Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an information technology designed to manage the entire process of health services in an efficient and integrated manner. SIMRS implementation plays an important role in supporting decision making, increasing work efficiency, and improving the quality of hospital services. The purpose of this study is analyze the effect of SIMRS implementation on employee performance in the health sector. The method used is a The study employs a literature review methode by national research articles published between 2017-2024. Data sources were obtained through the Google Scholar database with keywords related to hospital management information systems and employee performance. The data was analyzed based on research results from several relevant journals. The results showed that SIMRS implementation has a significant influence on hospital employee performance. SIMRS is proven to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and speed in health services. The majority of studies reviewed showed a significant relationship between SIMRS and improved employee performance, as indicated by a significance value of p < 0.05 in various studies. SIMRS implementation has a positive impact on employee performance, both in terms of work effectiveness and quality of health services.

The global food crisis has become one of the most pressing issues requiring serious attention, especially as the world's population continues to grow. This growth has led to an increasing demand for food, while agricultural resources such as fertile land, water, and labor become increasingly limited. These conditions present significant challenges for farmers, including droughts that damage crops, floods that devastate agricultural lands, and pest attacks that significantly reduce yields. Furthermore, global climate change exacerbates the situation, directly impacting the stability of food production. Unpredictable weather patterns threaten harvest success, increase the risk of crop failure, and decrease agricultural productivity. Therefore, innovative solutions, such as utilizing Internet of Things (IoT)-based technologies, are urgently needed to support the sustainability of the agricultural sector by enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and global food security. Law enforcement of road transportation traffic is one of the important aspects in maintaining road safety and order. However, the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluating the performance of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) in law enforcement is often hampered by unstructured processes and lack of transparency in reporting. This research aims to analyze the role of information technology (IT)-based system development in improving transparency, efficiency, and accountability in monitoring and evaluating PPNS performance. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, which involves analyzing the application of information systems in institutions that handle traffic law enforcement. The results showed that IT systems can improve transparency by providing clear and real-time data access, increase efficiency by speeding up data processing and analysis, and strengthen accountability through auditable digital records. The study concludes that the development and implementation of IT systems in the oversight of PPNS performance not only improves the effectiveness of traffic law enforcement, but also strengthens the integrity and public trust in the institutions that carry out these tasks. The implementation of IT systems is expected to be a strategic solution in improving the quality of public services in the field of traffic law.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of developments in the implementation of Trias Politica principles in the performance of high state institutions in Indonesia. Trias Politica, which refers to the separation of powers into executive, legislative and judiciary, is an important foundation in a democratic government system. Through a qualitative approach, this research evaluates how the division of power has transformed since the implementation of political reform in Indonesia, as well as its impact on the performance of state institutions in carrying out their duties and functions. The research results show that although there have been significant developments in the implementation of Trias Politica, several challenges such as overlapping authority, lack of synergy between institutions, and political influence remain obstacles. However, the application of the principle of separation of powers has generally increased accountability, transparency and efficiency in the performance of high state institutions. This research recommends strengthening coordination between institutions and more stringent legal reforms to improve the performance of state institutions as a whole.

This study aims to determine Accounting in Ideal Conditions: Realizing Transparent and Accurate Accounting Practices. The principles used in this study in realizing transparent and accurate accounting practices are responsibility, efficiency and effectiveness, and strategic vision. This study evaluates the preparation of Accountability Letters (SPJ) for Religious Activity Facilitation Assistance in the Sub-Division of Spiritual Mental Development, Public Welfare Section, Regional Secretariat of Karanganyar Regency before and after the implementation of the voucher system. The voucher system is designed to improve accountability, efficiency, and timeliness in the management of aid funds. The results of the study indicate that the voucher system accelerates the completion of SPJ compared to the cash method, although there are still obstacles such as the workload of employees who hold concurrent positions and the need for complicated supporting documents. It is recommended to optimize the division of tasks and simplify administration to improve the effectiveness of SPJ management.

In the current era of information technology, easy and efficient transaction management is an important requirement in the business world, both small and large scale. Rumah Makan Mie Happy is a medium-scale culinary business. Happy Noodle Restaurant provides noodle-based preparations. In its daily life, Happy Noodle Restaurant can serve around 100 consumers, so that the service process requires speed to serve consumers. But in fact, Mie Happy Restaurant still uses manual data processing and transaction management, so it often experiences problems such as slow payment processes, frequent loss of receipts or proof of payment, difficulty in recapitulating or reporting transactions both daily and monthly, and frequent errors in the calculation process. From the problems experienced by Mie Happy Restaurant, the author is interested in developing a web-based cashier application that can help in all matters related to transaction management at Mie Happy Restaurant. The research conducted aims to build or develop a cashier application for Happy Noodle Restaurant that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transaction management. This cashier application was built or developed using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) with Visual Studio Code editor and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS). The results of testing with black box testing show that the cashier application developed in functionality has run as expected. This web-based cashier application provides convenience for admins and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of operational activities.

