This research aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Brand Trust and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions for Frestea products. The subjects in this research were consumers who had previously purchased Frestea products. The sample used in this research was 160 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is Smart PLS. The research results show that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Partially, the results obtained are that there is a significant positive influence on Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions, Brand Trust has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions and Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions

Many things are found in the market with various brands and forms, such as in liquid form, instant powder or tablets. The tendency of people today is to prefer to use products whose packaging and presentation are more practical and fast, because it does not need to require a lot of time in preparing it. One example of a health drink that can be found is ginger extract instant drink, where the product is generally made by taking the juice from the ginger rhizome and then further processing. Most of these products are found in powder form, while some are made in tabled or water form.

Economic literacy is an individual's ability to understand, analyse and use economic information in everyday life. And the price of goods is the amount of money that must be paid by consumers to obtain a good or service. The purpose of this service activity is to educate the concept of economic literacy and the price of goods in the Sampe Cita village household business group. The method of implementation is through lectures, questions and answers, problem discussions, which then evaluate the productivity of the household business group in question. What is a follow-up in this service activity, in addition to evaluating the productivity of the Sampe Cita village household business group, there will be a next stage of educational activities on different concepts as a provision of understanding if it is still a problem in order to increase the productivity of the business group. This research aims to determine the use of credit by micro business actors in Atambua City who use loan funds from BNI46 Bank, as well as to find out the reasons why business actors take credit from BNI46 Bank. The data used in this research is primary and secondary data, which is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used in this research are: interviews, observations and documents. The object of this research is the use of credit by micro and small businesses in Atambua City, located around the center of Atambua city. These utilization interests are divided into two interests, namely for production and consumption purposes. First, for the purposes of fulfilling and expanding business capital for trading, a means to make business activities smoother and business performance better than before, expanding business and work opportunities. Second, for consumption needs, which includes personal consumption needs such as paying children's school fees, house rental costs, as well as house maintenance costs and daily living costs.      

Along with technological developments, buying and selling transactions are also influenced by technological developments. In the past, buying and selling transactions were carried out in markets, shops, stalls, but nowadays sellers and buyers carry out buying and selling transactions online (e-commerce), one of which is the marketplace. The increasingly consumerist life of society in the era of globalization has resulted in reduced public awareness of the packaged food products they consume. There are problems that often arise regarding the inclusion of net weight. For example, business actors do not include net weight information on packaged food products. This problem is certainly detrimental to the public because they do not know the actual net weight of the food product. The main problems in this research are (1) What is the legal protection for marketplace consumers against packaged food products that do not include net weight? (2) What factors cause packaged food product businesses in the marketplace to not include net weight? This research is empirical juridical research, meaning that analyzing problems is carried out by combining legal materials which are secondary data with primary data obtained in the field. The legal sources and materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this research indicate that legal protection for marketplace consumers for packaged food products that do not include net weight according to Law Number 8 of 1999 has not been implemented which has different (varied) answers from consumers because some consumers say that there are still business actors who have not know about the rules for including net weight and from the Kupang City Industry and Trade Service itself which has never handled cases regarding business actors selling packaged food products that do not include net weight, in other words there have been no complaints.

This research discusses the use of life insurance in mudharabah financing at BPRS Gebu Prima Medan. The introduction explains the background to the importance of using life insurance in the context of sharia financing, especially in minimizing credit risk and providing financial protection for customers. The literature review outlines theories related to sharia financing and the role of life insurance in risk management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and direct observation. The research results show that the majority of BPRS Gebu Prima Medan customers who take advantage of mudharabah financing also take out life insurance protection. The profile of customers who tend to use life insurance are those who have a significant risk of death, such as micro and small entrepreneurs with large family responsibilities. However, there is still a small number of customers who have not utilized life insurance products, so further research is needed to understand the factors that influence customer decisions and strategies that can be implemented to increase the adoption of life insurance products among customers.

Adolescence is considered a period of storm and stress, a time in which emotional tensions run high. Peers teach students the ability to control themselves, according to the new role they have acquired in their group. The peer environment plays a role in providing opportunities for adolescents to learn to interact and control their social behavior. This research is quantitative in nature using a correlational method. The population is all class VIII students at PGRI Semarang Middle School with a total of 254 students. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Sampling was taken by lottery so that there were two classes selected, namely classes C and F with a total of 64 students. The instruments used in this research are the peer social interaction scale and the emotional maturity scale with four alternative answer choices. The results of hypothesis testing using the Pearson product moment correlation test, obtained a significance value of 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between Peer Social Interaction (X) and Emotional Maturity (Y). The correlation result obtained was 0.554 and was included in the medium relationship level category.

