Until now, many warehouses in companies are still not neatly arranged, this is because the storage layout is not perfect, making it difficult for employees to reach the materials that will be taken for use in production activities. PT. XYZ is the largest shipbuilding company in Indonesia. PT XYZ also has several warehouses, one of which is Warehouse 03 electrical. This research aims to help optimize the efficiency level of Warehouse 03 Electrical PT. XYZ uses the 5S method and Pie Chart. The implementation of the 5S culture in Warehouse 03 electrical is implemented according to the applicable SOP, but the implementation is not yet optimal. Application of the 5S method in warehouse 03 electrical PT. XYZ It is felt that XYZ is not yet optimal because only 2S (Seiso and Seiketsu) is running optimally. while 3S (Seiri, Seiton, Shitsuke) has not run optimally. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the application of the 5S method in the 03 electrical warehouse of PT. XYZ. The evaluation results using the 5S method and Pie Diagram aim to support and increase productivity in the Warehouse 03 electrical area as well as company performance    

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition when there is an increase in blood pressure, which is above 140 mmHg for istolic blood pressure  and 90 mmHg for diastolic  blood pressure.One of the therapies used to lower blood pressure is the administration of tomato juice because it is rich in lycopeine, potassium and bioflavonoids. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tomato juice on lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients in       Mahawu Village sub distrit II Manado City. The method used in this study is a design experiment with One Group pretest-postest design. The sample taken amounted to 15 respondents using purposive sampling. Data collection using SOPs and observation sheets. The collected data is processed using SPSS 16.0. Statistical test using Wilcoxon Test with a meaning level ( α) of 0.05. The results of the study using Wilcoxon statistical tests obtained the results of Systolic Pre-Post with a value of P value = 0.001 and Diastolic Pre-Post with a value of p Value = 0.002 where the value of p Value < α = 0.05). so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected so that there was an effect of giving tomato juice on lowering blood pressure in people with hypertension in Mahawu Village sub district II Manado City. The conclusion is based on the results of the study that there is an effect of giving tomato juice on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in Kelurahan II Manado City.

Autogenic Relaxation Therapy is an exercise of one of the relaxation techniques that comes from oneself in the form of short sentences to be able to make the mind peaceful. The aim was to determine the effect of autogenic relaxation therapy on acute pain levels in abdominal pain patients with post appendectomy in the flamboyant room of Rumkti Tk II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Manado. The research method is qu a si experiment with One group pre test and post test design design with a sample of 11 respondents. The sampling technique using Total Sampling is a sampling method using SOPs and observation sheets. Furthermore, the collected data was processed using McNemar's statistical test. The results showed that most respondents experienced changes after doing Autogenic Relaxation Therapy. The results of data analysis tested using McNemar obtained results p = 0.004 (a < 0.005) meaning that there was an effect of autogenic relaxation therapy on post-appendectomy patients in the flamboyant room of Rumkit TK II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Manado.  Conclusion There is an effect of autogenic relaxation therapy on acute pain levels in abdominal pain patients with post appendectomy in the flamboyant room of Robert Wolter Mongisidi Kindergarten II Hospital.

Central warehouse PT. X is a place to store materials needed for production. PT. X is a large company operating in the maritime and energy sectors. 5S work culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seikatsu, Shitsuke) is a work culture adopted from Japan which aims to create an orderly work environment and increase safety, efficiency and reduce non-value added activities. The implementation of the 5S+Safety culture is implemented according to the SOPs in the central warehouse, but the implementation is not optimal. Implementation of the 5S+Safety method in the PT warehouse. X is considered not optimal because only 2S (Seiketsu and Shitsuke) is running well while 4S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Safety) is not running well. Warehouse employees are advised to apply the 5R checklist and carry out routine independent audits which will be supervised by the department head. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the implementation of 5S+Safety in PT. X’s  central warehouse. Evaluation results using the 5S+Safety method support increasing company productivity and performance.

