Women who use hormonal birth control have a 2.990 times greater risk of developing breast cancer than those who do not use hormonal contraceptives. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for the use of hormonal contraception for the incidence of breast cancer. The type of research used is an analytical survey using a case control design. A sample of 88 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling. The primary data in this study were obtained directly by interviewing respondents who had breast cancer. Secondary data was obtained from the medical records of Bhayangkara Makassar Hospital. Univariate analysis in this study was analyzed using frequency distribution tables and the percentages of each variable studied. Bivariate analysis After conducting univariate analysis, it was followed by bivariate analysis of the two variables that were suspected to be related or correlated, and then the data were analyzed. which shows that the distribution based on the length of use of hormonal contraception in the case group > 2 years is lower (65.9%) than in the control group (72.7%). occurrence of breast cancer. Society should be more cooperative in choosing the right contraception and avoid using contraception which can have a negative impact on health  

The purpose of this study was to develop a valid, practical and effective E-Book learning media of E-Flip PDF with Guided Self-Learning on student learning outcomes on matrix material in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Nanga Mahap. The method used is a 4D research method which is limited to Define, Design and Develo. The subjects in this study were 29 students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Nanga Mahap, 3 material and media experts. The instruments used in this research are in the form of material expert validation sheets and media expert validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires and posttest questions based on the results of research that have been carried out, the results of the validation of the E-Book learning media are E-Flip PDF with Independent Learning. Supervised has a level of validity of 93.66% with very valid criteria, the level of practicality of learning media is 89.93% with very practical criteria and the effectiveness level of learning media is 82.75% with very effective criteria.    

The Social Dilemma is a documentary film that premiered on September 9, 2020. Directed by Jeff Orlowski, the documentary film The Social Dilemma tells about the negative impact of using social media on society. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the guide in the film The Social Dilemma. The method used in this study is qualitative, namely analyzing the signs in the film using Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory and Computer-Mediated Communication. The results of the study illustrate that The Social Dilemma contains many signs in it. Every scene in the film successfully explains how social media can have a negative impactif used excessively. With an analysis carried out using Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory and Computer-Mediated Communication, the film The Social Dilemma is considered to have been well-packaged.

The purpose of making this article is to find out what the lyrics of the title "Jakarta Today" mean. And also to find out what are the styles of language or figure of speech contained in the lyrics of the song "Jakarta Today" as well as some of our goals, especially in this song, especially for people who are in a position between advancing or retreating from a choice and also about heartbreak. what he wrote is an illustration of a different level of heartbreak because it tells the relationship between humans. Jakarta is an interesting setting to take up because it brings a deep impression on the vocalist's life. Jakarta teaches many things to be human The theory we use according to some well-known experts. The method we use in this journal is by listening to the song and reading the lyrics to the song. The result of our analysis is that every lyric of the song “Jakarta Hari Ini” contains many meanings that we must learn. Our recommendation to establish a relationship should lower each other's ego so that they complement each other's shortcomings.

Language is an important self-identity of a country. Because language is used as a means of communication with each other. This figure of speech is a part of language. In making short stories, poetry, literary works, scripts, and novels, figure of speech is often used. Not only that figure of speech is also often used by people in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to discuss knowing and understanding the meaning of the figure of speech contained in the song "Shackles" by Amygdala. The research used is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study is in the form of the lyrics of the song Belenggu. The analysis technique uses stylistic analysis which is a science that examines the analysis of the meaning and style of language in literature. The results of each verse of song lyrics store different meanings and figures of speech such as parallelism, metaphor, personification, and hyperbole

Low back pain during pregnancy occurs due to changes in pregnancy hormones which increase relaxant hormones that affect the flexibility of the ligament tissue which ultimately increases joint mobility in the pelvis and will have an impact on spinal and pelvic instability and cause back pain. One way to reduce low back pain is to do pregnancy exercises. Pregnancy exercise can relieve lower back pain that is felt by pregnant women because in pregnancy exercise there are movements that can strengthen the abdominal muscles, make the elasticity of the muscles and ligaments in the back and relax, so that pregnant exercise can reduce lower back pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing low back pain in pregnant women in the second and third trimesters in Panei District 2021. This study used a quasi-experimental research design with a pre-post-test design with one group test. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the second and third trimesters in Panei Tongah Health Center many as 30 people. The sample in this study amounted to 28 people. Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Paired-Samples T Test. The average lower back pain before treatment was 3.32 and the Std. Deviation was 0.772. The average low back pain after treatment was 2.25 and the Std. Deviation was 1.005. There is an effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing low back pain in pregnant women in the second and third trimesters in Panei Tongah Health Center in 2021 with a value of p = 0.000 p <0.05. It is recommended for further researchers to develop other variables in order to get better results Panei Tongah Health Center.

