The advances in mobile technology have created a new learning method known as mobile learning technology or mobile learning. This method utilizes the use of smartphones which have become part of the daily life of people of all ages and levels of education. in this mobile learning ,android platform is selected. The reason for choosing android is that it is the most popular mobile OS. This learning is designed to run on Android with the aim that it can be used easily and can be run at any time as long as you carry an Android cellphone and there is an internet connection. This application is addressed to the Persatuan pemuda sandya karya mandiri desa reksosari kec suruh kabupaten Semarang, which is an activity of a youth group that is trying to develop and improve their video streaming channel . they need learning to improve their digital video processing skills to improve the quality of their video output. because this youth union consists of various ages and various educational backgrounds, the making of learning videos must be easy to operate, easy to display and does not require complicated equipment. The development of this application is based on usability which is the most important aspect of an application.

The method of learning the universe at TK Pertiwi Bebengan, Kec. Boja, Kab. Kendal, Central Java is still simple, namely explaining the material by displaying a 2-dimensional still image. This makes students unable to see directly the process of rotation and movement of celestial bodies in the universe. For this reason, it is necessary to create an application that can display the process through 3D animated moving images using Augmented Reality (AR) based technology. The research method used is Prototype, while the architectural design uses UML and software applications using Unity3D, Vuforia, Photoshop CS6 and Blender. The final results of the study are 1) on testing application features made with Unity3D and Vuforia software can run well, 2) on device testing there are 2 out of 4 smartphones that cannot run the application so that a minimum specification of a smartphone is required, 3) on distance testing with a height of 20 cm, it requires the right camera tilt angle, which is between200 to 900. The conclusion of the research is that this application can run well on mobile devices registered in Google's ARCore database and minimum specifications of Android 8.0 Oreo. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the right camera tilt angle so that it can display 3D objects.

Libraries are part of learning resources that must be owned by every school or college. Because students easily find information or knowledge through the library. With the development of technology, people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to create an information system to overcome these limitations in order to improve services to library users and expedite the administrative process to be faster and more accurate. The design of a web-based library information system is expected to improve maximum library services and errors in data processing. The library information system includes member registration, search books, book data, borrowing books, books, and fines for late payment of books.

Starting from the development of medical technology that is increasingly sophisticated and rapidly growing,researchers conduct medical research, namely about patient infusion handling services. In handling patient infusion, currently it is still manual which is carried out by nurses / medical personnel. Infusion handling services for patients still have shortcomings, namely the process of monitoring and replacing infusion fluids which are often late. If the problem is not treated quickly, it can lead to problems, namely the presence of air embolism in the blood vessels (the entry of foreign objects into the blood vessels, for example air). From that problem, the researchers made a new innovation in medical technology in handling infusions automatically and based on IoT. In this study, the smart online infusion device that has been made has good features and is very effective in handling infusions. This device has 3 main functions, namely: it can monitor the remaining infusion, it can change the infusion fluid automatically and it can indicate a blocked patient's infusion. This device already has a method for processing data with fuzzy logic. Media monitoring has been supported by a website that can be controlled remotely and in real time. Tests have been carried out and the effectiveness of the system is found to have an error rate of 0.2% - 0.7% and has an accuracy of 98%. Thus this tool can be used in terms of handling patient infusion automatically.

The development of technology is something that cannot be avoided. Technological developments have more or less affected our daily lives. With the development of technology, our lives have been made easier. One of the conveniences offered is the ease of finding information and finding it easy. With the existing facilities, we can access various information and culture very easily. CRM is a comprehensive tactic from the company so that every process of the customer life cycle can be utilized optimally. The purpose of this study was to establish a website for the CRM-based WiassShop Shoe Store. The method that will be built in this research is a website-based information system at WiasShop using the Waterfall system development method. The use of this method begins with listening to all obstacles, obstacles and suggestions from customers. Then a system design will be carried out that is tailored to the needs and complaints that have been submitted by customers, after which the development design is implemented in the form of a website. After that, the system will be tested to find out where the bugs (weaknesses) are, which will later be repaired and refined. This system will be built using Php Native and using MySQL database. However, the use of social media can have positive and negative impacts. Where the development of technology also has an impact on every aspect of life, including the psychology of every human being. Negative impacts include the mental health of teenagers. The aim of this activity is to increase teenagers' knowledge about the impact of digital on the mental health of teenagers at Bawakaraeng High School. The method used is lecture and discussion at the end of the meeting. The results of the activity show that it can increase teenagers' knowledge and that teenagers are willing to limit the use of social media, look for information other than social media, look for positive activities, use social media wisely, release and delete social media applications. Thus, the effect of using social media decreases on the mental health of its users.

