The aim of this community service is to help children's psychomotor development to control body movements through coordinated activities between the central nerve and muscles through games, hone children's abilities through coloring sketches, and provide reinforcement and motivation for children with special needs so that children do not inferior and able to compete in the world of education like other children. This activity was carried out at SLB Negeri Ende. The methods used in this service activity are game methods, socialization approaches and lectures. The results of the activity show that children are more enthusiastic about learning, because the material provided is material that is combined with games, so that lessons are more fun for children and not boring. The conclusion of this service is that the community service activities carried out are expected to improve the concentration and learning abilities of children with special needs at SLB. The purpose of this study this study describes the realization form of vowel phoneme, consonant phoneme in Indonesian language. Through this research, it is hoped that it can be useful for the Indonesian speakers, especially educators and students. In addition,In  addition, this research is expected to inspire linguistic experts to examine more comprehensively related to the realization of Indonesian vowel phonemes. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using a collective case approach study (collection case study). Data collection using observation, listening and note-taking techniques. Correctional institutions have very few employees compared to the prisoners who become prisoners. Therefore, the operation of the penitentiary system involves personnel from tamping in order to carry out operations optimally. This study aims to explain the existence of tamping as an auxiliary force for the operation of correctional institutions. The research method was conducted with a descriptive method through a qualitative approach and using data collection techniques with in-depth interviews with 3 key informants and 3 informants. This research is located in an urban area of Bandung, precisely in prisons X and Y. The results state that the prison organization can operate optimally because it is assisted by assistants who are more numerous than prison officers.

The teacher's ability to plan learning is a very vital aspect in achieving educational goals. This research aims to explore various aspects of teachers' abilities, including their understanding of the curriculum, diversity of learning strategies, and the use of information technology in the teaching process. The results of the analysis of teachers' abilities in managing learning planning can become a basis for further improvement and development. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore and analyze teachers' abilities in developing learning plans at SD IT An-Najah. The population of this study were all teachers who taught at SD IT An-Najah. The main research instruments are in-depth interviews and observation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display and verification stages. The research results show that there are challenges and potential for development at SD IT An-Najah. Even though the majority of teachers have a good understanding of the curriculum, it needs to be understood that the integration of information technology is a problem that needs to be overcome.

Mathematics is a field of study that has an important role in education. Geometry is one of the mathematics materials taught in primary and secondary schools. However, students in PGMI 3 class still experience many misconceptions in understanding plane material by applying polya theory. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze common misconceptions related to plane material by applying polya theory. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research were 18 out of 39 PGMI 3 UIN North Sumatra students. The results of the research show that there are several misconceptions that occur which involve basic understanding of plane material, steps in solving problems with plane material, misunderstandings about what polya theory is like and making mistakes by not putting symbols in solving problems. This research aims to provide important insights into curriculum development and a more effective teaching approach in working on plane material by applying polya theory. With a more effective understanding of the misconceptions that arise in plane shape material by applying polya theory, appropriate action can be taken to overcome this problem and can help PGMI 3 students at UIN North Sumatra to develop an understanding of plane shape material by applying polya theory better.

This paper aims to describe the sexual behavior of the five female characters in Cantik itu Luka by Eka Kurniawan using a psychoanalytic approach. These five female characters are related by blood, but have different sexual behaviors. Psychoanalysis brought this research to see the text in literary works as manifest texts, then the ideology of the author that is disguised and displayed in literary works is called latent text. Oedipus complex, narcissism, castration, dreams, fantasticism, and mythology greatly influence the sexuality behavior of these five figures.

The purpose of this research is to describe classroom management planning, implementation of classroom management, supervision of classroom management and supporting and inhibiting factors for classroom management in improving student learning. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that class management planning is carried out by arranging facilities, teaching management and student arrangements, implementation of class management is carried out by applying several class management principles and several approaches, supervision is carried out continuously. The results of the research show that classroom management by teachers has been implemented well, teachers with their abilities can condition the classroom optimally to achieve effective learning.

