Kreo Village, located in Larangan District, Tangerang Regency, still relies heavily on very traditional communication methods in daily life. While this approach reflects local wisdom and strong cultural values, the changing times demand a digital transformation, especially in the field of communication. With the rapid advancement of digital technology and the growing quality of human resources in the village, the need for a more modern communication system is becoming increasingly important. One potential solution is the use of artificial intelligence technology such as ChatGPT. ChatGPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) is a language model based on AI developed by OpenAI. This technology can understand and generate natural language interactively, similar to human conversation. By integrating ChatGPT into community communication activities, Kreo Village can speed up access to information, facilitate the exchange of ideas and opinions, and bridge the existing digital gap. In addition, ChatGPT can also be used as an educational tool to help residents understand digital technology, support learning activities, and strengthen community participation in village development. Through this initiative, Kreo Village can move toward becoming a more inclusive, adaptive, and competitive digital village in the modern era.

The younger generation born in the digital age has great potential to support tax collection. However, the low level of tax compliance among the younger generation is a major concern, especially in the digital age, where the use of online tax services is not yet optimal, tax literacy is still limited, and a lack of socialization is an obstacle to utilizing digital services. This study aims to analyze the influence of preferences for digital tax services and tax literacy on tax compliance among the younger generation at the Majalaya Tax Office. The study uses a quantitative approach with surveys as the data collection method. The sample consists of young taxpayers registered at the Majalaya Tax Office, and the data is analyzed using linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects of independent variables on tax compliance. The results show that digitalization preferences have a positive and significant effect on tax compliance, indicating that younger generations who are more responsive to digital services tend to be more compliant. Tax literacy also has a positive and significant effect, showing that a sufficient understanding of tax rights, obligations, and regulations encourages compliance. Simultaneously, the combination of digitalization preferences and tax literacy significantly affects tax compliance, with a coefficient of determination of 0.438, meaning that 43.8% of the variation in compliance can be explained by these two variables. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of integrating easy access to digital services and improved tax literacy to encourage tax compliance among the younger generation.

Kepatuhan wajib pajak masih menjadi topik yang menjadi perhatian dalam era digitalisasi. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk meneliti bagaimana sistem administrasi perpajakan, tingkat pendapatan, dan lingkungan sosial berkontribusi terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu pelaku UMKM di Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 30.535 UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel, sampel yang memenuhi kriteria berjumlah 326 UMKM yang sudah berbadan hukum dan memiliki NPWP di Kota Semarang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem administrasi perpajakan, tingkat pendapatan, dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM di Kota Semarang

UMKM pada industri kreatif berkembang begitu pesat, tingkat literasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman dan wawasan seseorang sehingga dapat berdampak positif dalam perkembangan ekonomi dan lingkungan tidak terkecuali pada UMKM D&R Snack. Permasalahan utama pada usaha UMKM D&R Snack adalah kurangnya pemahaman tentang digitalisasi pemasaran serta minimnya kemampuan dalam membuat packaging yang menarik calon konsumen sehingga barang yang di jual cenderung memiliki tampilan yang sama sehingga membuat diferensiasi produk sangat minim sehingga sulit mendapatkan konsumen yang loyal. Solusi yang di tawarkan kepada mitra adalah melakukan sosialsiasi digital marketing, pelatihan packaging dan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan UMKM D&R Snack untuk mengaplikasikan penggunaan digital marketing serta memperbaiki packaging yang di jual ke konsumen sehingga dapat memiliki identitas produk serta memiliki pangsa pasar yang lebih luas.

Era digital membawa tantangan sekaligus peluang dalam pelestarian budaya lokal. Desa Ngaru-Aru, yang kaya akan warisan budaya seperti Tari Topeng Ireng, menghadapi kendala dalam promosi budaya akibat kurangnya dokumentasi dan media digital yang representatif. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan website bundaru.com sebagai media edukasi dan promosi seni budaya lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan FGD dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait. Hasil dari kegiatan ini meliputi peningkatan literasi digital, partisipasi aktif generasi muda, penguatan identitas budaya melalui platform digital dan sarana promosi kebudayaan. Website ini tidak hanya menyajikan informasi tentang sejarah dan filosofi Tari Topeng Ireng, tetapi juga menyediakan galeri, jadwal acara, profil komunitas seni lokal dan kontak dari setiap komunitas atau penggiat seni. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam pelestarian budaya, sekaligus memperkuat ekosistem sosial dan ekonomi desa berbasis budaya.

