Penanganan limbah adalah suatu keharusan karena limbah dapat memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap lingkungan, kesehatan manusia, dan keberlanjutan. Beberapa limbah dapat didaur ulang atau diproses kembali untuk menghasilkan bahan baku yang dapat digunakan kembali. Dengan menangani limbah dengan benar, kita dapat mengurangi kebutuhan akan bahan baku alam baru dan mendukung konservasi sumber daya. Mengetahui karakteristik dan nilai kuat  tekan  beton  dengan  penggantian  sebagian  agregatnya  dengan agregat daur ulang yang berasal dari limbah batu bata penggaron adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini.  Urgensi  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  menghadirkan  solusi  untuk  mendaur ulang limbah batu bata penggaron hasil pembongkaran konstruksi dan sisa produksi batu bata sebagai pilihan pengganti agregat  kasar alam dalam campuran beton yang juga diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu penerapan yang dapat mendukung adanya program green concrete. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi optimal untuk penggunaan bata Penggaron sebagai pengganti agregat kasar adalah sebesar 60% dari total kebutuhan agregat kasar dalam desain.

This research aims to develop project-based learning LKPD teaching materials on packaging design. This research method is the development of the ADDIE model with three stages, namely analysis, design, development. The instrument used is a validation sheet by material experts and media experts. The data obtained was then calculated using the percentage formula which was then described in descriptive sentences. The results showed that the project-based learning LKPD based on packaging design material that had been validated by the material got a percentage value of 84% which was in the feasible category. While the results of validation by media experts received a percentage value of 81% which is in the feasible category. The conclusion of this study is that the feasibility results of developing project-based learning-based LKPD on packaging design material are in the feasible category.

This research aims to produce compatibility between the policies of Abon Surya with the Economic Order Quantity raw material control method, namely the purchase quantity of the Abon Surya policy has an average purchase of 770 kg, for the frequency of purchasing raw materials for jack beans 5 times, for security and point supplies. There is no reordering policy with a total inventory cost of IDR 251,640. Meanwhile, the EOQ method has an average purchase of 1,313 kg. the purchase frequency is only 3 purchases, the security inventory is 90 Kg and the number of reorders is 204 Kg with a total cost of inventory required of IDR 173,254. The cost difference between Abon Surya and the EOQ method is IDR 78,386,417. This shows that there is a saving or reduction in the total cost of inventory needed if Abon Surya can implement the EOQ raw material control method. Apart from that, the packaging used at UMKM Surya Abon for shredded products still uses transparent plastic with stickers, which is less attractive to buyers. Therefore, a new design is needed to attract more buyers.

Entrepreneurship and product design training is a strategic approach to foster creativity, innovation, and independence among vocational students. This community service activity aimed to introduce basic concepts of entrepreneurship, product idea development, and creative thinking to students at SMK Terpadu Husnul Hidayah Gondang Mojokerto. The implementation methods included initial observation, lecture presentations, discussions, and evaluation through pre- and post-training questionnaires. Results indicated that 92% of participants experienced an increase in understanding of entrepreneurship and product design. The training was considered highly beneficial by 84% of participants, while 79% appreciated the interactive learning process. This activity demonstrates that integrating entrepreneurial education into vocational schools can enhance student readiness for the challenges of the business world.

Pemahaman mengenai tahapan desain pada produksi suatu film menjadi penting untuk dimiliki oleh pelaku seni visual, utamanya insan perfilman. Dengan demikian kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat kali ini bertujuan untuk memberi penguatan kepada pemahaman akan pentingnya tahapan desain dalam produksi film dengan menggandeng mitra dari unit kegiatan mahasiswa film di kampus UIN Gusdur Pekalongan. Kegiatan pengabdian kali ini dilakuakn dengan metode service learning dengan tahapan kegiatan berupa penyampaian materi dan mensimulasikan proses produksi film. Hasil yang didapatkan dari terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah para peserta kegiatan semakin mengetahui akan pentingnya tahapan desain pada proses produksi film serta mampu mengoperasionalisasikannya dalam produksi film. Dengan demikian terjadi penguatan pemahaman para peserta terhadap tahapan desain proses produksi film.