This research aims to analyze the judge's decision regarding environmental crimes committed by corporations through Decision Number 190/Pid.B/LH/2020/PN Plw. This research uses a type of normative research with three approaches for the purposes of legal analysis and explanation, namely the case approach, statutory approach and conceptual approach. In contrast to previous research, this research specifically describes how judges interpret judges' interpretations in deciding cases of environmental crimes committed by corporations in more detail, not only from a criminal law perspective but also from the perspective of environmental law itself. The results of this research show that the Defendant in the "a quo" case is not a human being/person who can physically act and speak in front of the court, but rather a corporation with a legal entity, so in this case the Defendant PT. APAI must be represented by its administrator, namely Mr. GKE who is the Director of PT. WHAT. The defendant's actions were categorized as gross negligence because they reflected very serious negligence because they had a significant impact and were detrimental to the wider community. The defendant was not sentenced to prison but was only sentenced to a minimum fine in accordance with the provisions of Article 99 Paragraph (1). The defendant was also sentenced to additional punishment or disciplinary action in the form of reparation for the consequences of the criminal act even though this article was not included in the prosecutor's indictment. In the context of teaching Arabic, this approach can enhance students' motivation and interest in learning the language by making the learning experience more dynamic and immersive. It also supports the development of students' intercultural competence by fostering an understanding of the cultural nuances embedded in the language. In summary, the contextual learning theory as an approach to teaching Arabic language offers a comprehensive and engaging framework that integrates language learning with thecultural, social, and historical contexts of the Arab world. By doing so, it aims to make the learning experience more meaningful, relevant, and captivating for students.

The results of data analysis show that the strategic planning process at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is good and budget preparation is carried out per division as well as to make it easier to detail the budget for activity needs. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the management system control function at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is quite good and running well. The company has focused on increasing brand awareness as a step in achieving its sales target of 2 billion. Apart from marketing its products offline, the company also utilizes technology that supports the popularity of the online market. Employee placement is carried out appropriately to ensure the effectiveness and productivity of each division. Overall, PT Andalan Inti Indonesia has a structured and holistic approach to company management, with a focus on adapting to market changes, evaluating performance, and implementing short-term strategies that are in line with online market trends.

While basics like office software and digital navigation are strong, disparities in data analysis proficiency call for targeted interventions. The implications highlight the necessity for a stratified curriculum, ensuring a comprehensive skill set in line with modern maritime demands. Cadets overwhelmingly endorse technology's role in enhancing education, signalling a paradigm shift. Positive attitudes towards online resources, digital simulations, and e-learning platforms advocate for an institutional embrace of cutting-edge tools. Recommendations focus on faculty development and increased technology integration, promising an enriched pedagogical landscape. The exploration of sociocultural influences uncovers a delicate balance between tradition and the necessity of English proficiency. Nuanced strategies are essential to integrate diverse cultural backgrounds. Recommendations call for cultural awareness initiatives and language support programs, aligning the institution with the global orientation of maritime education. In qualitative insights, cadets express a collective desire for a more intentional curriculum, particularly in incorporating cultural perspectives. This aligns with the broader scholarly discourse advocating for holistic education. Proposed avenues include workshops, seminars, and collaborations with cultural experts, providing a roadmap for curriculum development congruent with the diverse needs of Semester 1 cadets. The purpose of this research is to provide suggestions to help students become more disciplined. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. of this research entitled "Analysis of Balance and Arm Muscle Power with Discus Throwing Ability in Class X Students of SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Bener Meriah Regency.". This study aims to determine the relationship between balance and arm muscle power and discus throwing ability in Class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Bandar, Bener Meriah Regency. . This research uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlation. The population in this study were all Class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Bandar, Bener Meriah Regency. For this research sample, the author determined the total sampling sample, that is, the total sample was 23 people. Data collection techniques are: (1) balance test using the modified bass test (2) arm muscle power test and (3) discus throwing ability test. The data analysis technique used is correlation. From the results of data analysis, research results were obtained, namely: (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between balance and discus throwing (r = 0.61), arm muscle power contributed 32.46% to discus throwing ability. (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between balance and discus throwing ability (r = 0.75), arm muscle power contributes 55.862% to discus throwing ability, and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between balance and muscle power arm together with disc sheet ability (r = 0.78). Balance and arm muscle power contribute 63.84% to discus throwing ability together.

With digital literacy, people can understand and manage information spread on social media. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The literature study method involves collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature that are relevant to the research subject. Literacy in this digital era is the key to overcoming various challenges. Digital literacy is important in dealing with hoaxes, including the ability to identify hoaxes, evaluate the authenticity of information sources, understand the context of information, use tools, question information, and maintain online privacy and security. Digital literacy helps individuals become more intelligent, critical and responsible in consuming and disseminating information in the digital world.

