The branch of economics called Islamic monetary policy discusses the nature, function, and impact of monetary policy in a country. Not only the supply and demand of money, this Islamic monetary emphasizes the principles of justice and brotherhood that pursue equality and create equitable distribution of wealth and income. The purpose of this research is to see how the transmission of Islamic monetary policy on the performance of MSMEs in Serang City. To stay competitive or even win the competition, an organization can evaluate its strategy in the face of an ever-changing market. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are very flexible and resilient to the economy, but they have several limitations such as financial capabilities and human resources. To gain a competitive advantage, MSMEs must be able to determine the right strategy. This research uses a descriptive approach by using observation techniques and interviews with MSME actors in Serang City. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the sharia monetary policy applied to the performance of MSMEs in Serang City is very helpful for business actors by providing access to safe capital, effective money management training, and information technology-based marketing training.

The Docrtrine of Man and principles discusses the definition of man in the context of the Bible, explaining that man was created by God as a special creature with a body, soul and spirit. There are three views regarding human nature, trichotomy, dichotomy, monochotomy.Sin is defined as a violation of God’s commands, which results in separation. Humans from God and the ongoing negative impacts. Sin has various types and impacts, ranging from God’s judgment to spiritual separation from him.

The meaning contained in a word will sometimes experience a change in meaning/shift in meaning when the word is combined with other words. This research aims to find out the words that have association meaning in Yudhiswara's poetry collection Rain Escapes in Sela Jari. The research method in this study is descriptive qualitative. The theory used in this research is the theory of semantic studies on changes in meaning. The data in this research is in the form of words, phrases/idioms that have associations and the data source in this research is a collection of poems Hujan Lolos di Sela Jari by Yudhiswara.  The data collection technique in this research uses reading and note-taking technique. The data analysis technique in this research is classifying the data including metaphorical meaning changes, analyzing the data and making conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the poem Rain Escapes in Sela Jari is in the form of compound words that contain associations of meaning, the association of meaning tells about love and tells about nature. This shows that in the poem that has been analyzed, the poet uses many words, phrases/idioms to express the feelings experienced by the reader. The reader is also carried away when reading a poem that tells about love that is hindered by time, circumstances, and places.

Motivation to learn is certainly one of the important things in determining the success of learning. However, students often feel a loss of motivation to learn so that students experience a decrease in learning motivation which will affect student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is important for teachers to create strategies to increase students' learning motivation. Strategies that can be implemented by teachers include using interactive learning media and can increase students' active participation during learning. The aim of this research is to determine students' learning motivation after implementing science learning using diorama learning media. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology, examining the process and influence of implementing diorama media on student learning motivation. The data collected for this research took the form of direct observation, student interviews and analysis of several documents used to collect data, which was then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods, the form of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The results obtained from this research are that the application of the Diorama of the Nature of Light learning media in science and science learning in class V at SDN Karangrejo 2 succeeded in increasing student motivation in learning. Students who were previously passive and did not play much of a role in the learning process after implementing learning using the Nature of Light Diorama showed significant changes in their activity in learning.

This research investigates the role of context in pragmatic interpretation, focusing on how context influences the understanding of meaning in communication. By examining various aspects such as implicature, deixis, presuppositions, and speech acts, the study highlights how speakers and listeners navigate meaning through contextual clues. The research employs a qualitative approach, gathering data from real-life interactions, including interviews and observations. Findings reveal that context is not just a passive backdrop but an active participant in shaping meaning, particularly in intercultural communication. This study emphasizes the dynamic nature of context and its indispensable role in pragmatic interpretation, offering insights for language teaching, intercultural communication, and artificial intelligence applications.

