Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian negara dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kelurahan Keputih memiliki cukup banyak UMKM  yang aktif dan variatif. Hasil survei menemukan beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh UMKM di wilayah Kelurahan Keputih, salah satunya ada pengenalan produk dan ketatnya persaingan untuk melakukan pemasaran di era digital. Solusi kegiatan diprioritaskan untuk UMKM yang memiliki potensi yaitu “Bebek Mesra Surabaya” dilakukan pendampimpangan dengan strategi rebranding dan digital marketing. Pendampingan yang dilakukan diantaranya:  a. Pembuatan foto produk dan video konten;  b. Pembaruan design banner; c. Pembuatan menu dengan Quick Response (QR) Code untuk menu digital UMKM “Bebek Mesra”. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pendampingan adalah UMKM “Bebek Mesra Surabaya memiliki lebih banyak konten dan mengetahui cara membuat konten yang menarik untuk melakukan pemasaran digital, design banner baru yang sudah tercantum logo halal MUI, dan daftar menu baru disertai Quick Responses (QR).

RKT Kitchen adalah salah satu Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang tergabung dalam Paguyuban UMKM Kalirungkut di Kecamatan Rungkut, Kota Surabaya. RKT Kitchen terletak di Jalan Rungkut Asri XIII No. 19 dan dimiliki oleh Ibu Ismudji Rahayuningsih. UMKM ini spesialis dalam layanan katering dan menyediakan berbagai varian jus buah. Pemilik RKT Kitchen menghadapi kendala dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sehingga pemasaran dan penjualan produknya secara digital terhambat. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, penulis memberikan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan kesadaran, keterampilan, dan inovasi pemasaran pada produk UMKM RKT Kitchen. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu sosialisasi dan pemberian wawasan, pembuatan akun dan pembimbingan, serta simulasi dan uji coba. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah berkembangnya potensi produk UMKM RKT Kitchen melalui aplikasi Go Food sebagai bentuk implementasi digital marketing.

Kemajuan teknologi informasi  pada era globalisasi cenderung membentuk perubahan perilaku konsumen untuk memenuhi minat dan kebutuhannya. Kemajuan teknologi berdampak pada perubahan metode penjualan konvensional perlahan menjadi penjualan secara online dengan memanfaatkan jejaring internet dan media sosial. Penggunaan media sosial bagi masyarakat indonesia sangat beragam salah satunya ialah sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan produk. Instagram merupakan media sosial yang berfokus pada visual sehingga cocok digunakan sebagai platform promosi dan penjualan produk UMKM, sebagai platform promosi dan penjualan yang tergolong mudah dan efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan, konsumen dapat melihat secara visual bentuk dari produk yang dijual sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dalam membeli. Namun, pada UMKM Omah Dayang penggunaan Instagram sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan masih belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Adanya keterbatasan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam menggunakan Instagram menjadi hambatan UMKM tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dengan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman Instagram sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan produk UMKM sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan produknya. Kemudian, dari kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan berupa pelaku UMKM mengenal dan mulai menggunakan sosial media sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan produk. Dari hasil kegiatan mulai menghasilkan beberapa peningkatan seperti akun sosial media yang mulai dikenal dan meningkatnya kemampuan pemilik dalam mempromosikan produknya.

Kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian kepada masyarakat) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memahami pentingnya memelihara lingkungan, yang kedua dengan melukis di tong sampah anak mampu mengekspresikan alam di tong sampah dan yang ketiga, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap lingkungannya. Dalam pelaksanaan PKM (Pengabdian kepada masyarakat) ini, metode yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan, pendampingan dan praktek. Adapun tahapannya yaitu sebagai berikut, yang pertama tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan yang terakhir tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa anak mampu memahami pentingnya memelihara lingkungan, mampu meningkatkan kreativitas anak dan mampu meningkatkap kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sekolah.

Catering "Miss Tote" is one of the MSMEs located in Kepanjen Kidul Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. In today's modern era, the catering business is faced with problems related to technology and digitalization. The implementation of community service aims to optimize product marketing through the use of the Canva application as a branding medium and mentoring the use of Instagram social media to expand customer reach and introduce products to potential customers. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, the data obtained from interviews with the owner of the MSMEs Catering "Miss Tote" and observations of marketing that has been done and documentation during the implementation process. The results of the study show that the "Miss Tote" MSMEs has marketing potential that has not been optimized, therefore students contribute to making logos, banners, catalogs and brochures as media branding of the "Miss Tote" MSMEs. Implementing a marketing strategy using Canva can have a positive impact such as building a strong brand image so that it can increase customer trust and become the hallmark of a business.

