This community service was carried out in Pattongko Village, Central Sinjai District, by considering the location's vulnerability to natural disasters such as landslides and tornadoes. The high rainfall in the area is one of the leading causes of frequent natural disasters, compounded by the mountainous and hilly topography. These factors make the community highly susceptible to disasters that result in significant material and immaterial losses. The primary aim of this service activity was to build awareness and strengthen the community's disaster response capabilities, enabling the creation of a disaster-resilient village. The activity was conducted through socialization efforts involving various stakeholders, including the Pattongko village community, the village government, local youth groups, and the Sinjai Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), which served as the lead agency in disaster response in the region. Despite being a one-day event, the activity was expected to provide essential disaster education and training for the local population, enhancing their knowledge of disaster preparedness and response. By doing so, the initiative aimed to minimize the potential victims and the scale of losses caused by natural disasters in the future. This activity also supported broader government programs aimed at forming Disaster Resilient Villages. In the future, the program will be extended with further activities, such as establishing community disaster response teams, organizing disaster simulations, and strengthening disaster management protocols within the village. This study aims to assess the extent of business actors' understanding of halal certification in Pangkalpinang City. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected from micro, small, and medium enterprises in Pangkalpinang, involving eight UMKM actors as informants. The findings reveal that most business actors have a fairly good awareness of the importance of halal certification for their products. However, the limited knowledge possessed by UMKM actors regarding certification leads to a lack of clear understanding of the procedures and application process. This situation is caused by the lack of outreach efforts from relevant parties, particularly the Pangkalpinang City government. Therefore, the government needs to make extra efforts to provide socialization and education to business actors so they can clearly understand the flow and procedures for halal certification registration for their products. In addition, the role of Halal Product Assistants (PPH) is also crucial, as they are directly involved with the community

After the issuance of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, there are several important clusters that need to be considered, one of which is the ease of doing business which is closely related to government administration. Therefore, a system was created by the government to facilitate and legalize business actors in running their businesses in the form of a Business Identification Number (NIB). Because this NIB is a new system and is likely not widely understood by business actors, including MSMEs, it is necessary to socialize it and then provide assistance. Assistance in applying for NIB through the Online Single Submission-Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) System by MSMEs is an important step in managing the legality of their businesses. NIB is an identity for business actors that provides access to various facilities and legal protection. The OSS-RBA system is designed to facilitate the licensing process with a risk-based approach, where types of businesses are classified based on their risk levels. The method used in community service under this title is in the form of Socialization/Counseling and Assistance for MSMEs in submitting NIB to the OSS-RBA system. Socialization or counseling is carried out in the form of lectures and Q&A discussions so as to provide a comprehensive understanding. This assistance is carried out by academics/lecturers of the Law Study Program, Veteran Bangun Nusantara University, Sukoharjo Together with the Sukoharjo regional government, in this case represented by the Sukoharjo PMD Chamber of Commerce to ensure that MSME actors understand the procedures that must be followed and can submit NIB correctly. The assistance process includes socialization, consultation and assistance in filling in data in the OSS-RBA system. The goal is to increase the number of registered and legal MSMEs in Indonesia, so that they can access various government programs and get better legal protection.

This study aims to describe and analyze: The Implementation of Restaurant Tax Collection in Increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD: Pendapatan Asli Daerah)) of Malang Regency and the Obstacles to the Implementation of Restaurant Tax Collection in Increasing the PAD of Malang Regency.  The research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique uses a technique developed by McNabb (2002), namely Grouping the data according to key constructs, identifying bases for interpretation, developing generalizations from the data, Testing Alternative interpretations and Forming and/or refining generalizable theory from case study. The results of the study show that the Policy on Regional Taxes (specifically Restaurant Tax) in Malang Regency is inseparable from the pattern of fiscal relations between the Central and Regional Governments. This kind of relationship pattern is none other than related to the decentralized policy model that tends to use a top-down approach. The contribution of Restaurant Tax to Regional Taxes during the period 2021-2024 as a whole only reached an average of 5.53%. Although overall from year to year during the 2021-2024 fiscal year period, the contribution of Restaurant Tax to Malang Regency Regional Original Revenue revenue fluctuates, the increase in the realization of Restaurant Tax has been able to help the implementation of local government activities, both routine and development activities. Obstacles to the implementation of restaurant tax collection in increasing the PAD of Malang Regency can be in the form of: a. Low taxpayer awareness: Many restaurant entrepreneurs do not pay taxes or are in arrears of taxes.  b. Lack of supervision: Many restaurants or restaurants operate without a license or register. c. Lack of socialization: The public does not know the benefits of paying taxes. d. Lack of bookkeeping: Small and medium-sized restaurants often do not keep bookkeeping.  e. Manipulated transactions: Taxpayers deposit, calculate, and pay taxes themselves, resulting in data manipulation
