Waste management is an important concern in efforts to maintain cleanliness and environmental sustainability. The Waste Bank has been proven to be an effective solution in managing waste with a sustainable approach. This research aims to implement a Waste Bank website as a means of information and waste data management in Pekelingan Village. The system development method used is the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. In the needs analysis stage, the needs of related parties are identified, such as the management of the Waste Bank and the community using the Waste Bank's services. System design includes designing a user interface and database structure to store waste transaction information, member data and financial reports. Website implementation involves developing web-based applications using PHP and MySQL technology. Testing is carried out to ensure that the website functions properly and meets requirements. The result of the implementation is a Waste Bank website that can be used to register members, record waste transactions, check balances, and manage waste data efficiently. With this website, it is hoped that the management of the Waste Bank in Pekelingan Village can be more organized and transparent. This case study can also be an example for other sub-districts in developing information technology-based Waste Banks to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of waste management.

This research aims at Service Quality and Management Reputation for Bank BTN Syariah KCP Solo Products. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research was a purposive sampling technique with the sample used amounting to 96 respondents. The data collection technique uses online questionnaire distribution with the help of Google forms. Data analysis techniques in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, f test and t test. Based on data research analysis, the results show that there is an influence of service quality on bank products, there is an influence of management reputation on bank products, the f test shows that there is a simultaneous influence of service quality and management reputation on bank products. The results of the coefficient of determination test show an r square value of 0.502, which means that the influence of the service quality variable (x1) and management reputation (x2) simultaneously on the bank product variable (y) is 50.2%.. 

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a crucial aspect of organizational management that focuses on managing individuals as valuable assets to the company. One significant area of HRM is job satisfaction, which is a complex emotional reaction to one's job. High job satisfaction can enhance employee performance, as satisfied employees tend to be more enthusiastic and productive. Employee performance, which includes abilities, skills, and work outcomes, can be influenced by intellectual intelligence, organizational culture, and organizational communication. Intellectual intelligence (IQ) plays a role in employees' effectiveness at work and contributes to organizational success. Effective organizational communication strengthens an inclusive culture and supports collaboration, while organizational culture serves as an identity and impacts employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effects of intellectual intelligence, organizational culture, and organizational communication on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Surakarta City Population and Civil Registration Office. The research is expected to provide insights into how these factors influence employee performance and offer recommendations for enhancing satisfaction and performance within the government organization.

This research aims to determine the emergence of Instagram @hopehelpsnet as a medium for activism in preventing sexual violence among students, content management, Instagram account management, and the contributions it provides. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with a case study approach and using interviews, observation, and literature study for data collection. @hopehelpsnet exists as a medium for preventing and handling sexual violence among students. The results of research indicate that @hopehelpsnet first emerged as a provider of sexual violence response and prevention services in various universities in Indonesia after the formation of HopeHelps at Universitas Indonesia. @hopehelpsnet manages content by paying attention to the victim's perspective and trying to educate and mobilize its followers. @hopehelpsnet facilitates its followers by providing complaint services, holding digital discussion rooms, and holding campaigns on the issue of sexual violence. Followers of @hopehelpsnet also said that their knowledge increased after following the @hopehelpsnet account and considered sexual violence an important issue to pay attention to.    

Tanjung Harapan Village has various potential natural and human resources that can be optimized to increase PAD. However, Tanjung Harapan Village faces various challenges in optimizing the potential of natural and human resources in the village. The problems faced include limited resources, low capacity of village officials. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the Tanjung Harapan Village government in an effort to increase PADes. This research aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the Tanjung Harapan Village government, Singkep District, Lingga Regency, in  an effort  to increase  Village  Original Income (PADes).  Highlighting  the importance of PADes as a source of financing for village development and improving community welfare. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach.  Data collection was carried out through in-depth interview techniques with village officials and community leaders, participatory observation of village resource management activities, as well as documentation studies related to village financial policies and reports. The data obtained was analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques which included data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification to ensure the validity of the findings. The results reveal that the Tanjung Harapan Village government has implemented several main strategies to improve PADes, namely optimizing natural resources through more effective management, increasing the capacity and competency of village officials through training and continuous education.