The aim of the study was to find out the description of the knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes at RSIA Artha Mahinrus Medan in 2022.Background: One of the causes of high maternal morbidity and mortality is caused by premature rupture of membranes. Premature rupture of membranes is the rupture of the membranes before there are signs of labor and wait one hour before the start of labor. The incidence of premature rupture of membranes is close to 10% of all deliveries (Manuaba, 2013). Purpose: This study aims to describe or describe the knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes. Methods: The type of research used was descriptive with a cross-sectional approach, the population in the study There were 87 mothers giving birth with a sample of 53 respondents. The sample technique used was accidental sampling, the analysis used was univariate analysis. Results: The study concluded that the high knowledge of birth mothers is strongly influenced by education and experience. Where from 68 respondents with higher education who have good knowledge as many as 18 respondents (72.0%). Experienced birth mothers who had good knowledge were 23 respondents (60.5%). Conclusion: Knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes during pregnancy is greatly supported by education and experience. Therefore it is suggested that all parties improve services, especially in providing information about the importance of preventing premature rupture of membranes.

Banking is a service industry that is very important in advancing the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of variable customer value, satisfaction and relational marketing on customer loyalty Priority Bank XYZ Main Branch Office Surabaya Cendana. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. There is an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, as evidenced by a significant value of 6,328.10-26 <0.05. Partially, the customer value variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the relationship marketing variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The most dominant variable is the relational marketing variable (X3) because the partial correlation value in the coefficients table is 62.29% greater than the partial correlation value of the other independent variables. customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on verified customer loyalty, customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing partially have a significant effect on proven customer loyalty and relationship marketing variables have a dominant influence on proven customer loyalty the truth. Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a degenerative disease caused by damage to the pancreas in production or insulin cannot work effectively. Purslane Leaf Extract (Portulaca Oleracea) can help lower blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of purslane leaf extract (Portulaca Oleracea) on blood sugar levels in alloxan-induced rats as a diabetes model.Methods: The rats in this study were 30 rats divided into 5 groups, each group consisting of 6 rats. The negative control group was only given aquadest and standard rat feed, while the other group was induced with 35 mg/200gBW of alloxan. The positive group was treated with standard rat diet, treatment group 1 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 60 mg/200grBB, treatment group 2 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 90 mg/200grBB and treatment group 3 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 110 mg/200grBW rats. Analysis of the results used the Kruskall Wallis test followed by Post Hoc Mann Whitney analysis. Results: The results of the Kruskal Wallis test on blood sugar levels showed that there was an effect after administration of purslane leaf extract among the five treatment groups p= 0.000 (p<0.05). The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that purslane leaf extract had effective antidiabetic at a dose 60 mg/200grBB p= 0.011 (p<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that purslane leaf extract can reduce blood sugar levels.    

In practice, journalism has a great influence on the news that is disseminated, the use of journalistic codes of ethics is used to guide the process of retrieving and disseminating the information collected. In this urnal examines the formulation of Islamic journalistic ethics. The rules in carrying out journalistic duties are inseparable from the teachings of Islam which are guided by the Qur'an. So far, some Journalism has made western press theory a guide to the implementation of journalistic duties rather than press theory in an Islamic perspective. Thus, the purpose of this activity is expected to add insight to readers about the implementation of journalism in accordance with Islamic law and can be applied in journalism activities. This research also used supporting documents from both several existing books and journals. The results showed that the formulation of Journalistic Ethics According to an Islamic Perspective needs to be continuously socialized in various activities, both lectures and journalistic trainings, especially on Islamic campuses.

This study reveals how the relationship between the establishment of the monument and the traditional belief system of the Toba Batak people who still believe in the existence of the spirits of their ancestors. The actualization of this belief is manifested in the construction of an ancestral monument which is considered an embodiment of respect for the descendants of the clan that founded it. To reveal these data, in this study the authors used qualitative research. The data in the field were obtained through participatory observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The purpose of this study was to reveal the background of the establishment of monuments in clan groups in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency which represents the function and meaning of the erection of clan monuments in Balige District. Toba Samosir Regency also describes the organization and implementation of the case for the establishment of the Siraja Nababat, Manurung, Nommensen, Siagian, Sonakmalela and Sisimangaraja XII monuments in and analyzes the conception of the construction of the monument in the Toba Batak community. based on the conception of traditional beliefs that believe in the existence of their ancestral spirits in people's lives. The worship of ancestral spirits is manifested in the construction of monuments. This research was conducted in the Tourism Area in the City of Balige and Porsea – North Sumatra. The aims of this study include: (1) As a deeper learning material about the reasons why Batak Culture built the Tugu, and (2) To explore and promote the richness of culture, tradition, history in the Batak tribe. The results showed that (1) all visitors who came were very enthusiastic about the history of the construction of each existing monument, (2) the role of both local and foreign tourists had a positive impact on the community, namely the development of local community knowledge systems, the emergence of new livelihoods, getting to know language diversity, technological progress, the formation of social organizations, the emergence of the commercialization of hospitality, the shift in the value of solidarity in agriculture. The purpose of this research is to examine 1. What factors attract foreign buyers to import cashew nuts from Indonesia?.2. What are the obstacles faced by foreign buyers in the process of importing cashew nuts from Indonesia?.3. What are the stages of the process carried out by buyers to import cashews from Indonesia?.4. (2) The solution when the currency, using the USA currency or by agreement, is exchanged to the value of the destination country. (3) The solution to obstacles in the form of regulation, is to instinctively follow market trends. (4) Solutions to barriers to economic institutions, exporters take advantage of facilities from countries that are members of economic organizations, export at competitive prices, and resolve trade embargo issues between countries.

