This research was conducted to answer the problems that arise in learning Indonesian in the independent curriculum in phase E or class X at SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan. This research focuses on teacher readiness, school support, supporting factors, and obstacles related to the implementation of the independent curriculum. In addition, this study also tries to identify steps that can be taken to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the independent curriculum. The method used in this research is descriptive method, which aims to provide a systematic description of some of the existing relationships. The data used in this study were written data obtained from recorded interviews with Indonesian language teachers who taught in phase E or class X. The data was then transcribed into written form. The interview samples were taken from Indonesian teacher respondents who taught in phase E or class X. Based on the results of data collection, it was found that the learning process in general had been carried out well. However, there are several facts that show there are deficiencies in the implementation of this curriculum. One of the deficiencies found is that not all teachers have received the necessary training, and many of them admit that they have not been able to apply learning in accordance with the achievements of the Independent Curriculum. In addition, cognitive assessment to measure student learning outcomes has also not been implemented thoroughly.

The figurative language style of the short story 11:11 in the Winged Dusk chapter is the main study in this article. The short story Senja Berwing chapter 11:11 presents inner contact between characters and imagination and contains many positive moral messages and messages of humanity using beautiful language so that it attracts readers to read it. The purpose of this study is to find out what figurative language style is used by the writer and what meaning he wants to convey to the reader. Data collection techniques used in this study were (1) reading techniques, (2) listening techniques, and (3) note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques are (1) identification, (2) classification, (3) interpretation, (4) description. This research study is focused on the analysis of figurative language style in the short story Senja Berwing chapter 11:11 by Fiersa Besari. The results of the research show that the figurative language style used in the short story 11:11 chapter of the Winged Senja by Fiersa Besari is simile, personification, and allegory. The type of figurative language that is mostly used in the Winged Twilight Chapter is personification figurative language.

Background: Most respiratory disorders are caused by problems or diseases of the respiratory system, including the lungs. Restriction and blockage are two types of lung function problems.Purpose: To analyze the application of the tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to the increase in oxygen saturation in congested patients in the emergency room at PROF Hospital. Dr. SABOE TONGUE.Methods: Case report, which is a narrative report. The case study in this paper examines the use of a tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to increase oxygen saturation in shortness of breath patients. Patients with asthma, lung cancer, TB, and COPD constitute the study population. Four patients with asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis, and COPD were sampled for the study.Results: After the nurse's intervention was carried out, which was related to airway management in the fourth patient, the overall evaluation results were obtained, then the intervention was continued in the patient's treatment room.Conclusion: Based on the description above, people with respiratory problems often experience decreased functional daily activities, decreased concentration, and mood swings. As a result, if the condition of shortness of breath is allowed to continue unnoticed it will reduce oxygen saturation which in turn can cause cyanosis in patients who experience recurrent infections.  

In this study, the data that will be used as research objects are Regular Indonesian Language Education Students E 2020. This study aims to find out Indonesian language errors in WhatsApp group conversations for regular students E 2020. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique comes from screenshots of text from the WhatsApp group application for Indonesian Language and Literature Education Regular E 2020. The research method contains an explanation of the methods used by researchers in conducting research. In this section the researcher explains the scientific procedures carried out by the researcher to produce a conclusion. The method contains research approaches and methods, data sources/populations and samples, methods for selecting samples/determining data sources, instruments, data collection methods, and data analysis techniques. This section contains a description of the procedure and research steps according to the topic being studied. The results of this study are that there are many mistakes made by students in communicating in groups such as using incorrect spelling, using non-standard words and using forgotten punctuation marks.

