Likewise with the pastoral ministry of the Catholic Church, which requires young people to become drivers and motors to contribute talents and talents for the development of the people. Non-catechist religious teachers play an important role in proclaiming the Catholic faith through more concrete witness to life, education and teaching. The lack of involvement of young Catholics in the pastoral care of the Church is a big question that deserves to be investigated and resolved. This study focuses on young Catholics in Parish of Keluarga Kudus, Banjarmasin Cathedral. Young Catholics who are less active are also caused by many factors that must be studied one by one. This study aims to highlight the role and activity of young Catholics in the Holy Family Parish, Banjarmasin Cathedral and review their role in catechesis efforts among the people.

Digital marketing promotion media is expected to be an effective choice for UMKM in developing its business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media costs a lot and is far away more complicated by itself and is no longer a major concern for UMKM players because of digital marketing. The purpose of this activity is to help UMKM business actors use social media as a means for them to carry out promotions and so on. Provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing in the introduction of their products widely. Can be used as a motivation for them to introduce their products widely. In general, the implementation of this community service activity has gone well. I would like to thanks to the cooperation between the committee and the support of various parties. However, there were a number of things to note after the activity took place, namely, the training participants needed continuous assistance after this activity, because there were still many training participants who were unable to design persuasive messages and utilize digital marketing and other media.

The number of women of childbearing age in Indonesia is the largest number of WUS in Southeast Asia. However, Indonesia is the largest user of contraception. The Covid-19 outbreak also affects the use of contraception. This outbreak was declared a global health emergency, requiring restrictions on physical and social activities and contacts, up to large-scale quarantine. This causes major changes in the social structure, which usually changes activities outside the home to activities at home. Apart from that, the pandemic has also increased sexual contact, thereby allowing an increase in the number of pregnancies. So it is necessary to strengthen knowledge on the use of contraception. The aim of this activity is to assist PUS in choosing the type of contraception during the Covid-19 pandemic in maintaining reproductive health using counseling methods on contraceptive selection. This community service activity has been successfully implemented. WUS in the Maccini Health Center area of Makassar City have also received information about contraception, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Judging from the EFA response, this activity was welcomed and considered to have provided positive benefits during the pandemic.

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

Anemia in pregnant women can be a cause of postpartum hemorrhage and an indirect cause of death. Community involvement as a community where anemia clients live in pregnant women is of course very much needed in an effort to provide social support for anemia clients in pregnant women. The purpose of this activity is to empower the community in an effort to prevent and treat anemia in pregnant women at the Bandar Klippa auxiliary health center. The method of implementing this Community Service Program is a form of partnership with health center cadres and officers, training health cadres and counseling about anemia in pregnant women at the Bandar Klippa Assistant Health Center, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Tengah Regency, which is one of the inspirational efforts for PPM (Community Service Program) activities. , where the number of participants who attended the first stage of the training were 36 cadres, 10 students, 1 village head and 1 health center officer and 12 pregnant women, while in stage II the number of cadres who attended was 38 people and 1 assistant head of the health center as Resource Person. Activities start from the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation to the preparation of reports.

One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.  

The elderly are an age group that is prone to falls. The purpose of this service is to detect the risk of falling in the elderly and provide assistance in balance training as an effort to prevent the risk of falling in the elderly. Falls occur due to unintentional loss of balance resulting in failure of postural stability, or unexpected and sudden changes resulting in a position landing on the floor. Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, frail or active state), diseases suffered (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, muscle strength, visual impairment, etc.). The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a health problem that is quite complex and continues to increase in Indonesia. The number of HIV infections in Indonesia from 2005 to 2017 has reached 280,623. The highest percentage of AIDS cases is in the 20 – 29 year age group. Adolescents aged 15-24 years are a group that is vulnerable to HIV infection. The aim of PkM is that it is hoped that universities can participate in developing youth knowledge about HIV/AIDS at Bawakaraeng High School. Community service activities were carried out at Bawakareang High School on Thursday, April 20 2022 with 44 students participating using the counseling method. The results of the service had a positive impact on the participants in the pretest, there were 14 students (31.8%) who had good knowledge, and 26 (59.1%) who had sufficient knowledge, while 4 students (9.1%) had poor knowledge. This was followed by a 45 minute presentation of HIV/AIDS material and a 15 minute question and answer session. After that, the activity ended by working on posttest questions with the results showing that there was an increase in teenagers' knowledge, namely 36 students (82%) had good knowledge and 8 students (18%) had sufficient knowledge, while 0% had less knowledge. Further collaboration can be carried out by giving counseling to teenagers. which is on the same topic.

Creativity if poorly developed from an early age can adversely affect future life. A child who cannot develop his creativity will lose confidence in him in the future because he feels in him there is nothing to be encouraged about. Promoting a child's creativity requires stimulus using a teaching strategy or method. The need for creativity to be developed at an early age is because at this age the child-children have the ability to respond to everything from the outside quickly. In addition to clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) in the school ward are conscious efforts of students and teachers to prevent disease, freeing a healthy environment from illness. The stages of brain development in preteens occupy the fastest possible position of up to 80% of brain development. As for PHBS children-a very early age children were especially conscious when teaching them how to wash their hands and brush their teeth.

