According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2021 around 329,000 women died due to complications related to pregnancy or childbirth throughout the world, MMR in Indonesia until 2022 was 305/100,000 live births, WHO data for 2021 states the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in the world amounted to 235 deaths per 100,000 live births. Brebes Health Office (2022) MMR 50 cases, IMR 259 cases. Data from Bantarkawung Community Health Center (2022) MMR 1 case, IMR 5 cases. This researcher is able to carry out comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. R aged 26 years with Preeclampsia using Varney's seven-step obstetric management and SOAP. Based on the background above, the problem formulation is how Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs. R aged 26 years in the working area of the Bantarkawung Community Health Center, Brebes Regency in 2023. The research design used by the author is qualitative descriptive research. Comprehensive Care for Mrs.R found problems early in pregnancy with preeclampsia. Labor was induced, and the newborn was normal. During the postpartum period, the uterine involution process goes well. Conclusion: Through this scientific paper, it is hoped that health center health workers can maintain and improve the quality of health services in accordance with service standards and the application of theory.

Comprehensive midwifery care is a complete examination provided with simple examinations and counseling for pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care. The goal of continuous midwifery care given to Mrs. "N" at the Special Hospital for Mother and Child Siti Fatimah is to assess the condition of the mother and her fetus. This study was conducted from April 14, 2023, to July 9, 2023. Midwifery care methods use midwifery management based on the 7 steps of Verney from 38 weeks of pregnancy until deciding to use a 3-month contraceptive injection. The results of prenatal care include two antenatal visits during pregnancy. In the third trimester, Mrs. "N" complained of back pain, which was already manageable by the mother, so throughout the pregnancy, Mrs. "N" remained in good and normal condition. In conclusion, Mrs. "N" gave birth normally, assisted by a midwife and following the established care plan. The baby was born spontaneously with the head presenting, female, birth weight: 2,900 grams, birth length: 46 cm. Postpartum care for Mrs. "N" proceeded smoothly, and there were no complications for both the mother and the baby. The midwife provided communication, information, and education (CIE) during the care process, and during the postpartum period, the mother decided to use a 3-month contraceptive injection after 42 days of the postpartum period.

 Mother and Child Health (MCH) requires efforts through a holistic approach known as Continuity of Care (COC). Continuity is essential throughout a woman's life cycle, including during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. To achieve COC, it can be implemented through monitoring and services such as ANC, INC, PNC, and Newborn Care, as well as connecting healthcare facilities to ensure prompt and accurate handling of emergencies. The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women in the third trimester, during labor, postpartum, care for the newborn, neonates, and family planning. The study was conducted from April to May 2023 at the Special Regional Hospital for Mother and Child, Siti Fatima, Makassar. The care method in this research involves interviews, observations, and management of the subject's care. The subject in this care is Mrs. "H," a woman in her second pregnancy, who has given birth once, is currently at 37 weeks and 4 days gestation. The results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. "H" during the third trimester of pregnancy showed well-preparedness for childbirth. Normal delivery occurred, followed by normal care for the newborn and neonatal care. The conclusion of this research is that comprehensive care allows for data collection, determination of actual and potential diagnoses, and timely referral or collaboration with other healthcare providers in case of issues.

High parity pregnancies increase the risk of complications for both the mother and fetus. In the Bumiayu Community Health Center alone in 2021-2022 there were 45 cases of mother with grande multipara. To provide Comprehensive Midwifery Care service to pregnant, maternity, newborn, postpartum and family planing sevices in a comprehensif manner though a midwifery management approach according to Varney and SOAP. Based on the bacground above, the problem formulation is how to provide comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. I aged 32 years in the Bumiayu Community Health Center, Brebes Regency in 2022. The author uses a quality descriptive research method with a case study approach. In pregnancy cases of anemia and CED were found, partus precipitatus birth accurred. As well as giving formula milk to babies and lack of personal hygiene in neonatus and the normal postpartum periode. Grande Multipara Comprehensive Midwifery Care, Presipitatus delivery, giving formula milk to babies, and lack of personal hygiene with newborn and normal postpartum bebies.

