This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and digital literacy on the performance of Sumedang Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department employees. The method used was a quantitative approach with a research sample of 43 respondents, namely all employees of the Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department of Sumedang Regency. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The research results show that simultaneously Leadership Style and Digital Literacy have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, Digital Literacy has a significant effect on employee performance.

Generation Alpha is a unique generation, born in the era of digital technology. Since an early age, they have been in contact with information technology. Based on previous research, this generation spends a lot of time in front of the screen and is fluent in using technological tools. As a generation of future leaders, teachers and parents must have an approach based on the characteristics of the Alpha generation in parenting and teaching patterns to develop leadership character. The study aims to examine the characteristics of the Alpha generation, how character education for the Alpha generation and effective parenting patterns in preparing the digital leadership of the Alpha generation. Literature studies show that the Alpha generation has great potential as a digital leader through the digital environment, character education in schools and parental care must be adjusted to the characteristics of the Alpha generation, by providing role models, mentoring, and good relationships. This study used a mixed method involving a quantitative survey of teachers and students, as well as qualitative interviews with school principals. The results of the study show that effective leadership in this context involves the implementation of holistic policies, which not only emphasize mastery of technology, but also strengthen character values ​​such as responsibility, discipline, and empathy. Thus, the role of principals and teachers is crucial in creating a learning environment that is balanced between the intellectual development and character of students.  This research provides strategic recommendations for educational leaders in designing policies that are able to integrate technology without neglecting student character development.

The technological revolution accelerated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) has fundamentally changed the paradigm of leadership and human resource management. Digital leadership is now an essential competency for organizations that want to survive and thrive in the face of the challenges of the technological disruption era. This research aims to understand the role of digital leadership in the human capital transformation process, especially in the context of AI adoption by modern organizations.The post-qualitative approach allows research to capture the evolving and diverse dynamics in a digitized organizational environment. It is more open to different forms of data, both structured and unstructured, and recognizes the complexity and ambiguity in digital leadership practices. This research utilizes open-ended interviews and participatory observation, facilitated by interpretive narrative to understand the process of human capital transformation. The main results of the study show that digital leadership plays a key role in facilitating human capital transformation, with an emphasis on adaptive skills development, data-driven decision-making and closer collaboration between people and technology. This transformation is not only technical in nature but also involves changes in organizational culture and structure. This research makes an important contribution by offering a new perspective in leadership studies through a post-qualitative approach.

The research will focus on analyzing digital leadership in the digitalization of ASN management in Bogor Regency that has already been established and implemented. The research will utilize a qualitative approach, employing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and literature studies. The validation process will involve data and source triangulation. The study's findings indicate that although the digitalization of ASN management has been carried out, there are still weaknesses present. These weaknesses include a fragmented and non-integrated system. Additionally, digital leadership currently faces challenges such as a digital divide, low commitment, poor adaptation to digital culture, inadequate regulations that do not fully cover the various systems being developed, and weak information system security. The research recommends that the Bogor Regency government prioritize the identification of a digital leadership figure who meets specific criteria. These criteria include possessing a vision and mission for digital transformation, demonstrating digital competence, collaboration skills, the ability to formulate regulations, fostering a digital culture, and exhibiting strong commitment and leadership abilities.

The digital era has created new challenges for leaders in terms of complexity and caused very rapid changes. Adaptive leadership is crucial so that organizations can adapt to digital transformation. This article aims to understand the effective implementation of digital adaptive leadership, specific challenges and opportunities, its contribution to business desires, core competencies, as well as achieving strategic alignment. Digital leaders must be agile and continuously learn to overcome challenges such as the complexity of the business environment and the speed of technology and innovation adoption. They also need to encourage a culture of agility and risk-taking. Core competencies include the ability to build multicultural teams, ethical leadership in data use, and maintaining digital alignment strategies. Continuous training is needed so that leaders have the skills to meet the demands of the digital era.

  Abstract. Research shows that leadership plays an important role in improving and reforming schools and education systems in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Mustiningsih, Maisyaroh, and Ulfatin 2019). In the context of the digital industrial revolution, leaders are not only responsible for academic performance and the proper functioning of schools but are also responsible for all activities carried out by schools (Kurniawan et al. 2023). This revolution includes automation and digitalization of all aspects of the industry to create products that meet consumer needs (Lanang Putra et al. 2021). This revolution also presents challenges for tax reform, including integrating various changes caused by digitalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Mayasari and Narsa 2020). In the field of education, leadership abilities in understanding and using digital knowledge are very important to support learning activities in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Sugiarto and Dewantara 2021). The leadership qualities demonstrated by Christ are very important for pastors in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to be able to lead effectively and overcome challenges (Eppang 2022). The fourth industrial revolution offers opportunities to increase savings and reduce consumption through the development of e-commerce and the digital economy (Suwardana 2018). In addition, this Revolution has also changed job design, job structure, and required skills, thereby increasing the demand for people with different skills (David 2021). Finally, business orientation, digital capabilities, leadership skills, and the environment influence business decisions (Justin and Handoyo 2023).

