The development of self-reliance among correctional inmates faces challenges in terms of surveillance effectiveness and order within correctional institutions. One of the main issues encountered is the lack of an optimal surveillance system, which can hinder the rehabilitation process and increase the risk of rule violations. To address this issue, a socialization program for the installation of additional CCTV cameras in the Self-Reliance Development Room at Banyuwangi Class IIA Correctional Facility was conducted. The program aimed to enhance surveillance effectiveness, create a safer rehabilitation environment, and encourage behavioral changes among inmates. The methods used in this community service project included needs analysis, coordination with correctional authorities, conducting socialization sessions for officers and inmates, and evaluating the impact of CCTV installation. The results indicate that the installation of CCTV contributes to improving inmate discipline, reducing rule violations, and strengthening transparency and accountability in the rehabilitation process. Additionally, this program fosters the emergence of local leaders among inmates who play a role in maintaining order. These findings align with social control and social learning theories, which emphasize that effective surveillance can shape individual behavior and promote compliance with established norms. In conclusion, the implementation of surveillance technology in the correctional system can serve as a strategic step in supporting inmate rehabilitation and social reintegration.

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) are a group of diseases that are not transmitted through infection or direct contact with other individuals, but are caused by a combination of genetic, environmental and behavioral factors. NCDs are one of the main causes of death globally, with prevalence rates continuing to increase, especially in developing countries. The main risk factors for NCDs include unhealthy diet, lack of physical activity, tobacco consumption and excessive alcohol use. Prevention and control of NCDs requires a multidisciplinary approach, involving public education, health system strengthening, public policies that support health, as well as early detection and risk management. Effective treatment of NCDs is very important to improve people's quality of life and reduce the economic burden caused by this disease. Prevention of PTM can be done through PTM screening. The government has provided this skinning method through the JKN mobile application. The method used in this activity is direct socialization and discussion directly with participants using power point media. The results showed that participants were very enthusiastic about following the education provided and enthusiastic about knowing how to carry out screening using the JKN application.

This Community Service activity is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs, especially among teenagers, which is closely related to the desire to always exist in all things, which sometimes has a negative impact on the development of attitudes and behavior in life. Without considering and realizing that their abilities do not match their parents' abilities, this gives rise to an insecure attitude, always wanting to be fashionable or follow trends, even though this does not necessarily suit their character. Generation Z's lifestyle is that they don't want to be left behind by developments in social media information. This phenomenon is known as FOMO where teenagers who are affected by it always want to appear updated and don't want to be left behind with developments, whether it's fashion or trending styles. Fomo is an abbreviation of Fear Of Missing Out. Generally, teenagers feel Fomo when they miss a trend in their social life. Fomo has a negative impact because affected individuals or teenagers try to satisfy themselves with the development of social media. Fomo will become a syndrome where teenagers lose their identity due to low self-identity, if they don't follow the trend, they will feel confused and give rise to an attitude of feeling ostracized.

Whistleblowing is a vital mechanism for exposing unethical practices and ensuring accountability in organizations. This systematic literature review explores the interplay between the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) and social influence factors—conformity, compliance, and obedience—in shaping whistleblowing behaviour. The review examines empirical and theoretical studies from 2004 to 2024 to identify how TPB constructs (attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control) integrate with social influence dynamics to influence the intention and action of whistleblowing. The findings highlight that attitudes toward whistleblowing, shaped by personal ethics and organizational culture, significantly influence individuals’ willingness to report misconduct. Subjective norms, reflecting the perceived social pressure to act or remain silent, often intersect with conformity and compliance, either encouraging or deterring whistleblowing. Perceived behavioural control, influenced by organizational support structures and fear of retaliation, determines the feasibility of acting. The role of obedience to authority emerges as a double-edged sword, where supportive leadership fosters whistleblowing while hierarchical pressures discourage it. Furthermore, the review underscores the importance of ethical climates and whistle-blower protection mechanisms in mitigating the negative impact of social pressures. It also identifies gaps in existing research, including the limited exploration of whistleblowing in diverse cultural contexts and the lack of longitudinal studies examining long-term impacts. This study contributes to the literature by providing an integrated framework that combines TPB and social influence theories to understand whistleblowing behaviour. It offers practical insights for policymakers and organizational leaders to design interventions that encourage ethical reporting and protect whistle blowers.

Based on the record owned by the cadre, there are currently 97 babies and toddlers. However, the attendance rate of mothers and toddlers at the Mawar Indah Posyandu  (integrated health service post) averages only 35% each month. This low attendance rate attracted researchers to initiate a community counseling program with goals to increase awareness and participation among mothers of infants and toddlers in the area.  The approach to community empowerment adopted in this study is centered on a public health education campaign, highlighting the critical role of Posyandu in supporting the growth and development of infants and toddlers. The initiative included key steps starting with presenting the benefits of Posyandu for children's growth and developments, engaging participants in a discussion session, and providing door prizes as incentives. The result of the outreach program is attended by 28 mothers along with their children. However, at this level of attendance achieved an average at 28.8%, falling short of the defined success indicators and lower than the previous rate. This outcome was influenced by several factors as outlined in H.L. Bloom’s theory, including environmental factors, individual behavior, healthcare services, and genetic predispositions. The findings indicate that despite efforts to increase awareness and participation, the involvement of mothers with infants and toddlers in the area remains insufficient. Contributing factors include environmental, behavioral, and healthcare service factors. To achieve more optimal results, improvements in these aspects are essential to increase maternal participation in Posyandu programs.

This study aims to analyze the role of fintech as a mediator in the influence of economic literacy on impulsive buying behavior among consumers. Economic literacy is considered an important factor that can influence consumer purchasing behavior, especially in making wise financial decisions. However, technological advances in the financial sector, especially fintech, have also played a role in facilitating impulse buying behavior through the ease of digital transactions and quick access to financial services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 250 respondents. The data was analyzed using a path analysis model to evaluate the direct influence of economic literacy on impulse buying, as well as the mediation role played by fintech. The results show that economic literacy has a negative influence on impulsive buying behavior, but fintech plays a significant role as a mediator that strengthens impulse buying tendencies, even though individuals have good economic literacy. These findings have implications for the development of financial literacy policies and fintech regulations to reduce the risk of consumptive behavior in the digital era.

Financial management is a key aspect in achieving financial well-being of the community. However, the level of financial literacy in Indonesia is still low, requiring education and development of financial literacy to reduce ineffective financial decisions. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) are actively encouraging the improvement of financial literacy, with a focus on education, national campaigns, strengthening infrastructure, and developing affordable financial service products. Financial literacy, which includes knowledge, understanding, skills, and motivation in making financial decisions, has a positive impact on financial management behavior. Individuals with higher levels of financial literacy tend to make better financial decisions, avoid investment fraud, and understand the principles of financial planning. However, income also plays an important role as a moderator, influencing the relationship between financial literacy and financial management. Individuals with low incomes tend to have lower financial literacy, which can affect their financial management practices. Therefore, challenges such as behavioral bias and external factors can affect financial literacy and its management implementation.