This research examines the aesthetic value of the selendang (sash or shawl) worn by the sindhen (female singer) in wayang kulit purwa (Javanese shadow puppet) performances, and the shift in its meaning amidst the current of digitalization. The selendang, as an element of attire, functions not only as an aesthetic complement but is also laden with philosophical and symbolic meaning in Javanese culture. Traditionally, the selendang worn by a sindhen possesses aesthetic value that emanates from the choice of motifs, colors, and the way it is worn, reflecting elegance, social status, and spiritual depth. In performances, the selendang also serves as a dance prop that enhances movement and strengthens the sindhen's expression. The era of digitalization brings new challenges and opportunities for traditional performing arts, including wayang kulit purwa. This study employs a qualitative approach with literature review and observation of both live and digitally broadcasted wayang kulit performances. The results indicate that in the current digital era, a shift has occurred in several aesthetic aspects of the sindhen's selendang. There is a trend towards using more diverse and modern materials and motifs, sometimes adapting techniques like digital printing to create more visually appealing on-screen presentations. Nevertheless, the core values of the selendang as a symbol of refined character and artistic beauty are maintained, and even further explored to cater to a broader and more modern audience. This community service program was carried out by students of Universitas Pelita Bangsa in Karangsetia Village, Karang Bahagia District, Bekasi Regency, as a concrete effort to strengthen the capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in facing the challenges of digitalization. MSMEs in this area still encounter various obstacles, such as the absence of formal business legality, limited understanding of branding strategies, and minimal utilization of digital technology for both marketing and payment systems. These conditions have weakened business competitiveness and hindered the growth of local enterprises. The program focused on three interrelated aspects: legal compliance, brand development, and digital adoption. Business legality was facilitated through the issuance of the Business Identification Number (NIB), which provides legal certainty while granting access to government programs and financial institutions. Branding was strengthened by designing logos, banners, and simple promotional media to enhance business identity, professionalism, and consumer appeal. Digitalization was promoted through business registration on Google Maps to improve visibility, and the adoption of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a cashless payment method that is efficient, secure, and widely accepted. The methods employed included observation, socialization, mentoring, and participatory evaluation with business owners. The results demonstrated significant progress, as most MSMEs successfully obtained legal registration, adopted QRIS in daily transactions, registered their businesses on Google Maps, and developed clearer visual identities. This program had a positive impact by increasing entrepreneurial confidence, expanding market reach, and fostering awareness of the importance of digital transformation. Overall, the community service program contributed to strengthening the competitiveness, sustainability, and independence of MSMEs in Karangsetia Village, while supporting the development of the local economy.

This community service program aims to empower UMKM Keripik Wulan 008 in Panimbang Jaya Village through a series of activities focusing on business capacity enhancement. The program was initiated to address challenges faced by the business, such as limited product innovation, lack of branding, insufficient digital marketing strategies, and suboptimal financial management. To overcome these issues, the program adopted a participatory approach consisting of several stages: field observation to identify core problems, training sessions to improve knowledge, workshops for practical application, and direct mentoring to ensure implementation. Key activities included product innovation by introducing new flavor variants and designing more attractive packaging, strengthening brand identity through the creation of professional logos and labels, and expanding marketing reach via social media and marketplace platforms. Additionally, Excel-based financial recording training was provided to simplify cash flow monitoring and basic financial reporting. The team also assisted in preparing a proposal for production equipment support to increase production capacity. Evaluation results demonstrated significant improvements in product quality, stronger brand identity, and more modern and effective marketing strategies. Overall, this program has proven to be effective in enhancing the competitiveness of UMKM Keripik Wulan 008 and is expected to serve as a sustainable empowerment model for small businesses, thereby contributing to local economic development.