The purpose of designing this cashier system is to provide an overview of the cashier system to be built to users, namely cashiers at CV. Athaya which can simplify the ongoing transaction process, increase effectiveness and efficiency in cashier work, facilitate data processing into reports desired by business owners, minimize calculation errors, and assist in the data storage process.

This system will be designed using the PHP programming language, which will provide convenience for the admin in managing sales information. Hopefully, with the application of this computerized system, Toko Tri Karya can overcome existing problems and achieve more optimal results.

This study aims to develop a web-based information system as a company profile for the hospitality industry, specifically for Hotel Griya Wijaya Ambarawa. The development method used is Research and Development (R&D), involving an iterative process to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the website. The results of this study indicate that the designed website not only improves hotel promotion but also expands market reach through interactive features such as an online reservation system and social media integration. The website is also designed to provide an optimal user experience with a responsive design, ultimately increasing reservations and customer satisfaction.

This research aims to automate the process of extracting information from financial transaction receipts using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) algorithm. The OCR algorithm is used to recognize characters from digital images of transaction receipts so that information such as date, transaction amount, and other details can be accurately identified. By applying image processing methods, this research successfully demonstrates the effectiveness of the OCR system in overcoming challenges such as varying receipt print quality. This research also offers practical solutions in the form of OCR-based applications that can be used in business environments to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial transaction data management.

The purpose of setting up SIMRS is to improve efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, performance, and access and services in hospitals. In the preparation of this paper, data was collected through observation methods, interviews, literature studies, and the application of software development models using the waterfall method. The result is the design of a web-based patient registration information system using Laravel and MySQL as a database. Hospitals face several problems, including data redundancy in the input process and less than optimal data presentation, making it difficult to manipulate, change, and delete data. The author hopes that the development of a new information system can simplify and speed up the data input process. The information system designed is expected to make it easier for patients to register online as well as assist admins in the patient registration process, making it easier to make registration reports.    

Cancer therapy has long faced the challenge of balancing treatment effectiveness with minimizing damage to healthy tissues. Conventional therapies such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy, although widely used, often lead to significant side effects due to their non-specific nature. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of microscopic robots in delivering drugs precisely to cancer cells, thereby reducing collateral damage. The research employed simulations and in vitro preclinical tests using cancer cell cultures to evaluate both targeting accuracy and safety. Findings indicate that microscopic robots achieved 93% effectiveness in targeting cancer cells while limiting damage to healthy cells to only 10%. Compared to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, chemoradiotherapy, and nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems, microscopic robots demonstrated superior precision and efficiency. These results suggest that microscopic robots hold great potential as a breakthrough technology in precision cancer therapy, offering new possibilities for safer and more effective treatments. However, further research is required to address long-term biocompatibility, control mechanisms within the human body, and clinical validation. This study highlights the transformative potential of integrating microscopic robots into future cancer treatment strategies, contributing to the advancement of personalized medicine.

This paper describes the dynamics of legal politics in the regulation of Simultaneous Regional Elections in Indonesia with a focus on the effectiveness of implementation and its impact on local democracy. Simultaneous Regional Elections, which began in 2015, are the government's efforts to improve the efficiency of regional head elections while strengthening the democratic system. However, its implementation faces various challenges, such as regulatory complexity, potential political conflict, and impacts on the quality of representation at the local level. This study uses a juridical-normative approach with a qualitative analysis method to evaluate the laws and regulations governing Simultaneous Regional Elections, including Law Number 10 of 2016 and its implementing policies. Data were obtained through literature studies, legal documents, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results of the study show that, although Simultaneous Regional Elections bring benefits in the form of budget efficiency and strengthening political stability, this policy also poses a number of challenges. Among them are the gap in local government capacity, strengthening political oligarchy, and decreasing the quality of community participation at the local level. In addition, the implementation of Simultaneous Regional Elections tends to sacrifice regional autonomy in the context of local democracy, given the homogenization of election times that do not always match regional needs. This study recommends the need for a revision of regulations that are more adaptive to local needs, increasing public political education, and strengthening the capacity of election organizers to ensure that Simultaneous Regional Elections can run effectively without sacrificing the principles of local democracy.

