Air Emas Village is a village born from the transmigration class of 1991, the majority of which the population was imported from Java. The Air Emas Village KKN was carried out from July 10 – August 18, 2023 in Air Emas Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau, which consisted of 10 students, successfully conducting socialization activities for making fish balls made from catfish. The method carried out is the survey method and goes directly to the field. Consideration of the social and economic conditions of the village makes this activity one of the suitable activities to be carried out in Air Emas Village. The use of catfish raw materials because this fish is rich in protein and also has omega-3. The target of this activity is PKK mothers who will later use it to be a form of MSMEs. The purpose of this activity is to build the foundation of MSMEs to the community and be able to build businesses and form healthy patterns for the people of Air Emas Village.

Competition in business is getting tougher, as evidenced by the variety of products released by business people to survive the competition. Increasingly tight business competition requires companies to have their own competitive advantages. Many consider competitive advantage to be a weapon used by companies in the hope of making the company win over its competitors. Raja Lele Lestari is a business that operates in the field of catfish cultivation in Kediri Regency. This research aims to analyze the Competitive Advantage Strategy of Raja Lele Lestari in increasing sales. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and SWOT analysis along with the BCG matrix. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis results obtained in this research show that the analysis shows a very profitable correlation, BCG shows that the company's market share is still low and the SWOT analysis has a SO strategy solution to overcome this which can ultimately support Raja Lele Lestari to reach the peak of competitive advantage.

Technological developments, especially in agriculture, must develop because of the increase in population and climate change requires us to look for innovative sustainable solutions in agriculture because agriculture is a very basic field in human life. Therefore, our group which is a group of students who carry out service in Penjaringansari village made an agricultural innovation with an appropriate technology aquaponics system in catfish cultivation as one of its work programs.This service is carried out by the method of active participation approach of partner groups that is tailored to the needs of the community by our group. The initial stage carried out is catfish cultivation then combines with a hydroponic system in plants to form an aquaponics system. The treatment process is carried out by checking thoroughly regularly.This service program is expected to provide benefits for the people of Penjaringansari Village and can be implemented properly after the completion of KKN. This program aims to improve food security and community independence through limited land use in the yard.

The Revitalization Development of the Leles People's Market Building Phase III is a government development project overseen by the Garut Regency DISPERINDAG. The construction of this market building began in mid-2021 and was planned to be completed within 120 days of the project plan, however, there were obstacles that resulted in the realization of the construction process requiring additional time to complete the construction. The method used in this study is the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method, the purpose of which is to find the fault tree of various errors that will result in the occurrence of unwanted events and the Event Tree Analysis (ETA) method is used to estimate and assess the probability of each consequence. can arise from an event in anticipation of its various consequences. This research methodology uses the concepts used in the survey using questionnaires and interviews with informants/respondents involved in the Catfish Market Revitalization project. There are two main intermediate events that cause delays in the development of the Revitalization of the Leles Garut People's Market, namely structural work / architectural work and work on the completion of side buildings. The result of identifying the total value of the minimum cut set combination probability for the Top Event of 0.9998 is the overall result of the total combination calculation of the minimum cut set. The results of the Initiating scenario impact analysis which has a "High" risk level caused by the Owner due to Rework work in the field, Changes to work plans, Delays in project work targets, There is some work that requires additional working hours.