The implementation of digitalization in the healthcare sector through the Integrated Referral sistem (Sistem Informasi Rujukan Terintegrasi/SISRUTE) offers significant opportunities to expand access and improve the quality of healthcare services, especially in remote and underserved areas of Indonesia. This paper aims to analyze the challenges of implementing SISRUTE from a legal perspective, focusing on the principle of equitable healthcare access. The study uses a normative juridical approach combined with literature analysis, examining national regulations, including Law No. 17 of 2023 on Health, Government Regulation No. 47 of 2021 on Hospital Administration, and supporting ministerial policies. The research identifies several barriers that hinder the effectiveness of SISRUTE implementation, such as uneven distribution of digital infrastructure, limited internet connectivity, lack of adequately trained healthcare personnel, and the absence of supporting local regulations that align with national policy frameworks. These challenges create disparities in the utilization of SISRUTE, particularly in rural and remote areas, undermining the constitutional mandate for equal access to health services. From a legal standpoint, the principle of equity in healthcare has yet to be fully realized through SISRUTE due to these systemic gaps. The study concludes that strategic efforts are needed to improve intergovernmental coordination, harmonize health and digital regulations, strengthen healthcare workers' digital competencies, and invest in robust infrastructure development. Only through an integrated legal, technological, and human resource approach can SISRUTE fulfill its intended function in supporting a fair, inclusive, and effective healthcare referral system nationwide. This paper contributes to ongoing discourse on legal reforms for digital health equity in Indonesia.

The social transformation that has occurred in the digital era has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to developments in information technology to increase competitiveness and expand market reach. One form of this adaptation is the use of e-commerce platforms as a means of marketing and managing their businesses online. This community service activity aims to empower the Kartika Taro Chips MSME through the introduction and implementation of an e-commerce platform based on Odoo.com, an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This activity was carried out by students of the Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science, Victory University Sorong, with the assistance of lecturers from the Information Systems and Sociology fields. The training method includes several stages, namely: the stage of material preparation and analysis of participant needs, the implementation of a workshop that includes the installation and configuration of Odoo.com, and the post-training mentoring stage to ensure the sustainability and independence of participants in managing their online stores. The results of the training showed that participants were not only able to build and manage online stores independently, but also understood the basic concepts of ERP systems and experienced a significant increase in digital literacy. From a sociological perspective, this activity reflects a technology-driven social transformation process, where MSMEs are actively expanding their social networks through digital spaces and increasing their involvement in the digital economy. This demonstrates that integrating technological and social approaches can be a relevant MSME empowerment model in local contexts. Overall, this training has had a positive impact on strengthening MSMEs' digital capacity and opening up new opportunities for sustainable business development in the era of digital transformation.

Community service activities are one form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to have a direct impact on improving the quality of life of the community. AMNI Maritime University conducted community service activities in Bajumulyo Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency, as a form of support for the coastal community economic empowerment program launched by the Pati Regency Government. This activity involved lecturers, students/cadets, and the local community in an active and collaborative manner. The enthusiasm of the Bajumulyo Village community in participating in various series of activities demonstrated the need and awareness of the importance of technological adaptation, especially in terms of digitalizing the marketing of fish catches. The main objective of this activity was to increase the income of fishing groups through the use of digital media as a means of promotion and distribution of marine products. The method of implementation of the activity was carried out through a participatory approach in the form of direct training and coaching, field observations, interviews with local fishermen, and literature studies to strengthen the conceptual framework and practices in the field. Training materials included digital marketing strategies, the use of e-commerce platforms, social media, and attractive fishery product packaging techniques. Indicators of the success of this program were an increase in fishermen's ability to use digital technology to market their products and an increase in the income of fishing families after participating in the program. Observations indicate that this training has had a positive impact on community understanding of the importance of digitalization in marketing fish catches.