This research was conducted because of the emergence of cases of environmental pollution due to excessive production activities and the lack of awareness of business actors towards environmental conservation. Since the emergence of COVID-19 in Indonesia, the demand for medicines and other consumer products has increased. Public demand for companies to continue to care about environmental sustainability to reduce the negative impact of company activities on the environment. One concept that can be applied by management to handle problems that occur between the environment and the company is the concept of eco-efficiency. The purpose of this study is to, first, test the effect of eco-efficiency on firm value, second, test the effect of eco-efficiency on firm value with profitability and leverage as moderating variables. The sample of this research is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023 using purposive sampling method. This research analysis method uses simple regression analysis and moderating analysis regression (MRA). This study provides evidence that environmental management implemented by the company can significantly provide good company value, besides that the high level of profit earned by the company can moderate the relationship between eco-efficiency and company value with a positive effect but in this study leverage cannot moderate the eco-efficiency relationship.    

Tourism management is an effort to realize a tourist village that has great natural potential. Community service activities carried out in Semboro Village, Jember Regency aim to provide benefits for Pokdarwis and the community who play a direct role in its development. Although orange production in Jember Regency has increased, farmers do not feel the same benefits because the price of oranges is uncertain. Therefore, orange farmers, especially in Semboro District, are eager to develop existing orange plantation businesses into tourism businesses. If we look at the market potential based on tourist visits to Jember Regency, the growth of agrotourism businesses in the area looks very promising. This community service activity is carried out by providing education through lectures and questions and answers. The results of this activity are very useful for increasing community knowledge and abilities. The results of the evaluation of the activity process show that the community understands how to realize a tourist hamlet in Semboro Hamlet, Jember Regency.

Household waste management is a significant challenge in Indonesia along with population growth and economic activity. In 2021, organic waste contributed 54.31% of the total waste in Surabaya. One innovative solution is the use of bioconversion technology with Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae which can decompose organic waste quickly and produce animal feed and organic fertilizer. The socialization and training program in Dukuh Sutorejo aims to introduce and train residents in maggot cultivation as an alternative for waste management and animal feed. This activity includes socialization about the benefits of maggots, training in cultivation techniques, and providing maggot samples for independent cultivation. The evaluation results showed that 91% of participants understood how to apply maggots for organic waste management and animal feed, indicating the success of the program.  

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of village financial management accountability, village policies, and village institutions on community welfare in Tanggan Village, Gesi District, Sragen Regency. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The population in this study was 4,671 people of Tanggan Village using the Slovin formula, so the sample in this study amounted to 368 people of Tanggan Village, Gesi District, Sragen Regency. The type of data used is quantitative data, the data source used is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests, namely multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the accountability of village financial management has a significant effect on community welfare in Tanggan Village, Gesi District, Sragen Regency. Village policy has a significant effect on community welfare in Tanggan Village, Gesi Subdistrict, Sragen Regency. Village institutions have a significant effect on community welfare in Tanggan Village, Gesi Subdistrict, Sragen Regency.

Crisis aquatic biodiversity is a critical environmental issue, triggered by human activities such as overfishing, pollution, and climate change, which have serious impacts on the stability of ecosystems and the climate change, which has serious impacts on the stability of ecosystems and the livelihoods of coastal communities. livelihoods of coastal communities. This research aims to examine community-based solutions in restoring degraded aquatic ecosystems, with a focus on the integration of sustainable aquaculture technologies and aquaponic systems. The methodology used was a comprehensive literature analysis of scientific articles, journals and relevant publications. The research findings show that sustainable fisheries management, habitat restoration, environmental education and awareness, implementation of environmentally education and environmental awareness, the application of environmentally friendly technologies, and the development of supportive policies are the main strategies for sustainable fisheries management. development of supportive policies are key strategies in improve conservation effectiveness. The implications of this research show that a community-based approach is not only effective for the conservation of aquatic biodiversity, but also provides practical guidance for policymakers and non-governmental organizations in designing and implementing community-based policy makers and non-governmental organizations in designing and implementing more holistic and effective ecosystem restoration programs that are more holistic and sustainable.                                                              