With the increasing popularity of the internet, many business fields, especially those held large already provides online services. An example is a car rental business with take advantage of website services that contain information and the order is expected to be promotional media and will expedite the process booking. The research method used in build a car rental booking application with PHP and MySQL based website service is by analyzing needs, system design, database design, and design dialog screen.

Aset sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi karena dapat menunjang kegiatan yang dilakukan seperti pada Yayasan Assanusiyah. Banyaknya lembaga pendidikan dan perusahaan yang dikelola, aset yang dimiliki Yayasan pun cukup banyak. Supaya aset dapat bernilai tinggi, perlu adanya pengelolaan aset. Kegiatan inventarisasi merupakan salah satu pengelolaan aset yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Yayasan Assanusiyah. Namun kegiatan inventarisasi masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terintegrasi. Sehingga data aset Yayasan tidak realtime dan sering terjadi kehilangan maupun penumpukan aset pada satu lokasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem informasi yang tepat untuk membantu kegiatan inventarisasi aset Yayasan dengan menggunakan teori The Unified of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang terdiri dari empat dimensi, diantaranya performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan data mengenai kebutuhan sistem informasi yang sesuai untuk digunakan dalam pelaksanaan inventarisasi aset di Yayasan Assanusiyah.

Reading awareness is one of the main foundations in the world of education that supports the development of students' insights, critical thinking skills, and academic success. However, the low awareness of reading among 7th grade students of SMP Darussalam Cimanggu is a challenge that needs to be overcome immediately. This study aims to identify the factors that affect low reading awareness and design effective strategies to improve it. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the lack of internal motivation, lack of family support, the influence of technology, and the low attractiveness of library facilities are the main causes of low reading awareness of students.

The success of the child's growth and development process is an important task for parents in accompanying and guiding children to reach the top of the destiny of every talent, passion and longing to be realized. With world conditions that are not getting better, even if technology is getting better and even starting to replace the roles and functions of humans in carrying out the process of daily activities. It really creates a lot of new problems, especially for the future generations of God's church in the future. Parents as the holder of an important role in the process of growth and development and formation of children's character are expected to become a dependent place for children in the world as representatives of God on earth. The author uses the literature study method to describe the form of God's intervention in parental involvement in the learning style of the Self-Learning Generation (Homeschooling). Through literature studies by reading books, the author can formulate a useful view of God's intervention in parental involvement in the Learning Style of the Independent Learning Generation (Homeschooling)

The implementation of hospital accreditation is a policy used to measure whether the standards set by the government have been met by a hospital, besides that another function of hospital accreditation is that it can be used as an accountability for the quality of services provided. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between hospital accreditation and the quality of health services. Literature Review design was chosen as the design to conduct this research, the databases used are Elsevier, google scholar, PubMed, and Sinta. Hospital accreditation has an influence on the quality of service in the hospital, where the higher the accreditation of a hospital, the better the quality of health services. There are several factors that can improve both variables, including the use of information technology, patient assessment, drug use management, patient and family education, control and prevention of infectious diseases, facility management.

The research objective was to determine the effect of the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital on the productivity of the people in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The population in this study was the community in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, totaling 198 people, then the determination technique was purposive random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 7.772 + 0.257X1 + 0.1932 + 0.348X3 + e which shows the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the people. While the results of the test (t) or partial test show that the quality of fertilizer has a positive and significant effect on community productivity where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.359 > t table 2.034, the technology variable has a positive and significant effect on community productivity where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.137 > t table 2.034, and capital also has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the people where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.533 > t table 2.034. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.823 (82.3%). So that it can be said that 82.3% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital in the model has contributed to the productivity of the community in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, while the remaining 17.7% is influenced by other variables outside the model  

The rapid development of information technology requires people tobe familiar with the internet. Utilization of marketing and sales applications is not only carried out by large companies, but can also be used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The community service team conducted observations and interviews with Brem Duta Rasa SMEs in Sumberejo, Kaliabu, Mejayan, Madiun Regency. The team found problems with promotion and sales, therefore it was necessary to provide asolution, namely by using awebsite-based marketing and sales application for MSME products. The activity method of the service team is to provide practical training using applications. The final result of the evaluation shows that 90% of the 10 users of MSME members have theoretical understanding, 95% of application introductions, 80% of practice running applications. In conclusion, all MSME members running the application quite well. Applications can be implemented continuously to increase revenue from Brem Duta Rasa MSME products

