Human trafficking is a serious crime that continues to evolve at both national and international levels. In Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, human trafficking has become a major issue, particularly concerning the illegal trafficking of Indonesian migrant workers (IMWs). This research employs a juridical-empirical approach, using interviews and document studies as data collection techniques. The findings of this study reveal that: (1) The factors contributing to human trafficking in Belu Regency can be categorized into internal and external factors. Internal factors include the perpetrators' motivation to gain quick financial benefits without considering the consequences and the victims' poor economic conditions and lack of awareness of their rights. External factors encompass poverty, low levels of education, limited job opportunities, and weak law enforcement, which creates opportunities for the perpetrators. (2) The modus operandi of the perpetrators involves deception, such as promising high-paying jobs with good working conditions, which ultimately leads to the exploitation of victims. (3) Efforts to combat human trafficking involve preemptive, preventive, and repressive measures. Preemptive efforts include public awareness campaigns, preventive measures focus on monitoring illegal recruitment activities, and repressive measures involve law enforcement actions against the perpetrators.

This research investigated the biomechanical variables of movement analysis and its essentialcomponents for handball players at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Al-MustansiriyaUniversity, during a league match and university qualifiers. The data was analyzed using binary logisticregression, a mathematical model that defines the link between a dependent variable, which takes the valueof one when a goal is scored against the opposing team and zero when no goals are scored, and independentfactors. The bird swarm algorithm will be used in this research. It is one of the artificial intelligencealgorithms that rely on the intelligence of living flocks by monitoring their movements, such as birds, bees, cats, chickens, and many other swarm algorithms. The conclusions we reached from this study are as follows: When using logistic regression, we foundonly four explanatory variables that affect the dependent variable. They are detailed as follows: The twoexplanatory variables (The maximum height of the hip and Flight time until leaving the ball) and thedependent variable (shooting) have an inverse relationship and affect it. The two variables (Knee angle at themoment of thrust and The instantaneous speed of the ball) have a positive relationship with aiming and affectit. When we used the Bird Swarm algorithm, we found that all the explanatory variables included in thestudy had a significant effect on the dependent variable. The variables (Knee angle at the moment of thrust,Rising angle, Flight angle, The instantaneous speed of the ball, and the horizontal distance of theperformance) have a positive relationship, with the dependent variable (shooting). In contrast (The maximumheight of the hip and Flight time until leaving the ball) have an inverse relationship with the dependentvariable.Using the logistic model helps sports coaches and researchers to estimate and predict models, especially when the dependent variable takes values (one or zero). In contrast, we noticed that the resultswere more accurate and objective when using the bird swarm algorithm. It further helps academics, thoseinterested in sports, and coaches benefit from these results.

This study aims to analyze the risks and benefits of joint liability financing schemes for groups of companies through a qualitative literature review approach. This financing scheme offers solutions for companies facing capital constraints by enhancing access to credit through collective responsibility. The results of the review indicate that this scheme provides benefits such as increased financing opportunities, mitigation of default risks, and peer monitoring among group members. However, it also presents risks such as overinvestment and moral hazard, where company members may tend to make larger investments or neglect their obligations due to the protection of joint liability. Additionally, the effectiveness of the scheme heavily relies on the group structure, with smaller and more homogeneous groups having lower risks compared to larger and more heterogeneous ones. This study concludes that joint liability financing schemes can be an effective solution if these risks are well-managed through stringent oversight and fair financing policies.

Land as the wealth of the Indonesian nation must be utilized for the greatest prosperity of the people. To achieve this utilization, land consolidation needs to be carried out as an effort to increase the utility and results of land use and to align individual interests with the social function of land in the context of implementing development. Land is the basic capital for development and supports the running of the economy, there is almost no development activity that does not require land. Land plays a very important role, even determining the success or failure of a development. The nature of this research is descriptive, the results of this research are expected to obtain a factual picture or description of the land consolidation policy towards the re-arrangement of land ownership and use in Tanjung Sena Village, Sibiru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency, where the objects of land consolidation are land, residential buildings, dry land such as oil palms and fields, and village roads. Land consolidation as one of the efforts to increase the utility and results of land use. Land utilization needs to be implemented in the form of land regulation, control, and management. The use and utilization of land is carried out by re-arranging, partnership efforts, transfer and release of land rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the framework of land use management, guidance and control are carried out. Guidance is carried out through the provision of guidelines, guidance, training, and direction, while control is carried out through supervision such as supervision, reporting and regulation.