This paper explores the emerging leadership dynamics in the ever-evolving digital era, with a particular focus on the role of the millennial generation. Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the business and organizational landscape, giving rise to challenges and opportunities that tomorrow's leaders must face.  The millennial generation, coming of age amidst the technological revolution, occupies a unique position in this context. They have high technology savvy, different values, and unique expectations for leadership. This paper will explore how millennials can face challenges such as adapting to rapid technological change, navigating evolving work cultures, and fulfilling their expectations for meaning in work.  On the other hand, this paper will also discuss the opportunities available to the millennial generation in utilizing technology and their values ​​to lead teams and organizations effectively. Through an in-depth understanding of these changes, this paper aims to provide guidance for the millennial generation who want to succeed in leadership roles in the digital era that continues to transform.

Abstract. This case study explores the influence of transformational leadership style in facilitating innovation and synergy in an institution. Through the analysis of conceptual relationship diagrams among various operational elements within the organization, this study demonstrates how transformational leadership impacts decision-making processes, innovation, and competency enhancement. In this context, leadership acts not only as a decision maker but also as a motivator inspiring active participation and commitment from team members. The emphasis on consultation and coordination in decision-making illustrates the implementation of democratic practices supporting a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Furthermore, the study identifies innovation as a central pillar driving the institution to adapt to changes and meet the dynamic market needs. Initiatives such as the implementation of modern technology and new approaches in human resource management are illustrated as key components in the organization’s innovative strategy. The findings of this case study underscore that transformational leadership is effective in triggering organizational growth and sustainability by integrating innovation and collaboration. The implications of these findings provide important insights for other institutional leaders in designing leadership strategies that not only direct the organization to achieve its targets but also ensure ongoing adaptation and growth in a continually changing environment. This study offers valuable contributions to the literature on organizational leadership, particularly in the context of institutions operating in the era of globalization and digital transformation.

This article explores in depth the theological view of Ephesians 4:11-16, which details the role of leadership in ministry in the midst of the dynamics of the digital age. This article provides a strong foundation for understanding the importance of leaders in the development and guidance of trust communities in the era of modern technology. By blending biblical analysis and contemporary perspectives, this article presents the idea that effective ministry leaders in the digital age need to find a balance between spiritual wisdom and technological understanding. Ephesians 4:11-16 opens the door to in-depth reflection on the role and responsibility of ministry leaders in facing the challenges and opportunities of the digital age. Today's leaders are required not only to have solid spiritual wisdom, but also a profound understanding of technology. They need to be able to guide the trust community through the ever-expanding digital world. This article suggests that ministry leaders should blend Bible principles with contemporary understanding of technology. Leaders who can respond wisely to social and technological dynamics will be better able to build and guide their communities. This balance creates room for spiritual growth while remaining connected to the reality of the digital world. Thus, this article stimulates thinking about how service leaders can be effective agents of change in the digital age, by combining intellectual wisdom and technological understanding to empower community beliefs towards sustainable relevance and impact.

Teacher performance indicators can be the basis for planning teacher performance assessment, which includes teacher planning in learning activity programs, learning procedures, and learning assessment. Digital literacy is very important in the current digital era, because it allows individuals, especially teachers, to adapt and communicate effectively in various situations. aspects of life and career. Apart from that, teachers can also apply a servant leadership style, namely a leadership model that places service as the main priority. This research aims to determine efforts to improve teacher performance by strengthening variables related to teacher performance, namely Digital Literacy and Service Leadership. The research results concluded: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between Digital Literacy and Performance; 2) there is a positive and significant relationship between Servant Leadership and Performance; 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between Digital Literacy and Servant Leadership together with Teacher Performance. This shows that strengthening digital literacy and servant leadership can improve teacher performance.