This research aims to find out 1) how the Tinder application as a medium for finding partners builds interaction among teenagers in the city of Makassar.2) the reason someone uses the Tinder application. This type of research is qualitative research and a descriptive approach. The number of informants in this study was 3 Tinder users who had found a partner on the application and 5 users who had not found a partner using the Snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out by member check. Data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that: 1) Choosing to use Tinder is a method used to build interaction among teenagers by using the term match as the first step in interaction and continuing with communication, the basic beginning of interaction, namely a) Social contact, and b ) communication. 2) The reason for using Tinder is because you want to find a partner, add new relationships, find new friends and build closer interactions. Apart from that, there are reasons why someone uses Tinder, namely: a) Psychological factors, b) Factors looking for new friends, and c) Factors self-disclosure.

Comprehending narrative literature is a pressing matter for students. Reading entails more than the visual perception of symbols; it involves comprehending the significance conveyed by those symbols. This research aims to identify issues or difficulties in comprehending narrative texts during reading. The objective of this study is to delineate the difficulties encountered by grade VI students at SDN Pleret Lor in comprehending narrative reading texts. This study employs a descriptive methodology. The researchers selected a sample of 40 children in the sixth grade, with 3 of them being chosen as participants. The researchers employed observation and experimentation methodologies. The observation approach is employed to assess students' comprehension by gauging their grasp of the content conveyed through narrative in reading materials. The exam administered to the three kids had the lowest level of reading comprehension. The findings revealed that students encountered difficulties in comprehending narrative texts. Specifically, students struggled with understanding reading comprehension indicators, identifying the main idea of the text, comprehending the information presented, determining factual details, and drawing conclusions from the reading material. Recommendations for educators to employ more effective reading techniques and educators to evaluate reading comprehension.

This article analyzes the misconceptions in carrying out arithmetic series operations that occur among students in the PGMI 3 class at UIN North Sumatra. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with an observation approach and written tests. Regarding the problem formulation in this research, namely (1) what misconceptions about working on arithmetic series operations occur among PGMI 3 UIN North Sumatra students; (2) how can misconceptions about working on arithmetic series operations be detected among PGMI 3 UIN North Sumatra students; and (3) how many PGMI 3 UIN North Sumatra students are classified as understanding or not understanding the concept of working on arithmetic series operations. Regarding the research results, it shows that (1) misconceptions about working on arithmetic series operations can occur because students have low memory, understanding and accuracy; (2) misconceptions about working on arithmetic series operations can be detected because there are different answers between students; (3) the number of students who are classified as understanding the concept of working on arithmetic series operations is around 47% and students who do not understand the concept of working on arithmetic series operations is around 52%.

Pregnancy exercises are beneficial for both mother and fetus. In mothers to reduce pain during childbirth and can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and the mother's abdominal wall, improve blood circulation so as to accelerate the process of childbirth. This study aims to determine the relationship of factors that influence the motivation of mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses an analytic design that uses a cross sectional approach. The research population of all pregnant women in the Kuta Baro puskemas working area was 730 people, the research sample of pregnant women was 88 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was Accidental Sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data collection was conducted on March 25 to April 19, 2023 in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center work area. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the knowledge factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is a significant relationship between the attitude factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is significant relationship between the factor of husband's support with implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.019). Conclusion There is a relationship between the factors that influence mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar. It is expected that respondents can maximize the factors that exist in following regular pregnancy exercises.

Freedom of expression on social media for university students has complex implications and needs to be well considered. This research uses a combination approach of literature review, surveys, interviews, and content analysis to explore the legal and ethical perspectives on freedom of expression in social media for university students. The results show that freedom of expression on social media can affect the relationship between students and the government, have a great influence on social change, and produce positive impacts for students. However, students also face many challenges in the freedom of expression on social media, such as the threat of slander, online hatred, and other bad influences. Based on the research findings, we recommend increasing digital literacy and awareness of online ethics for university students. In addition, there needs to be clear and firm regulations to protect freedom of expression on social media, but also prevent violations of the law and ethics.  In conclusion, students' freedom of expression in social media has complex implications, requiring a deep understanding of both legal and ethical perspectives. Universities need to play a role in providing digital ethics education to students to ensure responsible use of social media in line with Pancasila values. Thus, this study contributes to the understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by university students in exercising freedom of expression in social media.
