Abstract Main problem: the influence of self-efficacy and business financial management knowledge on entrepreneurial intentions. Objective: to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy and business financial management knowledge on entrepreneurial intentions. Originality: the influence of self-efficacy and business financial management knowledge on entrepreneurial intentions. The quality of health services is a level that shows the perfection of health services that can create a sense of satisfaction in each patient. So if there is dissatisfaction with the patient, it is something that needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of hospital administration services on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of lasinrang Hospital, pinrang Province. This study uses an analytical observational design based on cross-sectional, quantitative analysis. The population in this study was 10444 patients. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, with a sample of 100 samples. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire, and the data analysis used is simple linear regression.In this study, all indicators of service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) together have a positive influence on the service quality of hospital administration staff on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province. There are two service quality indicator variables that have the most dominant influence on the quality of hospital administration staff service on patient satisfaction in the outpatientinstallation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province, which include the Assurance indicator 48.6% and Tangible 24.3% and (R2) of (0.636) shows that 63.6% of patient satisfaction variables can be explained by the quality of service of hospital administrative staff, while the remaining 36.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. So it can be concluded that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied patients will be and will continue to return to get service from time to time because good service can provide satisfaction to patients according to their needs and desires.  

 Performance appraisal is a way of determining the work results of employees and work groups that are useful if used the right methods on target and produce the desired conclusions according to output targets and performance standards. This research method is qualitative, namely observing performance appraisals that are already in effect with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative by comparing work standards and output targets. Qualitative is assessed from skills (competence, physical abilities, coordination and teamwork); character (discipline, ability to make decisions and speed of response); and accuracy (supervision, control and the presence of work solutions).  Assessment data from January to April 2019. The time limit was chosen because the performance appraisal had stopped starting in August 2019, and required a remedial analysis. The results of the study show that performance appraisal provides an efficiency of 14% and makes assessments more noticed by all production employees. Methods collaborate in generating a more complete and mature assessment, as well as other suggestions for improvement. And prove that performance appraisal is useful for efficiency and effectiveness, controlling and monitoring performance, and being able to motivate employees to work even better.

Large organisations have many different interests, so there is often a lack of understanding of tasks and missions. This study identified several issues, including the impact of current elder performance in GPP Sukadono Helvetia, the condition of elder support that does not meet performance standards, the influence of management on performance, and the impact of elder workload on performance became the main focus of this study. This research is descriptive-inferential, where there are functional relationships. If leadership (X) is systematically related to employee performance (Y), then future phenomena are likely to be predicted and the results may propose new or additional hypotheses that can be tested. This study wants to reveal that there is a significant contribution between leadership effectiveness (X) and employee performance (Y), to the empirical contribution of 27.3%. This shows that leadership plays an important role in overcoming all challenges in the organisation. Elder leadership plays an important role of 27.3% in the performance of GPP Sukadono Helvetia. Then, this study also found that the role of management in this area has not been optimal, resulting in ineffectiveness in achieving the desired performance, especially in promoting learning and improving congregational performance. This study suggests that the role of management in the future should be more aligned with the management and effectiveness of GPP Sukadono Helvetia. This will ensure that the work of GPP Sukadono Helvetia elders is not only focussed on programme activities but also that the programme contributes to the overall success of the organisation.      

This article was created to research one of the business ideas to be developed, namely Glowish Products which is a social-based business idea made from recycled materials derived from fruit peels. This research focuses on a business idea that is made into a project aimed at achieving the goals desired by the business. The project that is carried out is carefully planned until it forms the deliverables expected by the business. The research method used is descriptive method. The results of the analysis obtained consist of project integration, scope, time, and quality of the business being run. This article also uses the critical path method for scheduling the project to be carried out with the need for a good controlling system.