The Bogor District Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Service will assist cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises in the Bogor district to meet licensing requirements and build their capacity. Facilitation of halal certification licensing, food safety counseling certification, digital and packaging training, and development of new entrepreneurs for micro, small and medium enterprises in Bogor Regency. To find out the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Cooperative Office of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor Regency, and to find out the effect of the work environment on employee performance and to find out the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor Regency. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 77 employees. the sampling technique used random sampling, the data collection technique used primary data and the data analysis technique in this study used the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of this study it shows that Leadership Style has a partial effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a partial effect on Employee Performance. Then Leadership Style and Work Environment together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on employee performance.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya perubahan akibat berkembangnya teknologi, hal tersebut berpengaruh kepada perkembangan ilmu kepemimpinan. Maka untuk mengatasi perubahan yang tidak pasti diperlukan gaya kepemimpinan yang cocok, dikemukanlah gaya kepemimpinan adaptif. Hal ini karena kemampuan pemimpin dan pengikut dilatih berinovasi, sehingga penerapannya membuat semua anggota organisasi lebih siap dalam mengatasi perubahan yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan adaptif bisa mempengaruhi pengikut, mengatasi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi, serta membuat organisasi bertahan dalam perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan data sekunder, baik cetak maupun digital yang relevan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah deksriptif argumentatif, hal ini melibatkan argumen penulis namun berdasarkan temuan-temuan sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif mengarahkan orang lain untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi tanpa ada paksaan dari manajer tingkat atas, gaya kepemimpinan yang fleksibel membuat para karyawan mudah beradaptasi dengan cepatnya perubahan yang terjadi di era digital sekarang.

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh perilaku sumber daya manusia dalam kehidupan organisasi bisnis di era global. Era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan persaingan yang ketat dan perubahan yang cepat menuntut organisasi bisnis untuk memahami dan mengelola perilaku sumber daya manusia dengan baik. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang  bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Perilaku sumber daya manusia yang positif, seperti komitmen, dedikasi, kerja tim, adaptasi terhadap perubahan, dan komunikasi yang efektif, berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Selain itu, perilaku sumber daya manusia juga berdampak pada citra dan reputasi organisasi di era digital yang terhubung secara global. Perilaku yang profesional, etis, dan bertanggung jawab membantu membangun kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Dalam kesimpulannya, artikel ini menekankan bahwa perilaku sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi bisnis di era global, dan organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola perilaku tersebut.

Education in the 21st century shows how the changes that occur in the education system have become digital. It also shows how the presence of globalization has a major influence on education. In this case, leadership is needed in educational organizations that are able to keep up with the times so that they can meet the needs of education in the 21st century. One of them can use sociological leadership as a reference in shaping good leadership characteristics to lead educational organizations in the 21st century. Therefore, the preparation of this journal aims to examine the characteristics of a sociological leader in building education in the 21st century. In this study we used a qualitative approach with the documentation method, namely collecting secondary data obtained from books, articles and journals. The results showed the characteristics of a sociology-minded leader in educational organizations with the characteristics of his social abilities. Helping in building 21st century education through its role shown by paying attention to social welfare, developing skills and integrating technology in learning. The form of implementation can be seen in the leadership of the principal at SMPN 1 Purwakarta, West Java.

Peningkatan tipe kepemimpinan militeristis dalam kekristenan di era disrupsi digital ini juga dipicu oleh adanya covid-19 yang melanda negara Indonesia dan membuat percepatan-percepatan teknologi yang semakin meningkat. Adapun inti masalah yang akan dibahas dalam artikel ini adalah bagaimana kekurangan dan kelebihan kepemimpinan tipe militeristis, melihat bagaimana kepemimpinan Kristen diera disrupsi digital. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengajak para pembaca mengerti tipe kepemimpinan militeristis ini di dalam kekristenan di era disrupsi digital ini, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data metode kualitatif. Pemimpin Kristen harus siap dengan digitalisasi sistem pengajaran praktis dan efisien sehingga tidak ada ketertinggalan teknologi yang terjadi. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan seorang pemimpin Kristen yang membuka matanya lebar-lebar  terhadap era disrupsi digital.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of readiness for change and agile leadership on the dynamic capabilities of SMEs. Furthermore, this study also examines the influence of dynamic capabilities on strengthening the digital ecosystem of SMEs. If SMEs are ready to change and have agile leadership, it will increase their dynamic capabilities. This dynamic capability of SMEs will ultimately improve the lives and long-term sustainability of SMEs in the digital world. This type of research is explanatory research to analyze SMEs’ digital ecosystem improvement. This research uses regression analysis methods and path analysis in managing data. The sampling technique used non-random sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data were collected from 250 SMEs in Central Java through a questionnaire. The results of the study show that readiness for change and agile leadership can increase the dynamic capabilities of SMEs. The increasing dynamic capabilities of SMEs are proven to be able to strengthen the digital ecosystem for SMEs. The results of this study are expected to contribute to SMEs strengthening the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia. The urgency of this research relates to factors that can strengthen the SME digital ecosystem and contribute to improving the economy.