The success of maternal and child health can be seen from the indicators of maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR). One of the causes of maternal mortality is bleeding that occurs due to anemia during pregnancy. Anemia conditions can be prevented by antenatal care (ANC) checks, and can help make labor run physiologically. Objective To provide comprehensive midwifery care to the patient, family, community or closest friends in order to get appropriate care.This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. In the first visit pregnancy care found the incidence of Mild Anemia, at the second visit found the incidence of Mild Preeclampsia. In the care of childbirth, there were cases of premature rupture of membranes and chepalopelvic disporpotion so that delivery was carried out by Sectio Caesarea. And in the care of newborns, postpartum and family planning there are no problems and the condition of the mother and baby is normal. Based on the comprehensive care provided to Mrs. K, there were no gaps in the care of pregnancy, puerperium, newborn, and family planning, but in the care of childbirth there were some gaps between theory and practice.

In Indonesia in 2020, there were 4,627 cases of MMR and 20,266 cases of IMR. One of the causes MMR and IMR is complications during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn, even 47% of deaths of children under five occur during the neonatal period. Therefore, one of the efforts that can be made to prevent MMR and IMR is with comprehensive midwifery care that is carried out continuously. The purpose of this study was to be able to carry out Comprehensive Midwifery Care on Mrs. R aged 24 years. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the research that has been done are known to Mrs. R experiencing oblique fetal position abnormalities in pregnancy 29 + 6 weeks. At delivery the fetus experienced fetal distress because Mrs. R experienced anxiety disorders so that delivery was performed by sectio caesarea, then at the neonate visit when the baby was 5 days old the baby experienced physiological jaundice, while in the postpartum period the mother did not experience any complications, then the mother chose MAL birth control. The conclusion of this study can be drawn that there is no gap between practice and theory.

Background: KEK is one of the risk factors for pregnancy causes complications and maternal death. The global maternal mortality rate due to CED is 37%, maternal deaths in Central Java Province in 2020 were 530 cases. The maternal mortality rate in Brebes district is 62 cases. At the Bumiayu Health Center, the maternal mortality rate in 2020 was 2 cases. The aim is to be able to carry out Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs N aged 22 years with Chronic Energy Deficiency at the Bumiayu Community Health Center using Varney's seven-step midwifery management and SOAP Research Method: this research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The results: of Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs N were that during pregnancy KEK was found. Delivery was normal and the newborn was found to be underweight. In neonates, boils were found on the legs and the baby's body temperature was high, then appropriate management was carried out so that the problem was resolved. During the postpartum period, the stitched wound was found to be still wet, then ointment was given to solve the problem. Mother uses birth control implant. Conclusion: care has been carried out in accordance with midwifery service standards.

One of the goals is to implement comprehensive obstetric care. Comprehensive midwifery care is the care provided by midwives from pregnancy, delivery, newborn, postpartum and until the mother decide to use birth control aimed at providing services an a continuity of care (COC) basis to prevent complications in pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and birth control. The method used is descriptive observational research design with case study approach. The results obtained are comprehensive obstetric care provided ranging prom pregnancy, delivery, puerperium, newborn to normal running birth control acceptors.

Serotinus is one of the obstetric complications that needs to be watched out for and there is a high risk of caesarean section during delivery. These complication will be made worse if the mother experiences anemia which can cause uterine atony, post partum bleeding and even lead to maternal death. According to WHO (2021), the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is 329,000 per 100,000 live births, data from the Brebes Health Office in 2022 is 105 cases, and data from the Paguyangan Community Health Center (2021) is 4 cases. Researchers implemented comprehensive midwifery care using Varney and SOAP documentation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection used interview methods, observation, physical examination, supporting examinations, medical records, KIA books and other literature. The main informant is Mrs. A, while additional informants were midwives, general practitioners, obstetricians, nutrition officers, laboratory officers, husbands and families. Based on the results of pregnancy, childbirth, newborn, postpartum and family planning care, there were only problems in pregnancy at the age of 29+1, namely breech and oblique presentation and mild anemia with HB 9.6 g/dL and at the gestational age of 31+3, namely underestimation of fetal weight.