Motivation is an inner or psychological process that occurs in a person who is strongly influenced by several factors, namely internal factors and external factors. These internal factors are factors that are inherent in every human being such as nature, experience, level of education, desires and hopes for the future. While external factors are the environment / working conditions, leadership and leadership. Discipline in an educational institution is an element that is needed as well as the most effective means in the learning process. Discipline provides many benefits for maintaining a balance between the child's inclination and desire to do something with the rules needed in the environment. This research focused on student discipline and the supporting and inhibiting factors of female student discipline at IDIA Prenduan Sumenep. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study type of research. Sources of data in this study were obtained from leaders, naibah, ustadzah and female students. by using interview and observation methods. From this method the researcher analyzed the data and information obtained from the informants, by reducing the data, presenting the data and finally concluding so as to produce information that is in accordance with the focus of the research. Discipline that is applied in the IDIA environment is divided into 3 parts, namely the sharia field (worship) such as congregational prayers, tahajjud prayers, tadarus muajjah and other worship activities. In the field of language, such as female students, they must use the official language (English and Arabic) as everyday language, and in the field of qonun (regulations on clothes that may be used both inside and outside the dormitory, and time for studying. Factors supporting a growing awareness in female students, character or personality that is formed in female students, motivation that can raise the spirit of female students, and tazwidul mufrodat agenda, inhibiting factors that are inherited from home or bad behavior, lack of knowledge of nahwu and sorof, and wrong and socializing or wrong in choosing Friend.  

This journal discusses the Government's Communication Strategy through the Family Planning Program. This study aims to provide knowledge about communication strategies for family planning programs to the community. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources in this study were obtained from references such as journals, books, and other written sources. The results of the family planning program is an activity held by the BKKBN which is a communication medium to become a medium for disseminating the family planning program. This family planning program needs to be well communicated and socialized, so that the younger generation of Indonesia in particular really gain knowledge and have attitudes in accordance with what is desired by the BKKBN. Therefore, a good communication strategy is needed so that the message to be conveyed to the younger generation can be received and realized properly. conclusions regarding the communication strategy of the BKKBN in the Family Planning program to the community to form community awareness itself through a communication strategy.

Technological developments at this time have an impact on all groups to be more competent in their use. Unfortunately, the use of this technology is still used as an object of communication and consumption, does not provide economic productivity for business development. The community should be aware of and make a big contribution to poverty alleviation activities through digitalization. One of them is that the community needs to increase business knowledge through non-formal business training/education. Along with digital developments and business knowledge, it is hoped that the community will be able to improve the welfare of their families by carrying out creative economic activities. The creative economy in this study is the management of a business in making decisions and implementing them related to the allocation of limited resources among its various members by taking into account the abilities, efforts and desires of each. Even though at first the creative economy was carried out more by the community as a side job and to increase household income, in its development it has become the main source of income if done seriously. The purpose of this study was to find out the portrait of digital-based non-formal business education in improving the creative economy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that digital business knowledge can improve welfare by carrying out creative economic activities. Another fact is that it has a big role in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia, especially in the context of poverty alleviation. Technological developments also have a positive impact on practical digital business opportunities. The results of this research have implications for the government and non-formal educational institutions to continue to make programs related to the digital-based creative economy, be it seminars, webinars, training or mentoring.

The emergency department is the front door in providing patient safety and health services. An emergency department certainly requires a fast and precise approach to patient safety. Fast and precise handling will increase patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction is a condition where the patient's needs, desires and expectations can be met through the products and services consumed. Therefore patient satisfaction is a measure of the quality of service felt by patients divided by the patient's needs, patient desires, and expectations of the patient himself. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical study is its function to review the factors that become patient satisfaction, so that it can assist the Hospital in making a better plan with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For the hospital it is very important and needs to be done optimally with these patient satisfaction factors to support the improvement of the hospital's status. So the agency in terms of tangible, reliable, assurance, and empathy to improve patient quality.

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this. This article is written using the literature study method in the form of a number of literature tasks related to the management of research materials, reading and recording, and information collection techniques. Some are obtained on the basis of research studies.

