However, there were a number of things to note after the activity took place, namely, the training participants needed continuous assistance after this activity, because there were still many training participants who were unable to design persuasive messages and utilize digital marketing and other media.

The Covid-19 outbreak also affects the use of contraception. This outbreak was declared a global health emergency, requiring restrictions on physical and social activities and contacts, up to large-scale quarantine. This causes major changes in the social structure, which usually changes activities outside the home to activities at home. Apart from that, the pandemic has also increased sexual contact, thereby allowing an increase in the number of pregnancies. So it is necessary to strengthen knowledge on the use of contraception. The aim of this activity is to assist PUS in choosing the type of contraception during the Covid-19 pandemic in maintaining reproductive health using counseling methods on contraceptive selection. The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

This research aims to examine Self-Submission as a Preventive of Radicalism in Realizing Cross-Cultural Harmonization. Tawakal is a work of the heart, spiritual work, a worship whose meaning is very difficult, but needs to be implemented in reality. Tawakal must be linked to the law of cause and effect, so that tawakal is no longer defined as being silent without any activity. Tawakal will encourage a person to have a sense of optimism and courage in facing all life's problems. All of these values exist in the religions of Islam, Christianity (Protestant and Catholic), Hinduism and Buddhism. The equal value of surrendering oneself to God is manifested in worship activities both individually and in congregation. In all religions there is a value of servitude which includes the value of surrender.

Employee performance appraisal is one part of human resource activity, to maintain the quality and performance of its employees. Satya Wacana Christian University (SWCU) has also implemented the system, especially for its non-academic employees. The Employee Assessment Process in SWCU has been done by filling out a DP3 form manually, based on the evaluation from the supervisor. The manual assessment process takes a lot of time, because of how many employees need to be evaluated and the lack of objectivity in the assessment. Hence, this research is being done with a purpose to map out and implement a web-based performance assessment information system for the employees, which can then be used to assess those employees’ performance using a computerized system. This research is done to design an information system of performance assessment by applying Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method so that the assessment process can be done more objectively, quickly, and more importantly easily especially for the multi-criteria assessment process.