Kegiatan IbM yang diusulkan bertujuan membentuk dan mengembangkan masyarakat yang mandiri secara ekonomi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan limbah kayu menjadi produk kreatif yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi. Permasalahan prioritas yang akan ditangani dalam kegiatan IbM ini adalah: bagaimana membentuk system pemberdayaan pengrajin kayu sehingga dapat mengolah limbah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Target khusus dari kegiatan IbM ini adalah : 1) Kesadaran dan motivasi mitra, akan dampak limbah kayu yang mengganggu masyarakat, sebenarnya dapat diolah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi, 2) pengetahuan, kemampuan, ketrampilan dan kreativitas mitra untuk dapat membuat produk mainan edukasi dari limbah kayu yang berkualitas, bernilai seni dengan desain unik dan beragam dapat meningkat, 3) kemampuan mitra untuk melakukan kegiatan promosi untuk mengenalkan produk mainan edukasi dari limbah kayu kepada konsumen potensial dengan menggunakan berbagai media dapat meningkat. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah dengan metode pelatihan, pendampingan, penyuluhan. Hasil kegiatan dalam program IbM yang diusulkan berupa model pemberdayaan yaitu, 1) pengolahan limbah kayu dan peningkatan kualitas produk olahan kayu. 2) peningkatan pengetahuan desain olahan limbah kayu dan penerapan teknologi berupa alat produksi. 3) keberlanjutan pendampingan dalam pembutan dan pemasaran produk education toys.Keywords: pengrajin kayu, limbah kayu, Education Toys.

Parkinson adalah penyakit neurodegenerative jangka panjang yang ditandai dengan gangguan pergerakan, dan tremor saat istirahat. Penyakit parkinson belum bisa disembuhkan dan hanya bisa di lakukan penanganan menggunakan obat dan terapi. Pengobatan yang dilakukan jangka panjang akan mempengaruhi pasien secara ekonomi secara langsung. Selain biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk obat, pasien Parkinson juga dapat kehilangan produktivitas karena meninggalkan pekerjaan akibat gejala dari penyakitnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis biaya berdasarkan persepsi pasien penderita parkinson yaitu biaya langsung dan biaya tidak langsung. Biaya langsung terdiri dari biaya pengobatan sedangkan biaya tidak langsung terdiri dari biaya hilangnya produktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif observasional dengan pengambilan data dari rekam medik dan wawancara kepada pasien. Data dianalisis untuk melihat besar atau rata-rata biasa langsung yaitu biaya medis langsung maupun non medis langsung dan biaya tidak langsung yaitu hilangnya produktivitas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat 23 sampel yang terdiri dari laki-laki 70% atau sebanyak 16 orang dan Perempuan sebesar 30% atau sebanyak 7 orang.  Biaya medis langsung dengan komponen biaya tertinggi adalah biaya pemeriksaan dengan rata-rata Rp. 12.130, biaya obat rata-rata Rp. 64.503, biaya asuhan perawat rata-rata Rp. 64.500. Biaya non medis langsung dengan komponen biaya tertinggi yaitu biaya transportasi rata-rata Rp.  20.652, biaya konsumsi rata-rata Rp. 16.965. Biaya tidak langsung pada jenis hilangnya produktivitas dengan rata-rata Rp. 1.388.894. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa biaya medis langsung merupakan biaya tertinggi dibandingkan biaya non medis langsung dan biaya tidak langsung.   Kata kunci: Analisis biaya, Parkinson, Persepsi pasien,

Motorcycle sales in Indonesia increased by 1.24% in October 2023, reaching 516,293 units, despite experiencing an annual decline of 3.96%. Cumulative figures for January-October show a growth of 26.22%, reaching 5,237,976 units. The research focuses on the Honda Vario motorcycle, aiming to understand the influence of design, brand image, and transaction convenience on purchase decisions. A quantitative research method was employed through surveys and questionnaires involving 93 consumers. Regression analysis indicates a positive relationship between product design, brand image, transaction convenience, and purchase decisions. The results highlight the importance of these factors in influencing consumer preferences for motorcycles, providing insights into market dynamics, and showcasing Honda's success in maintaining its dominance.