The management of data collection of research activities, community service, and publications that occur at the National University of Karangturi Semarang is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which still has various problems related to collecting, storing, searching, processing, and presenting data when needed for the accreditation process. Based on these problems, an information system is needed that can accommodate all the problems experienced by users. Therefore, an information system will be developed to manage all data related to research activities, community service, and publications carried out by lecturers and improve the efficiency of data management. System design is one of the stages of developing an information system. Simlitabmas design has two main objectives, namely to fulfill the needs of users and to provide a clear picture to all personnel involved in system development. System design is one of the important steps in a system development in which a visual representation of a series of processes or activities in an institution or organization is made. One of the modeling or design tools that can be used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML helps describe and design systems, especially in object-oriented programming. In this research, UML diagrams made consist of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams.

Implementing technology-based accounting systems in cooperatives aims to enhance transparency and efficiency in financial management. This initiative involves intensive mentoring of cooperative members in adopting new technologies for transaction recording, financial reporting, and real-time cash flow management. The results of this implementation show significant improvements in the member's ability to use accounting systems, strengthening financial transparency and facilitating strategic decision-making. Despite challenges such as resistance to change and the availability of adequate technological infrastructure, the program has successfully delivered positive impacts that can assist cooperatives in improving service quality to members and strengthening their financial position in the market. With ongoing support and the development of more specific training modules, this technology implementation is expected to continue to provide long-term benefits for cooperatives and their members.

One of the government institutions that are always tied to administrative affairs is Bawaslu Surabaya. Bawaslu acts as a state agency responsible for managing correspondence documents and election-related information.  Starting from the submission of correspondence to the Mail archive, everything is part of the sub. HR Bawaslu. However, due to the storage and arrangement of files that are still manual, making it difficult to determine the numbering of letters to be worked on, or search for incoming and outgoing files that have been archived. Therefore, in this study will be a solution to overcome these problems by building a numbering and archive management system using the Laravel framework.  Laravel Framework has its own advantages such as, easy to develop, faster performance, data security, data reload more stable, and much more. So Laravel can be an efficient and effective solution for developers in building powerful, large-scale, and easy-to-develop web applications.

Head injury is mechanical trauma to the head, either directly or indirectly, which causes neurological function disorders, which are temporary or permanent physical, cognitive and psychosocial function disorders. The incidence of head injuries in Indonesia in 2018 from 34 provinces in Indonesia reached 11.9% of cases in the last year, mostly due to motorbike traffic accidents. The clinical condition and level of consciousness after a head injury are assessed using the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), which can classify head injuries into mild head injuries, moderate head injuries and severe head injuries. The prognosis for head injury patients will be better if management is carried out appropriately and quickly.

This research aims to examine the effect of dividend policy and accounting conservatism on earnings quality in companies in the infrastructure, utilities & transportation and mining sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling method used is a purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. From the specified criteria, a sample of 25 companies was obtained. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 22. The results of this research indicate that the dividend policy variable has no effect on earnings quality. Meanwhile, accounting conservatism has a significant positive effect on earnings quality. The principle of accounting conservatism is applied by companies on the basis of management's caution against exaggerating the profit value of the financial statements.

This Community Service Activity is carried out for MSME Actors in Regency/City in Jambi Province. The preparation of company financial reports is carried out in a certain period. Usually companies make financial reports when their company's accounting period enters the end. This accounting period is determined by each company. Some are done at the end of the year, some are done every few months. Through the Simple Financial Report Preparation Training, it is hoped that it will help MSME partners manage their business financial reports. And will increase Capability, namely improving the Recording of Financial Reports and Transactions manually to be fast and accurate. Hopefully, with this preparation training, you will gain insight, knowledge and understanding of the basics of proper financial management and including how to make a budget.

