Learning media greatly determines the effectiveness and efficiency of achieving learning objectives. This development was carried out with the aim of making PBL-based physics worksheets on parabolic motion material and its application as an alternative medium for physics lessons. Parabolic motion is circular motion whose trajectory is a parabola. This study uses a research design methodologyResearch and Development or research and development. Based on the research results assessed by material experts and media experts that PBL-based physics worksheets on parabolic motion material and its implementation have a feasibility index of 80 and 87 which fall into the feasible category.

The independent curriculum is an educational approach that aims to provide independence to students in their learning so that they can optimally develop their potential. In the era of globalization and the rapid development of information technology, 21st-century learning is an urgent need. This research aims to describe the role of the independent learning curriculum in facilitating 21st-century learning in senior high schools. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative with a case study design. The research was conducted at SMAN 2, Merekau, South Papua. Data collection techniques used in this research include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) the independent learning curriculum for facilitating 21st century learning is good. It is proven that the learning tools of SMAN 2 Merauke have successfully integrated 21st century skills (collaboration, communication, critical thinking, creativity, character, and citizenship) into the learning tools. 2) The role of the principal and teachers: The principal as the person in charge and teachers as the implementers of learning play an important role in the successful implementation of an independent curriculum with 21st century skills.

Elementary School (SD), as one of the early grades of Early Childhood Education, is a learning institution that participates in educating the nation's children through classroom learning. The purpose of community service in implementing 3D learning media about building space for Elementary Schools (SD) is to achieve elementary students' understanding of nets, properties, surface area, and volume of spatial objects. Service Learning is the approach or method used (SL). A service-learning method is a teaching approach that combines academic goals to raise awareness of directly solving problems. The implementation of a community service project involving the use of 3D learning media to teach elementary school students about building space yielded positive results. This can be seen when the process of applying the learning media results in nearly 80% of students participating in learning with enthusiasm. They were very enthusiastic about listening to the teacher's explanation after the teacher received training from the community service team. Due to the availability of learning media, students felt more interested in and understood the material presented much better.

This research is an experimental research with pre-experiment method, this research design is the one group pretest posttest. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model in identifying information and summarizing explanatory text. The samples in this study were VIII grade students. Based on the results of research and data analysis regarding the comparison of statistical values, the comparison of learning outcomes categories and the comparison of the level of completeness proves that the improvement of student learning outcomes can be seen from the data on student learning outcomes through descriptive statistical analysis before using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model, the average student score is still below the KKM value, namely 49.57 and after using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model, the average student score increases above the KKM, namely 84.21. It is known that the posttest value is 84.21 more than the Pretest value which is 49.57. Furthermore, based on the results of inferential statistical analysis using the t-test formula, it is known that the t_ (count) obtained is 4.371 with the frequency df = 14 -1 = 13, at a significant level of 0.05 or 5% the t_table is 1.770. So t_ (count) > t_table or H_0 rejected H_1 accepted. These results can be concluded that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes. This means that the use of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model is effective in learning to identify information and summarize explanatory texts in class VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Makassar.      

This service was motivated by the existence of problems among students at SD Negeri Kedai Runding Class V, namely that some students had difficulty solving mathematics problems and their learning outcomes were still low. Drawing cube roots is usually quite difficult material for elementary school children. This happens because the teacher only uses the prime factorization method in learning, not encouraging students to actively participate in learning. To overcome this, PAPA ANGGA is used because by using PAPA ANGGA students can be actively involved and can help students who have learning difficulties. The approach or method that I use in this socialization is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is a research approach that involves active participation from community groups who are research subjects. This method aims to produce knowledge that is relevant, useful, and can be applied in everyday life. day. This activity was carried out at SD Negeri Kedai Runding Class V. With the PAPA ANGGA mathematics teaching aids which contain cube roots, students can easily understand and solve cube roots using props.

