The millennial generation is a generation that has creative ideas or innovations. As a business person or entrepreneur, a person must have knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, especially in the digital era like now. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out and revealing what abilities or theories are used by millennial generation business actors in New York City. The literary work used as a source of research data is the novel entitled #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research using the heruistic method, namely reading thoroughly and the hermeneutic method, namely the study of text interpretation or the process of interpreting text. The results of this research are that there are 3 theories of entrepreneurship which include economic theory (taking advantage of opportunities that can create innovation), psychological theory (what underlies business) and behavioral theory (skills in managing and advancing business).

This study aims to determine the Business Competition in the Novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala. The novel was published in 2012. The data collection techniques used are reading techniques and analyzing techniques. The method used in this research is qualitative method and descriptive analysis method. The source of data used in this research is the literary work of the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are factors that affect business competition in the Gadis Kretek Novel, namely industry competition, bargaining power of buyers, and the threat of substitute products.

Introduction: Low birth weight babies are babies weighing <2500 grams. Babies with LBW tend to experience hypothermia and infection, so an effort needs to be made to prevent this, one of which is by using the KMC method. Kangaroo Mother Care is a treatment for low birth weight babies that involves making direct contact between the baby's skin and the mother's skin.Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of the kangaroo method on weight gain in LBW babies at Duren Sawit RSKD.Method: This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative study with a pretest- posttest one-group design. The sample in this study consisted of 20 babies with LBW who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The instruments in this study were KMC management SOPs and observation sheets. Data collection was carried out 2 times, namely before being given the KMC method and after being given the KMC method. Data processing using the SPSS computer program using the Wilcoxon analysis test. Results: Most of the mothers were aged 20–35 years, namely 11 people (55.0%), and most of the babies were female, namely 12 people (60.0%). Before being given the kangaroo method, all babies experienced low birth weight, where the baby's weight was in the minimum BB category, namely <2500 grams for 20 people (100.0%). After being given the kangaroo method, most of the babies with LBW had a weight in the normal weight category, namely ≥2500 grams, as did as many as 12 people (60.0%). The results of the Wilcoxon test analysis show a p-value of 0.001, which means that there is an effect of the KMC method on increasing LBW weight at the Durem Sawit Hospital in 2023. Conclusion: There is an effect of the KMC method on increasing LBW weight at the Durem Sawit Hospital in 2023.

Background: The percentage of children aged 0 to 11 months who received complete basic immunization reached 75.5% of the target of 92.9%, with a performance achievement of 75.34%. Complete Basic Immunization Coverage (IDL) in North Sumatra Province in 2019 was 85.17%. For data on Complete Basic Immunization (IDL) coverage in Dairi district, there is 82.02%, this figure shows that Dairi district has not yet achieved the strategic plan that has been determined. This study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of basic immunizations in the working area of the Sopobutar health center, Dairi Regency in 2022. Method: This type of research is analytical with a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted in the working area of the Sopobutar Community Health Center, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research was conducted from May to June 2022. The population in the study were all mothers who had 1 year old babies recorded in the working area of the Sopobutar Community Health Center, 38 people and using total sampling techniques. Data analysis in this research includes Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis with the chi square test, using a significance level of 5% (p value <0.05). Results: The results showed that the majority of mothers' knowledge was sufficient, 22 people (57.9%) and the majority of babies received complete basic immunization, 26 people (68.4%). The statistical test results show a p value of 0.002 <0.05, meaning there is a significant relationship between knowledge and providing basic immunization to babies in the Sopobutar Community Health Center Working Area. Conclusion: P value = 0.002 <0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between knowledge and providing basic immunizations to babies in the Sopobutar Community Health Center Working Area in 2022. It is hoped that mothers who have babies will increase their insight and concern regarding basic immunization for babies, regarding immunization programs according to schedule and providing complete immunizations.

The purpose of this SLR research is to analyze the influence of leadership style and employee performance. The research method used is a systematic literature review using the Preferred Reporting Item Method for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis (PRISMA), data sources were obtained from Google Sciencedirect and Google Scholar from 2019-2023, 285 journals were obtained, the journals were re-selected, the results were 90 journals out of 285 could be accessed. Then according to the title, 10 journals met the requirements. The results showed that leadership is closely related to organizational performance and also employee performance. leadership styles are divided into three types: transactional, transformational, and passive. Transformational leadership style is more often applied because it is associated with high levels of employee performance.

Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu tokoh pahlawan pendidikan yang bernama Dewi Sartika yang mencakup profil Dewi Sartika, Sekolah Kautamaan Istri dan pengaruh pemikiran Dewi Sartika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana rekam jejak pahlawan pendidikan dari kaum perempuan yang berjuang untuk mencerdaskan bangsa. Metode untuk mendapatkan data yang valid yaitu metode yang di gunakan adalah metode Sejarah yang mana memiliki beberapa teknik langkah-langkahnya yaitu; (1) pemilihan sumber, (2) pengumpulan sumber, (3) verifikasi, (4) interpretasi dan analisis, (5) menyajikan dengan bentuk tulisan. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Dewi Sartika yang merupakan tokoh pahlawan perjuangan yang memberikan sebuah gagasan dan pemikiran. Profil Tokoh Raden Dewi Sartika serta Perjuangan mendirikan sebuah lembaga pendidikan Sakola Kautamaan Isteri. Beliau Dengan Sekolah yang didirikannya dapat mendidik anak-anak perempuan dari kalangan manapun, untuk memajukan harkat dan martabat kaum perempuan. perjuangan yang panjang yang dilakukan oleh Dewi Sartika berdampak positif atau pengaruh pada zamannya beliau dari tahun 1904-1947 M yang mana pengaruh tersebut dapat dirasakan pada masa itu.

Dr. Hospital Soetomo Surabaya with minimum service standard data that must be met is customer satisfaction ≥ 90% and waiting time ≤ 60 minutes in accordance with Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) decree no. 129 of 2008. Therefore, the problems faced by the Outpatient Institution Children's Polyclinic include service time Administration takes too long and quality must be improved. The most critical slowness of services at the Children's Polyclinic is in the registration administration section, namely the number of double registrations, disruptions in facilities and nurses who are still lacking in discipline. Applying Lean Healthcare and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to improve service quality and prevent failures, such as slow service and lack of facilities will help find recommendations for improving these problems, namely reducing double registration of patients by improving data management and registration, repairing and improving maintenance of computer facilities for reducing waiting time due to disturbances and tightening discipline according to SOP.

Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) is a major cardiovascular problem because it causes high rates of hospitalization and mortality. The clinical manifestations of ACS are that the patient feels pain and discomfort that is not specific in the chest and legs radiating to the neck, left shoulder and arms and back then accompanied by cold sweat, nausea, vomiting, weakness and dizziness and can faint which occurs suddenly with high intensity.  Objective: To find out the results of applying Thermotherapy therapy to relieve chest pain in patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome. Moewardi Surakarta. Method: This type of research is a descriptive case study. The application was carried out on 2 patients selected by purposive sampling method with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Thermotherapy is carried out for 10-20 minutes 1x/day for 3 days. The research instrument used SOP foot massage, hemodynamic status observation sheets, and informed consent. Results: After being given the application to both respondents for 1 time a day for 3 consecutive days, a decrease in the level of the chest pain scale was found in the patient Mr. S with a pain scale level before being carried out by Thermotherapy therapy, severe pain and after being carried out by Thermotherapy therapy for 1 time in 3 consecutive days to mild pain. Meanwhile, in the patient Mr. A with the level of pain scale before the Thermotherapy therapy is severe pain and after the Thermotherapy therapy is done for 1 time in 3 consecutive days it becomes mild pain. Conclusion: there is a reduction in the chest pain scale in patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome at RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta after being given thermotherapy.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ada mekanisme take over KPR IB dengan akad Ijarah Muntahiyah Bit Tamlik pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu metode penelitaian kualitatif, sebab dalam menjawab permasalahan penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan membandingkan antara sistem operasional dan teori yang ada. Serta melakukan pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen yang digunakan untuk mendukung dan menambah referensi mengenai judul yang digunakan oleh penulis. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah BSI KCP Rantauprapat. Sedangkan obyek penelitian ini adalah mekanisme take over pada pembiayaan KPR iB dengan akad IMBT di BSI KCP Rantauprapat. Setelah melakukan penelitan serta pembahasan dengan membandingkan antara teori dan praktek, maka penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa BSI KCP Rantauprapat telah melakukan mekanisme pembiayaan take over KPR iB dengan akad al-Qardh al-Bai‟ wa al-Ijarah Muntahiya Bi al-Tamlik (IMTB) sesuai dengan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) yang ada di BSI KCP Rantauprapat. Dimana mekanisme tersebut berisi syarat dan ketentuan serta prosedur yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap nasabah yang akan melakukan pembiayaan take over KPR iB di BSI KCP Rantauprapat. Prosedur tersebut diantaranya pemberian dana qardh dari BSI KCP Rantauprapat kepada nasabah untuk melunasi hutangnya yang ada di bank konvensional, kemudian melakukan akad ulang antara nasabah dan bank BSI KCP Rantauprapat yaitu dengan mengganti akad qardh menjadi akan ijarah dan membahas mengenai besar angsuran yang harus dibayar oleh nasabah setiap bulannya. Angsuran tersebut berasal dari pokok pinjaman setiap bulan ditambah ujrah. Dan setelah selesai angsurannya, maka akan dilakukan akad ulang yaitu akad ijarah muntahiyyah bittamlik (IMBT) sebagai akad untuk men-take over KPR yang akan menjadi akad dalam pengalihan kepemilikan KPR dari bank BSI KCP Rantauprapat ke nasabah.