UMKM must be able to face global challenges, increase product and service innovation. UMKM are the economic sector that absorbs the largest workforce in Indonesia. Gedog Village needs technology in the midst of globalization. Most of the problems faced are product marketing and their lack of human resource knowledge. The Thematic 31 KKN group aims to take part in imparting the knowledge that we have to impart to them so that the business being run can develop so that the coffers of income will increase and be able to recruit new workers. Assistance to the UMKM sector in Gedog Village needs to be given socialization about what to do and provide examples of action. In the data collection process, three methods were carried out, namely interviews, document studies, and questionnaires.

Service activities are carried out to help MSMEs in the service industry called Kori salon by making Kori salon financial reports, Kori salon financial reports are made irregularly and documented manually every day as part of its business procedures. The inability of Kori salon owners to handle bookkeeping reports is the main cause. To support MSME beauty salon businesses, it is necessary to provide training and assistance in preparing financial reports. The method used in this study is the direct support approach used in this effort to assist partners in compiling financial reports using the Bukuwarung program until it is successfully practiced. It is considered successful when partners are able to distinguish between the two states before and after receiving support. Partners recognize the value of accurately recording financial statements in the books based on the results of their actions. This exercise impacts revenue, expense and income statement accounts as well as knowledge partners and also impacts the financial statements that will be prepared in the coming year.

Socialization is a very useful thing in raising and conveying positive values to individuals, the socialization process is education through individual understanding and acceptance of the connections that occur in an activity that can provide input and output feedback. Learning from the monetary crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1997-1998 which was marked by the decline in the joints of the economy caused by the rupiah exchange rate falling or dropping drastically against the dollar exchange rate. In 1998 many big entrepreneurs fell in Indonesia, but MSMEs were still able to survive and even increased in number. In this way, UMKM contribute to supporting the economy of a country so that the existence of UMKM is highly expected in the development and progress of the country's economy and is able to absorb the number of unemployed. In this background, MSMEs can be used as a part in expanding employment opportunities, play a role in the formation of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and increase foreign exchange earnings for the country of Indonesia because its market can reach national to international. Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency is an agricultural producing village in the form of rice, corn, sugar cane, soybeans, vegetables, chilies and others. The livelihoods of the majority of the population are farmers, self-employed, and partly in the government. UMKM problems often occur due to capital problems and licensing matters, the Business Identification Number (NIB) is the identity of a business license issued by the "Online Single Submission (OSS)" agency, helping to fulfill the legal and administrative aspects of UMKM and providing advantages in funding. Then the socialization and technical guidance was carried out by Group 1, then the output of the socialization was to help UMKM actors in the Village with the method of opening a post at the Village Hall/Village Office and the door to door method or direct permits to the homes of UMKM actors. At the same time creating a logo that is useful in brand equity as trustworthiness with the product name and symbol, providing additional value to a product. The direction of the arrow as a direction for the location has the aim of providing instructions for potential consumers and customers to find homes for UMKM actors to get products or order products.

The Coordinating Ministry for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (2022) reports that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important players in the Indonesian economy, accounting for 99% of all economic sectors. MSMEs contribute 60.5% to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and are able to absorb 96.9% of the national workforce (Sakum & Ismamudi, 2022). But on the one hand, MSMEs experience many internal and external obstacles so they cannot maximize their business, one of which is UMKM Fiya Cake which has problems in applying visual branding, namely not having a business identity in its application. Therefore, the solution that will be provided as an effort to introduce Fiya Cake's business products is to design and create a business identity in the form of a logo, banner, and also create an NIB. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method which begins with a survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results to be achieved from this service activity are the creation of branding as a form of business identity so that it will be easy to remember by the wider community.