This service is motivated by problems found in the field regarding the low level of understanding of students in mastering the concept of measuring units of weight for Class III students at SD Negeri Malacca, namely that some students still do not understand mathematical concepts in the material about units of weight. This happens because teachers are still not precise in choosing media and models in learning, and teachers do not play an active role, therefore it is seen that students lack enthusiasm in learning. Teachers must choose media and models that are interesting, creative and innovative. Therefore, teachers take steps using Smart Unit Ladder Media to improve students' understanding in mathematics learning. The approach or method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is a research approach that involves active participation from community groups who are research subjects. The purpose of this study is to find out how interpersonal communication strategies of teachers and students in learning activities in PAUD TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube, North Bungku District, North Morowali Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive abbreviation which aims to provide an overview of the extent of teacher and student interpersonal communication strategies in learning activities in PAUD TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube District. North Bungku, North Morowali Regency. The data analysis technique used is triangulation which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study aims to develop, determine the feasibility of android-based learning media. This study examines the effectiveness of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education in enhancing problem-solving skills among high school students. With the increasing demand for critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in the workforce, STEM education has become a crucial approach to preparing students for future challenges. The study aims to evaluate how project-based STEM curricula impact students' creativity, analytical skills, and overall problem-solving capabilities. Using a quasi-experimental design with a control group, the research was conducted with high school students who participated in STEM-based lessons involving the 5E instructional model. Data collection involved pre- and post-tests, classroom observations, and semi-structured interviews to measure changes in student skills. The findings indicate that students exposed to STEM education demonstrated significant improvements in problem-solving, creativity, and analytical thinking compared to their peers in traditional lecture-based classes. The study highlights the advantages of project-based learning in promoting active student engagement and fostering skills necessary for addressing real-world problems. These results suggest that STEM education can be more effective than traditional methods in cultivating essential 21st-century skills. The study recommends the broader implementation of STEM strategies in secondary education and further exploration of the long-term impact of STEM learning on various skills required in the professional world.

This Community Service Activity aims to provide training for the development of independent curriculum teaching modules to improve HOTS thingking skills teachers because there still many challenges for teachers, especially for elementary school teachers related to the independent curriculum. The method applied: (1) counseling, the techniques used in this counseling are lectures, questions and answers, and discussing training materials for the preparation the module, (2) training, the techniques used in the training are observing the model, guiding, and accompanying the teacher when practicing compiling the module according to the assigned task, (3) demonstration, the techniques used in the demonstration are presentation, simulation, and reflecting on training activities. The result of the activity are the increased professionalism of teachers in preparing learning tools and understanding of the independent curriculum learning system reflected through the achievement of counseling activities and assistance in the preparation of teaching modules.

This study aims to analyze the performance of Regional Hospital X by Balanced Scorecard Approach Method. This research was conducted by the method of operational research with the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data using a single case study on Regional Hospital X. As a government-owned hospital, Regional Hospital X should aim to provide good service to customers. Therefore, it is necessary to measure non-financial aspects instead of measuring financial aspects only. Measurement of performance using the Balanced Scorecard method covering four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth. The results showed that the performanced of Regional Hospital X is good enough seen from four perspective of Balanced Scorecard Method Approach.

Community Service Activities are one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that must be implemented. This community service activity was held in Karunia Village, PaloloDistrict, Sigi The method used is the mentoring and training approach or the Participatory Learning Process. Canuna Village. So the purpose of this Community Service Activity is to provide material understanding of the importance of the leadership spirit of the younger generation through entrepreneurship. The results of the Community Service mean that community service activities like this are very beneficial for the village community in growing the leadership spirit of the younger generation. Participants in this activity were youth and community leaders. Participants were very enthusiastic about following the material through lectures, questions and answers and discussions, suggestions that can be given to the Village.

This qualitative research aims to investigate the influence of teacher workload on students' academic achievement, particularly within the unique framework of science, technology, and Buddhism. Employing a phenomenological research model, the study delves into the lived experiences of teachers and students in educational settings infused with Buddhist principles alongside science and technology education. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling, selecting participants with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Data analysis follows thematic analysis methods, identifying patterns and themes within the collected narratives. Preliminary findings suggest a complex interplay between teacher workload, students' academic outcomes, and the integration of Buddhist perspectives within the curriculum. Understanding these dynamics can offer insights into optimizing teaching practices and curriculum design to enhance student learning outcomes in science, technology, and Buddhist-oriented educational contexts.

Problems of learning often happen, especially when implementing it in class. The problem in spesific is lack of learning time for practical material in arts and culture-based subjects. This makes the skills that students have cannot be identified and perceived well by the teachers. Students are required to be able to understand theoretical material and practice their abilities as psychomotor values ​​within 3 hours of lessons. The amount of time was too short to sharpen their skills. So video media-based group vocals are a solution that is able to overcome obstacles that occur in the learning process during the co-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using the experimental method type One – Shoot Case Study) in class IX SMP, the test results were analyzed by the t-test and the percentage illustrated in the form of a pie chart. The process of compiling these learning media is able to help students understand the material provided, re-study the material while at home, and sharpen their skills with their colleagues. The material was prepared by involving the local cultures of Aceh for students of Javanese, Batak and Chinese ethnicity via online, it proves that students are more creative and innovative, not only able to sing in a vocal group but also dance and performing theater talents in one group task as well, so that the covid-19 pandemic 19 does not hinder students’ learning process.