The purpose of this study was to learn how creative the PAI teachers at SMPN 2 Koto Balingka were when using the presentation software Power Point to engage their students who were less engaged in the learning process and more likely to experience frustration and boredom. And the pitfalls that teachers have to deal with while using Power Point. This study employed a descriptive quantitative methodology.Researchers play direct roles as planners, implementers, data collectors, data analysts, and report writers.Collecting information by means of observation, interviews, and written records.Information is gathered from interviews, documents, and libraries. This study's findings suggest that teachers can boost students' understanding of a subject by being creative with Power Point presentations. This can be done by providing clear explanations of the topic at hand, coming up with unique wording for slides, and showing relevant images. Teachers can become more innovative in their use of today's sophisticated technology by making use of Power Point presentations. Students can understand the material presented. The lack of an LCD projector, the disparity between student and teacher proficiency with the PowerPoint software, and the short amount of time available for its use are all factors that dampen teachers' inventiveness while using the program.

This research discusses the importance of developing effective contextual catechesis methods for prospective catechist students, especially in facing modern challenges involving social change, technology and contemporary moral issues. The focus of the research is to understand the integration of these aspects into religious teaching approaches to prepare students to apply religious values ​​in their daily lives. Spiritual challenges in the modern world, including clericalism and restrictions on the scope of catechists, require innovative and adaptive responses in learning and preaching approaches. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature study to investigate relevant literature. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a theoretical and practical basis for religious educators, enabling prospective catechist students to integrate religious teachings with the context of their lives. Thus, this research contributes to developing catechesis methods that are responsive to changing times, preparing the younger generation to face spiritual challenges wisely in the ever-changing modern era.

Workload is a description of the volume of work. In hospitals, the workload covers many aspects and this has an impact on compliance with the implementation of SOPs for new patient admissions which can be influenced by high workloads. The aim of this research is to determine "The relationship between emergency room nurse workload and compliance with standard operational procedures for accepting new patients." This research was conducted using a cross-sectional Descriptive Analytical research method, which emphasizes the time of measurement or observation and independent and dependent variables only once. The population in this study was 23 subjekts with a sampling technique using total sampling technique and the sample for this study was 23 subjekts. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed using the chi square test. Based on the chi-square results, it can be seen that the p value is 0.026, which is smaller than p (α < 0.5), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the workload of emergency department nurses and compliance with the implementation of new patient admission procedures. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the workload of emergency department nurses and compliance with the implementation of new patient admission procedures at RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih, Manado City. Suggestions to hospitals can pay more attention to the workload they experience so as to provide good service to patients.

. Electrical energy is a primary need for every human being. Supercapacitors are sophisticated electrical energy storage devices that combine the advantages of conventional batteries and capacitors so that they have the ability to store energy better. The use of electrode materials is one of the factors that affect the effectiveness of supercapacitors, electrode materials can be made from polymeric materials, metal oxides, and porous materials such as activated carbon. Activated carbon is made through two main stages, namely the carbonization and activation stages. Bamboo charcoal is a solid product that uses bamboo raw materials through a carbonization process under high temperatures (high temperature charcoal). This research is a research using experimental method. From the research results, carbonized bamboo charcoal at temperatures of 300˚C, 350˚C, 400˚C, 450˚C and 500˚C has a higher electrical conductivity value as the carbonization temperature increases. So it can be concluded that the temperature in the carbonization process affects the electrical conductivity of bamboo charcoal.

