Nusantara: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat 2023 Pusat Riset dan Inovasi Nasional

Mendeley is a reference management software that provides various features to assist students in the process of writing scientific articles. This engagement method is carried out through a series of activities, including workshops, training, and mentoring. The purpose of this engagement is to improve the skills of final semester students in compiling scientific articles. The activity was held in May 2023 with participants from FIK UNCEN semester 7 students. The results showed that students were able to operate the Mendeley application, starting from registering an account on the Mendeley web and installing the Mendeley desktop application, and using the Mendeley application to create automatic citations/references and bibliographies. The conclusion is that FIK UNCEN students are able to use the Mendeley application to improve their academic writing skills effectively and correctly

Online check in is an online service check in for passengers by their personal smartphone that can be done anywhere within a maximum of 30 minutes before flight. In its implementation, passengers of Citilink Airlines at Bandung Husein Sastranegara International Airport still have several problems when using this service that leads to the implementation of online check in is not optimal. The purposes of this study are to examine: 1) The constraints experienced by passengers when traveling online check in, 2) Efforts to optimize implementation of online check in. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. To prove the validity of the research data, source and method triangulation tests were carried out. The results showed that the common problems experienced by Citilink Airlines passengers at Bandung Husein Sastranegara International Airport when using online  check in are unstable signal, error on website, fault input of booking code and the passenger's last name, as well as the passenger's lack of understanding and enthusiasm for the online check in itself. Based on these problems, the optimization efforts undertaken include the provision of wifi at airports, diversion from online check in to check in counter, as well as more active education from officers to passengers about online check in.

The changing era has made awareness of democracy and constitutionalism growing rapidly. With these amendments or changes, it is hoped that the 1945 Constitution can become the basic rules of the constitutional system under the conditions of a growing Indonesian state. The constitutional system is defined as the arrangement of elements in the organizational structure of the state that are interrelated. The vast territory of Indonesia requires that the central government hand over some of its authority to local governments. Regional governments specifically have functions, duties, and authorities in managing their own government affairs in their regions. In accordance with their roles and duties, local governments must also be able to handle various cases or problems that could occur unexpectedly, such as an outbreak or corona virus that suddenly attacked the country of Indonesia and resulted in a decrease in people's living standards, especially in the economic, social and law which is also included in the constitutional composition of the Indonesian government. Thus, the central and regional governments in this case have important roles that are interrelated in dealing with problems that occur in Indonesia. This is carried out using the principle of autonomy which is the basic rule of the government in exercising authority in its area. And by using the principle of decentralization, the central government can evenly distribute welfare, quality of life, and progress in infrastructure development in every region in Indonesia.

This research aims to enhance the productivity and profitability of the small-scale tempe industry in Malang City through the determination and utilization of optimal working capital. Effective management of working capital is crucial for businesses, particularly in relation to sales growth and the need for immediate and close funding of current assets. However, many tempe industries have yet to analyze their working capital requirements, hence this study is expected to contribute valuable insights for the relevant industry to develop their business. The average balance method and the cash inflow-outflow method were employed in this research to determine the required amount of working capital. The sensitivity analysis conducted on Pak Didiek Karim's tempe industry showed that a decrease in production capacity of up to 80% and an increase of soybean up to 60% is still profitable, but an increase in soybean prices can negatively impact profitability. Overall, this research provides a clear overview of the working capital requirements for small-scale tempe industries in Malang City.

This study aims to identify the problems faced and develop strategies for developing UMKM as a form of optimization in improving the economy in Tamansuruh Village Banyuwangi. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis consisting of reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that in general the problems faced by MSME actors in Tamansuruh Village include capital, marketing, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, the introduction of information technology, so that UMKM in Tamansuruh Village have not been able to run optimally. the strategies obtained are minimizing financing, considering the risks of the decisions made and conducting professional recruitment.