The aim of this activity is to improve the ability of tofu entrepreneurs to manage their business finances well, so that they can support the sustainability and development of tofu businesses in Kalikidang Village. The implementation methods used include socialization and financial management training, including recording transactions, preparing simple financial reports, and financial planning. The results of this activity show an increase in the understanding and skills of tofu entrepreneurs in managing their business finances. The impact of this service is increased efficiency and effectiveness in financial management of tofu businesses, which is expected to contribute to increasing income and welfare of entrepreneurs. The output obtained from this activity includes financial management training modules, activity reports, and documentation of training implementation. Thus, this PKM activity succeeded in making a positive contribution to the development of the tofu business in Kalikidang Village.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has encouraged companies to switch to digital platforms in managing their sales. One of the most widely used solutions is a web-based sales application, which allows buying and selling transactions to be carried out online, improving operational efficiency, and expanding market reach. In this study, a web-based sales application was designed using a prototype methodology. This methodology was chosen because of its ability to actively involve users in the development process, through an iterative cycle that allows for direct feedback from users to improve and improve the system gradually. The first step in this design is to collect needs from users or stakeholders through interviews and observations. Based on these needs, an initial prototype of the application was built that included key features such as product management, shopping cart, and payment processing. The prototype is then evaluated by the user, and the feedback is used to refine and refine the prototype until the final application is ready for further development. The resulting app has a full range of features that include product management, a secure checkout system, payment method integration, and real-time sales reporting. The prototype methodology allows developers to detect and resolve potential issues from the early stages of development, thereby minimizing the risk of errors in complex feature implementations. Additionally, the active participation of users in the development process ensures that the resulting application is more in line with the needs and expectations of users. The results of this study show that a prototype-based approach can improve the effectiveness and quality of web-based sales applications, as well as maximize user satisfaction. This application is expected to help companies manage sales transactions more efficiently and expand business reach through digital platforms.  

This study aims to analyze the implementation of contractual budgeting and its impact on the development of government accounting system structure in Iraq. Amid the challenges facing the public sector in Iraq, the implementation of contract-based budgeting is considered essential to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the management of state finances. This study used a survey approach to collect data from various government agencies in Iraq involved in budget planning and oversight. The results show that although the implementation of contractual budgeting can improve budget management and strengthen the government's accounting system, there are a number of barriers, including a lack of human resource capacity, information technology limitations, and regulatory discrepancies that still exist. This study recommends the need for policy updates and improved training and infrastructure to support the integration of contract-based budgeting in the government accounting structure in Iraq, to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of public budget management

A company is an entity consisting of individuals or groups who work together to achieve certain goals. PT Suparma cannot be separated from businesses that aim to gain profits in generating effectiveness and efficiency in financial management. Financial management or financial performance has an impact on the company. This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios on the financial performance of PT Suparma tbk for the 2019-2023 period. This research was conducted by calculating the financial ratios of PT Suparma Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that the liquidity ratio calculated using the current ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance (ROA), the solvency ratio calculated using the debt to equity ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance (ROA), and the activity ratio calculated using total asset turnover has a positive and significant effect on financial performance.

Previous studies have shown that companies that adopt information technology in their accounting systems have a competitive advantage in managing and analyzing financial information more efficiently. Important factors in the development of accounting information systems are the need to ensure data accuracy, reporting speed, and real-time availability of information for internal and external stakeholders. This study also explores the positive impact of the use of accounting information systems on the company's operational efficiency and strategic decision making. Successful implementations show that modern accounting information systems are able to integrate various business functions, such as finance, inventory, and manufacturing, to improve the coordination and effectiveness of the organization as a whole. Thus, the development of accounting information systems not only improves the company's internal processes but also enhances the company's adaptability to rapid and complex changes in the business environment. This study provides a strong theoretical foundation for understanding the importance of information technology integration in the context of accounting program changes to achieve higher efficiency and accuracy goals.

The application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in campus facility management can enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by monitoring the availability of rooms and equipment in real-time. This study aims to explore the basic concepts and implementation of IoT in managing campus facilities through document analysis. The results show that IoT can assist in managing classrooms and equipment, allowing campus managers to optimize facility usage, reduce wastage, and improve service quality. IoT implementation also facilitates the maintenance and replacement of faulty equipment by utilizing data generated from sensors. However, the main challenges in IoT implementation are related to technological infrastructure and data security, which require special attention to ensure the system operates effectively and securely. Overall, this study concludes that IoT technology provides a solution to improve campus facility management efficiency and supports the creation of a more modern and responsive educational environment.