Packaging design innovation is a crucial strategy in boosting product sales. Innovation is the practical development and improvement of an initial discovery into a technique that can be used. This research aims to enhance the sales of banana chips produced by the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya through packaging design innovation implemented by interns from WMK.The research methods encompassed interviews, observations, brainstorming, active participation, and documentation. The results indicate that the implemented packaging design innovation successfully increased the sales of Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya's banana chips, as evidenced by a surge in orders and sales.The packaging design innovation involved alterations in shape, color, and packaging material. The new packaging was designed to be more appealing and informative, incorporating bright colors and attractive graphics. Additionally, the new packaging was equipped with comprehensive product information, including nutritional content and expiration date.The positive impact of this packaging design innovation is evident in the increased number of orders and sales for the UMKM, as well as improved customer satisfaction and product image. This research provides a significant contribution to similar UMKMs by uncovering the potential for sales enhancement through the improvement of their product packaging design quality.

The evolution of social media has transformed it into an effective promotional platform for companies to convey product information. This research aims to analyze the design of Instagram content, focusing on Colar Living products. The methodology involves discussions, interviews, and observations to comprehend the design concept. Research findings reveal four key aspects influencing the visual appeal of Instagram content: color selection, typography, product photography, and layout composition. The importance of color consistency with the brand image, clear typography, high-quality lifestyle product photography, and layout arrangement following design principles. With the right design strategy, Instagram content can enhance brand awareness and influence audience purchasing decisions. Recommendations are provided to optimize Instagram as a tool for digital promotion, particularly through the Instagram feed in the era of the creative industry.

Manggihan Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, which is at the foot of Mount Merbabu, is close to the Kopeng tourist destination area. This village has a population that has professional business owners in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) category in the culinary sector which makes cracker rambak, processed dry food with various types of chips And processed catfish food. The problem faced in their business is that they do not yet have a product identity in the packaging such as sticker labels, packaging that attracts potential buyers, so the message of the product has not been conveyed. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and awareness for MSMEs about the importance of product packaging that attracts potential buyers thereby providing added value and competitive advantage for the products produced. The method used in this service is holding socialization activities on the importance of product branding, training, and assistance in making sticker labels and food product packaging design. In the mentoring process, a needs analysis is first carried out including the type of packaging material, packaging shape, packaging identity color, and product logo. It is hoped that the output targets that will be achieved through this program will help partner MSMEs increase the amount of income from sales by using new packaging and product logos designed in such a way that they are attractive to buyers. The product packaging and labels produced as the output of this activity can become an identity. a typical Manggihan Village product that differentiates it from similar products in other areas

This study aims to determine the effect of packaging design on perceived quality, packaging design on brand preference, perceived quality on product value, product value on brand preference and perceived quality on brand preference. The type of research used is quantitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the number of samples obtained based on criteria and data analysis techniques using SEM Amos. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires through as many as 150 respondents. The results showed that packaging design had a significant positive effect on perceived quality on Ultra Milk consumers, packaging design had no effect on brand preferences on Ultra Milk consumers, perceived quality had a significant positive effect on perceived value on Ultra Milk consumers, perceived quality had a significant positive effect on brand preferences on consumers of Ultra Milk and perceived value has a significant positive effect on brand preference for consumers of Ultra Milk.

Interior Design can utilize patchwork waste into products that have beauty, function, and economic value. Therefore, this community service activity at the Gulon Asri Waste Bank focuses on processing patchwork into interior accessory products, such as blankets, carpets, pillows, and others. Then the product is packaged and marketed online.

This research aims to test and explain the influence of product design, product quality and price on batik purchasing decisions at CV. Wecono Asri Kediri partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and the population studied is all consumers who have purchased batik in the last 3 months. The number of samples taken was 91 respondents, and the sampling method used was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires. The research results show that (1) product design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 3.724 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 2.517 and a sig value. 0.014 < 0.05; (3) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 3.696 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05; (4) product design, product quality and price together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with an F value of 57.153 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. Decision to purchase batik at CV. Wecono Asri is influenced by these three variables by 66.3%, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

This study discusses the influence of price, promotion and product design on the purchase decision of Honda Scoopy vehicles at PT Kembang Jawa Permai. The study aims to explain the influence of price, promotion and product design on the purchase decision of Honda Scoopy vehicles at PT Kembang Jawa Permai. The sample of this study was consumers who bought Honda Scoopy vehicles at PT Kembang Jawa Permai as many as 108 consumers. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely incidental sampling. The analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression. The results of the study are that there is a positive and significant influence of price on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of promotion on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of product design on purchasing decisions. There is a simultaneous influence of price, promotion and product design on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