The reason is that people continue to try to adapt to the sophistication of technology in this digital era to make it easier to do their work. Ease of carrying out digital buying and selling transactions is now available in GoTo, a company resulting from the merger of Gojek and Tokopedia. GoTo is a forum and provides access for entrepreneurs, especially MSMEs, to open businesses and sell online. Apart from making it easier for people to do business and shop, Goto also has a positive impact on the development of the Indonesian economy. Tiktok is also an online platform that influences the development of Tokopedia. Tiktok not only accommodates Tokopedia product branding but is now also one of the sales channels for Tokopedia products on its TikTokshop page. This invites high enthusiasm from economic actors. This research was conducted to find out how GoTo developed after the merger and the influence of the Tiktok and Tokopedia collaboration on the Indonesian economy. The method used is descriptive qualitative so that the data collected is correct based on literature reviews and scientific publications.

The rapid advancement in information technology has transformed the landscape of accounting, making it increasingly computerized, enhancing efficiency through the automation of routine tasks, enabling real-time access to financial data, and providing more sophisticated data analytics capabilities. However, alongside these benefits, technology also brings challenges related to data security and changing regulations, necessitating accountants to continuously develop their technological skills. Online collaboration between accountants and clients is becoming more common, reflecting the influence of information technology on the evolution of accounting practices. Technological developments also affect Accounting Information Systems (AIS), changing the way data is processed, internal controls are implemented, and financial information is prepared. Despite initial concerns, the advancement of IT ultimately opens up new opportunities, such as computer-based information system audits, computer-based information system consulting, and web trust audits. This is the essence of the impact of information technology on the development of accounting, presenting opportunities and challenges that require adaptation and a strong understanding from accounting professionals in the digital era.

Oligopoly markets whose structure consists of two or three or even more control the market 70 to 80 percent of all production or selling value around it and emphasize the price determined. The development of the era of business actors utilizing technology is certainly due to globalization which affects industrial markets in each country to abroad. Oligopoly is very influential in industrial markets because of pressure on prices and new ideas from competitors and supported by digital technology hence industrial market activities to retain consumers. In addition to the effect, business actors get large profits due to increasingly sophisticated information technology. The influence of globalization can encourage large companies to innovate their businesses and be able to integrate in the global market.

Antenatal Care (ANC) is the most important component of pregnant women's health services to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. With ANC, the progress of the pregnant woman's condition will be well monitored at all times and knowledge about childbirth preparation will increase. Based on the background above, the researcher is interested in taking the title Counseling Pregnant Women Through Antenatal Care Services to Prevent Chronic Energy Deficiency which aims to improve and maintain the health of mothers and babies, prepare for the birthing process so that the baby can be delivered safely and minimize trauma that may occur in the child. during childbirth and reduce the number of deaths and morbidity rates in mothers. The data collection method that the author uses is the survey method. The survey method is a method used as a general category of research, one of which uses a questionnaire. The research results showed that the average knowledge score before and after the health education was carried out increased by 42.21 points, which means that the health education carried out had an impact on increasing the knowledge of Health Information Management students about ANC disease in pregnant women who experience CED. The increase in the average knowledge score is possible because health education uses appropriate methods and media such as lectures and discussions. Leaflet media also helps health education participants to easily remember the material. Using appropriate methods and media in health education can help health education participants understand the material

In the Industrial Revolution 4.0, Indonesian people are faced with technological sophistication that makes them able to do anything and communicate without meeting. However, unlimited convenience has a negative impact on the social society of Indonesia based on diversity. The space for communication is increasingly limited because we rarely see others, and everyone becomes individualist and less sensitive. It is necessary to strengthen through sociodrama-based PPKn learning on diversity material to strengthen a sense of unity and unity. The purpose of this Classroom Action Research (PTK) is to improve learning outcomes on Indonesian diversity material with the sociodrama method of grade VII-E students in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at SMP Negeri 40 Surabaya. The subject of research is students. The data collection uses tests and non-tests. Analytical techniques use qualitative and quantitative. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes on average 59.5 in the first cycle to 77.3 in the second cycle. For the highest value of 79 in the first cycle to 90 in the second cycle. As well as the value in the first cycle 30 in the first cycle to 62 in the second cycle. Sociodrama improves PPKn learning outcomes in Indonesian diversity material for grade VII-E students in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at SMP Negeri 40 Surabaya.