Background: As is known, cervical cancer is a cancer with the 2nd highest incidence rate in Indonesia after breast cancer. With the high cases of cervical cancer in the community, the question arises, how much is the understanding of Village Empowerment and Family Welfare (PKK) cadres in efforts to prevent cervical cancer in their area, especially teenagers about cervical cancer. Objective: To find out how the efforts of PKK cadres, especially Pokja IV TP PKK Desa in providing KIE (Communication, Information and Education) to the people of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District in preventing cervical cancer by implementing the Kertas Menampik innovation (Karanggetas Preventing Cervical Cancer). PKM (Community Service) is held at the Kuwu Office, Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District, Indramayu Regency from April 18-23 2022 every 10.00 WIB - 14.00 WIB for 6 (six) days. The participants came from the Pokja IV TP PKK Village management and the Posyandu Cadre of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District, Indramayu Regency as many as 34 people. The materials needed in the meeting with Pokja IV TP PKK cadres, Karanggetas Village, Bangodua Subdistrict, namely: posters, leaflets and a description sheet of the Kertas Menampik innovation. This material was donated to TP PKK Desa, especially Pokja IV TP PKK Desa Karanggetas Subdistrict so that PKK cadres can use it in providing KIE (Communication, Information and Education) about cervical cancer prevention. The results of the activity: PKK cadres are very happy and welcome this innovation and will disseminate information about cervical cancer prevention to the people of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District. Conclusion: the kertas menampik innovation has been applied to the next PKK cadres, the PKK cadres are planning to socialize this effort to the community, both during posyandu and outside posyandu activities. Suggestion: The implementation of this innovation should involve all components including: academia, business, community, government and media.  

Adolescents are an age group that holds the baton for the development of a nation. For this reason, young people need attention. During the COVID-19 pandemic, teenagers are at risk of contracting COVID-19 because of their high activity and tendency to group. In Indonesia, there are 63% of adolescents who have had sexual contact with the opposite sex and 21% have had an abortion, as many as 93.7% of junior high and high school adolescents have done genital stimulation, kissing their partner and oral sex/ and 62.7% of junior high school teenagers who do not virgins Changes in daily activities for adolescents will have an impact on the physical and psychological aspects of adolescents due to social restrictions, such as lack of information related to reproductive health. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide information about adolescent reproductive health online using zoom so that adolescents understand and apply it to their next life. The result of this activity is an increase in the knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health. Through this activity the provision of information about adolescent health can be done periodically.

The health profile book for the province of East Kalimantan in 2016 Sickness Rate (Morbidity) describes the incidence of disease in a population over a certain period of time, which can be in the form of incidence rates or prevalence rates of a disease. The morbidity rate also plays a role in assessing the health status of the community. Data on population morbidity comes from the community (community based data) obtained through a morbidity study, and the results of data collection from the District/City Health Office, the health program manager at the provincial level. The morbidity rate in 2013 was 11.74 and decreased in 2014 to 9.18 and increased in 2016 to 11.90. (Dinkes: 2016) The implementation of PHBS is low, because there are still many students who eat snacks carelessly and there is still garbage scattered in the school yard. The UKS exists but the program does not run due to the lack of supporting facilities, and their lack of knowledge regarding how to wash hands properly and correctly. Aims to increase the knowledge of elementary school students in clean and healthy living behavior through the Socialization of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) with the Three Thumb system, Provide understanding and awareness to elementary school students about the importance of the school PHBS program Able to reduce morbidity due to lack personal hygiene in the school environment. The method used in this activity is the lecture method, demonstration method and practical method, data collection techniques, namely the initial test and the final test. The result is that there is an increase of 21% of students' knowledge of the importance of PHBS.

Blood donation activity is the obligation of every community as a form of concern for others. Many people do not know about the health benefits of blood donation. There are even people who are reluctant to donate blood because they are worried about the side effects it causes. In fact, by donating blood, the blood cells in the body are replaced more quickly with new ones. The purpose of this activity was to carry out the HISFARMA Social Service and Persit KCK HUBDAM I/BBU Community Pharmacy Seminate Association PD IAI North Sumatra. This activity was carried out by conducting a site survey with the implementation team, meeting with Representatives of PERSIT KCK HUBDAM I/BBU, Medan, North Sumatra. Based on World Bank data, the stunting rate of the workforce in Indonesia reaches 54%, so it takes the role of all parties to succeed in the government's program to reduce the stunting rate. Through the assistance for handling and preventing stunting, the thematic Community Service Lecture (KPM) program based on the 2022 Al-Qur'an Science University in Damarkasiyan Village, it was concluded: that the assistance for stunting handling and prevention in Damarkasiyan Village was well received by the community. This activity raises awareness of citizens to live healthy and comply with recommendations from related parties.

This community service activity helps managers of tourist villages in the city of Semarang aim to help increase local culinary innovation in the city of Semarang and create new menu creativity and be able to provide significant changes for the better. This activity was carried out on March 1, 2019 at the smart home of the Kandri Tourism Village, Semarang, which was attended by 30 people consisting of tourism village managers in the city of Semarang. The conclusion of this community service activity is that participants' knowledge of local culinary innovations increases, participants are able to repair and upgrade packaging to attract consumer interest, and participants are able to apply what was given during the training.

Employee performance appraisal is one part of human resource activity, to maintain the quality and performance of its employees. Satya Wacana Christian University (SWCU) has also implemented the system, especially for its non-academic employees. The Employee Assessment Process in SWCU has been done by filling out a DP3 form manually, based on the evaluation from the supervisor. The manual assessment process takes a lot of time, because of how many employees need to be evaluated and the lack of objectivity in the assessment. Hence, this research is being done with a purpose to map out and implement a web-based performance assessment information system for the employees, which can then be used to assess those employees’ performance using a computerized system. This research is done to design an information system of performance assessment by applying Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method so that the assessment process can be done more objectively, quickly, and more importantly easily especially for the multi-criteria assessment process.
