With financial inclusion acting as a moderator, the goal of this study is to examine how financial technology use and financial literacy impact microbusiness performance. Microbusinesses in Bandar Lampung City's food and beverage industry serve as the research subjects. This study employs a quantitative approach, using questionnaires to collect primary data from microenterprises. Purposeful sampling was used to choose 203 microbusinesses that met the research criteria. SPSS was utilized to analyze the data using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The study's conclusions imply that the use of financial technology has an effect on microenterprises' performance. Additionally, it has been shown that financial literacy affects microenterprise performance. The findings show that key components in increasing microbusiness performance are the use of financial technology and the entrepreneur's capacity to supervise and make financial decisions. However, the test results indicate that financial inclusion cannot boost the impact of financial technology and financial expertise on microbusiness performance. This implies that the influence of financial technology and financial knowledge on business success is not necessarily enhanced by having access to financial services. It also shows that a key factor in increasing the success of microbusinesses is the characteristics of the entrepreneur. The research's objectives are to assist important stakeholders in creating plans for microenterprise growth, as well as to assist microenterprise actors in improving their financial literacy and utilizing financial technology to its fullest.

Digital transformation initiatives have become essential for organizations seeking to remain competitive in today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape. However, many organizations face challenges due to ineffective Information Systems (IS) governance, which hampers strategic decision-making and the successful execution of these initiatives. This study aims to develop an IS governance framework that enhances decision-making quality by aligning IT decisions with organizational goals during digital transformation efforts. The proposed framework addresses existing gaps in current IS governance models, offering a solution to common challenges such as inadequate governance structures, resource constraints, and misalignment between IT and business strategies. The framework was developed through a mixed-method approach, including conceptual framework development, expert consensus via the Delphi method, and organizational validation studies. Key findings reveal that the framework improves transparency in decision-making, enhances accountability for IT decisions, and ensures better alignment between IT strategies and organizational objectives. By embedding agile leadership and data-driven decision-making principles, the framework enables organizations to respond effectively to the fast-changing dynamics of digital transformation. This study also compares the proposed framework to existing models such as COBIT and ITIL, highlighting its unique features, including its adaptability to the fluid nature of digital transformation. The framework's strengths include its comprehensiveness and flexibility, though its application may face challenges in organizations with limited digital maturity or rigid governance structures. Future research directions include exploring the integration of emerging technologies into the framework and its applicability across different organizational contexts.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a vital pillar of the Indonesian economy, contributing 61% to GDP and employing 97% of the workforce. Despite their importance, MSMEs face a high failure rate of 78–80%, with financial management problems accounting for 82% of failures. This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of risk management on the success of entrepreneurial efforts in MSMEs, while also measuring its contribution in explaining variations in business success. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, the research involved 100 purposively selected respondents who met criteria of operating for at least two years and employing at least one worker. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). Results confirmed that all instruments were valid and reliable, with data meeting normality and heteroscedasticity assumptions. Regression analysis produced the equation Y = 5.428 + 0.724X, showing that risk management positively influences business success. The t-test confirmed significance, while R² = 0.403 indicated that risk management explains 40.3% of success variation. The findings conclude that effective risk management significantly enhances MSME sustainability and entrepreneurial success.

The development of the digital era has triggered a significant transformation in consumer shopping patterns, which have now shifted from conventional retail to Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce). This article analyzes the phenomenon of changing consumer behavior driven by preferences for speed, practicality, and time efficiency, with the COVID-19 pandemic as the main catalyst. The study highlights that the success of Q-Commerce is highly dependent on Logistics Service Quality (LSQ), particularly in terms of timeliness, courier interaction quality, and order condition. Despite offering convenience that disrupts physical retail, this business model faces serious sustainability challenges, including high last-mile operational costs, difficulty achieving profitability leading to the closure of several market players, and intense competition from hybrid retail models. In addition, traffic safety issues and increased carbon emissions are highlighted as social and environmental impacts. This study concludes that while Q-Commerce holds great potential, its sustainability requires strategic innovations that balance service speed with cost efficiency and ecological responsibility.vThe development of the digital era has triggered a significant transformation in consumer shopping patterns, which have now shifted from conventional retail to Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce). This study aims to analyze the impact of business combinations through acquisition on the financial performance of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, focusing on the acquiring firm in the Indonesian telecommunications infrastructure sector. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial statements for the period 2019–2023, sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company’s official website. Financial performance is analyzed using Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) by comparing the periods before, during, and after the acquisition conducted in 2021. The results indicate that the acquisition exerted short-term pressure on asset efficiency and profitability, as reflected by the decline in ROA and NPM in the year of acquisition. However, in the post-acquisition period, the company demonstrated an improvement in operational performance, particularly in Net Profit Margin, suggesting that the economic benefits of the business combination gradually materialized. Meanwhile, fluctuations in ROE and DER reflect adjustments in the capital structure following the acquisition. These findings suggest that the success of an acquisition cannot be evaluated solely based on short-term financial performance but requires continuous assessment to capture its medium- and long-term effects. This study provides practical implications for management in formulating post-acquisition integration strategies and contributes empirically to the accounting and finance literature on business combinations in Indonesia.