Increasingly sophisticated technological developments can be used for business development. The most obvious impact is being able to increase sales, because digital marketing is a marketing medium that has a huge influence. The general aim of this research is to educate about the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Mojopilang village. Therefore, we, students of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) at Mayjen Sungkono University, Mojokerto, are providing education to youth youth organizations in Mojopilang village about implementing digital marketing through the Shopee platform and other social media as a tool for marketing bamboo crafts in Mojopilang village. Because basically many of the human resources in Mojopilang village are old, so only the younger generation are able to implement digital marketing like this. From the research results, it is known that digital marketing still needs to be educated and taught to youth organizations to make it easier for business people to market bamboo craft products.

Human resources as one of the resources in an organization play an important role in the successful achievement of organizational goals. Human resources use other resources owned by the organization in order to achieve goals. Even sophisticated technological machines will be meaningless if the human resources running them are not qualified to work on them. Likewise with information resources. No matter how good and complete the information received by the organization, it will not mean anything, if the quality of existing human resources is not able to translate it into information that is useful for the development and progress of the organization. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling towards human resources in the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The management functions applied in human resource management consist of, (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing. ), and (4) controlling. The operational functions carried out by human resource management are, (1) procurement, (2) development, (3) compensation, (4) integration, (5) maintenance, and (6) termination of employment (separation). One of the important activities carried out in human resource management, especially in the planning function, is job analysis. By analyzing a job, it will be known what tasks will be carried out in that job, what competencies must be mastered by the human resources who will occupy that position.

Infant deaths generally occur in the early neonatal period due to hypothermia. The incidence of hypothermia in newborns is quite high, globally ranging from 8.5-52%, an estimated 17 million newborns experience hypothermia in developing countries. The incidence of hypothermia in newborn babies is 92.3%, the infant mortality rate due to hypothermia is 6.3%. One intervention to minimize the incidence of hypothermia in newborn babies is to initiate early breastfeeding. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of early initiation of breastfeeding on hypothermia in newborn babies at the Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. The research method used a pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 14 respondents. The measuring instruments in this study were a digital axillary thermometer, standard operating procedures (SOP) for early breastfeeding initiation and observation sheets. Data analysis using paired sample t-test. The results of the paired sample t-test found a p-value = 0.000 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an influence of early initiation of breastfeeding on hypothermia in newborn babies in the Midwifery Room at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. Early initiation of breastfeeding can be used as an intervention for newborns to minimize the incidence of hypothermia

Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial sehingga dalam kehidupannya akan selalu melakukan interaksi dengan manusia lainnya. Salah satu bentuk interaksi sosial ialah bersilaturahmi dengan cara mengunjungi rumah seseorang. Sebagai penerima tamu atau pemilik rumah yang dikunjungi sudah sepantasnya menampilkan sifat dan perilaku yang baik dalam hal ini penulis namakan dengan akhlak memuliakan tamu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini tiada lain untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep yang ditawarkan Alquran terkait akhlak dalam memuliakan tamu. Dengan merujuk pada term dhaif dimana penulis menemukan kata ini tersebar di dalam lima surat dan enam ayat, yaitu surat Hud/11:78, al-Hijr/15/51, 68, al-Kahfi/18:77, adz-Dzariyat/51:24, dan al-Qamar/54:37 kemudian dikaji dengan penafsiran Abu Su’ud dengan kitab tafsirnya yang berjudul Irsyad Al-Aql As-Salim ila Mazaya Al-Kitab Al-Karim. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif-desktiptif dengan jenis data kepustakaan. Adapun hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan ayat-ayat tersebut maka konsepsi yang ditawarkan Alquran terkait akhlak memuliakan tamu diantaranya: menjawab ucapan salam dari tamu, menghormati tamu dengan cara memberikan jamuan dan pelayanan terbaik, menghidangkan jamuan tidak jauh dari jangkauan tamu, berkata-kata yang baik, penuh dengan sopan santun serta lemah lembut, memenuhi hak-hak tamu dan menjaga tamu yang berkunjung dari segala bentuk keburukan, tidak menolak kunjung seseorang yang akan bertamu, memberikan tempat istirahat, serta mengajak istri/suami serta anggota yang berada di dalam rumah yang dikunjungi oleh tamu.

