This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of work discipline and work experience on teacher performance at the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a census approach. The population in this study amounted to 40 teachers at the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on the Teacher Performance of the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency, and work experience partially has a significant effect on the Teacher Performance of the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Plant disease is one of the problems in the world of agriculture. Early identification of plant diseases can reduce the risk of loss, so automation is needed to speed up identification. This study proposes a custom-designed convolutional neural network (CNN) model for plant disease recognition. The proposed CNN model is not complex and lightweight, so it can be implemented in model applications. The proposed CNN model consists of 12 CNN layers, which consist of eight layers for feature extraction and four layers as classifiers. Based on the experimental results of a plant disease dataset consisting of 38 classes with a total of 87,867 image records. The proposed model can get high performance and not overfitting, with 97%, 98%, 97% and 97%, respectively, for accuracy, precision, recall and f1-score. The performance of the proposed model is also better than some popular pre-trained models, such as InceptionV3 and MobileNetV2. The proposed model can also work well when implemented in mobile applications.

Convolutional neural network (CNN) is a deep learning (DL) model that has significantly contributed to medical systems because it is very useful in digital image processing. However, CNN has several limitations, such as being prone to overfitting, not being properly trained if there is data duplication, and can cause unwanted results if there is an imbalance in the amount of data in each class. Data augmentation techniques are used to overcome overfitting, eliminate data duplication, and random under sampling methods to balance the amount of data in each class, to overcome these problems. In addition, if the CNN model is not designed properly, the computation is less efficient. Research has proved that data augmentation can prevent or overcome overfitting, eliminating duplicate data can make the model more stable, and balancing the amount of data makes the model unbiased and easy to learn new data as evidenced through model evaluation and testing. The results also show that the custom convolutional neural network model is the best model compared to ResNet50 and VGG19 in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, loss performance, and computation time efficiency

Airports are required to provide flight comfort and safety with reliable facilities and services, especially for persons with disabilities by providing services that are easy to understand, easy to follow and easy to implement. One of the airports that very well manages its services and facilities, namely I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, this is one of PT Angkasa Pura I's efforts to gain the trust of passengers, especially passengers with disabilities who use air transportation services at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali. . This study aims to determine the performance of the special service unit when serving passengers and how accessible the facilities are for passengers with disabilities. The research was conducted in the international and domestic terminal areas of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali using qualitative research methods. Sources of data in this study using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is the data reduction stage, the data presentation is then followed by the final step, namely drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that efforts to improve service provide satisfactory results, this is based on observation and interview activities that have been conducted by researchers during research at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali where special service unit officers serving passengers with disabilities are in accordance with operational standards procedures (SOPs). It's just that the quantity of three officers in one shift is still not enough considering that I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport service users in Bali are increasing every year and special facilities for passengers with disabilities in all areas of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali are sufficient. This is based on observations made by researchers regarding the disability facilities provided..

The purpose of this study was to explain whether or not there was an effect of using the quizizz application on digital literacy of fourth grade students at SDN Bilaporah 1 Bangkalan. This type of research is experimental research with a quantitative approach. This study uses a posttest-only control design model. The research sample used in this study was fourth grade students at SDN Bilaporah 1 Bangkalan. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique. Data was collected using performance test sheets. The results of data analysis calculated using the independent sample t-test show that the sig value is 0.000 where the value is less than 0.05. So these results indicate that there is an influence between quizizz application assisted learning on students' digital literacy in class IV SDN Bilaporah 1 Bangkalan.

This type of research is field research (Field Research) using a qualitative descriptive method to obtain the data studied. The data collection technique used is through interviews and documentation. The research data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data validity assurance techniques used is Triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data analysis technique, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. Based on student learning outcomes, it has not been achieved well. Raja Haji Fisabililah International Airport is an airport located in the city of Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands. One of the work units that support the smoothness and safety of flights at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport is the Apron Movement Control (AMC). This research was conducted to find out how the regularity of the implementation of the tasks of the Apron Movement Control unit in the midst of limited personnel. This research uses qualitative research methods and was conducted from August to September 2022 at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly through observation and interviews while secondary data is data obtained through documents based on triangulation of techniques and triangulation of sources, such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are the discovery of problems in the form of no personnel who carry out supervision/controlling on a permanent basis on the air side during aircraft arrivals and there are no AMC personnel who have marshalling certification/guiding aircraft parking on the apron, because according to the applicable SOP, one of the AMC personnel at each branch office is required to have marshalling certification. Therefore, AMC personnel provide the results of the performance evaluation of each personnel and the weekly work draft periodically to PT Angkasa Pura II, that with the condition of limited personnel, the AMC unit gets a solution from the facilitator of Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport, namely PT Angkasa Pura II.

