Digital transformation in higher education has reshaped learning patterns and students’ academic practices, including how they manage and complete academic tasks. On the one hand, digital learning offers flexibility and easy access to learning resources; on the other hand, it has intensified tendencies toward academic task procrastination. This study aims to analyze students’ academic task procrastination as a socially constructed reality within the context of digital learning. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with students and lecturers and analyzed using Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann’s social construction theory, encompassing the processes of externalization, objectivation, and internalization. The findings indicate that task procrastination is externalized through flexible learning schedules, digital media distractions, fatigue with instructional methods, and academic pressure. These practices are subsequently objectivated through students’ collective experiences and social relations with lecturers, leading them to be perceived as normative behavior in digital learning. Furthermore, task procrastination is internalized as a habit and an adaptive, taken-for-granted strategy within students’ learning rhythms. This study affirms that academic task procrastination cannot be reduced to an individual problem alone; rather, it emerges from the complex interaction between technological structures, pedagogical practices, and academic social dynamics. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of more reflective and contextual digital learning policies and strategies.

Focusing on Yuli Bakery, this study aims to examine in depth how production planning budgets and cost effectiveness influence business profitability, particularly in the food and bakery industry sector. This research is based on the assumption that effective production planning can optimize the utilization of available resources, minimize raw material waste, and establish more efficient and structured business operational performance. The study explores the implementation of labor management, raw material management, and production process control oriented toward cost efficiency without reducing product quality, thereby enabling sustainable profitability improvement. The results of the analysis show that Yuli Bakery successfully reduced its cost of goods sold (COGS) by IDR 12,800,000, which directly contributed to an increase in operating profit and gross profit. This cost reduction did not affect overall production volume nor generate additional expenses in other cost components. These findings indicate that even in the absence of significant revenue growth, cost optimization through proper production planning can make a substantial contribution to improving Yuli Bakery’s profitability.

This study aims to examine the effect of creative dance activities on the self-confidence of children aged 4–5 years at TK Pertiwi, Buluh Kasab Village. The background of this study is the low level of children’s self-confidence, which is reflected in passive behavior, reluctance to perform in front of the class, and a lack of courage to express themselves in front of others. This research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design. Data were collected through structured observation, while data analysis was conducted by calculating pretest and posttest scores, which were then analyzed using a paired sample t-test and effect size calculation to determine the strength of the treatment effect. The creative dance activities were implemented over six sessions by integrating elements of music, movement, and expression using two children’s songs, namely “Percaya Diri” by Abita and “Aku Bisa” by AFI Junior. The results indicated a significant improvement in children’s self-confidence, as shown by an increase in the mean score from 15.08 in the pretest to 32.75 in the posttest. The t-test results revealed a t-value of −31.006 with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). An effect size value of 6.43 indicated a very strong effect. Therefore, creative dance activities have a significant impact on enhancing early childhood self-confidence and are recommended as an effective learning strategy.

Students of vocational high schools are required to write an internship report as a form of accountability for completing their industrial training. However, various language errors are still found in students’ PKL reports. This study aims to describe and analyze morphological errors in the PKL reports of vocational high school students majoring in Electronics Engineering. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using document analysis. A total of 223 PKL reports were written by all students of SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta in 2025. The research data consisted of 25 PKL reports from students of the Electronics Engineering major selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of identification, classification, description, quantification, and interpretation of morphological errors, with data validity ensured through theoretical triangulation. The results show that 286 morphological errors were identified, consisting of prefix errors (96), suffix errors (52), confix errors (41), reduplication errors (28), compound word errors (34), and base-form errors (35). Prefix errors were the most dominant type, accounting for 33.6% of all errors. These findings indicate that students still experience difficulties in applying affixation rules and forming standard words in formal written language. Such errors are influenced by interference from spoken language and the technical language used in the workplace. This study highlights the importance of structured and contextual morphology instruction to improve the quality of vocational students’ PKL report writing.

Rapid developments in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) industry have triggered an increased need for workers with specialized competencies, which has implications for significant variations in salary levels. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence salaries in the AI sector using the multiple linear regression method. The dataset used includes 15,000 AI job vacancies with variables including job and company characteristics. The data was engineered via the one-hot encoding method and divided into two parts: training data (80%) and test data (20%). The analysis results show that the regression model is able to explain 85% of the variation in salary, with an R² value of 0.85 and a Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of USD 23,221. The three main factors identified as having a significant influence on salaries in the AI field are work experience, company location, and the industry in which the company operates. The experience factor reflects the skills and knowledge developed over many years, which can increase productivity (Rony et al., 2023). Company location also plays an important role, as the cost of living and demand for skilled labor varies by region (Badran, 2019). Additionally, the specific industry in which an employee works influences salary, given that more developed industries can often offer higher compensation (Huang, 2025). This research makes a significant empirical contribution to the understanding of compensation structures in the AI labor market.

