The results of this study show that the analysis of tenant rental pricing and maintenance costs to determine profit income using ROI and ROE at PT. Priamanaya Jasa Boga in 2019-2022 can get a profit or benefited.

This study aims to analyze the determination of the selling price using the cost plus pricing method at UD Bintang Kejora. This type of research uses case research which is selected based on the formulation of the problem and research objectives. The data collection technique used is documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The data validity technique used is source triangulation.The results of the study show that UD Bintang Kejora in determining the cost of production is still not in its entirety, such as not including maintenance costs and depreciation of equipment used in the production process. Therefore, researchers calculate the cost of production using the full costing method and determining the selling price of the cost-plus pricing method to help companies get the appropriate profit. The cost of production using the full costing method is Rp. 44,455. The profit obtained by adding a margin of 35% of the cost of production is Rp. 15,559. In order to obtain a selling price using the cost-plus pricing method of Rp. 60,014. The results of the calculation of determining the selling price with this method can help UD Bintang Kejora in getting the desired profit.

Background: breastfeeding counseling is an effort made by the counselor to the client to help solve a problem that has been experienced by the client without coercion which contains the basics of breastfeeding and knowledge that is very useful for mothers. Objective: To analyze the influence of breastfeeding counseling on the correct way of breastfeeding in post partum mothers. Methodology: Quasi-Experimental research (quasi-experimental). The research design used one-group pretest-posttest, the research was conducted in the Siti Hajar room of RSU Islam Klaten with 30 respondents. The instrument uses a maintenance assessment sheet. The data obtained was then tested for normality using the Shapirro-Wilk test, the data was then processed using the Wilcoxon-Test. Result: the wilcoxon test results showed that the z count was 4.799 greater than the z table, while the p value was 0.000 (p<0.05). Conclusion: There is an influence between breastfeeding counseling on the correct way of breastfeeding at RSU Islam Klaten.

Occupational Safety and Health  (OHS) is a crucial aspect in energy infrastructure maintenance operations, such as Distribution Substations (GD) owned by PLN. Cubicle maintenance work at GD PLN is a critical activity that involves high risks to worker safety and health and has an impact on the continuity of electricity supply.   This study aims to analyze the application of K3 to 20 kV  cubicle maintenance work at GD PLN. Through a qualitative approach, data are obtained based on observation, interviews and  literature studies. The results showed that the application of K3 was obtained through  safety briefing activities  and  K3 documentation which included SOPs, inspectors, HIRARC and JSA. While the maintenance process  of  the 20 kV  cubicle includes preparation, implementation and completion.

This research was conducted at Juanda International Airport in Surabaya which was held in June 2023. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity test of the data used is source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.             The results of research based on service indicators show that: (1) physical evidence (tangibles) includes an imbalance in the placement of signboards; (2) reliability includes the use of available tools and the application of clear service standards; (3) responsiveness, including responsiveness to complaints and input from passengers; (4) guarantee (assurance) includes routine maintenance, as well as providing accurate information; (5) empathy (empathy) includes providing individual and responsive services. The purpose of this research is to establish a tool of machine learning for identifying Composition Error Summary and to find out the types of special Composition choices that can be used to save costs, time, and effort. In this study, the T-test was applied to appraise the analytical implication of conduct metrics when the “F-test” was taken to the Variance’s test. Classifiers used in this study are “All words” or “AW”, “Highly Informative Words” or “H-IW”, and “Highly Informative Words plus Bigram” or “H-WB”. Identical validation and Vexed validation techniques were used to calculate the effectiveness of machine learning tools. The results of this research denote that the instrument is competent for definitive Composition Error Summary and other Composition choices for definite Error Summary. This research determines the practicality of machine learning techniques in corrective issues relevant to Error summary. The result of this study also explained that Composition/non-Composition Error Summaries have contrasting aspects that can be accomplished by machine learning devices. The advanced tool could be upgraded in some areas to create it more powerful. The array identification section of the current study has limitations, an array with different words and Composition recognition tools tend to prefer Compositions with more words, so improvements to this could implicate consideration of the semantics of Error Summary, equivalent, and use of n-grams. Also, in using the technology of machine learning and Natural Language processing some advancements to be made to the present characterization structure so for future research it is highly recommended to clear up the first’s Error Summary before operating several operations in the present study.Composition Error Summary
