The research is a process of analyzing the effect of unemployment on poverty through economic growth in North Sumatra Province from 2021 until 2023. The survey was conducted in 2023 districts/cities in North Sumatra Province by the North Sumatra Central Statistics Agency. 2021-2023. The results of this research state that population growth has a strong significance on the level of open unemployment. However, economic growth has a negative impact on the open unemployment rate. At the same time, population size and economic level are related to open unemployment. These results suggest that states and city governments should pay more attention to this issue. To improve the regional economy and slow population growth, apart from investing money, the focus should also be on creating new jobs. In this way, more people will get jobs and the problems of unemployment and poverty will be reduced.

This research aims to determine the influence of the rupiah exchange rate on the use of Kina in Mosso Village, Muara Tami, Papua. Quantitative methods were used in this research to analyze secondary data collected from the websites of Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. The number of quarters, which collects all information during the study period, was used for sampling. This research uses two independent variables: inflation, Bank Indonesia interest rates (SBI) and money supply (JUB). The dependent variable is the exchange rate. Multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and F test were used to analyze the data. The results of the T hypothesis test show that inflation has a significant influence on the exchange rate partially during the period studied, with a significance value of 0.001. The interest rate does not have a significant influence on the exchange rate partially during the period studied, with a significance value of 0.462. The money supply also does not have a significant influence on the exchange rate partially, with a significance value of 0.17. The results of the F hypothesis test with a significance value of 0.000 show that inflation, interest rates and money supply simultaneously have a significant influence on the exchange rate in the 2018–2022 period.

This study aims to estimate the population in Minahasa Regency at t=7 or t=8 in 2026-2027 using a logistic population model. Based on data obtained from the Minahasa Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2019 to 2022, it can be assumed that the capacity limit (K) = 400,000. The results of this research show that the accurate model to use in determining the estimated population of Minahasa Regency is the model with k = 0.0588644467, and the relative growth rate is 5.88% per year. Then, using the logistic method, the general form of the solution is obtained, namely P(t )=400,000/(e^(-0.0588644467t) (0.16921458)+1). Furthermore, the results obtained show that the predicted population of Minahasa Regency in 2026-2027 is 359,690 and 361,774 people.

Crime cases are a common problem for many countries around the world. It doesn't matter whether the country is a developed country, a developing country or a poor country. In Indonesia itself, there are still many cases of crime, many of which are caused by economic problems such as income inequality, poverty, high levels of poverty, and low levels of education which can influence crime itself. By knowing whether these economic problem variables influence crime or not, the crime problem in Indonesia can be addressed better. This type of research is included in quantitative research. In this research, we will examine economic inequality, poverty levels, education levels and poverty levels on crime in Indonesia in 2013-2023. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely data obtained from a second source during the period 2013 to 2023. The type of data used in this research is time series data. The data in this research were obtained from publications from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The data collection method uses the documentation method, namely the method of collecting data on economic inequality, poverty levels, education levels, unemployment and crime rates which is carried out by taking data from various documentation or publications from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Waste is one of the biggest environmental problems in Indonesia. Based on data from the 2014 Central Statistics Agency (in Angga & Djunaidi, 2017) it shows that Indonesia produces around 187.2 million tons of waste / year and is in second place as the largest waste producer in the world. Waste not only comes from households but also from the school environment. If this waste is left unchecked, it can cause disease. This large amount of waste is also caused by people's lack of concern for the environment. Therefore, it requires an appropriate management strategy, one of which is through recycling. The waste recycling training aims to increase knowledge of dealing with plastic waste and develop the creativity of Purwakarta State Primary School teachers so that they are able to process waste into learning media as well as capital for students to understand learning more easily through waste recycling training. Implementation methods include environmental observation, problem identification, determining service activities, coordinating service activities with prospective participants, implementing training. The waste recycling training activity has been successful and running smoothly, able to develop creativity and increase teachers' knowledge regarding waste managent.

he construction sector is a dynamic industry that produces projects in terms of infrastructure and buildings. This sector faces challenges, particularly in worker safety and health (K3) in every project. Statistics show that the increase in fatalities and permanent disability cases due to accidents at construction sites in Indonesia is among the highest compared to other industrial sectors. This study examines the key factors and challenges in meeting occupational safety and health (K3) standards to achieve quality infrastructure. The method used in this study is a literature review conducted through databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. After selection, 42 articles were used as sources for analysis in this study. The results indicate that technical aspects, both Internal Risks and Project Risks, are the most influential causes of health and safety risks in a building construction project. Meanwhile, External Non-Technical Risks are the least influential causes of health and safety risks in a building construction project. Risk control can be carried out through good working methods, the use of tools according to warning signs, the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and clear explanations of accident risks and risk control methods by the contractor.

Poverty is a complex and multifaceted issue faced by various countries, including Indonesia. East Java, as one of the provinces with the largest population in Indonesia, still has a relatively high poverty rate. Minimum wage, open unemployment rate, and education are three important factors believed to influence the poverty rate. Minimum wage is expected to increase the purchasing power of poor people, while high open unemployment rate and low education levels can exacerbate poverty. This study aims to analyze the influence of Minimum Wage, Open Unemployment Rate, and Education on the Number of Poor People in East Java Province. The independent variables are Minimum Wage, Open Unemployment Rate, and Education, and the dependent variable is the Number of Poor People. This research uses secondary data in the form of time series for 10 years, from 2014 to 2023. The data was obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The research method is quantitative with data analysis using classical assumption tests (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test), multiple linear regression, and statistical tests (Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), T-Test, and F-Test) using Eviews - 10. The partial regression coefficient results show that minimum wage and education do not have a significant effect on the number of poor people in East Java, while the open unemployment rate has a significant effect on the number of poor people in East Java.

This research aims to analyze the influence of exchange rates and inflation on Indonesia's economic growth in the 2014-2023 period. Economic growth data is measured using the Economic Growth Percentage (GDP), while the exchange rate is measured by the Value of USD 1 in Rupiah, and inflation is measured by the Inflation Percentage (General). In this research, the author uses statistical analysis methods to examine the relationship between exchange rates, inflation and economic growth. The data used comes from trusted sources, such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The research results show that there is a relationship between the exchange rate and Indonesia's economic growth. A high exchange rate tends to have a negative impact on economic growth, because it can cause a decrease in net exports and a decrease in production levels. Apart from that, inflation also has an influence on economic growth. A high level of inflation can cause economic instability and have a negative impact on people's real income. Apart from that, this research also shows that both the exchange rate and inflation have a significant influence on Indonesia's economic growth. This second factor needs to be considered in efforts to advance the economy and achieve optimal economic stability. This research provides a better understanding of the factors that influence Indonesia's economic growth. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for the government and economic actors in taking appropriate policies to accelerate economic growth and maintain economic stability.