The purpose of this study was to determine the input analysis of Team Composition (HOCH MODEL) Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. Primary data wa s collected through a questionnaire as a tool to prove the results of the study, the dat analysis technique in this study used SPSS, the sampling technique that has been selected is the Descriptive Analysis method (82 Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University). The pandemic of COVID-19 has become a threat to multiple sectors, particularly the UMKM sector. Given that UMKM are the largest contributor to PDP and the sector that employs the most people, it is necessary to give the UMKM sector special attention. The purpose of the research was to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Tana Toraja UMKM sector. The research method employed is qualitative and descriptive, with data gathered via interviews with UMKM actors in the Makale central market. The results showed that not all UMKM were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Some UMKM have survived due to their utilization of innovation and technology.

The purpose of this study was to deterrmine the price of shares in PT Antam Tbk. as a reference to determine the fair price of shares of PT. Antam on the Indonesian share exchange. Fundamental analysis is a method used to determine whether the share price on the Indonesian share exchange is already appropriate to the company's intrinsic value. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, namely analyzing and processing numerical data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian share exchange to determine the level of fairness of the share price of PT Antam Tbk.  Price Earning Ratio in the period 2020-2022 of PT. Antam Tbk. has increased and Price Book Value in the period 2020-2022 of PT Antam Tbk. is at a fair share price value position (undervalued).

Pelanusa Group, a group of patchwork craftswomen based on social entrepreneurship, has been facing a drastic decline in market performance for its creative products since the occurrence of disruptive technology accelerated by the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of digital platforms and e-commerce marketing capabilities in building marketing innovation capabilities that have an impact on marketing performance. A total of 160 Pelanusa patchwork craftsmen have been selected as respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0.7.8 Software. The results of the study show that there is a very important role in the use of digital platforms and mastery of e-commerce marketing because these two things will be able to break the ability of innovation in marketing. Strong marketing innovation will have an impact on marketing performance as indicated by expanding market share and increasing customer satisfaction as well as total sales. It is recommended that further research be able to reveal digital marketing strategies that can be applied by craftswomen and people with disabilities so that they can remain productive at work and have income from selling their products.

The purpose of this research is to compare customer satisfaction with package delivery services at JNE and J&T Makale City in Tana Toraja Regency. This research utilizes a descriptive quantitative research method. A questionnaire was issued to consumers of JNE and J&T as part of the data collection technique. There were a total of 1,085 participants in this research, including 300 JNE customers and 785 J&T customers. Using the Slovin formula, the researchers drew the same number of samples from the whole population in each site, up to 75 people. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was used for data analysis in order to calculate the expected level of product or service qualities based on an analysis of total customer satisfaction. The results showed that J&T consumers were more satisfied with the delivery services than JNE customers,  Therefore, the trustworthiness of the services offered by the Makale City JNT must be enhanced, J&T must increase the service quality in terms of assurances and physical evidence, as well as their responsiveness and sensitivity.

Da'wah through film is considered effective because film has advantages that other media do not have. Film media has advantages as a propaganda medium. Indirectly, the audience does not feel that they are being lectured on. Da'wah messages in films are easier to convey to the public. The research used is qualitative research. This study describes how Roland Barthes's Semiotics analysis is contained in the film "Laa Tahzan" by Danial Rifki. Analysis of the film Laa Tahzan is presented in the form of image fragments using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. As a Muslim, you can determine a firm stance on invitations to follow the procedures for worship of other religions in a good way. The Intra Uterin Device (IUD) Family Planning (FP) Program in Indonesia has been declared less successful, in its implementation until now it has experienced obstacles that are felt, among others, there are still many PUS who are not interested in using IUD. Data from the Batam City Health Office in 2018 obtained the use of IUD as much as 3.8%, Implant 5.6% FOM 0.6% and MOM 0.3%. From these data, it was obtained that the use of IUD birth control was still very low compared to Implant.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between husband support and maternal interest in the selection of IUD contraceptives in the work area of the Bulang Health Center, Batam City.This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional design. The sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling of 64 respondents. The independent variable in this study was husband support, while the dependent variable was the mother's interest in the selection of IUD contraceptives. Data collection of independent and dependent variables using questionnaire measuring instruments. Data processing includes editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. The analysis used is a univariate analysis using a frequency table to describe each variable and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Squere test.The results of the analysis using the Chi Square Test obtained probability values (p value) = 0.001 (p value >0.05).
