Optimizing the profit from coffee bean production is crucial in the coffee industry consider the competitive environment and the need for maximize revenue. The aim of this research is to use the Simplex linear programming method to determine and maximize profits from coffee bean production. This technique is used to ascertain the best combination of coffee bean production volumes while still considering a number of limitations, including scarce resources (labor, raw materials and machines) and market demand. The findings of this research show that by using the Simplex approach, companies can maximize the profit generated from coffee bean production while adhering to the existing constraints. The simulation conducted provides an optimal solution in terms of the precise production volume for each type of coffee product, contributing significantly to production planning and business strategy.

This study aims to analyze the bankruptcy crisis communication of PT. Sepatu Bata tbk, using the literature review research method to collect data through several journals and articles. The bankruptcy of PT Bata is a significant case of business failure and shows the tight competition between industries. This study analyzes the factors causing the bankruptcy of PT Bata, namely: changes in consumer behavior, inability to face competition, business strategy errors, and declining economic conditions. The results of the study indicate that the bankruptcy of PT Bata has an impact on decreasing stock values, reducing the workforce, and losses for creditors. This study contributes to the understanding of the factors causing corporate bankruptcy and the importance of strategic planning. As well as for future improvements.

This study aims to determine the implications of accounting information systems (AIS) as a business strategy for SMEs in Madiun City. Economic digitalization has a major effect on SMEs. One of the implications (Angelina Wijaya Tan et al., 2024) of this economic digitalization is the transformation carried out by SME actors into the digital era, including the use of Accounting Information Systems (AIS). Efficiency is needed by SMEs in order to keep up with the changing times. The use of this AIS can improve the reporting process and business processes carried out by SMEs. Another advantage (Ari Rohmana & Hwihanus Hwihanus, 2023) of using this AIS is to avoid recording errors and reduce waste. It can be seen that AIS has an important role in the business processes carried out by SMEs. The research method used is qualitative research. The respondents used were SMEs in Madiun City.

The restaurant business continues to grow, but few business actors understand how to seize business opportunities to increase competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the application of the Canvas Business Model (BMC) in the culinary industry, with a focus on the fast food business in the city of Surakarta. BMC is used to evaluate nine key elements: value proposition, customer segments, distribution channels, customer relationships, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, cost structure, and revenue streams. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through surveys, interviews, and observations. The results of the study show that the implementation of BMC can increase the effectiveness of business strategies, especially in terms of product innovation, improved customer experience, and optimization of digital marketing and partnership networks. In addition, a SWOT analysis is conducted to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the culinary business, which is then used as a basis in designing a growth strategy. The main findings of this study propose new business models that are more adaptive and sustainable, including product diversification strategies, the use of digital technology, and strengthening partnerships with suppliers and food delivery service platforms. This research is expected to be a reference for culinary entrepreneurs in developing more competitive and sustainable business strategies in the digital era.

This research was conducted to determine the appropriate CV Restu Mande business strategy design using strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in achieving export targets. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection carried out in this research was interviews with the leadership of CV Restu Mande, observation both directly and indirectly, and documentation. The SWOT analysis carried out in this research produces a SWOT matrix as a recommendation for CV Restu Mande's business strategy. The results of the SWOT analysis, SWOT matrix, and proposed new Business Model Canvas at CV Restu Mande are that in the customer segments section, target consumers are added in the form of Indonesian communities abroad, in the channels section, websites, international e-commerce and overseas retail need to be added, in the customer relationship section, rewards need to be added for resellers, dropshippers and loyal customers, in the key resources section we need to add production facilities, in the key activities section we need to add more interesting and detailed marketing activities, in the key partnership section we need to add agent collaboration. or distributors, loyal customers, production partners, and international trade consultants or experts, and in the cost structure section it is necessary to focus on investment in production facilities.

