This research focuses on the analysis of intrinsic elements in the short story "Layang-Layang" by Marya Bernadeth Tukan using an objective approach. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with the short story "Layang-Layang" by Marya Bernadeth Tukan as the resource. The data collection technique that the researcher used was to read carefully the entire contents of the short story. The analysis technique that researchers use is by examining and discussing the contents of the short story. The results of the analysis that the researchers got was the theme of an unexpected meeting, the characters are Waban and Abel. Waban's character is a loner, a seeker of peace, simple and spontaneous, with a high sense of curiosity, as well as leadership. Meanwhile, Abel's character is mysterious, has a high taste for art, is independent, firm and humble. Marya Bernadeth Tukan writes her story using a third person point of view, this is indicated by the use of the names "Waban, Ia, and Dia". The language style used in the short story is simple and descriptive. The author uses clear words in describing the environment, characters and events in the short story. The setting used is a grass field and a house with wooden walls in the morning and a peaceful atmosphere. The message contained in the short story is the importance of living life with comfort and happiness as the main focus.

Criminal law consists of regulations. which determines what is prohibited and what is permitted in criminal cases, and determines the punishment that can be given to people who commit them. Motorbikes are an important means of transportation for most Indonesian people because the price is affordable for most people with middle to lower incomes, where the increase in the number of motorized vehicles is in line with the increase in the number of crimes involving motorbikes which has led to the crime of motorbike theft. The author uses qualitative legal research with secondary data sources in this research. In this article, the research method used is the normative news method. The Police of the Republic of Indonesia have direct authority to carry out all criminal acts, including theft with violence. Catechist participation in lay apostolate in St. Yakobus Mayor Kalibago Barat, such as the areas of life testimony, social participation, contribution of energy, thoughts, are experiencing setbacks caused by a lack of awareness of being involved in the parish, a lack of sense of responsibility, a lack of sensitivity and concern for one another. The purpose of this study is to reveal and describe the concept catechist participation in the lay apostolate. In this study using a type of descriptive qualitative method, regarding catechist participation in lay apostolate. The data obtained in the study were collected through interviews and observation. The data collection system uses in-depth interviews with a number of informants involved in the Catechist participation process, and searches for documents related to participation in online mass media. The results of the study concluded that catechists are inseparable from the lack of awareness of involvement in the parish. Therefore, this research is conducted to make catechists aware of their role in carrying out their duties and responsibilities properly and correctly

This research is a case study research. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data sources used are events, informants, and documents. Data collection techniques are carried out by direct observation, interviews, and documents. The test of data validity used is source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique used is flow model data analysis. The results of this study are descriptions of: (1) the characteristics of Papuan accent Indonesian are distinguished based on linguistic and nonlinguistic elements. Linguistic elements include; (a) phoneme replacement; (b) diphthong replacement; (c) phoneme completion; (d) the use of intonation. Nonlinguistic elements are speech events and paralinguistics; (2) factors that influence the emergence of Papuan characteristics Indonesian accents, namely; (a) administrative units; (b) a special sense of community identity; (c) reside in the same geographical area; (d) historical experience; (3) Indonesian Papuan accent has relevance as teaching material for sociolinguistic courses in the Indonesian Education Study Program.

This study aims to see the effectiveness of the memory card matching game on increasing German vocabulary (Wortschatz) of Class XI Students of SMA YP HKBP Pematang Siantar. This research used quantitative method with experimental approach and One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. The population in this study were class XI students totaling 34 people. The sample used was 19 people, namely students of class XI IPA SMA YP HKBP Pematang Siantar. The conclusion of this study, namely the Matching Card learning media on increasing German vocabulary (Wortschatz) of XI science class students of SMA YP HKBP Pematang Siantar. This is evidenced by an increase in the average score of students at the time of the pretest of 48.68 below the KKM and at the time of the posttest to 87.00 above the KKM. Based on the results of data analysis and hypotheses tested, it is known that the Matching Card learning media is effective on students' writing skills. This is evidenced by the results of the normalized N-Gain test analysis with a score of 0.7705 or equivalent to 77%, where the score is in the effective category. Then based on the statistical hypothesis test with paired samples test, the significance value is 0.001 <0.05 in the sense that the calculated statistical results (t output number) < table statistics (t table), it is concluded that Ho is rejected and H₁ is accepted.  Thus, the Matching Card learning media has an effect in the effective category on the learning process.

