This study aims to examine the role of green marketing and brand image in shaping the decision to stay at Ecolodge Bukit Lawang Resort. Ecolodge Bukit Lawang Resort, located in the Bukit Lawang area, North Sumatra, offers an eco-friendly tourism concept that focuses on sustainability and nature conservation. Therefore, understanding how green marketing practices and brand image can influence consumer behavior in making decisions to stay is important. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 100 visitors who have stayed at Ecolodge. Data were analyzed using multiple regression methods to test the influence of green marketing (eco-friendly products, green promotions, and sustainability policies) and brand image (trust, associations, and perceived quality) on consumer decisions. The results showed that both factors had a significant influence on the decision to stay. Green marketing plays an important role in creating a positive image that influences consumer trust, while a strong brand image strengthens the decision to stay. These findings provide insight for Ecolodge Bukit Lawang Resort managers to focus more on developing green marketing strategies and strengthening brand image in order to increase the resort's appeal as an ecologically responsible tourist destination.

That the Earth of Indonesia has very extensive forests and dense trees, the International World calls Indonesia the lungs of the world because it can release oxygen from so many trees. Whereas furthermore, with this large number of trees as State forests, protection must be made with the Forestry Law and the Prevention and Eradication of Forest Damage so that the community in general can be protected both from environmental pollution and natural erosion, floods and/or landslides. The fact is that up to now there are still many perpetrators of forest destruction crimes which result in losses to the state, society and the surrounding environment. Normative legal research or library legal research, with a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, a comparative approach, a historical approach. The nature of the research used in this research is descriptive-prescriptive, the author uses content analysis. That protection for the community against forest damage in general already exists in Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management Jo. Law 31 of 1999 concerning forestry Jo. Law number 18 of 2013 concerning the prevention and eradication of forests, but implementation regarding law enforcement by Forestry Law Enforcers is less than optimal and there are also legal loopholes in the law, so there is a need for cooperation between the community and the government.

Alternative materials are almost always found in the surrounding nature, therefore innovation in the development of concrete mixture composition must continue to be improved. Natural local materials that are prioritized as a substitute for cement have geopolymer material content and contain silica (Si) and alumina (Al) elements. Clam shells are a new phenomenon in several sea sand quarries in Fakfak Regency. If the shell shell waste is not utilized, it will only create useless piles, as is the case with chicken egg shells, even though this waste has the potential to replace lime in making cement. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the material (clam shell waste, chicken egg shells and sand), and to determine the compressive strength produced in variations in the use of 50% LCK + 50% LCTA, 80% LCK + 20% LCTA and 100% LCTA. The results obtained in this study indicate that clam shells can be used as a component of geopolymer concrete because they have basic elements found in geopolymer materials in the form of SiO2, CaO, Al2O3, Al2O3, and MgO. Meanwhile, in chicken egg shells, the dominant element is only CaO. The dominant variation of shellfish shells using a combination of 80% LCK + 20% LCTA variations has the highest compressive strength value compared to other variations of 14.29 MPa at the age of 28 days, while the variation of 100% chicken egg shells only gets a compressive strength result of 2.20 MPa (age 28 days).

Cancer therapy has long faced the challenge of balancing treatment effectiveness with minimizing damage to healthy tissues. Conventional therapies such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy, although widely used, often lead to significant side effects due to their non-specific nature. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of microscopic robots in delivering drugs precisely to cancer cells, thereby reducing collateral damage. The research employed simulations and in vitro preclinical tests using cancer cell cultures to evaluate both targeting accuracy and safety. Findings indicate that microscopic robots achieved 93% effectiveness in targeting cancer cells while limiting damage to healthy cells to only 10%. Compared to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, chemoradiotherapy, and nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems, microscopic robots demonstrated superior precision and efficiency. These results suggest that microscopic robots hold great potential as a breakthrough technology in precision cancer therapy, offering new possibilities for safer and more effective treatments. However, further research is required to address long-term biocompatibility, control mechanisms within the human body, and clinical validation. This study highlights the transformative potential of integrating microscopic robots into future cancer treatment strategies, contributing to the advancement of personalized medicine.

Notaries can join together and run a civil partnership together with other fellow Notaries. However, it is explained in the UUJN, the notary civil partnership is not completely the same as the civil partnership contained in the Civil Code. The purpose of this study is to analyze the responsibility of Notaries in carrying out Notary civil partnerships and the impacts caused by the existence of Notary civil partnerships. This research is processed with a normative juridical approach method, namely by looking at law as a set of regulations/rules or doctrines that have a normative nature (law in book). As a result of the problem, each Notary remains individually responsible for what is done and the legal products made as well as the confidentiality of the contents of the deed become the individual responsibility of the Notary and there are positive and negative impacts of the existence of a Notary civil partnership becoming a common concern for Notaries to become members of the Notary civil partnership.