Risk factors during pregnancy can increase complications including gestational hypertension which can contribute to MMR.Maternal mortality according to WHO (2021) is 329,000 people, in Indonesia (2021) there are 7,389 cases, in Central Java (2022) there are 864 cases, in Brebes Regency (2022) there are 50 cases and at the Bumiayu Health Center which is a shade of Brebes Regency also contributes 2 cases. The purpose of this study is to provide midwifery care for pregnant women, maternity, newborns, postpartum and family planning comprehensively. The method in this study used descriptive qualitative with a case study approach.  Data collection techniques with interviews, measurements, physical examination and documentation. The main informant is Mrs. S with additional informants namely husband, family, midwife and Dr. Sp.OG. Based on the results of pregnancy, childbirth, newborn, postpartum and family planning. Found problems during pregnancy, namely Mrs. S with blood pressure 140/103 mmHg, negative urine protein which is classified as gestational hypertension.

Pregnancy risk factors that cause complications and maternal mortality are high risk at age ≤ 20 years and chronic energy deficiency. The pregnancy rate for pregnant women ≤ 20 years old at Bumiayu Health Center in 2022 was 7 cases, while the incidence of SEZ at Bumiayu Health Center in 2022 was 56 cases. One of the efforts to reduce the high risk factors of age ≤ 20 years and SEZ by providing comprehensive care. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, data collection using interviews, physical examinations, supporting examinations, obstetric examinations, observations, documentation studies, literature studies and literature. The main informant is Mrs.S and additional informants are midwives and husbands. Based on the results of comprehensive midwifery care performed on Mrs.S during pregnancy Mrs.S found the problem that TFU was not in accordance with gestational age.

Indicators to measure the quality of health services in an area can be seen from the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). One of the ways that can be done to reduce maternal mortality (MMR) and infant mortality (IMR) is by implementing continuous care. The purpose of this continuous midwifery care is to be able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. "S" from pregnancy to family planning in accordance with midwifery care standards. Case study research method. The results of the implementation of midwifery care on an ongoing basis (Continuity of Care) on Mrs. "S" G1P0A0 age 24 years starting from the gestational age of 30 weeks 3 days to the age of 38 weeks. At the first pregnancy visit there was a problem in the mother, namely pregnancy with breech location. At the second visit the baby's position was in a normal position. The delivery process ended by cesarean section because the baby had an Early Rupture of Membranes. The baby was born at Budi Kemuliaan Hospital with a weight of 3000 gr Body Length : 48 cm Head Circumference: 33 cm, Chest Circumference: 32 cm. In the postpartum period, physiological complaints were found such as pain in the suture wound but not accompanied by signs of suture wound infection. Mrs. "S" chose to use 3-month injectable birth control. The conclusion of this assessment is that midwives are expected to be able to provide comprehensive care from pregnancy to family planning services and apply care in accordance with midwifery service standards.

Physiological newborns are babies born with a gestational age of more than or equal to 37 weeks with a body weight of 2500 grams to 4000 grams. During the birth period, many physical and psychological changes begin to occur in the baby's body, therefore it requires careful supervision to determine how to adjust to life outside the womb. The purpose of this study was to apply midwifery physiology care to By "Z" at the Panincong Health Center. The care provided uses the Varney 7 Step Midwifery Care Management approach and forms of documentation through SOAP. The case study conducted on By “Z” revealed that there were no obstacles when implementing Varney's 7 Step Midwifery Care Management approach. Thus, it is easy for caregivers to solve problems related to this. The form of midwifery care provided to By "Z" includes taking anamnesis on the baby's parents, carrying out physical examinations, and providing counseling to the parents, in this case to By "Z"'s mother about how to carry out effective care when caring for babies. High maternal and infant mortality rates are a major health problem in Indonesia. The author contributes by providing comprehensive midwifery care for pregnancy, maternity, postpartum, newborns, and family planning to promote better health. The author has provided direct midwifery care and has real experience. An observational case study was conducted at the Pratama Kita Clinic, Kec. Berastagi from February to June 2016. to provide comprehensive care to Mrs. K, who is 36 years old, experienced pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn and caesarean section. Interviews, observations, examinations and documentation are used to collect data. Case study analysis is used to transform data into easy-to-understand information. After Mrs. K started pregnant in the third trimester, the author implemented and provided comprehensive midwifery care.