The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration of thinking learning and puzzles in increasing the creativity of students at the smpit at taisiriyah sukabumi after using this method. This research method is a qualitative research conducted on October 23, 2022 to October 26, 2022. The place of this research is at the taisiriyah school of Sukabumi. The object of research is class VIII at smpit at taisiriyah Sukabumi. The results of the collaborative thinking learning and puzzles themselves can increase student learning creativity, this can be seen from the achievement of very high indicators of creativity. For students who have advantages or tend to learn more easily by means of audio less portion because this learning character focuses more on pictures or illustrations. The material is appropriate for learning other general subjects. Conclusion Collaborative thinking learning and puzzles can help students better understand various concepts, improve memory, and simply make learning more interesting. It is very beneficial to apply mind mapping to various fields of teaching and study

This academic study aims to improve the learning quality of class XI IPS 1 students for the 2022/2023 academic year. In addition, it is to find out whether cooperative learning using the STAD method can improve Pkn learning achievement for class XI IPS 1 students in the 2022/2023 academic year. The teacher provides a good, fun, and stimulating learning environment so that students can think and develop according to their needs. Cooperative learning encourages students to work together to achieve goals. It is interesting to observe the extent and understanding of students in class XI IPS 1 about Civics after the STAD-type cooperative learning method was implemented in the 2022-2023 school year. Academic achievement is the final result of learning, which can be measured by the grades or scores achieved by students at the end of a given course. This research involved 36 enthusiastic students of class XI IPS 1. The use of observation sheets and test questions can facilitate data collection. The results showed that student participation in cycle II increased to 75.28, a significant value when compared to the value of cycle I 69.03. It is very encouraging to see an increase in student learning outcomes from 61.11% to 86.11% between cycles I and II. The results showed that STAD group learning increased the academic achievement of class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 West Malaka.

This research is aimed at knowing and analyzing what the teacher's role is in carrying out learning evaluation in schools. This research was carried out using qualitative research using the method of literature study or through literature study, namely collecting information relevant to the topic or problem that is the object of discussion which describes the role of the teacher in the evaluation of learning. The subject of this research is the teacher who plays a role in carrying out the evaluation of learning in schools. The results of this study indicate that in the learning evaluation process, the teacher acts as an evaluator whose function is to find out whether or not a teacher is successful in the learning process, or evaluation can also be said to be a determinant to find out whether the process/method of teaching and learning must be maintained or improved.  

Culture-based education has become a movement to raise public awareness to continue lifelong learning in overcoming all the changing and increasingly difficult challenges of life. In addition, education provides answers and solutions to the creation of culture based on the needs of the community in accordance with the values ​​and systems that apply in it. There are various cultures that can be used as educational media, one of which is a'rupama which is a character education medium for the younger generation, especially elementary school students in the Ammatoa customary area. The role of a'rupama as a medium for character education in the Ammatoa customary area which later became the background for this research. This study uses a mixed method research type, namely research that combines qualitative and quantitative research. This research was carried out in the Ammatoa customary area, the informants and samples in this study were the community and the younger generation, especially school students in the Ammatoa customary area. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, literature study and questionnaires with a total sample of 56 of the 131 population. The data were then analyzed using spiral analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that a'rupama actually has a role as a medium of character education for the younger generation in the Ammatoa customary area in educating the younger generation through instilling positive values ​​that are considered to be able to shape the character of the younger generation to become a much better generation. The values ​​contained in A'rutama's stories are responsibility, hard work, honesty, communicative, creative, caring for the environment, discipline and curiosity. The presence of a'rupama can be an answer to the increase in educational media that can be used as a medium for character education in elementary schools. In its development, a'rupama experienced a number of obstacles which were feared to threaten the existence of a'rutama. community, indigenous peoples only focus on improving the family economy, a'rupama is not yet part of character education in elementary schools and technological development factors.      

Writing This article tries to explain the main tasks and functions of educator management which are part of national education standards. This research is applying a qualitative descriptive method with the type of research used, namely the study of literature from various sources such as books and journals. The research findings show that the management of the duties and functions of educators and education staff is carried out in accordance with statutory regulations with the aim of increasing national education standards, advancing science, technology and the arts, as well as providing physical education for the local population. Six elements make up the implementation of the responsibilities and functions of educators and education management: planning, recruitment, placement, coaching, employment and evaluation. Management functions and tasks are useful for schools in overcoming the shortage of teachers and education personnel through recruitment. Individual learning, training and further education are also used in construction and development; both are run by working groups of instructors, schools, and the education office.
