Immunization is a strategic and cost-effective effort to reduce the morbidity and mortality of children in the world. Immunization saves around 2 to 3 million lives each year. During the COVID-19 pandemic, immunization coverage has declined dramatically. The number of children with incomplete immunization status has increased. This community service is expected to increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres about Tracking Children with Zero Dose and Missed Dose Immunization. The training provided by implementing modules and animated videos prepared by the Ministry of Health is effective in increasing the knowledge of posyandu cadres in the Alas Health Center Work Area, Sumbawa Regency. This shows that modules and videos are good media in conveying information to training participants. Increased knowledge of posyandu cadres after receiving the training materials provided, Knowledge of health cadres increased, a significant increase before training only 10% of posyandu cadres had high knowledge of immunization, while after training it increased to 90%.

Stunting is a health problem that is still a challenge in Indonesia, especially in areas with low economic conditions. One of the contributing factors is less than ideal parenting due to limited knowledge in managing household income to meet children's nutritional needs. This community service activity aims to improve housewives' understanding of financial management and the selection of nutritious food at low cost to support stunting prevention. This activity was carried out in Wera Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, involving seven families with stunted children, integrated health post cadres, and community leaders. The method used was practice-based training that included lectures, group discussions, household budget preparation simulations, and demonstrations of selecting nutritious food at low cost. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests, participatory observations, and activity documentation. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in participants' understanding by 75.7%, with an average score increasing from 45.8 to 80.5. The indicator with the highest increase was the ability to prepare a simple family budget (87.5%), followed by an understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition (70.0%) and the selection of nutritious food at low cost (70.8%). The response of the participants was very positive, shown by enthusiasm in the discussion and active involvement in the practice of preparing a budget and demonstration of selecting food ingredients. This activity succeeded in increasing household financial literacy and awareness of the importance of nutrition in the family. The practice-based approach has proven effective in improving participants' understanding and skills. For the sustainability of the program, further assistance and collaboration with posyandu cadres and the village government are needed to ensure sustainable implementation in preventing stunting.

Stunting is a condition of toddlers that has a negative impact on growth and development when compared to age. The incidence of stunting is a major nutritional problem facing Indonesia, and stunting is a topic that needs attention from all quarters given its impact. Lack of information about stunting can lead to quite a lot of misconceptions in the community, including the assumption that stunting is a normal condition for less height, even some parents do not know about stunting This study is a qualitative research. Initial informants were determined using purposive sampling technique. This study aims to help toddlers achieve optimal physical growth according to their age, improve cognitive development of toddlers through nutritious nutritional intake, and conduct early detection of stunting cases through regular growth monitoring at the puskesmas. There are five villages targeted by this program, namely ie masen kaye adang village with 13 stunting toddlers, lamgugob village with 6 toddlers, kopelma village with 12 toddlers, rukoh village with 20 toddlers, and dayah raya village with 17 toddlers. The implementation of the PMT program in August has been done carefully. One important preparation was the training given to cadres in each village. Posyandu Ngadi Asih has a cadre of 20 people and has implemented 5 posyandu service tables but it is not yet optimal. The initial survey at Posyandu Ngadi Asih Surakarta found children who indicated mental and emotional problems such as impulsive tantrums (fussing with shouting and throwing objects) when their wishes were not met, anger when restricted in using gadgets, hitting their peers, and being reluctant to go to school because they were afraid. The problem found at Posyandu Ngadi Asih was that early detection examinations for mental, emotional and behavioral health had not been carried out. This is due to the limited knowledge and skills of cadres. The root of the problem is that there is no instrument for early detection of mental, emotional and behavioral problems, so that so far at Posyandu Ngadi Asih there has been no recap of data on children who experience mental, emotional and behavioral problems. The solution offered by this program is the Implementation of the Emotional Mental Problems Information System (SIEMPRO). Implementation method with 6 (six) stages, namely preparation, apperception, training, mentoring, evaluation and termination. The results of the program for implementing the Emotional Mental Problems Information System (SIEMPRO) at Posyandu Ngadi Asih have gone well. There was an increase in cadre skills after the activities were carried out, although not completely. Some cadres still need assistance from skilled cadres. The implementation of the Emotional Mental Problems Information System (SIEMPRO) is ready to be implemented at the Ngadi Asih posyandu. The cadres are committed to implementing and applying the results of this program in every posyandu activity and when providing support for Toddler Family Development

Stunting remains a chronic nutritional issue in Indonesia, particularly among children under five, affecting cognitive development, physical growth, and the productivity of the younger generation (Ministry of Health, 2023). This community service aims to enhance the role of public administration in promoting policies and programs to combat stunting through education, training, and direct assistance. Activities were conducted in coordination with government officials, health cadres, and local leaders, utilizing local media to raise awareness about nutrition. The results showed a significant increase in community knowledge about stunting and balanced nutrition, with active participation from both officials and residents in the reduction programs. This approach underscores the importance of public administration in fostering sustainable community health initiatives. In parallel, this program also focuses on enhancing community care for orphans through strategies like empathetic communication and social management. Using a participatory and qualitative approach, both the community and orphans were involved in every stage of the activity. The results indicated improved social interactions between the community and orphans, with the children showing positive emotional responses such as comfort and acceptance. The community demonstrated increased participation and responsibility. By integrating empathetic communication with social management, the program successfully enhanced the emotional well-being of orphans and strengthened community solidarity, suggesting a sustainable model for future social care initiatives.