The low performance produced by employees in carrying out their duties and work is thought to be related to the leadership style applied at the Soppeng Regency Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. These factors are variables that need to be studied in this research so that the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries in Soppeng Regency can be determined. The aim of this research is: To determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Department of Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries, Soppeng Regency. This research was carried out at the Department of Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries, Soppeng Regency, which is located on Jalan Salotungo Watansoppeng, Lalabta Rilau Village, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. So the samples in this study were all 24 employees of the Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. To determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, simple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that: Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance at the Soppeng Regency Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. The suggestions given by researchers to the Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service, are to maintain and improve the leadership style currently applied so that the performance of Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service employees.

Based on the phenomenon that occurred at the Congko Village office, it appears that the performance of village officials has not been optimal, this can be seen from the fact that there are still village officials who do not comply with the applicable rules and regulations, apart from that there are village officials who are indifferent to the tasks given to them. This caused the community to complain about the services provided by village officials at the Congko Village Office. The formulation of the problem in this research is Does leadership style influence the performance of Village officials in Congko Village, Soppeng Regency, while the aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style on the performance of Village officials in Congko Village, Soppeng Regency. This research was carried out at the Congko Village office, which is located in Congko Village, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The sample was determined using the Census or Saturated Sampling Technique, that is, the total population can be used as the sample size in this research, so that the sample in this research is all Village Officials Congko numbered 13 people. To determine the influence of leadership style on the performance of village officials, simple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that: Leadership style has an influence on the performance of village officials at the Congko Village Office, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The suggestions given by researchers to the Congko Village Government are to maintain and improve the leadership style currently applied so that war performance in Congko Village can improve.

The purpose of this SLR is to review the relationship between job satisfaction variables and employee performance variables, or job performance, in a company or organization. This SLR research uses the PRISMA method as a data analysis technique. This study examined and reviewed 35 journal articles that were published in the 2019–2023 period, and then researchers filtered topics and sub-topics using the Emerald database. ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and Taylor & Francis From this database, 50 eligible journal articles were obtained, then filtered again, and the results were 35 eligible journal articles, which the researchers included in this systematic literature review journal article. The results of this analysis show that almost 35 journal articles state that job satisfaction will influence employee performance, which is influenced by several other factors, such as work environment, work motivation, and commitment.

Shrinkage is the reduction of medical records on storage shelves by moving inactive medical records to a different room from the active shelf seen from the last patient visit. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of shrinkage at the Kembangan Regional General Hospital. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method by means of interviews and observations in the medical records unit. So it can be concluded from the results of the study that the Kembangan Regional General Hospital already has SOP related to shrinkage which is divided into SOP sorting, media transfer and destruction. In the implementation of shrinkage, officers carry out the process of sorting, transferring and transferring media every day. But officers do not conduct an assessment based on use value. The destruction process is carried out when the number of medical records has reached 2 tons by using a third party to make medical records in the form of pulp. The main obstacles to the implementation of shrinkage are officers who do not have a decree on duties and teams so that officers often delay the implementation of shrinkage, paper quality that makes it difficult for officers to see medical record sheets in the past year and scan machines that heat up quickly due to continuous use. Therefore, the Kembangan Regional General Hospital should complete the SOP related to shrinkage, make a decree of duties and conduct an assessment stage so that the implementation of shrinkage is carried out properly, and add a scan machine so that the implementation of media transfer is not delayed.

This study aims to explore the impact of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on employee performance at the West Aceh Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKD). The research sample consisted of 85 BPKD Aceh Barat employees who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression and the SPSS program. The results showed that SOP had a positive and significant impact on the performance of BPKD Aceh Barat employees. The value of t count is 5.015 and t table for this study is 2.00, indicating that t count is greater than t table. Thus, it can be concluded that SOPs have a significant influence on employee performance at BPKD Aceh Barat.

The aim of this study is to analyze the benefits of having a rotational system of work in a company. The method used in this research is PRISMA. (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses). The data sources used were obtained through the Publish or Perish software that covers Google scholar and ScienceDirect with the search year range 2018-2023, then the results of 347 journals. Using the inclusion and exclusion criteria, then the 10 journal to be analyzed. The results of this literature review study show that with the rotation of work applied to the organization or company, many positive aspects are obtained such as increased employee motivation, reduced boredom, and improved employee performance.
