Indonesia is expected to enter the Demographic Bonus era, a condition where the population of productive age is greater than that of non-productive age. This dominant generation of productive age can also be called the Millennial Generation. According to data held by BPS regarding the increase in Indonesia's population in 2015, the percentage of the working age population was around 70%. The Demographic Bonus has the potential to spur Indonesia's economic growth. However, this condition has requirements, namely the need to provide housing facilities that can accommodate the percentage of the working age population in the range of 70%. The Demographic Bonus has the potential to spur Indonesia's economic growth so that it is hoped that it can improve the welfare of the Indonesian people. However, this condition has requirements, namely the need to provide housing facilities that can accommodate these millennials. Moreover, the current urbanization trend is encouraging the millennial generation to work in big cities in Indonesia. Providing housing facilities in areas supported by adequate transportation facilities or transit/TOD-based housing development can increase the work productivity of millennials. However, the challenges faced in housing services in TOD areas are land issues and ownership status owned by private parties because strategic locations have higher value from an economic perspective. If this happens, then residences in TOD areas will become typical residences intended for people with high incomes. On the other hand, not all millennials are high-income people. In terms of age, most millennials are still in the middle and lower category because they are still at the stage of starting their careers, so providing housing facilities for millennials does not only pay attention to location, but also to economic aspects. In this article, we discuss affordable housing in TOD areas as fulfilling housing needs for millennials along with concepts from an architectural perspective that have been implemented in Indonesia and in several countries in the world as a comparison so that they can be input for special development of affordable housing in TOD areas for millennials in Indonesia.

The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of partners (owners of Muda Tama Gallery) in managing human resources so that there is no shortage/loss of craftsmen. The aim of this community service activity is to provide an explanation to students regarding the criminal provisions in Law no. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography and building positive perceptions and behavior of students related to pornography issues. Pornography is prohibited in the law, intended as a way to prevent the younger generation, including students, from doing things that are prohibited in the law. In theory, this idea is supported by von Fuerbach's theory of psychological coercion, namely prohibitions and threats. Criminal law will prevent people from committing acts that are prohibited by law. The method used in this service activity is the lecture method by opening up space for discussion. The results of community service showed that based on the explanation given to the students who were the target of this activity, the majority of students were satisfied with the activity. With this activity, students became aware of how important the existence of a law is. Knowledge of criminal sanctions has influenced their psychology to obey the law. Thus, the theory of psychological coercion states that the existence of criminal sanctions in the law has influenced the psychology of members of society so that they are prevented from committing crimes. Apart from that, awareness has also arisen to participate in preventing and taking action against pornography cases. Keywords: Socialization, Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography, Students.

Hepatic cirrhosis (SH) is a disease/group of diseases that infects the liver, characterized by loss of liver lobular architecture due to fibrosis and damage to parenchymal cells and their regeneration which ultimately forms a nodular structure. According to its clinical manifestations, this disease has a long latent period but is followed by sudden abdominal swelling, abdominal pain, hematemesis, edema and jaundice. In the next phase, the most prominent symptoms include jaundice, ascites, portal hypertension, and central nervous system abnormalities that end in coma. SH is infecting the whole world. SH is the eleventh leading cause of mortality and the fifteenth leading cause of morbidity worldwide. There are many things that have been proven to cause SH, including infections, toxins, hereditary conditions, and even autoimmune processes. Some of the complications that arise from SH include gastroesophageal varices (affecting the stomach and esophagus), hypersplenism (affecting the splenic organs), hepatorenal syndrome (affecting the kidneys) and even hepatic encephalopathy (affecting the central nervous system).

Extensive research has been conducted to investigate the formulation of a new generation of cereal-based Gluten Free (GF) foods formulated with High-Resistant Starch (RS) sources and high in nutritional value. Black glutinous rice flour is a rich in bioactive compound and MOCAF is known for its high RS content often used as an alternative to wheat flour in the production of gluten-free cookies. The formulation of the combination of these two ingredients needs to be investigated to produce gluten free cookies that have good physical and sensory characteristics. The aims of these research was to investigate the effect of different ratio of Black Glutinous Rice Flour (BGRF) and MOCAF (MF) formulation (F1 = 100:0, F2= 75:25, F3=50:50, F4= 25:75, F5= 0:100) on physical and sensory parameter of resultant GF cookies. The results shows that, cookies with high amount of BGRF showed interesting physical properties with higher diameter, spread ratio, and ∆E of the cookies, lower weight, thickness, baking loss, L*, a*, b*, C* value, and the hedonic score of color, aroma, taste, texture, overall compared to cookies with 100% MF. The best formula that produces gluten free cookies with the highest taste score score is F4 (BGRF 25%:MF 75%) with physical characteristics weight 10.70 g, diameter 48.40 mm, thickness 8.60 mm, spread ratio 5.63, baking loss 17.37 %, L* 53.96, a* 0.63, b* 17.65, C* 17.66,   ∆E 48.78. With the combination of BGRF and MF on cookies dough, we manage to obtain cookies that has great potential to increase the nutritional quality of gluten-free food.

Real work lecture (KUKERTA) is a form of community service carried out by students in overcoming village problems that are still unresolved. This service is in the form of socialization to provide information about the dangers of drugs. The rise of drug abuse among teenagers is our main reason for socializing in one of the educational institutions in Sawah Baru Village, namely SMP Negeri 1 Kampa. Teenagers who are still unstable in making decisions are the right targets to become drug users. High curiosity is also one of the factors that teenagers fall into this crime. So that anti-drug socialization must always be promoted to the community, especially teenagers as the next generation of the nation. The purpose of this anti-drug socialization is to provide understanding, direction, and warnings related to drugs that can threaten the lives of both individuals and social.