The number of islands and the size of Indonesia's territory is a problems in building telecommunications infrastructure. VSAT satellite technology is a solution and is useful when terrestrial relations experience issues. This is because not all regions are terrestrial and can reach all islands and mainland in Indonesia. In this study, the Ku-Band VSAT was used, and the Ku-Band VSAT installation location was in Jangga Dolok Village, Lumban Julu District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the quality of the network obtained showed a bandwidth of 024 Kbps, 637 ms delay, 0% packet loss, 1.84 Mbit/s download throughput, and 319.18 Kbit/s uploads. The measurement analysis results in the field show that the IP Config VSAT IP can be connected to the gateway, and the connection test shows the reply response. The transmission parameter output IDU downlink SQF is 168, and the uplink is 16 Apsk 1024 K 9/10, the upload, and download measurement results show the upload results of 1.8 Mbps and 0.3 Mbps upload. All the analysis results were carried out, and it showed promising results, and the VSAT-based internet network in Jangga Dolok village was feasible to use. Abstrak – Kebutuhan informasi yang semakin cepat. Menjadi alasan dibangun e-government web portal ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Website ini adalah dengan metode Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). (WDLC) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sebuah website. Dimana WDLC merupakan sebuah proses pengembangan sebuah website akan disampaikan kepada pengguna. Dalam pembuatannya, dilakukan proses menganalisis data dan informasi yang ada pada dinas komunikasi dan informatika agar dapat di masukan ke proses implementasi perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode WDLC dan diterapkan dengan Framework Laravel V7. Disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Metode ini berhasil dan akan mempermudah pengelola Web dalam mengelola informasi responsif dan compatible. Dengan terciptanya web portal ini akan mempermudah kinerja admin dalam menyebarluaskan informasi yang secara otomatis juga akan mengurangi beban tenaga IT di Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika yang minim tenaga IT.   Kata Kunci – E-Government, WDLC, Website, Internet   Abstract – The need for information is getting faster.Be the reasonbuilt e-government webportalthis. The Order for Termination of Investigation or hereinafter referred to as SP3 is the authority given attributively to criminal investigators. This paper intends to provide an analysis in terms of normative law regarding the validity of the termination of an investigation carried out based on reconciliation between the suspect and the complainant in the case of ordinary offenses. Research is a main means in developing a science and technology with the aim of revealing the existence of a truth both systematically, methodologically, and consistently through the research process as well as conducting analysis and construction of the data that has been processed and then concluded. Article 109 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) states that there are three conditions to stop an investigation of a criminal act. First, there is not enough evidence. Second, the act committed by the suspect is not a crime. Third, the investigation was stopped for the sake of law. The fact that the revocation of the police report resulted in the case being discontinued or terminated, as evidenced by the issuance of an Investigation Termination Order or SP3.

Stikubank University (Unisbank) Semarang has implemented a web-based learning system known as a smart campus in which there is an integrated smart campus e-learning model. E-learning applied by Unisbank management is an online learning medium by utilizing information technology to make it easy for all students and lecturers to use in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the success of university e-learning based on the adaptation of the Delone and McLean information system success model. Primary data and secondary data were used in this study, a questionnaire instrument was used to obtain primary data. Furthermore, the data is processed quantitatively using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the data test were then analyzed descriptively to provide a narrative description of the research results. The results of research data processing showed that (1) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system had no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.729; (2) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.002; (3) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.025; (4) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (5) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system has no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.166; (6) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (7) User satisfaction related to the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.000; (8) Intention to use e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits p-value 0.004; (9) User satisfaction in the e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits with a p-value of 0.000. The Community Service Lecture work program in the form of hydroponic kale and catfish cultivation applications with an aquaponic system was carried out in Dawuhan Hamlet, Kayugiyang Village, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this KPM work program is to utilize the yard of the house so that it has productive value and educate the community with environmentally friendly cultivation systems. The stages of implementing this work program include the stages of field surveys and partner conditions, seeding kale seedlings, installing Aquaponics installation ponds, and mentoring activities. The technology used is the aquaponic system cultivation, which utilizes catfish manure as natural fertilizer for water spinach plants placed on it. From the results of the implementation of the KPM work program, it resulted in 1 (one) unit of aquaponic cultivation ponds, increasing public knowledge, especially for teenagers who are KPM partners.