The method in this research is a descriptive analysis method. With interviews, documentation and observations at the research location. As a result of the research, several internal factors were found that encouraged the development of the Kauman gold star mushroom chips industry, Srengat District, Blitar Regency. The company has employees who are competent in their fields, utilize digital marketing, fast distribution, and a friendly and good customer service model. Furthermore, external factors include increasing company income, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, and adopting various strategies implemented by competitors. In this context, this research aims to investigate the consequences of climate change on local agriculture in Pakel, Tulungagung, particularly in relation to the prices of food in the market. Through in-depth analysis of relevant literature and data, this study identifies the impacts of climate change such as extreme weather fluctuations, increased uncertainty of harvest yields, and rising production costs. All these factors contribute to the rise in food prices in the local market. The findings of this research provide important insights for stakeholders, including the government, farmers, and consumers, to develop effective adaptation strategies and sustainable policies in addressing the challenges of climate change in the agricultural sector.

This study investigates the factors that influence the formation of PT's corporate image. Pal Indonesia (Persero) and how this perception is related to employee work motivation. Through a literature analysis approach, this research analyzes the perceptions of various stakeholder groups, including prospective employees, customers, suppliers and the general public. The results of the analysis show that company reputation, product and service quality, relationships with stakeholders, organizational values, and commitment to social responsibility are the main factors that influence the company's image. Positive perceptions of the company's image can increase trust, reputation and support from various parties, which in turn can motivate employees to provide their best contribution. Conversely, negative or ambiguous perceptions can reduce employee interest and motivation. Therefore, company management must actively monitor and manage these factors, and strive to build good relationships with various stakeholders to create a motivating work environment that contributes to the company's long-term success.

Eclairs are cakes that are much favored by the general public, became as éclair a hollow texture and are soft on the inside. Mocaf is flour has been modified by fermentation, and has characteristics similar to wheat flour. This reseacrh used a variety of peanuts flour such as cowpeas, red bens and mung beans as protein and fiber source. The variety of nuts added aims to encrease the nutritional content of eclairs. This research was purposed to determine the chemical and sensory characteristics of eclairs which are high in protein and fiber and to determine consumer preferences from the comparison of mocaf and wheat flour with various types of peanut flour. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors, the first factor was the ratio of mocaf flour and wheat flour 9:1, 8:2, 7:3, the second factor was the variety of species of beans, cowpeas, red beans, mung beans. The results showed that the protein content was the highest, in the mocaf and wheat flour of 7:3 with a protein content of 8.50%. the eclairs formulation with the highest fiber content was found in a 9:1 ratio of mocaf flour and wheat flour with variety types of mung beans flour with a fiber content of 9.94%. The formulation of the ratio of mocaf flour : wheat flour 7:3 with variety species is the most preferred formula overall with an overall preference level of 3.67. Eclairs with the addition of peanut flour has the potential to increase product protein.

In Indonesia, the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea is 55%. Primary dysmenorrhea causes many young women to be unable to participate in learning. One way to treat primary dysmenorrhea is by consuming dark chocolate. Dark chocolate contains magnesium, calcium, potassium, theobromine, which can block the production of prostaglandins so that it can reduce pain during menstruation. This researcher aims to determine the effect of consuming dark chocolate on the level of primary dysmenorrhea pain in young women at the Tanwiryyah Islamic boarding school, Cianjur Regency. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in the study was 70 people with a sample of 20 people. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of dark chocolate consumption on the level of primary dysmenorrhea pain with a 2-tailed significant value of 0.000 <0.005, so it was concluded that there was an influence of dark chocolate consumption on the level of primary dysmenorrhea pain in young women at the Tanwiryyah Islamic boarding school, Cianjur district. It is hoped that teenagers can use alternative dark chocolate consumption to reduce the level of dysmenorrhea.

Lower back pain in pregnant women in the second and third trimesters before carrying out pregnancy exercise where 17 respondents experienced lower back pain on a scale of 4 (very painful) (53.1%), respondents with a scale of 3 (more painful) were 11 people (34 .4%) and respondents with a scale of 2 (slightly more painful) were 4 people (12.5%). Conclusion: Lower back pain in pregnant women in the second and third trimesters before carrying out pregnancy exercise, where respondents experienced lower back pain on a scale of 4 (very painful). There was an effect of reducing back pain before carrying out pregnancy exercise and after carrying out pregnancy exercise on reducing lower back pain in pregnant women. II and III trimesters.

In this study, the samples were all non-working mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months as many as 30 people with 15 people in each group who received marmet massage during the 1-4th day in a row followed by breast milk measurement for 30 minutes and The guinea pig technique was not carried out followed by breast milk measurement. Conclusion, Based on the results of research and data analysis that has been carried out regarding the Influence of the Marmet Technique on the Fluency of Mother's Milk in the Working Area of ​​the Tanjung Tiram Health Center, Tanjung Tiram District, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra Province in 2022, it can be concluded that: The Marmet Technique has a significant influence on the Fluency Breast milk. An entrepreneurial internship is a process of training students to become entrepreneurs so that after graduating students can open employment opportunities. So this independent entrepreneurship program is a way to test students' skills in preparing for the future and improving the skills they have from college.