One of the companies that requires a workforce management information system is PT Lestari Berkat Sejahtera, because this company still uses a manual workforce management system. The author has a solution, namely by creating an employee data management application. The aim of making this application is to provide easy access for HRD staff, admins and employees to view information and manage existing human resource data.

The progress of science and technology today is an advancement of human civilization which has an impact on all aspects of life, including the development and increasing diversity of motives and forms of crime. Along with this progress, the business world is also used as a means of committing crimes by criminals, one of which is money laundering which takes advantage of technological advances and system advances in the business world, such as taking advantage of the sophistication and ease of banking transactions and other forms of business activities. . In direct proportion to this, various efforts have been made to prevent and narrow the space for money laundering perpetrators, especially by building a legal system in the business world that can eradicate this white collar crime, both nationally and internationally.

Indonesia is one of the developing countries, to carry out fair and equitable development throughout Indonesia, there is a need for sufficient energy as a driving motor for development itself. Electricity distribution in Pekanbaru, as in other regions of Indonesia, is handled by the State Electricity Company (PLN) as the largest electricity supply company in Indonesia. PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru ULP Panam branch as one of SOEs that aims to provide services in the field of electricity to the community (Public Utility). Organizational structure that is a primary and absolute requirement for increasing employment, responsibility and achievement of established goals. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze PT.PLN services in handling customer complaints and identify and analyze the inhibitory factors of PT.PLN services in handling customer complaints. This study used Zeithaml's theory of five indicators: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphathy. The methods used in this study are qualitative research methods that are descriptive. With data collection techniques, observation interviews and documentation. The service provided by PLN ULP Panam is still insufficient because of the many customer complaints that resulted in the service process being hampered. The service provided by the officers is not sufficient in responding to customer complaints and the SOP or Service Standards for officers in handling customer complaints do not exist. PLN ULP Panam must take this problem seriously because if there is no SOP or Service Standard, it is detrimental to the service process provided to customers.

This research is in the form of an analysis of the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles at PT. Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar and providing solutions to PT. Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar so as not to violate GCG principles and applicable laws. The results of this research indicate that PT. Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar has violated GCG principles which have been carried out by Shareholders, Directors and Board of Commissioners. In this way, researchers provide a solution in the form of understanding the human resources at PT. Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar, evaluates the company's SOPs or policies, and carries out evaluation activities on the duties, principals and functions of each company organ.

This study aims to find out how the traditional of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village knowing the rules in establishing a house in Kuta Traditional Village, as well as to find out why the traditional of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village is still carried out in the modernization era. This research is descriptive with qualitative methods, data collection is carried but by observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The results showed that until now the tradition of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village is still carried out by following the rules, rituals or existing traditions

A school or education really needs variety when the teaching and learning process or the learning process occurs in school. Why is this so necessary? So that the atmosphere of the teaching and learning process is not monotonous and boring, right? So learning strategies and methods are really needed, this is because every student has different learning potential. A small example is when a teacher teaches using a variety of learning methods, not just one learning method or strategy, it will be easier for students to understand the learning, but if a teacher only uses methods that are often used then it will automatically be difficult for students to accept and this will lead to boredom when studying, because students learn differently and the way students learn is also different. For this reason, in the teaching and learning process, strategies and learning methods should not be ignored, especially in today's increasingly sophisticated era, there are automatically so many learning strategies and methods. Learning strategies and methods are very important components for educators or are controlled by educators in the learning process so that the learning objectives to be achieved are realized.

Death in the world of modern medicine has the definition of the end of certain biological functions, the cessation of vital organs. such as breathing, heart rate, or blood pressure. However, advances in medical technology have given rise to controversy regarding what criteria should be used to determine whether a person is dead, because currently, in the world of modern medicine, the reference for determining death is the death of the brain stem (brain death).