In the paragraphs of scientific writings, it is possible to find multilevel compound sentences, namely sentences consisting of one basic sentence that acts as the core and one or many other basic sentences that also act as subordinate clauses. Thus, the writing team was moved to carry out an analysis of multilevel compound sentences. The purpose of this analysis is to examine or dissect multilevel compound sentences, both in the use of variations in patterns and sequences of clauses and their descriptions. A qualitative, descriptive approach is the method used in this analysis. The data used in this analysis comes from scientific papers entitled "Status Kondisi Terumbu Karang di Teluk Ambon" and "Karakteristik Vegetasi Habitat Orang Utan (Pongo pymaeus morio) di Hutan Tepi Sungai Menamang, Kalimantan Timur" in the Language and Literature Smart Book Indonesia SMA/SMK Class XI Independent Curriculum. This data was collected using observing and note-taking techniques. The results of this analysis indicate that there are 8 multilevel compound sentence forms, consisting of 6 multilevel compound sentences with time relations, 2 multilevel compound sentences with conditional relations, 2 multilevel compound sentences with comparative relations, 7 compound multilevel sentences with causal relations, 12 multilevel compound sentences with causal relations, 8 multilevel compound sentences with manner relations, 6 compound multilevel sentences with explanatory relations, and 16 compound multilevel sentences with attribute relations. This research is expected to be useful in providing an understanding of multilevel compound sentence patterns and can be used as reference material for subsequent research.

The purpose of this study is to review more deeply the use of digital media kahoot: by dragon box in learning mathematics accompanied by a description of the obstacles experienced during the use of digital-based learning media: kahoot number by dragon box in learning mathematics in training children to think critically.  Qualitative description methods with interview techniques and the application of digital media include participatory observation, interviews, and documentation.  The subjects of this study were students aged 6-9 years from Kindergarten to Grade 3 Elementary School. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of digital teaching media was carried out in four stages, namely the action planning stage to develop a plan for using digital teaching media that is suitable for use in learning mathematics in training children to think critically,  the stage of carrying out the action by learning mathematics material using digital media through the educational game kahoot: numbers by dragon box, the stage of the action results as an effort to successfully use digital teaching media that is good for the development of children's thinking from the beginning to the end of use, and the stage of reflection by assessing how the process  implementation and results in the use of digital teaching media for children aged 6-9 years.  And the obstacles found in the use of digital teaching media are in the form of installing applications and registering accounts, the process of carrying out digital teaching media.

In order to increase worship observance among students at MA Tanbihul Ghofilin Bawang Banjarnegara, fiqh teachers have struggled. This study seeks to understand these struggles by identifying the factors that support and hinder these efforts.In this study, we used the qualitative description approach. Data were gathered so that in-depth interviews, research observations, and documentation could be used. Although interactive analysis is a method of data analysis, data editing and presentation are different at the information gathering stage.The study's findings are as follows: 1) that fiqh teachers have made efforts and adopted strategies to increase student worship observance; and 2) supporting and inhibiting factors in doing so.

In this article the author also uses qualitative methods to get the right sources to develop hypotheses related to the topic or topic of research. A proper qualitative approach involves analysis and description of all sources, information, and data in the literature. The background of writing this research is the result of observations during PPL 1 PPG pre-service that students' literacy skills are still low, especially in students' critical reasoning skills and literacy independence. Alternative learning as a solution is the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Energy Cards. The purpose of this study is to describe learning literacy design, analyze process and result improvements, and determine the impact of implementing the Energy Card-assisted Problem Based Learning model. Data collection is carried out by test, observation, and documentation techniques. This research is a qualitative approach by looking for various theoretical descriptions, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as a basis for activities. This study resulted in the percentage of students' critical reasoning ability and literacy independence with an average score of 85.8% (very good). The average student learning outcomes on the posttest were higher than the pretest with an increase of 20. The conclusion of this study is the design of learning literacy using the Energy Card-assisted Problem Based Learning model, the application of the Energy Card-assisted Problem Based Learning model is effective in improving student learning literacy skills, this study has an impact on students, teachers and schools.