Administrative and banking services at PT. Bank BRI Unit Aek Kanopan (Labura) has 2 services consisting of teller services and customer service services. Teller services and customer service services often experience queues of customers coming and making service transactions. This study aims to determine the optimal level of the queuing system for teller service and customer service with the help of C Sharp application. This study discusses the shape of the queuing model. The queuing model used is Multi Channel-Multi Phase with the control notation type (M/G/2)∶ (FIFO/∞/∞). The Multi Channel-Multi Phase model is a multi-stage multiple-line queuing system method. With a FIFO (First in first out) service pattern, namely first come first served earlier and earlier out. The results of this study are based on the results of calculating arrival patterns and service time patterns, there are 2 parts to the research results consisting of teller services and customer service services. In teller service, the average customer arrival (λ) is 1.48 customers per minute, the average customer that can be served (μ) is 5.12 customers that can be served per minute, and the average level of service intensity ( ρ) is 3.78 < 1. Furthermore, in customer service, the average customer who comes (λ) is 0.83 customers who come per minute, the average customer who can be served (μ) is 0.01035 customers that can be served per minute, and the average level of service intensity (ρ) is 0.015 < 1. Based on the results of the analysis of the queue system for teller service and customer service, it can be concluded that the optimal level of teller service and customer service can be said to be sufficient effective and optimal. In order to make the service more effective, add one service line or service facilities for both services.

Character is an attitude or behavior that is owned and attached to a person's personality. School as a place of learning and education can be used as a place to instill character in students. Through instilling school culture, it is hoped that the character of students can be formed. The problems at SMP Negeri 1 Lasem regarding the cultivation of this character are not optimal. Originally the person in charge of the character of the students was the 7K Team (Beauty, Discipline, Cleanliness, Health, Tidiness, Shade and Family) which consisted of 7 people. The reality that happened in schools was not optimal in enforcing 7K. The main cause was that the 7K team lacked cooperation in carrying out their duties. To overcome this, the school formed a School Culture Team consisting of 12 teams. The twelve teams include: Quality Culture Team, Healthy Culture Team, Clean Culture Team, Green Culture Team, Safe Culture Team, Religious Culture Team, Nationalist Culture Team, Independent Culture Team, Mutual Cooperation Culture Team, Integrity Culture Team, Discipline Culture Team and Literacy Culture Team. Each team has a program set out in the Guidebook. All programs are implemented and reported and evaluated. Coordination between teams is carried out routinely in each semester. The existence of this team was able to help shape the character of SMP Negeri 1 Lasem students in increasing environmentally friendly behavior to become more optimal. Furthermore, the final goal can be achieved, namely the formation of a school culture with character by realizing environmentally friendly behavior in schools.

Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang rekayasa struktur memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap proses perencanaan dan analisis pondasi gedung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan analisis Value Engineering pada struktur pondasi footplat Gedung UPT Logam Kota Pasuruan dengan fokus pada optimalisasi dimensi dan jumlah pondasi guna mencapai efisiensi biaya tanpa mengorbankan kualitas. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data dimensi dan biaya pondasi eksisting. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak STAAD.Pro untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan dimensi pondasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan merekomendasikan ukuran baru pondasi 180 x 180 x 40 cm, penghematan biaya sebesar 29% tercapai dibandingkan dengan dimensi awal 210 x 210 x 50 cm dan 240 x 240 x 50 cm. Penggunaan ukuran baru ini tidak hanya memungkinkan efisiensi biaya, tetapi juga mempertahankan kualitas dan performa struktural yang sesuai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan value engineering memiliki potensi besar untuk mengoptimalkan proyek konstruksi dengan efisiensi biaya, pengawasan mutu yang baik, dan kelancaran pelaksanaan, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan industri konstruksi yang berkelanjutan.

PT. Pos Indonesia is one of the first companies engaged in the field of freight forwarding services in Indonesia.  Companies need cash to run their business, pay off obligations and distribute dividends to investors.  Therefore, maintaining cash liquidity by establishing an internal control system for cash is the most important concern for the company.  The purpose of this study is to determine the supervision and control of the KCP ceiling at PT Pos Indonesia.  This study used a qualitative method with primary and secondary data collection.  The analysis that the researchers did was to use a Cause-Effect Diagram to map the constraints and causes of excess PAGU in KC/KCU.  The results in the study found that there were still several ManKug who did not know that PT.  Pos Indonesia implements a cross-subsidy system in which if the profit unit retains its funds, it will have a significant impact on units with a deficit.  The conclusion from this research is cause and effect (Fish Bone) that there are 6 factors that influence the advantages of PAGU in KC/KCU namely Method, Human Resources, Internal (material), External (environment), System, and Time factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of digitalization and excellent service on the optimization of the Population Administration Awareness Environmental Area (KALIMASADA) program in Dukuh Sutorejo Village. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires and questionnaires with a sample of Dukuh Sutorejo Village residents who entered Kalimasada data (residents whose population administration was incomplete) aged 18-64 years. The number of samples in the study was obtained by multiplying the number of variable indicators used by the minimum number, namely 5. The sampling technique was carried out using the Accidental Sampling technique, namely a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who accidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample if seen by others. that happen to be encountered is suitable as a data source. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that digitalization and excellent service partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on optimizing the Population Administration Awareness Environmental Area (KALIMASADA) program in Dukuh Sutorejo Village.