This thesis is entitled The Influence of Halal Labeling, Design and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions to Use Cosmetic Products in Students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This study aims to determine the effect of halal labels, design and product quality simultaneously and partially on cosmetic purchasing decisions in students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative, in which the data collection researchers used observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The number of samples in this study were 96 students, and using a non-probability sampling technique, is a sampling technique that does not provide an opportunity for every element or member of the population to be sampled. The results of the study show that the halal label, design and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on data analysis in this study, these variables are valid and reliable. In testing the classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occur.

Ibu rumah tangga di desa Kalirejo Kecamatan Negeri Katon, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung memproduksi tapis dengan skala home industry untuk menambah pemasukan ekonomi keluarga. Namun selama ini produksi tapis dengan skala tersebut memiliki kelemahan terutama dalam hal inovasi produk. Produk tapis yang dihasilkan hanya seputar selendang dan kain sarung saja. Hal ini berdampak pada jumlah penjualan karena tapis hanya digunakan dalam kegiatan formal saja seperti acara adat ataupun pernikahan. Hasil dari turunan produk tapis pun masih di dominasi kalangan dewasa; belum menjangkau kalangan remaja. Hal ini dikarenakan desain serta bentuk turunan tapis yang ada saat ini dinilai belum sesuai dengan perkembangan masyarakat sekarang. Maka dari itu perlu adanya inovasi untuk memperbarui produk yang sudah ada agar dapat lebih menarik perhatian konsumen dan memiliki perbedaan dengan produsen lainnya. Sehingga nantinya akan berdampak pada kenaikan jumlah pemakaian yang secara tidak langsung juga akan berpengaruh pada kenaikan jumlah penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konsulatif terhadap mitra. Metode ini dilakukan dengan cara meminta pendapat mitra terkait pelatihan atau kegiatan yang berlangsung serta memberitahu atau meluruskan hal hal yang bersifat prinsip yang kiranya keliru atau menyimpang. Sedangkan untuk kegiatan yang bersifat praktek, peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, yaitu diskusi terkait permasalahan yang ada, pencarian alternative solusi dan pembuatan keputusan atas dasar kerjasama atau kesepakatan bersama. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Product Design and Process Design on Product Quality at PT. Wijaya Agape Tasikmalaya. The research method used is survey, while the type of data used is primary and secondary data. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Wijaya Agape Tasikmalaya numbered 60 people. By taking total/census sampling, the data analysis technique uses path analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that good product design has a significant impact on product quality. Aspects such as aesthetics, functionality, and product usability have a positive influence on consumer perceptions of product quality. In addition, effective process design also contributes to product quality. Structured and standardized processes can reduce product defects and improve reliability. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of product design and process design in achieving the desired product quality. The results of this research can be used by companies to improve their design processes and ensure that the resulting products are of good quality. By paying attention to product design and process design holistically, the company can meet customer expectations and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

Dalam Islam setiap kegiatan bisnis harus taat pada dua prinsip, yaitu taat pada aturan atau tatanan moral yang ditetapkan Allah SWT. Dan empati, mensyukuri rahmat dan ciptaan Allah dengan cara menahan diri dari tindakan yang merugikan orang lain dan mencegah penyebaran praktik yang tidak etis. Digital marketing di Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi sudah bagus mereka mengenalkan distro mereka melalui media social seperti instagram tetapi pemilihan lokasinya kurang strategis karena berada didalam perumahan yang letaknya tidak dipinggir jalan. Sedangkan desain dan kualitas produk, telah berkembang dengan berbagai macam motif dengan kualitas yang bagus, namun hasil penjualan fluktuatif padahal seharusnya jika semua indikator produk tersebut telah diterapkan dapat mendorong minat konsumen untuk membeli produk sehingga menaikkan hasil penjualan. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, desain produk dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif deskriptif sampel yang diambil sebanyak 61 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability yakni teknik sampel aksidental yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, siapa saja yang secara kebetulan atau insidental bertemu dengan peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa digital marketing dan desain produk tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.