Employee performance as one of the values ​​and control of human resources is a complex value possessed by employees that can be influenced by various things which can increase employee performance and can reduce the value of employee performance which can be detrimental to the company. This study aims to determine and analyze financial performance using the value for money method of the Sikka Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques using literature and documentation. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis using the value for money method based on three elements, namely economy, efficiency and effectiveness. The results of the study show that the financial performance of the Sikka Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency for the 2019-2021 fiscal year, when viewed from an economic level, is categorized as economical because the economic ratio level is less than 100%. Judging from the level of efficiency, the 2019-2021 fiscal year is categorized as efficient because the efficiency ratio is less than 100%. In terms of the level of effectiveness for the 2019 and 2021 fiscal years, they are categorized as ineffective because the effectiveness ratio is less than 100% and 2020 is categorized as effective because the effectiveness ratio is more than 100%.

Background: Blood pressure is an important indicator in assessing the cardiovascular system and the performance of a person's body so it is necessary to know that someone has hypertension. There are 1.28 billion adults with hypertension in the world in 2021 who suffer from hypertension. While the number of patients in the ICU who suffered from hypertension in the last 1 year was 140 patients. Based on these conditions, management is needed to reduce blood pressure by providing Foot Massage intervention. Objective: To find out the results of the implementation of giving Foot Massage on Lowering Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Patients in the ICU Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital. Method : This type of research is a case study of foot massage in hypertensive patients. Results: The results of the implementation of Foot Massage found a decrease in blood pressure in both rospenden Mr. M from 145/90mmHg to 125/80mmHg, and Mrs. W 159/100mmHg to 130/90mmHg Conclusion: There are differences in blood pressure in hypertensive patients after Foot Massage therapy at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital.

This study aims (1) to determine the marketing strategy used by Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin in increasing sales. (2) To find out marketing strategies that can be implemented by utilizing SWOT analysis to improve marketing performance at Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee in Banjarmasin. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The informants in the study were the Owners of Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin uses various marketing strategies, such as advertising promotions, collaboration with influencers, new product development and creating Instagramable photo areas. The SWOT analysis shows strengths in product quality, cafe design and strategic location, while weaknesses relate to understanding customer preferences and digital marketing. The cafe has opportunities in forging local partnerships and leveraging social media, but faces threats from intense competition and changing consumer trends. In conclusion, Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee Banjarmasin can capitalize on strengths, overcome weaknesses and seize opportunities to strengthen their brand and increase their market share.