This study aims to explore the structure and uniqueness of Earth through the lens of local wisdom that respects nature, and to investigate how traditional knowledge can offer valuable insights into our planet and the relationship between humans and the environment. A qualitative approach was employed, involving a literature review and analysis of traditional texts, myths, folktales, and cultural practices related to the understanding of the universe, Earth's structure, and human interaction with ecosystems. The findings reveal that many indigenous cultures around the world view Earth as a living entity, with an interconnected relationship between humans and the surrounding environment. This understanding is reflected in various rituals, agricultural systems, and environmental policies that emphasize balance and sustainability. Furthermore, local wisdom often stresses the importance of respecting nature as an integral part of harmonious living on Earth. The implications of this research highlight the importance of integrating local wisdom into environmental education, sustainable development policies, and natural resource management to foster a more harmonious and sustainable relationship between humans and the Earth.    

The writing of this thesis is motivated by the many problems that occur to the younger generation that show moral degradation. This thesis aims to find out the concept of moral education values in the book Al-Usfuriyyah by Shaykh Muhammad bin Abu Bakar Al-Ushfuri and its relevance to modern Islamic education. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with library research data collection techniques and data analysis using content analysis. The results of the study that 1) The values of moral education are an effort to form a noble person through teaching about manners, morals and ethics. 2) The content of the book of Al-Usfuriyyah covers three aspects, namely spiritual aspects (creed), moral aspects (morals), and legal aspects (sharia). 3) The values of moral education in the book of Al-Ushfuriyyah inclaud morals to Allah SWT, morals to oneself, morals to others, morals to nature. 4) The values of moral education in the book of Al-Usfuriyyah are relevant to be implemented to overcome the moral degradation that occurs, because it emphasizes the importance of fostering faith and morals as the basis for good character building.

Legal politics plays a role in determining the direction of legal policy that must be taken by the government to achieve certain goals. Legal politics is a very important component, one of which is the implementation of existing laws in the country and every policy taken by the government reflects existing political dynamics and the interests of certain groups, thereby affecting the integrity and justice of the existing legal system. The purpose of writing this article is to research further on how the duties and objectives of legal politics are applied to the Indonesian legal system and whether the application of the nature of legal politics is appropriate to the Indonesian legal system. The method used is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach. Legal politics in Indonesia is normative, dynamic, adaptive, pragmatic, progressive, and functions as a tool of social control. However, implementation is often hampered by political interests and lack of consistent implementation. Therefore, there is a need for regular regulatory evaluation, increased transparency of law enforcement, and public participation to create a more responsive and fair legal system.

The right holder of a trademark has full validity to use his own trademark or license it to other parties, including delisting of its own trademark. Delisting of a mark could be done by the owner of the relevant mark, based on initiative of the minister or third party’s interest. Hongyunhonghe Tobacco (Group) Co. Ltd. (Plaintiff) has filed a lawsuit for the delisting of registered WIN trademark owned by PT Sumatra Tobacco Trading Company (Defendant). The issues raised are how the legal arrangements for the delisting of trademarks by third party’s interested and the suitability of the application of the law in Decision Number 45/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Merek/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pstreviewed based on the applicable trademark rules. Normative juridical research type through a statutory study approach and literature study-based data collection. Qualitative data analysis with prescriptive nature. The provisions of Article 74 paragraph (1) jo. Article 85 of the Trademark Law regulates the delisting of registered trademarks filed third party’s interested in the form of a lawsuit to the Chairman of the Central Jakarta Commercial Court. The application of the law applied in the decision is erroneous and states the Plaintiff is not interested. Law enforcement is one of the factors that affect the effectiveness and utilities of the law for the community. Trademarks that have been obtained should be used as well as possible in accordance with the term of protection, so as not to cause a gap for other parties to conduct the delisting of registered trademarks.