Pregnancy is a physiological and natural condition that occurs in women. There are various complaints experienced by pregnant women during their pregnancy, one of the most common complaints is dizziness. Objective: LTA provides comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant, maternity, postpartum, BBL, neonate and family planning women using a midwifery management approach for Mrs "P" who complained of dizziness. Method: Care in this LTA is through interviews, observation and care management. The subject in this care is Mrs "P" at the Pratama Riyyan Kabanjahe Clinic. Results: results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs "N" during pregnancy in the second trimester and third trimester with dizziness, in normal labor, spontaneously without complications, in the postpartum period with normal puerperium, in BBL with BBLN, in patients.

Neonatus adalah Bayi Baru Lahir yang berusia 0 sampai dengan 28 hari WHO (Word Health Organization, 2015).Ciri-ciri bayi baru lahir yang sehat yaitu bayinya bergerak aktif, berat lahir sekitar 2.500 – 4000 gram, memiliki warna kulit yang mencerahkan, segera menangis ketika lahir, memiliki suhu tubuh normal yaitu 36,5-37,5C. Tali pusat merupakan tali penghubung yang memanjang dari umbilicus sampai ke permukaan fetal plasenta. Pada tali pusat terdapat funikulus umbilicalis yang terbentang dari permukaan fetal plasenta sampai daerah umbilikus fetus dan berlanjut sebagai kulit fetus. Dalam sister kerjanya tali pusat berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara plasenta dan bagian tubuh janin supaya mendapatkan asupan oksigen, makanan, dan antibody dari ibu. Pada umumnya umbilicus atau tali pusat saat satu minggu setelah bayi lahir dan luka sembuh dalam lima belas hari (Baety, 2011). Tujuan: penelitian untuk memberikan Asuhan Kebidanan Bayi Baru Lahir pada Bayi Ny M Tentang Cara Perawatan Tali Pusat Di Poliklinik Pt Serdang Tengah Kec. galang Kab. Deli Serdang tahun 2020.  Metode: Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan data dengan cara pengambilan primer menggunakan pedoman wawancara terstruktur dan pemeriksaan langsung kepada Bayi Baru Lahir pada Bayi Ny M Tentang Cara Perawatan Tali Pusat Di Poliklinik Pt Serdang Tengah Kec. galang Kab. Deli Serdang tahun 2020. Data disajikan dalam bentuk management helen varney. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bayi Baru Lahir pada Bayi Ny M Tentang Cara Perawatan Tali Pusat Di Poliklinik Pt Serdang Tengah Kec. galang Kab. Deli Serdang tahun 2020. Asuhann yang tepat diberikan pada by Ny M yaitu memberikan asuhan kebidanan dengan Memberikan ibu penkes PerawatanTali Pusat. Saran:  kepada petugas kesehatan harus meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memberikan asuhan yang tepat Bayi Baru Lahir tentang Perawatan tali pusat.

Latar Belakang: Kehamilan merupakan suatu kondisi yang akan dialami oleh setiap perempuan yang sudah menikah, namun pada masa kehamilan tidak selalu bisa dilalui dengan kondisi tubuh yang fit. Permasalahan yang biasanya muncul adalah ketidaknyamanan selama kehamilan misalnya mual muntah, sakit kepala, sering kencing, keputihan, nyeri punggung dank ram pada kaki. Tujuan: laporan tugas akhir ini ditujukan untuk member asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif terhadap ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, bayi baru lahir dan KB. Metode: penelitian deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Asuhan kebidanan menggunakan  Continuity of Care serta data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, serta penatalaksanaan asuhan. Subyek yang digunakan yaitu Ny. H G2 P1A0 usia kehamilan 32 minggu dengan kehamilan normal keluhan sering kencing di PMB Lilis Suryawati, M.Kes. tempat penelilitian Desa Sambong Dukuh Kecamatan Jombang Kabupaten Jombang. Hasil : asuhan kebidanan terhadap Ny H G2 P1A0 dengan kehamilan normal keluhan sering kencing, asuhan persalinan dengan persalinan normal spontan belakang kepala tidak ada penyulit maupun komplikasi, asuhan nifas dengan nifas normal tanpa penyulit dan komplikasi, asuhan keluarga berencana dengan metode kontrasepsi MAL, asuhan bayi baru lahir dengan bayi baru lahir normal. Kesimpulan: Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif ini mencakup pemberian asuhan dan penatalksanaan secara mandiri dan kolaborasi, tidak ada penyulit selama pemberian asuhan pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, keluarga berencana dan bayi baru lahir.Kata Kunci: isi, format, artikel.

