The development of food commodities in Banten province, with geographical conditions where the area is mostly agricultural and with a fairly large population, has an important role, one of which is as a food buffer on the island of Java. Many harvests are distributed directly outside the region, after which they enter the market through distributors and agents, so this is a point of weakness and deficiency for policy makers in regulating and distributing rice commodities. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the rice distribution model using the Powersim application. The method used to create a food policy model/design for Banten province is the Dynamic System. The results of this research are that the output obtained from the rice food distribution model simulation is that each rice stock in the Gapoktan warehouse sends according to the amount requested in each district/city, with a total capacity that can be obtained at the food distribution center of 109,682 tonnes/yr, or 2,742 tons/harvest. Then, after carrying out a simulation model using Powersim software, it can be concluded that the rice food commodity in Banten Province can still meet demand. With the Banten Province Food Distribution Center, it can control the availability of rice.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policies in achieving sustainable economic growth. The research method applied is descriptive analysis using secondary data obtained from various trusted sources. The research results show that fiscal policy, which includes budget regulation, taxes and subsidies, has made a positive contribution to economic growth. Meanwhile, monetary policy, which includes setting interest rates and the money supply, also has a significant impact on economic growth. However, the need to balance price stability and economic growth remains a challenge. In conclusion, to achieve sustainable economic growth, close coordination between fiscal and monetary policies is needed. In addition, comprehensive structural reforms and increasing institutional capacity are very important to create a supportive environment to ensure sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Corn and cattle are the main commodities in dry land farming in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), with corn as a food source and cattle as a source of income. This province has vast dry land potential, namely 1,734,488 H, but its utilization is still less than optimal. The Cattle Harvest Corn Planting Program (TJPS) was launched to increase corn production, cattle population and farmer welfare. This research analyzes the Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in Manusak Village, Kupang Regency, and the factors that influence it, as well as examining government policies in supporting the efficiency of the corn-cattle farming system. Qualitative methods through interviews, observations and text analysis are used to understand farmers' experiences in farming. The results show that the NTP in the Gacinda and Leselik farmer groups is different: Gacinda has a higher NTP than Leselik, which is caused by differences in corn production costs and yields. In conclusion, corn productivity and costs incurred affect farmer welfare, with high expenditures potentially reducing NTP.

Unemployment and inflation are two main issues that affect economic and social stability in Gorontalo Regency. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence unemployment and inflation rates in the region. Qualitative research methods were used by conducting in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including workers, entrepreneurs and district governments. The results of the analysis show that factors such as lack of workforce skills, lack of available jobs, rising production costs, and fluctuations in commodity prices contribute to high levels of unemployment and inflation. Evaluation of the limitations of previous studies reveals that the lack of in-depth analysis of the factors underlying these two issues is one of the main weaknesses. Based on the research results, it is recommended that local governments adopt a holistic and integrated approach in overcoming these two problems, by strengthening cross-sector collaboration and implementing effective policies in controlling inflation and increasing employment opportunities. Further research needs to be conducted to evaluate the impact of implementing the proposed policies over a longer period.

Economic development is the main goal that every country wants to achieve to improve people's welfare, reduce poverty, and encourage sustainable economic growth. This study examines the important role of philanthropic institutions and fiscal policy in encouraging economic development, both in general and from an Islamic economic perspective. Philanthropy, through voluntary contributions such as zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf, helps fill gaps that cannot be fully addressed by the public sector, improves people's welfare, and reduces socio-economic disparities. Fiscal policy, as the main tool of government, plays an important role in managing state revenues and expenditures, influencing economic growth, income distribution, and macroeconomic stability. Through in-depth literature analysis, this research finds synergies between the philanthropic sector and fiscal policy that can strengthen sustainable economic development. This study also provides insight into the development of Islamic economics in the last three decades, showing significant progress in academic research and operational practice. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide significant policy recommendations to maximize the potential of these two tools in achieving fair and sustainable economic development.

This research aims to analyze the influence of Regional Original Income (PAD), Special Allocation Funds (DAK), and General Allocation Funds (DAU) on the allocation of capital expenditure budgets on the island of Java. Capital expenditure is an important component in regional budgets that contributes directly to infrastructure development and improving public services. This study uses panel data from districts/cities on Java Island during the 2015-2020 period. The analytical method used is panel data regression with a fixed effects model (FEM) approach to identify the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The research results show that PAD has a positive and significant influence on capital expenditure. This indicates that regions with higher PAD tend to allocate more budget for capital expenditure. Meanwhile, DAK also has a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure, which shows that funds specifically allocated by the central government have succeeded in increasing investment in fixed assets in the regions. On the other hand, DAU was found to have a negative but insignificant effect on capital expenditure, indicating that general funds received from the central government did not directly encourage an increase in capital expenditure. This research provides important implications for regional policy makers in increasing PAD and utilizing transfer funds from the central government more effectively to accelerate the development of infrastructure and public services. Apart from that, the results of this research can also be a reference for further research in the field of regional finance and public budget management.
