MSMEs Traditional culinary MSMEs play a vital role in the Indonesian economy through job creation, income equality, and preservation of local culture. However, limited capital, raw materials, and labor, as well as unsystematic production planning, mean that MSME production decisions are still intuitive, leading to inefficiencies and suboptimal profits. A case study of MSME Sostang Tijang Bruno, a Sundanese cireng producer, shows that cireng production is still based on experience without clear calculations, resulting in a mismatch between production and demand and waste of raw materials. This study aims to optimize cireng production volume using the Graphical Linier Programming method to maximize profits by considering constraints on raw materials, working time, and market capacity. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The decision variables were the production volume of original chicken-filled cireng and spicy chicken-filled cireng. The analysis results showed an optimal production combination of 2.93 kg of original chicken-filled cireng and 0.53 kg of spicy chicken-filled cireng with a maximum profit of Rp499,000 per day. This method is expected to help MSMEs make more efficient and rational production decisions

Public health is a crucial aspect of national development and is influenced by dietary consumption patterns. In Indonesia, the consumption of preserved foods has increased alongside lifestyle changes, economic conditions, and access to processed and packaged foods. Although preservatives function to extend shelf life, their improper use particularly hazardous substances such as formaldehyde, borax, and rhodamine B can have adverse health effects. This study aims to identify the factors contributing to high preserved food consumption, analyze their impact on public health, and examine weaknesses in Indonesia’s food monitoring system. The research employs a qualitative method through a literature review of scientific articles, reference books, and official reports from the National Agency of Drug and Food Control and the Ministry of Health. The findings indicate that preserved food consumption is influenced by a preference for convenience, economic constraints, and limited public knowledge of nutrition and food safety. Health impacts include digestive disorders, decreased immunity, impaired organ function, and an increased risk of chronic diseases. In addition, limited resources and weak law enforcement contribute to suboptimal food supervision. Therefore, strengthening regulatory oversight, enhancing public education, and promoting cross-sector collaboration are necessary to achieve a safe and healthy food system.

The majority of Kebomas District's residents are connected to working hours during government office hours (Monday through Friday), which creates access obstacles in administering public services due to the high population density and busy community life. In response to these time constraints, the SOS MAS (Service On Saturday in Kebomas District) invention was introduced, which offers services on Saturdays. However, the implementation of this innovation still faces challenges in the form of a low social integration rate and a restricted range of public services that have the potential to sway public opinion. The goal of this research is to assess how the SOS MAS innovation affects community happiness in Kebomas District. A quantitative technique with an associative approach is used in this research. Through an unintentional sampling method, questionnaires were given to 86 individuals in order to gather primary data. With the aid of SPSS, the determinant coefficient and a simple linear regression test were used to analyze the data. The study's findings reveal that the SOS MAS invention has a favorable and substantial influence on community happiness. The regression coefficient of 0.969 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 support this. The innovation variable accounted for 59.7% of public happiness, while the remaining 40.3% was impacted by variables not included in the study model, according to the coefficient of determination (R2) test. This result supports the notion that the efficacy of service innovation outside of working hours is a major element in boosting happiness for individuals with limited time. The SOS MAS innovation has been shown to greatly improve public satisfaction.
