributed to a 2.3% increase in rice productivity and a 7% increase in farmers' income. However, challenges remain regarding budget limitations and cross-sector coordination. In conclusion, strengthening policy integration, technological innovation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration are key to enabling the agricultural sector to genuinely enhance community welfare inclusively and sustainably in Grobogan Regency.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that may persist into adulthood and affect academic, social, and occupational functioning. In adult patients, ADHD is frequently associated with an increased risk of Substance Use Disorder (SUD), raising concerns regarding the potential for misuse and dependence related to stimulant medications used in ADHD therapy. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of pharmacotherapy for adult ADHD and to review the risk of stimulant misuse and dependence based on current scientific evidence. The method employed in this study was a literature review using data obtained from national and international journals indexed in Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar published between 2017 and 2026. The findings indicated that stimulant medications, such as methylphenidate and amphetamine, were effective in reducing the core symptoms of ADHD by increasing dopamine and norepinephrine activity in the central nervous system. Most studies reported that the use of stimulant medications at therapeutic doses and under medical supervision was not significantly associated with an increased risk of substance misuse or dependence. The risk of misuse was more commonly observed in cases involving non-medical use and inadequate clinical monitoring. In addition to pharmacological therapy, non-pharmacological approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) also contributed to improving treatment outcomes and patients’ quality of life. Therefore, the use of stimulant medications in adult ADHD patients may be considered relatively safe and effective when administered rationally, individually, and under appropriate medical supervision.