Digital marketing is a marketing medium that uses the internet as a tool to disseminate information in a wider range without being hindered by time, place and distance. And Instagram is one of the digital media which is still widely used by Indonesians, from teenagers to adults, both for communication media and promotional media. However, most MSMEs actors in the Kedung Baruk sub-district have not been able to make full use of Instagram even though they already have it. So the purpose of holding this training and mentoring is so that MSMEs understand the importance of digital marketing, and optimizing Instagram as a promotional medium. The method used goes through several stages such as providing digital marketing training, providing assistance, and conducting evaluations. The results obtained from the activities that have been carried out are that UMKM actors realize how important digital marketing is, especially on the Instagram platform and Pempek D&G have been able to optimize Instagram as a promotional medium independently.

In the Blitar city there are several MSMEs farming ornamental fish, one of them is Mbah Bendo Koi Farm which is located on Jl. Kapuas No. 92, Kel. Bendo, Kec. Kepanjenkidul. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the obstacles faced by this MSMEs are the lack of business identity branding such as logos that look monotonous, unattractive, and old school. From these obstacles, group 23 helped rebrand Mbah Bendo Koi Farm's logo, apart from that we also helped create social media accounts and their content in the hope of attracting new potential customers and expanding their market in all regions in Indonesia.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or known as MSMEs are an important sector of the domestic and global economy. The research was conducted in Talang Village, Rejoso District, the subject of this research was Bu Yanti's Opak Gapit MSMEs. Opak Gapit is one of the leading MSMEs in Talang Village. The problem faced by opak gapit is the lack of use of the brand and there are weaknesses in the packaging of opak gapit if it has to be sent out of town. So that it is necessary to rebrand the Opak Gapit MSMEs, the changes made include making a logo, updating the packaging design and taking product photos. The results of that research succeeded in developing packaging in terms of design and functional value. The new design looks more attractive to consumers and up to date when compared to the old design.

Pemasaran produk melalui sosial media dan e-commerce menjadi salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar di zaman digital ini. Faktanya, di era teknologi yang semakin canggih ini membuka kesempatan besar bagi para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk bisa memasarkan produknya hingga ke luar kota, hingga ke luar negeri. Namun, ada banyak UMKM yang belum mengerti bagaimana cara menggunakan sosial media dan e-commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan mereka. Hal ini terjadi pada beberapa UMKM yang berada di RW XI Semolowaru Indah II, dimana mereka memiliki produk yang berkualitas namun tidak mengerti bagaimana cara yang modern untuk memasarkan produk-produk tersebut. Dengan melihat kasus ini, maka penulis mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing untuk para UMKM di RW XW Semolowaru Indah II. Metode ini dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu : 1) Pelatihan digital marketing dengan mendatangkan narasumber. 2) Pendampingan door to door digital marketing. Hasil dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM sudah memiliki instagram pribadi, dan juga beberapa mau untuk mendaftar ke e-commerce, dan mereka juga sudah mengerti tentang bagaimana untuk memasarkan produk melalui sosial media tersebut.

UMKM memiliki peranan penting dalam ekonomi Indonesia. Sektor ini berkontribusi sekitar 60,5 persen terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan menyerap hingga 96,9 persen tenaga kerja. Namun, pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap sektor UMKM. Pembatasan sosial yang diimplementasikan untuk mengatasi pandemi telah menciptakan tantangan dalam kegiatan pemasaran dan promosi UMKM. Dalam situasi ini, pelaku UMKM perlu meningkatkan inovasi dan mengadopsi strategi yang dinamis untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM Iborajut dalam meningkatkan pemasaran dan penjualan produk melalui strategi branding. Penulis akan memberikan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM Iborajut untuk membantu memperluas jaringan pemasaran dan meningkatkan citra produk melalui branding. Harapannya adalah pendekatan ini akan meningkatkan pemasaran dan penjualan produk UMKM Iborajut serta memberikan kontribusi ekonomi yang lebih baik bagi pelaku UMKM tersebut.

Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mengharuskan pemilik usaha mempunyai suatu strategi yang dilakukan dalam pemasaran produknya guna meningkatkan daya saing serta dapat mengembangkan potensi usahanya. Salah satu strategi dalam hal tersebut yaitu branding, branding dilakukan untuk mewujudkan adanya wajah atau identitas dari suatu usaha tersebut. Jika memiliki usaha namun tidak memiliki branding, maka kegiatan berusaha tersebut bisa dibilang kurang maksimal dan kurang bersaing dengan yang lain. Branding juga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana informasi dan komunikasi untuk mengenalkan dan memperkuat brand awareness dari usaha tersebut. Adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terfokuskan pada kegiatan branding UMKM di Desa Tegalrejo, Kecamatan Dringu, Kabupaten Probolinggo. UMKM tersebut yakni UMKM Tahu Tempe Pantura dan UMKM Bila Catering yang keduanya bergerak di bidang kuliner. Kegiatan branding ini dilakukan untuk menjawab dan memberikan solusi atas semua kendala dan masalah yang dialami oleh para pemilik UMKM tersebut. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh para pemilik UMKM yaitu kurangnya pemasaran produk. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan pemahaman mengenai branding dan melakukan pendampingan branding. Dari kegiatan tersebut, kami berharap dapat memberikan efek positif dalam pengembangan potensi UMKM Desa Tegalrejo sebagai upaya peningkatan daya tarik dan penjualan.

Di era globalisasi, pembangunan sangat bergantung pada ekonomi sebagai ukuran dalam keberhasilan pemerintah. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan  peran penting dalam pembangunan suatu negara, khususnya pembangunan ekonomi. Dengan adanya kegiatan digital branding ini diharapkan produk mempunyai image atau citra yang baik di mata konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan di pendopo Kelurahan Medokan Semampir dan pendampingan yang dilakukan secara door to d0or. Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Digital Branding disini mahasiswa mengajarkan bagaimana cara mengambil foto produk dan cara membuat copywriting agar menarik perhatian konsumen. Selanjutnya akan dibuatkan katalog produk yang akan memudahkan pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya. Ada Total 8 UMKM Food and Beverage yang mahasiswa dampingi mulai awal hingga akhir.

UMKM are an important sector to build the community's economy. During the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the economic situation of the community has decreased and has become a prolonged problem that must be resolved immediately. During the pandemic, UMKM owners experienced a buyer crisis which resulted in many UMKM players going out of business due to falling income. This happened in Talang Village which was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital marketing strategies can be done under any conditions. In Talang Village, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency, two UMKM have been registered with the government. One of them is the Opak Gapit Talang UMKM which already has a Business License Number (NIB) but the scope of the sales market is still small. There are several obstacles experienced such as lack of knowledge about digital marketing. With the right strategy will be able to compete with other snack products.

MSMEs or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the factors for the Indonesian economy to survive and develop until now. By increasing the use and shopping of domestic products, it can help increase the growth of MSMEs, as well as the welfare of the community. In building MSMEs, branding needs to be done to build and elevate the identity of a brand, including trade names, logos, characters, and consumer responses. In branding a product can be seen directly by consumers, namely through logos and packaging that has special characteristics, so that consumers can recognize these products. Packaging becomes a direct view by consumers to the product, so that attractive packaging can attract attention. On the packaging can be listed such as trade names, logos, nutritional values, and various important information in the product so that it can build trust.

The government promotes the obligation to own business legality as controlling economic activity in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Business legality as the ownership identity of a legally operating business entity. Pakel Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency, has various types of MSMEs that excel in agro-industry. However, the issue of business legality is still an obstacle to the progress of the Pakel Village MSMEs, namely the uneven ownership of business legality such as Business Permit Numbers (NIB), Home Industry Product Permits (PIRT), halal certification and so on. Pakel Village UMKM actors lack knowledge and awareness of the importance of business legality, starting from the requirements to the submission mechanism, the administrative process is considered complicated and time-consuming, and the management costs are expensive. The purpose of this community service activity is for Pakel Village MSMEs to know and understand how to make NIB independently through the Online Single Submission (OSS) application and assistance in submitting halal certification for free through SiHalal with the Sehati 2023 program using the business actor's statement mechanism. The method of implementing the KKNT 09 Desa Pakel group in this community service activity is to conduct socialization and mentoring on the importance of NIB ownership and halal certification with MSME Facilitators from the Ministry of Religion, Jombang Regency. The result of this community service activity is the issuance of NIB and halal certification for Pakel Village MSMEs

Vegetable traders are the occupation of the majority of the people in Claket Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto. The lack of knowledge and insight gained by vegetable traders regarding the recording of vegetable deposits so that there is no accurate recording or data on vegetable deposits. Community service activities are carried out by providing outreach and assistance to provide insight and application of accounting reports. This activity consists of four stages, namely the planning stage, the preparation stage, the socialization stage and the mentoring stage. The existence of socialization and assistance is expected to help vegetable traders in managing their bookkeeping.