The taxpayer compliance ratio from 2016-2021 has increased every year but has not yet reached 100%. The method used is the analytical method. quantitative, determining the sample using a quota sample with a sampling technique using an incidental technique, for the population of individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama North Cikarang. There is an influence of nationalism on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama North Cikarang with t calculated (18.289) greater than t table (1.984) so ​​H1 is accepted, there is an influence between trust on taxpayer compliance at the North Cikarang Pratama KPP with t calculated (9.219) greater than t table (1.984) so ​​H2 is accepted, there is an influence between nationalism and trust together on compliance individual taxpayer with calculated F (168,650) greater than F table (3,090). KPP Pratama North Cikarang needs to increase the sense of nationalism and trust of taxpayers so that tax compliance will increase.    

The low interest in reading has hampered intellectual abilities in society, especially students, so that libraries are required to be able to keep up with the pace of development of the times with services and infrastructure that meet the needs of space users, but the FBS UNP library has not been optimal in terms of interior design standards. Student complaints such as unstable air circulation, lack of reading space, and incomplete facilities have caused inconvenience, so an interior design of the FBS UNP Library was held with a minimalist concept. The purpose of interior design is to design a library layout that is representative and in accordance with interior design standards in order to create a sense of security and comfort for visitors while in the room. The interior design of the FBS UNP Library refers to the application of library interior design standards in the form of space, variety, hierarchy, lighting, personal areas, and comfort. The design method uses the 4D design method, namely Define (Defining) Design (Design), Develop (Development) and Dissaminate (Dissemination). Data collection is done by way of interviews, observation and documentation. Works are presented in the form of an Artwork Report with the main works being Presentation Mockups, Animation Videos and Presentation Posters.

wakqf is one of the economic instruments of the people that can be used for the economic empowerment of the people. Basically, waqf is productive in the sense that it must produce because waqf can fulfill its purpose if it has produced where the results are utilized in accordance with its designation (mauquf alaih) This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on data sources from literature study and observation. The purpose of this research is to provide information related to waqf management. The results showed that the application of productive waqf to improve Islamic economic welfare can be done with a variety of applications with development design models, including establishing mosques (places of worship), business shops, gas stations or gas stations, banking, offices, multi-purpose halls, photocopying, apartments or boarding houses, hotels, and others so as to achieve general benefits as a benefit for the people with social, economic and cultural development of the community.

This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing and analyzing the issues found. This qualitative approach is based on collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were deemed to be able to describe the problem that would be the object of research. The informants for this research were four people consisting of one head of the human resources division and three non-human resources division staff. The main objective of this research is to understand the employee work environment at the Female Daily Network company, including what factors influence the employee work environment and how the Female Daily Network creates a positive work environment. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding the work environment. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that they noted differences in room arrangements at Female Daily Network, which also led to a lack of a sense of togetherness between various departments. This indirectly hinders social interaction and communication between employees from different departments within the company. This finding is strengthened by interview results which show that when problems arise in an unhealthy work environment, differences in room arrangements are one of the factors that play a role. The different room arrangements are carried out with the aim of limiting interference between divisions, so that employees can focus more on carrying out their duties.

The meaning of defending the country is a manifestation of our love for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. In the era of digitalization, attacks or threats to the country are not only in the form of physical attacks, but also cyber attacks that attack a country in the economic, political and military fields using attacks due to technological advances. This is the focus of this research. The question of this research is what are the factors that influence the challenges of the digital era in society and how to apply the value of defending the country in facing the challenges of the digital era. To obtain answers, this research uses yuridis normative methods or library research, meaning that this research is based on on library sources to discuss the problems that have been formulated. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that in realizing actions to defend the country, it is necessary to instill a sense of love for Indonesia's air, and by remembering that Indonesia is a country with a lot of diversity, it is necessary to instill a sense of tolerance in the minds of the souls of Indonesian citizens. One of the very important basic elements of the digital era is being critical in responding to content. Indonesian citizens today must be smarter in absorbing content and information and encourage Indonesian citizens and society to always be critical and suspicious, especially regarding content that is too bombarded, meaningless, and full of nuances of hatred To ensure that the unitary Republic of Indonesia remains intact and peaceful.

