Refractive errors occur when the light entering the eye is not clearly focused, causing blurry or unsharp vision. The main causes of refractive errors include hereditary factors and an unhealthy lifestyle. Signs and symptoms of refractive errors include blurred vision, frequent squinting to see objects clearly, and difficulty focusing when reading, watching TV, or looking at a gadget screen. This disorder cannot be completely cured, but it can be helped with glasses, contact lenses, or lasik surgery. The urgency of this research is driven by the increasing duration of gadget use among Ma Chung University students in June 2023  and its impact on eye refractive errors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the duration of gadget use on refractive errors in students. The targeted output is empirical data on the relationship between the duration of gadget use and the incidence of refractive errors, which can be the basis for eye health interventions among students.

The lack of public knowledge about hypertension and information about drugs is an obstacle to success in the healing process. In line with this, Gebriet et al. (2017) explained that the level of knowledge and understanding of hypertensive patients regarding their disease can support the success of therapy so that the patient's blood pressure can be well controlled. The more patients understand their disease, the more aware patients will be in maintaining a lifestyle, regularly taking medication, and the level of patient compliance will also increase. Before conducting counseling, participants were given a pre-test to find out how much knowledge the community had about hypertension. During the implementation of the activity, participants paid attention enthusiastically and actively. This can be seen from the many questions from the participants and the right answers to questions from the community service team. At the end of the activity, participants conducted an evaluation. The results of the evaluation conducted from 10 participants showed that the pre-test results were 45% good, 55% fair value, the post-test results showed that 85% good 15% fair. So there has been an increase in knowledge from before and after counseling.

This research examines the issues of active participation of young Catholics in the life of the church, particularly facing challenges posed by technological advancements, a trend of waning interest in religion, and boredom with traditional religious activities. In addressing this reality, the research explores the potential of Zelo Zelatus Praise and Worship as a suitable catechesis tool for young people. The research methodology employed is a literature review with a focus on literature discussing the current church life of young people, Zelo Zelatus Praise and Worship, and catechesis as a suitable tool for fostering faith among the youth. The findings of the research indicate that the church life of young people today is characterized by busy lifestyles and a lack of interest in traditional liturgy. Young people tend to seek more dynamic and contemporary religious experiences. Zelo Zelatus Praise and Worship, with its emphasis on praise and worship, emerges as an attractive alternative for young people to develop their faith and explore their spirituality. The research also highlights the urgency of catechesis as an effort to nurture faith among the youth. Effective catechesis should be responsive to the needs and dynamics of young people, building connections between faith and daily life. Zelo Zelatus Praise and Worship is identified as a potential catechesis tool that aligns with the spiritual needs of the youth through a more dynamic and inclusive approach.

PGSD student at Muria Kudus University. This is supported by the results of the significance test (Sig) which shows that the Sig value is 0.013, which means it is smaller than the significance criterion (0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the regression equation model which is based on research data is significant. At the end of the study, all established success criteria had been met. A student's lifestyle can be influenced by their studio housing friends, the surrounding environment, local culture, and their level of curiosity. Friends in the boarding house are often the main influence in determining students' daily habits, such as eating patterns, recreational activities, and study habits. Consequently, this research aims to identify requency of exercise, length of study, and type of study between students who live in urban areas and those who live in rural areas and the academic achievements of students at the Faculty of Medicine, Prima Indonesia University. Cross-sectional checks at the Prima University Faculty of Medicine included 60 students. A cross-sectional examination of 60 students from the Faculty of Medicine, Prima Indonesia University was the focus of this research. The variables measured in the research are independent variables, namely the lifestyle of urban students and the lifestyle of rural students, while the dependent variable is learning outcomes seen from the Grade Point Average (GPA). The results of the Spearman rank correlation test show that the relationship between exercise frequency, study duration, study method and total student lifestyle respectively has a p value of 0.043, 0.050, 0.000, and 0.006 < 0.05, consequently it can be concluded that, in part, each student's exercise frequency, study time, study mode and overall lifestyle have a significant relationship with their academic performance. student  at  Faculty of Medicine, Prima  University Indonesia.