Patty sandwich is a processed product made from catfish, coconut runch, and clover leaf puree which is formed into a square measuring 8 x 8 cm with a thickness of 1 cm which is used as a filling for white bread or sandwiches. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the sensory quality of patty sandwiches with the proportion of catfish and roasted young coconut with the addition of clover leaf puree, 2) to determine the nutritional content per 100 g of patty sandwich with the proportion of catfish and roasted young coconut with the addition of clover leaf puree, and 3) find out the cost of raw materials for patty sandwiches. This type of research is an experiment. The data collection technique used meted observation by means of a sensory quality test on 35 panelists (5 expert panelists and 30 semi-trained) who were assisted by a line scale observation sheet (0-15 cm). The independent variables in this study were the proportions of roasted catfish and young coconut (60% : 40%, 70% : 30%, and 80% : 20%) and the addition of cloverleaf puree (5% and 10%). The dependent variable of the research is sensory quality including shape, color, texture, aroma, and taste. The control variables in this study include the types of materials, equipment, and processing techniques. Data analysis used double anova test and Duncan's further test. The results showed 1) there was an effect of adding cloverleaf puree on shape, color, and taste, 2) there was an effect on the proportion of catfish and roasted young coconut on texture, aroma and taste, 3) there was no effect of the proportion interaction with the addition on the sensory quality of the patty sandwich on shape, color, texture, aroma, and taste.

Rolade its a dish that is rarely consumed by the public because the manufacturing process is complicated and cassava leaves are vegetables that have coarse fiber, these two problems are the goal of this research which is an experiment in making cassava leaves and agar-agar as skin for making catfish rolade. This research uses a comparison of the number of cassava leaves and agar-agar with 3 treatments namely (80 grams: 4 grams), (80 grams: 6 grams), and (80 grams: 8 grams). Data collection was carried out by observation method through organoleptic test. Organoleptic test results data were processed by one way ANOVA test and Duncan's advanced test. To determine the content of proximate and vitamin A, laboratory tests were carried out and the selling price was determined for 250 gram packages. The results showed: 1)Catfish rolls with skin made from cassava leaves and agar-agar produced a product with a ratio of the amount of cassava leaves and agar-agar 80 grams: 6 grams. 2)Based on laboratory test results, the best sample per 100 grams contains Vitamin A 119.65 mg, Water 30.55%, Protein 18.05%, Fat 19.52%, Carbohydrates 30.04% and Ash 1.92% . 3)The selling price of catfish rolls with skin made from cassava leaves and agar is known to be Rp. 20,000 per 250 gram pack.

The Women Farmers Group (KWT) “Guyub Rukun” in Gedog Village has the potential to produce vegetables using an aquaponics system. This is supported by the large amount of waste from catfish farming. Utilization of catfish farming waste is still not optimal. The use of catfish farming waste from the Women Farmers Group (KWT) "Guyub Rukun" RW 13 has not resulted in vegetable production through the aquaponics system. The empowerment activities of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) "Guyub Rukun" RW 13 aim to provide information, training and assistance on how to use catfish farming waste through an aquaponic system to produce agricultural products in the form of vegetable crops and reduce pollution resulting from catfish farming waste. This activity received a positive response from the Women Farmers Group (KWT) "Guyub Rukun" RW 13. From the results of this empowerment activity, the Women Farmers Group (KWT) "Guyub Rukun" RW 13 understood and were able to utilize catfish farming waste.

Cultivating catfish is an activity that can be made a profession by  some people. As was done by  the East Java "Veteran" UPN KKN-T students, they analyzed catfish farming through the method of distributing questionnaires tocatfish farming business actors in Tanjungsari Village. Theytry to provide things that are more efficient in the context of catfish farming, students from the UPN try to share the knowledge they gain at the university to the village community where they do their service. One of the things that has been done to provide time efficiency for catfish cultivators is to provide an innovation called Budikdamber Autofedeer where this technology can be very helpful in terms of catfish farming. The results of the application of technology by UPN "Veteran" East Java KKN-T students can increase the income of people who are engaged in catfish farming because this technology can produce not only one crop but two yields in two different ways.

UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm is one of the businesses located in Tanjungsari Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. This UMKM is engaged in catfish cultivation. The lack of knowledge and information about digital marketing has resulted in the marketing of UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm products being limited to conventional media. Therefore, there is a need for outreach and assistance regarding the importance of digital marketing and the benefits of this type of marketing to Al-Qolam Fish Farm UMKM. The methods used in this service are surveys, questionnaires, outreach, FGDs, and assistance to UMKM. The results of this study, Al-Qolam Fish,Farm can understand the benefits and importance of digital marketing. These UMKM also know the platforms that can be used for digital marketing. In addition, these UMKM also understand how to create and run websites through the Google Site and TikTok social media accounts. It is hoped that the socialization and mentoring activities carried out for UMKM can increase the sustainability and competitiveness of UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm in the current digital era.

Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.

In general, Tinawun Village has a lot of potential to become a prosperous and prosperous village. In addition to having fertile soil, good human resources, healthy and conducive village government, Tinawun Village has one potential village tourism, namely Religious tourism to the Tomb of Sheikh Zakaria every Kliwon Friday. However, apart from tourism, there are many things that can be used in Tinawun Village, namely corn, which is usually only used for cooking, but now it can be used as a source of income for residents by making rice. In addition to corn, there is also ginger which is usually only used as an additional spice in the kitchen, now it can be processed into a drink that is rich in benefits and helps increase body immunity, by mixing it with various flavors, it can be turned into an immune boosting drink that can increase the body's immunity during this pandemic. Apart from the plant aspect, there is also the empowerment of catfish as an income source for local residents.

The Community Service Lecture work program in the form of hydroponic kale and catfish cultivation applications with an aquaponic system was carried out in Dawuhan Hamlet, Kayugiyang Village, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this KPM work program is to utilize the yard of the house so that it has productive value and educate the community with environmentally friendly cultivation systems. The stages of implementing this work program include the stages of field surveys and partner conditions, seeding kale seedlings, installing Aquaponics installation ponds, and mentoring activities. The technology used is the aquaponic system cultivation, which utilizes catfish manure as natural fertilizer for water spinach plants placed on it. From the results of the implementation of the KPM work program, it resulted in 1 (one) unit of aquaponic cultivation ponds, increasing public knowledge, especially for teenagers who are KPM partners.

Penelitian uji coba produk ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar nilai ekonomis dari pengolahan ikan lele menjadi nugget dengan konsep zero waste, penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta. Data dari penelitian ini diambil dari hasil uji organoleptik  yang diujikan kepada panelis dengan memberikan penilaian dalam hal tekstur, aroma, warna dan rasa dengan skala uji 1-5. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama satu bulan. Hasil uji panelis dari aspek rasa sebesar 4.5, aroma 4.1, tekstur 4.1, warna 3.9, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar panelis menyukai olahan nugget berbahan ikan lele Pengolahan ikan lele dengan konsep zero waste pada olahan nugget mampu menambah nilai ekonomis dengan memanfaatkan rendemen bagian tubuh ikan lele. Pengolahan ikan lele dengan konsep zero waste terbukti mampu mendukung program dunia dalam meminmalisir pemborosan makanan dan mengurangi limbah pengolahan makanan.

Number of fish seed can be measured by means of conventional observation using eye senses. But when the fish seed measured pretty much it will take a long time (not efficient) and cause incorrect measurement results (inaccurate). The accuracy of calculation of fingerlings is crucial trust between seller and buyer.During this time a sensor is used to detect the amount of fish seed is passed through a transparent hose using a light sensor (Light Dependent Resistor) and photodiode sensors as infra red light receiver. The level of accuracy of the sensor lies in the intensity of the light beam is received so that the sensor will be impaired if airya murky and there are air bubbles pass through the sensor so that the fish count error occurs.This research will be conducted design counters the number of fingerlings using infra red phototransistor sensor with a frequency of 20KHz to fish and then processed using the logic matrix. Results matrix logic into the data input to be processed by a microcontroller as the basis of results of calculation of the amount of fish.Development model studies using models of R & D (research and development) that produce a product in the form of the final product. Experiments were carried out using the type and length of catfish fingerlings with a length of 3 cm to 5 cm. Fish seed count tool has been tested to catfish farmers in the village Siwarak Ungaran City.The trial results calculators fish seeds have difference of 3% of the calculated results Manual or accuracy of calculation results have fish reaches 97%, then a counter of fish seed is acceptable to be used by catfish farmers.