The hospital also has the main task of providing complete individual health services with efforts to heal, recover, improve, prevent, referral services, research and development and community service. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review theoretically from various literature and strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of service in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study, namely the strategies carried out by increasing human resources, the speed of staff response, and satisfaction can be identified by comparing the expectations and experiences of the performance of health service providers. By doing this strategy can provide a desire of patient hope. It was concluded that strategies to increase patient satisfaction and health quality can realize patient expectations arising from the actions of health workers as the performance of health services and during a good treatment process. In the strategy carried out the patient will evaluate and assess the product or service quality that has been received. Hospital agencies also need to improve service quality strategies to realize patient expectations. Patient satisfaction in assessing quality or good service, and is an important measurement that is fundamental to the quality of service. This is also because by providing information on the success of quality service providers, the values ​​and expectations of patients will increase.

Hospitals are service businesses that provide intangible products such as services and involve human resources (HR) to run them. HR management is important in driving the hospital business. This article aims to find out the importance of HR management in the hospital business and its related factors, thereby creating performance improvements related to the demands of effective and efficient organizational goals. The method used is to search for previous articles with a total of 17 articles and a span of 10 years (2013-2023). The results show that good human resource management influences the desire for organizational goals by increasing performance.    

In the marketing concept, one way to achieve company goals is to know what are the needs and desires of consumers or target markets and how to provide the satisfaction expected by consumers / buyers effectively and efficiently. So that companies that apply marketing concepts need to pay attention to consumer behavior and factors that influence buyer decisions. This literature review aims to find out what factors influence the decision making made by consumers in buying a product. Based on the formulation of the article, results and discussions reviewed and discussed in this article, it can be concluded that there are many factors that influence consumer decisions to buy including product prices, product quality both from the product itself and its services, product promotion, location, social status and family.

The zoning policy in accepting new students (PPDB) aims to provide equal opportunities for students to get a place in schools in an area or zone. With this zoning policy, student acceptance is no longer based solely on grades or academic achievement but also considers geographical factors or distance to school. The aim is to reduce unhealthy competition in admitting students, as well as strengthen the link between the school and the surrounding community. This study aims to describe the implications of implementing the Zoning system from the perspective of parents and schools. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, the phenomenological method. The results show that research findings show that many parents do not know about zoning policies. The negative impact according to parents is that children cannot go to school as desired. The positive impact of this zoning system is that children whose domiciles are closest to schools are prioritized, save on transportation costs, and at the same time remove favorite schools from a school perspective. The positive impact of the zoning system policy can increase the number of students, the negative impact is that there is a tendency for school quality to decrease because there is no academic selection that can be carried out optimally. Recommendations from this study, it is necessary to socialize the community about the zoning system policy.

This study aims to find out and describe how the implementation of learning traditional Minangkabau music material at UNP Laboratory Development High School. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are collecting data, classifying data, analyzing data, describing data and inferring data. The results showed that the lack of appropriate strategies and learning methods used by teachers. The strategy used by teachers in the learning process is an expository strategy, in the implementation of this expository strategy teachers use textbooks, references and other auxiliary media, but this strategy is not effectively used in learning because not all students are comfortable for learning that is only spoken. The method used in this learning is the lecture method, where learning is delivered by telling stories so as to make students feel bored and sleepy during learning, and it seems that the teacher has not been able to vary the method that is suitable for the implementation of traditional Minangkabau music learning which in fact in the delivery of learning can use several methods for the smooth achievement of the desired learning objectives.

Cultivate a attitude to appreciate the reality of life of disabled people and understand that seeking is not always the desired choice to be the background in this research.The purpose of this study is so that people with disabilities do not be seen by society on their own eyes of the people with disabilities who are using their shortcomings to attract sympathy.The systematic method of literature review became the method used in this research.The study of the theory, The fact is that economic empowerment is one way to lift the dignity of disabled people.The conclusion, appreciating the reality of life of disabled people must be a fundamental attitude in society, Government should be more responsive in addressing this phenomenon because disabled people are also citizens whose rights must be fulfilled.