This study examines the impact of green talent management practices on HR performance quality in eco-friendly hotels in Central Java, Indonesia, using a phenomenological approach. Through in-depth interviews with 24 participants across six star-rated hotels, direct observation, document analysis, and focus group discussions, the research explores how green HRM practices influence employee performance and career development opportunities for young talent. The findings reveal that eco-friendly hotels have implemented various green talent management practices including environmentally-conscious recruitment, sustainability training, green performance management, and employee involvement in environmental initiatives. These practices positively impact multiple dimensions of employee performance: task performance through improved resource efficiency; contextual performance through enhanced teamwork; adaptive performance through increased innovation capability; and environmental performance through strengthened pro-environmental behaviors. The effectiveness of these practices is influenced by top management commitment, integration with business strategy, training quality, organizational culture, and resource availability. Young employees perceive involvement in green initiatives as valuable for developing leadership skills, expanding professional networks, and enhancing market competitiveness, although they identify the need for clearer sustainability-focused career paths. The study contributes to GHRM and talent management literature by explicating the mechanisms linking green talent management with performance outcomes in the hospitality industry context, while providing practical implications for hotel managers seeking to enhance both environmental sustainability and human resource performance. The research underscores the importance of a holistic approach to green talent management that aligns environmental priorities with employee development and organizational strategy.

This study examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing strategy through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. AI has shown a transformative impact by outperforming traditional methods, especially in optimizing big data-based marketing strategies. With the ability to analyze consumer behavior in depth, AI enables businesses to personalize marketing efforts and improve user experiences more efficiently and responsively. However, challenges such as data privacy, high initial investment, and reliance on data quality remain major concerns that must be addressed. This study also evaluates the effectiveness of using AI across marketing channels, which shows significant differences in their impact on business strategy. In addition, the integration of AI-based fitness equipment is considered to have a major contribution in increasing consumer satisfaction while driving online business growth. The results of this study provide valuable insights into the effective implementation of AI, as well as highlight the importance of maintaining data security and implementing AI strategically to provide optimal benefits for consumers and business development.

This study aims to analyze the strategy of improving employee performance at PT XYZ, a state-owned company that plays a vital role in the provision of electricity in Indonesia. In the context of increasingly fierce competition and increasing customer demands, SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing companies. The results of the analysis show that internal strengths, such as technical expertise, can be leveraged to develop more innovative products and services. This study also emphasizes the importance of improving service quality as a key factor in increasing customer satisfaction. Thus, the recommendations produced are expected to assist PT XYZ in formulating an effective strategy to achieve its business goals. The results of this research make a significant contribution to the development of human resources and the improvement of company performance.

Effective marketing planning is the key to success for companies, especially in the increasingly competitive automotive industry. This research aims to analyze the planning and marketing process carried out by Mitsubishi Xpander. The method used is a literature review, which involves analyzing various reference sources related to marketing and business strategy. The findings show that Mitsubishi Xpander has successfully implemented a planned marketing strategy, including product adjustments, competitive prices and effective promotions. Additionally, in-depth market analysis helps companies in understanding consumer preferences and identifying opportunities in the market. The implications of this research highlight the importance of implementing marketing strategies that are adaptive and responsive to changing consumer trends to increase competitiveness and business sustainability. The results of this research can provide insight for other companies in formulating more effective and efficient marketing strategies.

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in achieving company strategic goals, especially amidst the challenges of globalization and increasingly fierce competition. This journal discusses the importance of effective HR management in creating competitive advantages and improving organizational performance. With a focus on talent development, employee welfare, and good relationships between management and employees, this research shows that good HRM practices can increase employee motivation, productivity, and loyalty. In addition, this journal highlights the need for strategies that are aligned with business goals to ensure that every individual in the organization contributes optimally. Through analysis of various challenges faced by HR management, including work-life balance and global skills development, this journal provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of HR management. In the era of globalization, companies are increasingly competitive and are required to have a good business strategy so that companies can remain competitive and develop. Innovation and improving product quality are needed by companies in the face of increasingly fierce competition. Strategy is an important thing in a business. To achieve its goals or objectives effectively and efficiently, the company must be able to deal with any problems or obstacles that arise. The focus of this research refers to PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The purpose of this study is to discuss the strategy and analysis of PT Indofood in facing industry competition. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to analyze the competitive strategy used by PT Indofood. Data collection using literature review related to this research. The results of the discussion show that PT Indofood implements various strategies, such as product diversification, increasing operational efficiency, and market expansion through international market penetration. The main finding of this study is the success of PT Indofood in utilizing its competitive advantage to compete in the global market.