With a good budget, it will make the performance of the organization run in a more structured and better manner, meaning that if the budget is effective and efficient then the targets to be achieved can be met. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Accountability, Transparency, and PSAK No. 45 on the Financial Performance of Private Schools in their financial reporting. The objects of this research are the principles of accountability, the principles of transparency, PSAK NO 45, and the financial performance of private schools at SMA/SMK/MA level in Karanganyar Regency. Primary data is data used with quantitative and qualitative data types collected through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results of this study explain that partially the variables of Accountability, Transparency, PSAK No. 45 have an influence on the Financial Performance of Schools in Private Schools at the SMA/SMK/MA level in Karanganyar Regency. Thus, the incentives affect the work motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Residential Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. The highest average score obtained from the research results is found in the supporting indicators. Meanwhile, the lowest average value is found in work performance indicators. The quality of communication tends to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the quality of communication has an effect on the work motivation of the employees of the freelance workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the quality of communication increases, employee motivation also increases. As for the acquisition of the highest average score from the results of the study found on the communicant indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest value is found in the media indicator. Increasing the productivity of an agency's performance is inseparable from the quality of human resources (HR) who are reliable, professional and have high integrity. Increasing the competence or expertise of HR can support an increase in employee performance. Managing employee performance effectively is one of the key factors to improve the company's business performance. PT. Jago Rental is a heavy equipment rental company that provides a variety of heavy equipment such as: Excavators, Bulldozers, Vibro and others. The company's income only depends on the way employees market their products. Often companies experience losses, due to reduced company turnover each year. This is due to factors from the performance of employees who are less enthusiastic in carrying out their duties. Based on this background, this study aims to determine the factors that significantly influence the development of employee performance, namely: leadership style, employee competence, job satisfaction, organizational culture and work motivation. In this study using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) which was processed using Smart PLS. The results of this study show that leadership style (0.035), employee competence (0.040), job satisfaction (0.010) have a significant effect (α=0.05) on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture variables were able to moderate and have a significant effect between job satisfaction (0.006) on employee performance, but were not able to strengthen the relationship between leadership style (0.071), employee competence (0.458) on employee performance. For work motivation variables were able to moderate the relationship between leadership style (0.011), job satisfaction (0.011) to employee performance, but were not able to strengthen the relationship between employee competence (0.778) to employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the relationship between the ratio of earnings per share and dividends per share on the company's stock price. The subjects used in this study are mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2022. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, using certain criteria and obtained a sample of 5 companies. The data processing technique used in this study uses multiple regression analysis assisted by Microsoft Excel 2013 and the Eviws 12 application. The implications of this study indicate that the ratio of earnings per share has an effect but not significant on stock prices, while dividends per share have an effect and are significant on prices. shares and simultaneously these two variables have no effect on stock prices. The suggestion in this study is that it is necessary to increase the company's financial performance in order to increase the company's profits so that the company's price can also increase.

Indonesia is a country that is vulnerable to natural disasters, one of which is an earthquake. Because Indonesia is at the meeting point of the 3 most important major plates in the world, one of the effects of the earthquake is damage to building structures. Structural planning is needed for buildings with earthquake resistance from the many occurrences of earthquakes seen in recent times and the losses incurred.Pushover analysis is a non-linear static analysis. The static load captured at the center of mass of each floor is taken into account in this pushover analysis as the effect of the design earthquake on the building structure, the aim of which is to find out how the building structure will collapse during an earthquake so that you can know which parts of the structure are in critical condition and what to do if they do not meet the requirements.The results of the analysis show that the maximum base shear force for the x direction capacity curve is 484.6749 tons with a displacement of 0.095228 m occurring in the 6th step, while the y direction of the maximum base shear force is 555.339 tons and displacement of 0.152807 m occurs in the 14th step. The performance point value is also obtained from the analysis pushover in the x direction with  = 475.025 tons and D = 0.087 m yield Sa = 0.205 g and Sd = 0.072 m, while for the y direction with  = 499.168 tons and D = 0.086 m yield Sa= 0.225 g and Sd = 0.067 m. Then at the level of building performance in the x and y direction parametersMaximum Total Drift Ratio included in the category Immediate Occupancy (IO), it can be concluded that the building did not suffer significant damage, the building is safe when an earthquake occurs, the risk of loss of life and structural failure is not too significant and can be used again immediately.

In learning drama materials and drama performances in class XI AKL1, there are several problems faced by students, such as difficulties in playing characters in dramas, and a lack of active involvement in the learning process. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to use more creative learning techniques and media. One of the solutions adopted in this study is the use of rendra drama techniques and technology in learning. The use of rendra drama techniques in learning has the potential to increase students' interest and learning motivation in playing drama characters. The purpose of this study was to improve students' speaking skills in playing drama characters by paying attention to the building elements of a drama performance. This study has two objectives, namely (1) to describe Rendra's drama playing techniques and (2) to apply the use of Rendra's drama playing techniques to drama learning for class XI AKL-1 for the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used is a qualitative description. Descriptive based on Class action research (CAR). The data validity technique used in this research is data triangulation (source) and method triangulation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis used to analyze data that occurs in the teaching and learning process. Based on the research results, two conclusions can be drawn. Action research class (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle 1 and cycle 2. Each cycle experienced an increase in student learning outcomes. At the pre-cycle stage, the percentage of students who achieved learning mastery was 57.43%. Then, in cycle 1, this figure increased to 66.28%. After going through cycle 2, the percentage of students who achieved learning mastery increased again to 89.14%. Thus, Rendra's drama playing technique can be chosen as a superior and appropriate learning technique in playing drama which can lead students to have the ability to play drama characters according to various techniques. applied in the learning process.