In Indonesia, now it doesn't look at gender differences, meaning that in this era it's not only men who can make decisions in doing business, but women can make decisions and to pursue the businesses they own. Currently, single parent women can also have a business to meet family needs and participate actively in social life, government organizations or local organizations. Therefore the district government. Sidoarjo provides assistance through the Independent Women's Business Card (KURMA) program for single parent women to create and advance their businesses. With the implementation of this program, many women experience confusion in creating new UMKM and developing their businesses. The purpose of this socialization is to assist women in providing UMKM business ideas, reducing women's poverty, increasing women's income, increasing knowledge and knowledge along with the quality of human resources, especially women. Apart from that, our goal is to invite the women's community to become a community that is friendly to banks and the economy.

Social security is a welfare guarantee regulated by the government in providing benefits for workers / laborers and their family members. There are several social security programs which include, Work Accident Insurance; Death Guarantee; Pension Security; Old Age Guarantee; Health Insurance and the latest scheme is Job Loss Insurance. As one of the government's efforts in helping the welfare and protection of workers / laborers if affected by Termination of Employment (ToE). This article discusses the polemical background of the development of the job loss insurance program in Indonesia, especially on the provision of job loss insurance benefits for workers who are laid off with expired contract periods. The research method used is the study of literature. As for job loss guarantees, there are still some problems that arise among the community in receiving benefits that are only given to certain criteria, namely being affected by termination of employment (ToE) due to resignation. As a suggestion from this study, this job loss guarantee scheme needs to be reviewed and socialized that can be adjusted to market conditions in receiving benefits from the program.

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan dan implikasi yang dihasilkan terkait penerapan reformasi birokrasi kinerja pelayanan publik pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Semarang.  Reformasi  birokrasi  diharapkan  dapat  menjadi  mementum  untuk menuju birokrasi yang baik dengan cara memberikan pelayanan sebaik-baiknya kepada masyarakat, dengan meningkatkan sarana dan prasaran serta kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Semarang berkomitmen untuk mengoptimalkan layanan publik yang terkait dengan tugas dan fungsi yang diemban yaitu dalam pelayanan penerbitan Dokumen Perjalanan Republik Indonesia, pelayanan Izin Tinggal bagi WNA dan pengawasan serta penindakan Keimigrasian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa reformasi birokrasi yang diimplementasikan pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Semarang telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat pada reformasi pelayanan publik yang dilakukan yaitu peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas sarana dan prasarana, disamping itu pula juga dilaksanakan pembinaan pola pikir dan pola perilaku pada sektor sumber daya manusia agar berorientasi pada optimalisasi pelayanan publik sehingga hal tersebut memberikan implikasi positif pada pelayanan kepada masyarakat sebagaimana yang diamanatkan dalam core values Kementerian Hukum dan HAM yaitu untuk menjadi birokrasi kelas dunia.

Tantangan dunia pendidikan diantaranya sistem pendidikan yang memungkinkan optimalisasi semua otak sehingga ia bisa merima, mengolah, menyimpan serta menggunakan informasi secara efisisen. Tujuan peneltian ini untuk mengungkap edutainment Islam dalam joke "gitu aja kok repot": harmoni pendidikan dan hiburan. Edutainment Islam dianggap bisa mengatasi problem tersebut. Penelitian merupakan jenis kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode library research dianalisis dengan content isi. Penelitian menyimpulkan joke "gitu aja kok repot" lahir dari pikiran positif sehingga nuansa humor terasa menggiring meredakan ketegangan. Pesannya jelas. Jangan merumitkan yang sederhana. Paktek humor tersebut dapat diadaptasi menjadi model edutainment Islam dengan motede sikap lemah lembut dalam melarang perbuatan maksiat, dilakukan secara bertahap diawali dengan kemudahan untuk bisa memikat hati dan menambah rasa cinta. Dengan pendekatan yang menghibur menambah daya tarik bagi peserta didik. Penelitian merokemdasi agar temuan ini menjadi salah satu model edutainment Islam.

Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a problem that is often encountered by a salesman who must travel exactly once to all consumers in a route and will return to the starting point of departure. Algorithm Genetic Algorithm is one way to find heuristic solutions based on the evolutionary ideas of natural selection and genetics. The aim is to find the optimal route for the distribution of bottled water products produced by PT. Mual Natio Maju Bersama. To find a solution, the chromosomes processed by the genetic algorithm are represented through the stages in the Genetic Algorithm individual initialization, fitness value, linear fitness ranking, roulette whell selection, crossover, and mutation. The garment industry faces challenges in grouping diverse goods based on their characteristics, which can affect the efficiency of the production process and inventory management. This study aims to apply the K-Means Clustering algorithm in garment goods classification to improve business process management and optimization. The K-Means algorithm, as one of the popular clustering methods, is used to group garment goods data based on features such as size, color, fabric type, and product model. This method begins with the selection of relevant features from the dataset obtained from the garment industry. Furthermore, the K-Means algorithm is implemented to determine the optimal number of clusters using the elbow score and silhouette methods. The clustering results are analyzed to evaluate the extent to which the algorithm can form homogeneous and business-relevant groups of goods. The results of this study indicate that the K-Means Clustering algorithm is effective in grouping garment goods into several categories that are consistent with business patterns and needs. The application of this method results in a better understanding of goods grouping that can improve production efficiency and facilitate inventory management. This study contributes to the best practices in the use of the K-Means algorithm in the convection sector and shows the potential of this method in supporting data-driven decision making.   Keywords:,

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in how businesses are conducted, especially in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. E-commerce has become a key tool for MSMEs to expand their market reach and improve operational efficiency. This seminar discusses the importance of leveraging e-commerce for MSME development in Indonesia, highlighting the potential of digital platforms like social media to enhance market reach and business efficiency. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and inadequate infrastructure remain major barriers to adopting this technology, particularly in rural areas. The seminar results indicate that synergy between the government, private sector, and society is needed to overcome these challenges and support MSMEs in utilizing digital technology for sustainable growth.

Pohon kelapa merupakan tumbuhan yang memiliki banyak sekali manfaatnya. Hampir semua bagian dari pohon ini bisa dimanfaatkan seperti buahnya yang kaya akan nutrisi, kulitnya bisa dijadikan wadah atau arang dan daunnya yang dapat dijadikan sapu lidi. Meskipun banyak manfaatnya namun limbah pohon kelapa sering saja terabaikan oleh masyarakat. Banyak sekali pohon kelapa yang dibiarkan dan tidak dimanfaatkan. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah: 1. menumbuhkan minat kewirausahaan masyarakat Desa Penaga dalam pengolahan lidi kelapa melalui program sosialisasi, 2. meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Penaga dalam pengolahan lidi kelapa melalui program pelatihan, 3. meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengolahan lidi kelapa. Metode ini menggunakan metode kualitatif karena dilakukannya wawancara kepada kepala desa dan dilanjutkan  pelaksanaannya dengan program sosialisasi kewirausahaan dan pelatihan pengolahan lidi kelapa.

Aset yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah daerah dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu aset bergerak dan aset tidak bergerak. Aset tanah termasuk ke dalam kelompok aset tidak bergerak. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kebumen memiliki aset tanah yang masih belum dimanfaatkan dan belum ada keputusan tentang penggunaan aset tersebut. Aset tanah yang belum dimanfaatkan atau tersebar di wilayah yang berbeda dan dengan karakteristik geografi yang berbeda. K-means clustering model digunakan untuk mengelompokan aset tanah dengan variabel-variabel tertentu sebagai kriteria pengelompokan, lalu hasil pengelompokan akan menjadi masukan untuk strategi kebijakan pemanfaatan aset tanah. Berdasarkan metode tersebut diperoleh tiga cluster aset, yaitu aset dengan luas tanah rendah dengan value sedang dan tinggi, luas tanah rendah dan sedang dengan value sedang dan tinggi, dan luas tanah tinggi dengan value rendah. Masing-masing cluster memiliki rekomendasi yang berbeda, untuk cluster 1 rekomendasi yang diberikan lebih fokus untuk pembukaan/persewaan usaha, untuk cluster 2 rekomendasi yang diberikan berfokus pada persewaan dengan sistem bagi hasil, sedangkan cluster 3 dirokemendasikan untuk peningkatan value dengan cara merubah status aset menjadi aset yang lebih tangible.