The development of digital technology has opened significant opportunities for the website development industry to innovate, particularly through the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This study explores the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in designing a business strategy for ACW Studio, a website development service company utilizing AR technology. By integrating AR, ACW Studio offers a unique value proposition, such as creating interactive websites and AR-based creative products, significantly enhancing customer experience. The use of BMC helps the company analyze nine key business elements, including strategic collaboration, service personalization, and optimization of digital distribution channels. The study results show that AR-based strategies can provide substantial competitive advantages in a highly competitive market while also opening opportunities for expansion into sectors such as education, retail, and tourism.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, effective business models are crucial for sustaining competitiveness. This research explores the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to TemplateKuy, a digital platform providing Notion and Spreadsheet templates. The study aims to identify how BMC's nine components—customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structures—can be optimized for business growth and sustainability. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving interviews, observations, and SWOT analysis to evaluate TemplateKuy’s strategic positioning. The findings reveal that BMC helps TemplateKuy create tailored strategies that align with market demands, improve operational efficiency, and increase value for its users. However, challenges such as resource limitations and market competition persist. These results offer valuable insights for similar businesses aiming to leverage BMC for strategic planning. The study emphasizes the importance of continuous innovation and customer feedback to maintain relevance in the dynamic digital industry.

In the digital era, competition in the graphic design industry is increasingly competitive, requiring businesses to innovate and adapt with effective strategies. This study aims to develop business strategies using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for Trikarasu Design, a start-up in the graphic design field. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and literature study method, the research maps the nine BMC elements to analyze opportunities and challenges faced. The findings reveal that BMC aids Trikarasu Design in identifying product value propositions, customer segments, and relevant distribution channels. Digital promotion strategies through social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok are proven effective in enhancing visibility and fostering personal relationships with customers. This study provides practical contributions in the form of BMC-based strategies that support the sustainability and growth of Trikarasu Design in the dynamic graphic design market.

Inhiven Design is a company that combines graphic design with interior design to provide creative and integrated solutions in various fields such as housing, offices, and commercial. The author's purpose in conducting this study is to analyze the history of the early formation of Inhiven Design? Then what are the problems faced during the establishment of Inhiven Design? And how does Inhiven Design optimize sales in its marketing? The method used in this study is qualitative observation with primary data collection through direct interviews. This study examines the development of Inhiven Design, including the company profile, history of its establishment, and marketing and management strategies implemented. Data were collected through qualitative observation and direct interviews with team members to understand the marketing strategy carried out by Inhiven Design by applying contemporary trends in interior design. The results of the analysis show that the success of Inhiven Design depends not only on technical skills and creativity, but also on the ability to adapt to market changes and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

Startups in Indonesia are growing very quickly which has an impact on the economy in Indonesia. High public enthusiasm is proven by Indonesia being one of the 5 countries with the highest number of startups in the world. There are several startups with good financial valuations that can be said to be unicoms or even decacorns. In this process, capital cannot be separated from the strategies taken by the Company. One alternative funding is to carry out an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Until 2022, the startup that has carried out an IPO is PT. Goto Gojek Tokopedia conducted a Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats (SWOT) analysis on the two companies to analyze the company's business strategy model. Method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method and a data collection process by conducting literature studies from accredited scientific publication and digital news sources.

Human resource management (HRM) plays an important role in helping organizations achieve short-term and long-term goals by aligning those goals with overall business strategy. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and to provide an overview of effective employee training and development to increase company productivity. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through literature study. Based on the studies conducted, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory emphasizes that human resource management methods are selected according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy should align with the company's core mission and vision, and serve as a roadmap for achieving profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. In addition, proper training and development can significantly influence employee productivity, which in turn will improve the well-being and prosperity of the company. The COVID-19 pandemic caused volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA), and has created an unprecedented change for all organizations to either evolved or seized to exist. The dynamism due to COVID-19 has forced the HRM function to look forward to organizational agility to adapt and stay in business. The approach to make a linkage between COVID-19, organizational agility, and sustainable HRM is theoretically argued based on a resource-based theory. By conceptualizing the work of Dyer & Shafer (2014) and Nijssen & Paauwe (2012) five dimensions are identified to measure organizational agility, which includes fluid organizational design, flexible core business strategy, distributive information, fast organizational learning, and highly adaptable infrastructure and workplace design. However, further research is needed to confirm the dimensions proposed and to expand them into indicators that can specifically measure organizational agility as a variable.