Interoperability remains one of the most persistent challenges in digital health systems globally, affecting the continuity, quality, and efficiency of care. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) managers are central to implementing and sustaining EMR systems, yet their experiences navigating interoperability challenges are poorly understood. This study aimed to explore the lived experiences of EMR managers and to develop a conceptual understanding of the barriers and coping strategies involved. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed, guided by van Manen’s interpretive framework. The study involved 21 EMR managers from public and private hospitals across three major healthcare networks. Participants were selected through purposive and snowball sampling, with inclusion criteria requiring at least two years of EMR management experience and involvement in interoperability efforts. Data were collected via in-depth, semi-structured interviews conducted virtually between September and November 2025. Each interview lasted 45–60 minutes, was audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and member-checked. Data were analyzed thematically using NVivo 14, following Braun and Clarke’s six-step method. Reflexivity, triangulation, and peer debriefing ensured methodological rigor, in accordance with COREQ and SRQR standards. Four overarching themes emerged: (1) Fragmented Systems, reflecting technical and architectural incompatibilities across platforms; (2) Role Strain and Isolation, describing limited authority and institutional support; (3) Adaptive Workarounds, highlighting informal coping strategies such as manual data tracking; and (4) Systemic Barriers, pointing to policy volatility and vendor resistance. A conceptual “feedback loop of fragmentation” was developed, illustrating how these themes interact to perpetuate interoperability challenges. EMR managers operate as critical yet often overlooked actors in the pursuit of health system interoperability. Supporting their role through policy stability, resource investment, and participatory system design is essential. Future digital health reforms must integrate managerial perspectives to build resilient and connected health information systems.

This study aims to analyze and compare public administration systems in Indonesia and the United States, focusing on bureaucratic structure, decentralization mechanisms, and public service delivery. Using a qualitative approach through literature review, this research examines scholarly articles, policy documents, and relevant regulations published in recent years. The findings show that Indonesia adopts a hierarchical and relatively centralized bureaucratic structure within a decentralized unitary state framework, while the United States applies a federal system that grants constitutionally guaranteed autonomy to state governments. Decentralization in Indonesia emphasizes administrative and political authority transfer to local governments to improve service responsiveness, although challenges such as overlapping authority and uneven institutional capacity persist. In contrast, federalism in the United States enables flexible and innovative public service provision but also creates disparities among states. The study further reveals that public service effectiveness and responsiveness in both countries are influenced by bureaucratic capacity, coordination mechanisms, and digital governance implementation. This comparative analysis provides insights for policymakers to strengthen bureaucratic reform, improve intergovernmental coordination, and enhance public service quality in accordance with national governance contexts.

Early marriage is a social phenomenon that still frequently occurs in Indonesia and gives rise to various problems, both from the perspective of state law and socio-religious aspects. From the standpoint of state regulations, early marriage is considered a violation of statutory provisions, particularly the Marriage Law, which stipulates a minimum legal age for marriage in order to protect children's rights. This practice results in various negative impacts, including increased health risks for mothers and children, disruption of educational attainment, economic instability within families, as well as high rates of divorce and domestic violence. From the perspective of Islamic law, early marriage is not absolutely prohibited; however, Islam strongly emphasizes the principles of public welfare (maṣlaḥah), physical and mental readiness, and responsibility in establishing a household. Therefore, Islamic legal solutions to early marriage as a violation of state regulations can be implemented through the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah approach, which aims to protect life, intellect, and lineage, as well as by supporting state regulations intended to safeguard the rights and welfare of children. Consequently, synergy between Islamic law and state law is essential in preventing early marriage and in creating a healthy and just family structure.

This study aims to explore the dynamics of psychological empowerment among women entrepreneurs by examining how they construct entrepreneurial identity, develop competence, cultivate independence, and generate social impact through their business activities. The background of this research stems from the need for women in micro and small enterprises to receive support that extends beyond technical skill development, emphasizing psychological aspects such as self-belief, personal control, and decision-making capacity. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, this study involved three women entrepreneurs selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews to capture the participants’ subjective experiences in managing their businesses. The findings reveal four central themes: entrepreneurial identity shaped by personal values and lived experiences, competence that evolves through continuous learning and problem-solving, independence reflected in decision-making and business management, and social impact manifested in the creation of economic opportunities and contributions to the surrounding community. These results illustrate that psychological empowerment among women entrepreneurs is a dynamic process formed through the interaction of personal experiences, entrepreneurial practices, and community support. The study emphasizes the importance of empowerment programs that integrate psychological strengthening alongside technical training, with communities serving as vital spaces for collective learning and mutual support. Recommendations highlight the need for holistic empowerment models that consider the sociocultural context of women entrepreneurs and foster sustainable growth in both personal and business capacities.

Marriage has an important role in shaping the family structure in society. However, in recent years, the marriage rate in Indonesia has experienced a significant decline, reaching 7.51% in 2023. This decline is caused by various factors, one of which is the increase in cases of Domestic Violence (KDRT), which gives a negative image to the institution of marriage. This article aims to examine the stigma of violence and the fading of the institution of marriage. This research aims to analyze the views of employees of PT. Sicepat Express Indonesia from 2018 to 2023. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to understand employees' views on this issue.  Based on data, in 2023 there will be 289,111 cases of violence against women and 351,828 divorces, of which domestic violence is the main factor. The results show that many individuals feel worried and reluctant to get married due to the growing negative stigma. These findings reveal that domestic violence not only has a direct impact on victims, but also affects the way people, especially the younger generation, view marriage as an institution that ideally brings happiness.

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media advertising exposure and digital financial literacy on consumptive behavior, with self-control as a mediating variable among 11th grade high school students in Kotabumi Selatan District. This quantitative study involved 267 respondents from five public and private high schools selected using proportional sampling techniques. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that exposure to social media advertising has a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior, indicating that higher advertising exposure increases students’ tendency toward excessive consumption. However, advertising exposure does not have a significant effect on self-control. Digital financial literacy has a significant positive effect on self-control, but does not directly influence consumptive behavior. Furthermore, self-control has a significant negative effect on consumptive behavior and plays a mediating role in the relationship between digital financial literacy and consumptive behavior. These findings confirm that strengthening digital financial literacy is crucial for improving adolescents’ self-control and reducing consumptive behavior in the digital era.