The description of Islamic commercial banks is very important because they are only marginal in accelerating the development of the financial economy, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Authority carries out the functions, duties, authority to regulate and control activities in the financial sector in an integrated, independent and responsible manner, particularly in the world of banking. The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. In conclusion: First, other parties do not interfere with the independence of OJK in its regulation and are found to be inseparable from government interference. Such deals can lead to government intervention. Second, the role of OJK in regulating and supervising banks related to the regulation and supervision of micro stability is very broad. This research discusses marketing that occurs in the existing Shopee Marketplace in connection with the current implementation of Islamic business ethics, Shopee sellers must maintain integrity and honesty. Data analysis in this research was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions as the final goal. The research results show that in Islamic Business Ethics in marketing on the Shopee Marketplace it is important to prevent practices of manipulation, intimidation or immoral behavior towards buyers which include: Unity, Balance, Free Will, Responsibility Responsibility), and Truth. The conclusion in this research is that the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in marketing activities at the Shopee Marketplace has not been fully implemented in its entirety. The importance of applying Islamic Marketing Ethics by interacting with sellers in the marketing process to provide a deeper understanding.

This research aims to clarify the description of an object to be researched, this type of quantitative research will determine the relationship between the variables being researched will be significant and produce conclusions with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been set. The data source used in this study uses secondary data and data collection in this study is taken from the company's financial statements. The population used in this research is manufacturing companies in the goods & consumption industry sector and miscellaneous industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, and the data sample is 75.  From the data obtained, processed with Microsoft Excel and SPSS 29 software. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear analysis method. The results of this study indicate that fixed asset intensity and liquidity have a significant effect on tax avoidance. This research is important for decision makers such as tax managers in ensuring that corporate tax planning goes well, as well as for the Directorate General of Taxes in implementing the best strategy to get tax revenue problems in Indonesia

The research results show that the character of loving the motherland has been instilled since school days, one of which is with ceremonial activities in which there are many activities that will foster love for the motherland from each student such as flag raising, singing Indonesia Raya songs and various other national obligatory songs, reading texts pancasila, the mandate of the ceremony and even remembering the services of the heroes by praying and not forgetting to also use complete uniforms and attributes according to the rules that are included in the activities of loving the country. With the conclusion that instilling the character of loving the homeland is very necessary to start from elementary school so that it can be embedded in the memory of each student properly.

This research is motivated by the role of tobacco which is one of the important agribusinesses in Indonesia and has contributed to the national, regional and community economies. Seeing this opportunity, conducting a business feasibility study is necessary to improve the Indonesian tobacco industry. This type of research is a field study. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted in Sumurpecung Village, Serang District, Serang Banten Regency. Data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive descriptions to analyze the financial and non-financial aspects. The results of this study indicate that the overall business feasibility in terms of non-financial aspects consisting of legal, marketing, technical, management, social-economic, and environmental impact aspects are declared feasible to run. Likewise, the financial aspect as a whole was declared feasible to run. Based on this, it can be concluded that the tobacco business run by Gans tobacco shop in Serang City is feasible to run based on an assessment of financial and non-financial aspects.

The results of this study are the production process carried out by DAAI TV Medan in making news regularly from pre-production, production and post-production. The pre-production stage here begins with a projection meeting by gathering ideas according to the vision and mission, and related to inspirational values. Production activities, namely a reporter doing live coverage of the field. Then in post-production the process of editing and merging the coverage results into one news package. This research focuses on the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in supporting the economic independence of the residents of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which provides a descriptive description of the findings. The results of the study show that BUMDes have a role in supporting village economic independence. The role of BUMDes is by increasing the standard of living which has implications for the growth and equity of the rural economy. Improving people's standard of living is carried out by developing a business selling plant seeds, plant fertilizers, and plant pesticides.

In this case, the administrative staff is the most important role related to the effectiveness of the notary's office. Work effectiveness has not been achieved properly because there is no defined job description and specifications, so there is often a miscommunication regarding the division of work. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using field methods (observation), interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, namely by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions, then testing the credibility of the data using the triangulation method. The result of this research is that the work effectiveness of administrative staff has met 3 (three) indicators of work effectiveness, after doing job analysis with the results being able to apply job descriptions and specifications for administrative staff.