In the digital 4.0 era, language literacy and digitalization are key elements in the process of community empowerment, especially in rural areas that still face the challenge of limited access to information and technology. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of language literacy strengthening and digitalization programs in supporting community empowerment in Takalar Regency, with an integrative approach that considers local context and cultural wisdom. The method used is a qualitative approach through participatory action research, which allows for the active involvement of the community in the process of identifying problems and finding solutions. The community service activity (PKM) was held in Ujung Baji Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency on July 10, 2025, involving 25 participants with diverse social and educational backgrounds. The literacy expert team from ADPERTISI plays a role in designing and implementing multilingual-based training programs and approaches that are sensitive to local culture. This program has succeeded in significantly increasing people's digital literacy, with 60% of participants able to utilize technology for MSME development and 40% of participants successfully accessing public services independently through digital platforms. The "Techno-Linguistic Integration" model applied has proven to be effective in overcoming language barriers in the digital technology adoption process. The integration of local languages with digital devices creates an inclusive and relevant learning environment for rural communities. The results show that a holistic and contextual approach to strengthening language literacy and digitalization can empower communities in a sustainable manner, strengthen local capacity, and encourage digital transformation at the grassroots level. These findings make an important contribution to the development of technology-based community empowerment strategies and local culture in the digital era.

This community service activity was motivated by the need for an efficient and structured library management system at MI Hidayatul Ulum. Previously, book recording, borrowing, and reporting were done manually, creating administrative challenges and limiting access to information for students and teachers. To address these challenges, the community service team implemented a web-based library information system designed to simplify collection management, facilitate book searches, and expedite the borrowing and return process. The implementation method included partner needs analysis, system design and installation, training for staff and teachers, and evaluation of implementation results. The system was designed to be accessible through the school's local network with a simple and user-friendly interface. Training was provided to ensure the school was able to utilize and manage the system independently. The results showed that the implementation of this information system improved library management efficiency and expanded user access to information. Teachers could more easily monitor book collections, while students found it easier to search for and borrow books. Furthermore, the system accelerated administrative processes and reduced the risk of recording errors. Another positive impact was the growth of a technology-based literacy culture within the madrasah. With the availability of faster book search and borrowing services, students' interest in reading increased. A participatory approach involving schools from the planning stage through evaluation ensures that the resulting solutions meet needs and can be implemented sustainably. This community service activity is expected to serve as a model for implementing simple technology that has a real impact on improving the quality of basic education services.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that have an important role in supporting Indonesia's national economy. Its contribution is enormous to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), job creation, and increased innovation, especially in the face of global economic challenges and social inequality. This research aims to examine in depth the role of MSMEs in encouraging Indonesia's economic growth and identify various challenges faced by this sector. The method used in this study is library research, by analyzing various sources of scientific literature, policy reports, and relevant empirical data related to the role of MSMEs. The results of the study show that MSMEs not only contribute to increasing national GDP, but also become the main driving force in providing jobs for the community, especially in rural and suburban areas. In addition, MSMEs are also an important means in the development of local innovation, especially in the use of simple technology that is in accordance with community conditions. However, MSMEs also face a number of serious challenges that can hinder their contribution to economic growth. These challenges include limited access to digital payment systems, low quality of human resources (HR), weak marketing networks, and limited capital and technology. Thus, to increase the role of MSMEs in national economic development, synergy is needed between the government, the private sector, and financial institutions in providing comprehensive and sustainable support. The support includes training on human resource capacity building, access to capital, digital transformation, and strengthening the business ecosystem. This research is expected to contribute to the development of policies that favor the empowerment of MSMEs in Indonesia.

State Senior High School 7 Surakarta is one of the public schools located in Surakarta City. The library activities, including member data management, book processing, and book borrowing and returning, are still conducted manually using physical logbooks. This manual process is considered inefficient and prone to errors. The purpose of this study is to develop a book borrowing system at State Senior High School 7 Surakarta that serves as a tool to assist officers in recording, loans, and returning books. This system is designed using the CodeIgniter framework to support WEB displays, programming in PHP, and using MySQL for database management. This system is created using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall model that includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing was conducted using Black-Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The Black-Box Testing results showed that all features and functions operated correctly. The SUS evaluation produced a score of 75.68%, indicating that users generally agreed with the implementation of the system, which falls under the "acceptable" classification.

The digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has become a crucial strategy for enhancing competitiveness in the digital economy era. This study examines the utilization of digital technology by MSMEs in Bandung City, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced during the digital transformation process. Employing a literature review approach and the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research identifies the impact of the digital economy on MSMEs, including the use of cloud computing for data storage and analytics to understand consumer behavior. Despite challenges such as digital literacy gaps and budget constraints, support from the government through initiatives like the UMKM Go Digital Movement and Bandung Smart City has accelerated digitalization efforts. These programs provide significant training and assistance, with over 5,000 MSMEs receiving digital training and reporting an average revenue increase of 30%. The study concludes that collaboration among government, academia, and the private sector is essential to ensure the sustainability of MSME digital transformation. Policy recommendations are also suggested to support MSMEs in adopting digital technology more effectively

Village digitalization is one of the village government transformation strategies in providing fast, transparent, and easily accessible services to the community. Through the use of village websites, village governments strive to accelerate administrative processes, disseminate public information, and strengthen community participation. The methods used in this community service activity are participatory and collaborative. The results of the activity evaluation show that the implementation of digitalization in Sungai Baung Village has had a positive impact on the efficiency of service time, increased access to information, and community involvement in village development. However, challenges such as limited human resources, internet infrastructure, and community digital literacy are still obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, ongoing efforts are needed in training and mentoring, provision of digital facilities, and collaboration between parties to ensure the success of village digitalization as a whole.

Website Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) merupakan wujud digitalisasi layanan publik yang membutuhkan tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI menggunakan framework COBIT 5 serta menilai keamanan dan performa sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan audit pada 13 proses dari lima domain COBIT 5. Pengujian keamanan dilakukan menggunakan Nessus Scanner, sedangkan Apache JMeter digunakan untuk mengukur performa sistem. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat kematangan sebesar 3,6 dengan selisih (gap) 1,4 dari target level 5 (Optimized). Domain MEA02 memiliki gap tertinggi sebesar 2,1, menunjukkan kurangnya pengawasan internal. Pemindaian keamanan tidak menemukan celah dengan risiko tinggi, namun semua temuan berada pada kategori Informational. Dari sisi performa, halaman Home memiliki waktu respons tertinggi sebesar 22.683 ms dan throughput hanya 2,1 permintaan/detik, jauh di bawah standar pembanding. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sistem telah berjalan cukup baik, masih diperlukan perbaikan dalam aspek pengawasan, keamanan, dan performa agar layanan PTSP dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan stabil.

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital platforms on business communication strategies at the Mores Store MSME in Bandung City. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes survey methods and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through offline interviews, literature review, and online data searches. The findings reveal that Mores Store actively leverages social media and online platforms, with Instagram and Shopee being the primary channels for promotional activities. Product promotion is heavily reliant on social media and e-commerce, which serve as the main pillars of their business communication strategy. In formulating their communication approach, Mores Store incorporates digital media by integrating persuasive interpersonal marketing, advertising, product photography, and the management of visually appealing social media displays. Overall, the study concludes that the managers of Mores Store possess a strong understanding and a high level of adaptability to digitalization and technological advancements in the era of Society 5.0, enabling them to develop effective and innovative business communication strategies.

ABSTRAK Ketahanan nasional menghadapi tantangan baru seiring dengan meningkatnya ancaman radikalisme dan terorisme di Indonesia. Dalam konteks ini, kearifan lokal berpotensi menjadi modal sosial yang efektif dalam memperkuat strategi pencegahan terorisme berbasis sosial-budaya. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran kearifan lokal dalam membangun ketahanan nasional melalui mekanisme preventif dan adaptif terhadap radikalisme. Menggunakan metode studi literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, studi ini mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai lokal seperti gotong royong , siri' na pacce , dan pela gandong yang berkontribusi dalam memperkuat ketahanan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal ke dalam kebijakan keamanan menciptakan sinergi antara pemerintah, lembaga keamanan, dan masyarakat, serta pergeseran paradigma keamanan dari yang berorientasi negara (state -centric ) menjadi berbasis masyarakat ( society-centric ). Selain itu, kearifan lokal berperan sebagai fondasi cultural resilience dengan memperkuat kohesi sosial dan identitas inklusif. Namun, pendekatan implementasi ini menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti resistensi generasi muda, politisasi identitas, dan bias gender. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kelembagaan adat, pengembangan indeks ketahanan budaya, serta adaptasi kreatif melalui digitalisasi konten lokal. Dengan demikian, pendekatan berbasis budaya dapat menjadi strategi transformatif dalam mewujudkan keamanan berkelanjutan (sustainable security).