This study is motivated by a moral dilemma that arises among students, especially verbal intimidation in the form of words that hurt the victim's heart that can be perceived by the sense of hearing. Bullying is a moral problem that must be addressed in students. Bullying is against moral and religious principles because Islam has instilled good values. Islam strongly recommends mutual respect and appreciation. With the existence of Islamic religious education teachers emphasizing the importance of Islamic teaching in transmitting values and reducing social violence in madrasas. For this reason, the problem of bullying is so complex and urgent to study. Therefore, to find out how teachers' efforts to deal with bullying behavior that occurs, it is necessary to conduct research on handling bullying. So that it can be used as a reference or reference to prevent and deal with problems such as bullying. The purpose of this study was to identify the causes, forms, efforts of PAI teachers or school teachers' solutions in dealing with verbal bullying. This research is a type of field research, namely qualitative research. In this study, data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Therefore, the task of the teacher is as a facilitator and mediator for their students, it is hoped that the presence of the Islamic Religious Education Teacher will be able to influence the attitudes and behavior of students to avoid violence in schools such as bullying.

The Prospective Guest Reception (PCTA) activity is a series of activities from extracurricular scouting. This activity was carried out for 3 days 2 nights with a series of activities that were useful for students, one of which was scouting material 1 &; 2 delivered by experts directly.

Sustainable development is defined in a broad sense as a country that seeks to achieve sustainable development. However, the strategy for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the songket industry, songket entrepreneurs use marketing strategies and innovation strategies which create new innovations to maintain and create sustainable songket product innovations. This study aims to find out how the strategies for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the small and medium industry of Cik Mia songket Jambi and the human resource constraints they face. In this study the method used was qualitative by checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the strategy for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the Jambi songket industry can be seen from several aspects, namely that it still has human resource constraints in the weaving sector, therefore it is necessary to optimize the achievement targets in the Sustainable Development Goals.

This research is related to the analysis of motivation and rewards on employee work performance at PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Kelapa Dua Tangerang. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of employee performance through the provision of motivation and rewards, because the role of employees in generating performance is very influential for the development of the company, proper work motivation and reward will increase the sense of responsibility of employees towards the company, work enthusiasm, and can complete tasks within the time specified by the company. This type of research uses quantitative research with non-statistical methods. The technique used for data collection in this study used a total sampling technique with an interview instrument distributed to respondents. The results of this study indicate that motivation and reward have a positive impact on improving the quality of employee work, companies need human resources to maintain the stability of the company by maintaining and developing employee performance.

This research aims to find out how much influence audit risk and work stress have on the motivation of auditors at the Padang City Public Accounting Firm. In this research, the population is all auditors in public accounting offices in Padang City. The population in this study was 92 people consisting of several employees who had different positions/groups in KAP Padang City. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling method. The regression analysis carried out was multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) showed: (a) The audit risk variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor motivation. (b) The work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor motivation. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of audit risk and work stress has a positive and significant influence on auditor motivation. Auditors may be motivated by the challenge of performing high-quality audits in the face of increased audit risk. These challenges can provide a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction for auditors who successfully navigate risks and complete high-quality audits. The stress faced in challenging work situations can motivate individuals to try harder and challenge themselves. When someone feels that they can overcome or cope with a difficult task, this can increase their motivation to succeed.

Job satisfaction reflects one's feelings towards their work, when someone is satisfied with their work, they will be more committed to the organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the RSUD Kota Makassar. The type of research conducted is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. Sampling used stratified random sampling so that the sample in this study were nurses who served in the Inpatient Installation, IGD, ICU and OK RSUD Kota Makassar totaling 104 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study indicates that the high level of nurse satisfaction at RSUD Kota Makassar is able to create a sense of pride and trust in nurses, increase the emotional attachment of nurses to their organization and create a strong desire to continue working in their organization and have a high responsibility to stay afloat in their organization. hospital. It is recommended to the hospital management to pay more attention to the job satisfaction of nurses by creating a safe and comfortable work environment, including a clean room, good air circulation, adequate lighting facilities, and adequate health support equipment according to the needs of implementing nursing actions.

According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 13 of 1998 concerning elderly welfare, an elderly person is someone who has reached the age of 60 years and above.  Indonesia alone ranks fourth in the world with 24 million elderly people who have not received much attention. The decline in various body functions in old age can cause elderly people to have difficulty eating due to various causes. For example, the appetite of the elderly tends to decrease because their sense of taste and smell is no longer as sharp as it used to be to inhale aromas and taste food. The elderly are also more prone to decreased saliva production, loose teeth, weakened intestinal and gastric functions, and decreased stomach acid production which makes it difficult for the body to absorb food. Weakness or paralysis of the face, also known as facial frown, will cause impairment in the ability of facial muscles.