Hipertensi Dalam Kehamilan Merupakan 5 – 15 % penyulit kehamilan dan merupakan salah satu dari tiga penyebab tertinggi mortalitas dengan morbiditas ibu bersalin. Hipertensi gestasional merupakan hipertensi karena kehamilan dimana tekanan darah yang lebih tinggi dari 140/90 mmHg yang disebabkan oleh kehamilan itu sendiri yang terjadi pada trimester pertama dengan usia kehamilan lebih dari 20 minggu yang memiliki potensi menyebabkan gangguan serius pada kehamilan .Mortalitas maternal akibat hipertensi mencapai 16% jika dibandingkan dengan penyebab lain kematian ibu seperti sepsis, perdarahan, dan abortus. Menurut data dari Sepanjang tahun 2010-2013, di Indonesia, penyebab kematian ibu yang utama berturut-turut adalah perdarahan, hipertensi dalam kehamilan, dan infeksi. Karena tidak ada gejala atau tanda khas sebagai peringatan dini. Hipertensi dalam kehamilan atau yang disebut dengan preeklampsia, kejadian ini persentasenya 12% dari kematian ibu di seluruh dunia. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan atau keterampilan dalam memberikan Asuhan Kebidanan Kehamilan dengan Hipertensi Gestasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan 7 langkah Helen Varney dan SOAP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam studi kasus adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan responden dalam studi kasus ini adalah Ny. H umur 29 tahun G1P0A0 dengan usia kehamilan 28 Minggu 6 Hari, dari hasil pemeriksaan didapatkan tekanan darah yaitu 140/90 mmHg, ibu mengatakan sering merasakan pusing dan tengkuk terasa berat,tidak didapatkan odema pada tungkai kaki, ibu mengatakan kadang mengalami mual muntah, pandangan kabur selama kehamilannya dan ibu mengatakan tidak ada riwayat hipertensi sebelum hamil yang menandakan ibu mengalami hipertensi gestasional.Saran Bagi Tempat Peneliti diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan Hipertensi Gestasional di Klinik Pratama Marko Medan Johor.

Masa nifas (puerperium) yang berasal dari bahasa latin yaitu dari kata “puer” yang artinya bayi dan “parous” berarti melahirkan adalah masa seorang ibu saat persalinan setelah keluarnya placenta dan masa perubahan, pemulihan, penyembuhan sampai pengembalian alat-alat reproduksi pulih seperti sebelum hamil dan secara normal masa nifas berlangsung selama 6-8 minggu atau 40 hari, namun secara keseluruhan akan pulih dalam waktu 3 bulan(Walyani, 2015). Menurut World health organization(WHO) tahun 2015 menyatakan ibu meninggal akibat komplikasi yang berhubungan dengan kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas 97%, dan kejadian ini terjadi di Negara-negara berkembang. Termasuk Indonesia, di indonesia di Negara-negara berkembang resiko kematian ibu hamil dan ibu nifas sekitar 200 kali lebih besar di bandingkan resiko yang di hadapi ibu-ibu di Negara maju sehingga membutuhkan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah. Tujuan Penelitian: yaitu diketahuinya Asuhan Kebidanan Fisiologis Pada Nifas Pada Ny.I  Di Klinik Pratama Niar Kecamatan Patumbak  Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian: ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk membuat gambaran tentang suatu keadaan secara obyektif.HasilPenelitian menunjukkan setelah dilakukan asuhan sebanyak 4 kali yaitu pada kunjungan pertama ibu sudah mengerti dan mau melakukan semua asuhan yang diberikan. Pada kunjungan kedua keadaannya semakin membaik, ASI lancar keluar, bayi kuat menyusui, ibu selalu menyusui bayinya, tidak ada penyulit dan hanya memberikan ASI. Pada kunjungan ketiga keadaan ibu sudah sehat memberikan ASI ekslusif dan ibu mengatakan darah yang keluar dari kemaluannya sudah tidak berwarna kecoklatan namun berwarna kekuningan dan tidak berbau dan pada kunjungan keempat keadaan ibu sudah sehat, ASI lancer keluar sudah tidak ada darah yang keluar dari kemaluannya dan tidak ada keluhan saat ini.
