Type 2 diabetes mellitus represents a persistent metabolic dysfunction marked by elevated blood glucose levels attributable to insulin resistance. Geriatrics pertains specifically to individuals aged 60 years and older. Managing diabetes mellitus necessitates intricate therapeutic interventions, often comprising single or combined pharmacological agents aimed at achieving euglycemia. The concurrent administration of multiple medications, termed polypharmacy, amplifies the likelihood of pharmacological interactions. This investigation endeavors to delineate potential drug interactions observed in geriatric inpatients afflicted with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Dr. Moewardi Regional General Hospital in Surakarta throughout the calendar year 2023. The study adopted a descriptive observational design employing a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was conducted retrospectively through purposive sampling based on the medical records of geriatric patients at Dr. Moewardi Regional General Hospital in Surakarta. Inclusion criteria encompassed patients aged 60 years and older diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus who had been hospitalized. Exclusion criteria included incomplete or illegible medical records, patients diagnosed with anemia and hemoglobinopathies, and those who expired during treatment. The findings revealed that out of 100 patients, 96 experienced drug interactions. Most patients (47.00%) were aged between 66 and 74 years. Females constituted a larger proportion (51.00%) of the patient cohort. Among hospitalized patients, 83 (83.00%) were admitted for 2-6 days. A total of 70 patients (70.00%) were prescribed between 4 and 13 medications. The predominant severity level of drug interactions was moderate, comprising 1,017 cases (74.60%). Pharmacodynamic mechanisms accounted for most drug interactions observed, totaling 1,054 cases (77.30%).

After stopping ivermectin for eight weeks,. B: Perform direct tissue slicing; C: Give Coenzym q 10 (10 mg/kg) once daily for 30 days; D: Use rabbits Give self-healing 30 days. F = just Coenzym q10 10mg/kg for 30 days; E = ivermectin 2 mg/kg every week For eight weeks and 10 mg/kg of Coenzyme Q10.. The outcomes revealed The renal polycysts, inflammatory cells infiltration and necrosis of the renal tubules' lining epithelial cells, and atrophy or vaculation of glomeruli were among the damage to the kidneys observed histopathologically in groups B and D. . Legal Protection for the Implementation of Execution of Dependent Rights in Conventional Banks, which includes Research Objectives. For legal protection of the mechanism for the execution of the right of dependency in the return of debtors to the convention bank. Analyze the settlement of cases against bad debtors' assets to traditional banks and the execution of dependant rights in the process of loan repayment. How far studies on dependent rights execution in traditional banks have gone in terms of legal protections. Procedures for Conducting Studies The studies utilized are of a legal normative type. The study's findings Law 49/Prp of 1960, pertaining to the State Receivables Affairs Committee (PUPN Law), protects the right of dependents to the return of debts owed by government commercial banks. It is the responsibility of the State Receivables Affairs Committee ("PUPN"), established by law, to oversee the administration of all State Receivables. The execution of dependent rights in the return of debtors' assets to traditional banks and the settlement of bad credit cases were both inefficient and unsuccessful because, in reality, they could not recover the debts owed by the debtors. In summary Compared to the value of new bad credit cases submitted by traditional banks, the realization of receipts from the process of executing the right of dependency every year is significantly lower. As a result, the State Receivables and Auction Service Office (henceforth KP2LN) takes over the handling of receivables from traditional banks.

This study aims to analyze the impact of administering commercial probiotic bacteria on the wastewater from tofu industries on changes in Bio-logical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Dissolved Oxygen (DO) levels. Tofu industry wastewater is known to have high BOD and low DO levels, which pose a potential environmental pollution risk. This study used a pure experimental method with variables including the ratio of tofu industry wastewater to commercial probiotics (1:1, 1:2, 1:3) with an incubation interval of 8 hours. The results showed that the administration of commercial probiotic bacteria significantly reduced BOD levels and increased DO levels in the wastewater. The 1:3 ratio of tofu industry wastewater to commercial probiotics showed the most optimal effect in increasing DO and decreasing BOD. An incubation time of 32 hours showed the most optimal effect in increasing DO and decreasing BOD. The 1:3 volume ratio between tofu wastewater and probiotics (25% tofu wastewater and 75% probiotics) proved to be the most effective, with the highest DO increase of 2.51 mg/L and the largest BOD decrease of 144.20 mg/L. In addition, incubation time also had a significant effect, the longer the incubation time, the more optimal the probiotic activity in reducing BOD levels and increasing DO levels. The conclusion of this study is that the administration of commercial probiotic bacteria at a 1:3 ratio and an incubation time of 32 hours is an effective way to improve the quality of tofu industry wastewater.