The purpose of collecting invoices at PT. ABC is to ensure that all transactions are well documented and to ensure the completeness of transaction data for the purposes of financial recording and reporting. The use of invoices in preparing financial reports is the main basis that must be used at PT. ABC. Invoices allow companies to monitor and manage transactions more effectively, as well as facilitate the accounting and financial management processes. This study was conducted using qualitative methods and using data collection techniques through interviews to understand in depth the process of preparing invoice-based financial reports at PT. ABC. This approach was chosen because it allows researchers to dig up information in detail and understand the context and dynamics in the financial reporting system. PT. ABC, a private company engaged in the field of CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) Supplier, requires an effective system to manage and organize financial data related to sales and expenditure transactions.  

Every business has goals to achieve. To make it real efective and efficient company goals, it is important to improve employee performance. The aplication of managemen functions is an important factor in this matter. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of each management function on employee performance in ornamental fish management at PT Indotama Putra Wahana, an ornamental fish export and import company. The research methods used are multiple linear regression analysis through research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests and heteroscedasticity tests) and hypothesis tests using t tests, as well as correlation tests and determination coefficient tests. Through the t test on the planning function, tcount was obtained worth 4.643 > ttable worth 2.467 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the planning function has a significant effect on employee performance. While in the organizing function, a tcount of 3.735 > ttable worth 2.467 was obtained with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that the organizing function has a significant effect on employee performance. Then in the briefing function, a tcount of 3.737 > ttable worth 2.467 was obtained with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 which means that there is a significant influence on employee performance. In the control function, a calculation of 4.710 > ttable worth 2.467 was obtained with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the control function has a significant effect on employee performance. Then through the correlation test, a strong relationship was obtained between the management function and employee performance by 69.5%.

Malay culture is one of the various cultures that live, grow and develop on this earth. The aim of this research is, among other things, to find out how the State Civil Apparatus Governance is in Realizing Malay Cultural Values in Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province as the Mother of the Malay Land. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods, this approach uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The theory used in this research uses Governance according to Widyananda (2008). The indicators in this research are Transparency, Accountability, Equitable, Responsibility. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that the management of the State Civil Apparatus in realizing Malay cultural values cannot be said to be running well, this is because there are still many shortcomings in its management. Even though there are regulations made regarding the promotion of Malay culture in Lingga Regency, as well as there are programs created by each regional apparatus organization (OPD) regarding their management in realizing Malay cultural values. However, its implementation in ASN life is not fully carried out, because many ASN do not understand the values of Malay culture. This is also encouraged because not all ASN in Lingga Regency are Malay.

Debtor bankruptcy is a critical issue that has a significant impact on the performance of credit payments in the banking sector, especially at the BRI Batam Branch Office. This study aims to analyze the juridical impact of debtors' bankruptcy on credit payment performance in BRI Batam, focusing on the direct influence of bankruptcy on bank liquidity, asset quality, and bank operations. In the legal context, debtor bankruptcy is regulated by Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations, which provides a framework for the bankruptcy process and its settlement. The research method used is normative juridical, with a case approach to collect empirical data from the BRI Batam Branch Office. Data was collected through interviews with bank management, analysis of bankruptcy documents, and literature review related to bankruptcy laws and regulations. Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive analytical way to understand the legal implications and operational impact of debtor bankruptcy on credit payment performance.The results of the study show that debtor bankruptcy significantly affects the liquidity and credit payment performance in BRI Batam, with direct consequences in the form of an increase in bad loans and a decrease in interest income. Delays in legal proceedings and asset liquidation also add to the bank's operational burden. Based on these findings, it is recommended that BRI Batam should improve its credit risk monitoring system and adopt a more effective risk management strategy to anticipate and overcome potential bankruptcy. The government is expected to accelerate the legal process related to bankruptcy to minimize the negative impact on the banking sector and the economy as a whole.