This paper is based on the author's concern over the increasingly rampant events of human dignity decline. More of people are less aware of the nobility of their dignity as Imago Dei. The purpose of this writing is to make each individual aware himself as an individual who is able to respect and fight for their own dignity and the others, while also stopping damaging their own dignity and the dignity of others. The method used is a literature review. The author collects, reads, and understands various relevant sources and compiles them into a scientific paper. The results of this research illustrate that humans have a very noble dignity based on their identity as Imago Dei. Humans are bestowed by God with various privileges, such as mind, consciousness, and free will. Therefore, God entrusts humans as His co-workers in the work of creation, and God even gives them the mandate to maintain and guard other creations. Based on their existence, humans live in a trilogy of relationships, namely relationships with God, others, and the universe. Because humans, by their nature, humans are social beings and are the pinnacle of all of God's creations, everyone must respect their own dignity and that of other humans. Humans should live in an atmosphere of universal brotherhood, tolerance, dialogue and peace with each other and the universe.

Human nature is often the center of attention in various scientific disciplines, including philosophy, religion, psychology, and social sciences, which examine important aspects such as rationality, freedom, morality, and spirituality. The purpose of this research is to find out more about the nature of humans in life, which includes philosophical, moral, social and spiritual backgrounds & about how humans carry out their roles as social creatures, thinking individuals, and entities that have a relationship with nature. Understanding This contributes to the development of insight into the role of humans in creating social, moral and ecological balance in life. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature and case study approach. Data was collected through analysis of various library sources, such as books, articles and scientific journals which discuss theories about human nature, as well as through interviews with thinkers and experts in related fields. This analysis was carried out descriptively and interpretively to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts that emerged. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a theoretical contribution to the development of the study of humans and life, as well as provide a practical basis for individuals in leading a balanced life between rational, moral, social and spiritual aspects.

Land as the wealth of the Indonesian nation must be utilized for the greatest prosperity of the people. To achieve this utilization, land consolidation needs to be carried out as an effort to increase the utility and results of land use and to align individual interests with the social function of land in the context of implementing development. Land is the basic capital for development and supports the running of the economy, there is almost no development activity that does not require land. Land plays a very important role, even determining the success or failure of a development. The nature of this research is descriptive, the results of this research are expected to obtain a factual picture or description of the land consolidation policy towards the re-arrangement of land ownership and use in Tanjung Sena Village, Sibiru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency, where the objects of land consolidation are land, residential buildings, dry land such as oil palms and fields, and village roads. Land consolidation as one of the efforts to increase the utility and results of land use. Land utilization needs to be implemented in the form of land regulation, control, and management. The use and utilization of land is carried out by re-arranging, partnership efforts, transfer and release of land rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the framework of land use management, guidance and control are carried out. Guidance is carried out through the provision of guidelines, guidance, training, and direction, while control is carried out through supervision such as supervision, reporting and regulation. The rapid advancement of technology has made artificial intelligence (AI), particularly generative chatbots, an integral part of everyday life. These chatbots, powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning technologies, are widely used in various fields such as customer service, education, and entertainment. However, the increasing prevalence of such technologies brings forth important philosophical concerns, particularly in the realm of axiology—the branch of philosophy that deals with the nature of values, including the practical and ethical implications of knowledge and technology. This study investigates the practical benefits and ethical responsibilities associated with generative chatbots, using ChatGPT as a case study. The research examines whether ChatGPT adheres to the axiological principles of science, specifically its usefulness in enhancing human life and its ethical responsibilities. Through a qualitative content analysis, this research evaluates the responses of ChatGPT to a series of questions based on the axiological framework outlined by Sumantri. The study focuses on two main aspects of science's axiological evaluation: the practical benefits of science and technology, and the ethical responsibilities tied to their application. The findings indicate that ChatGPT is capable of providing useful insights that contribute to human understanding, improve quality of life, simplify complex tasks, and offer solutions to various problems. However, the ethical considerations of AI technology, such as fairness, transparency, and accountability, remain a crucial area of concern. This research highlights the importance of balancing technological progress with ethical responsibility, emphasizing that AI systems like ChatGPT must be developed and applied in ways that align with human values to ensure their positive impact on society.

The Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) holds a pivotal role in ensuring Islamic financial institutions operate in full compliance with Sharia principles. Its responsibilities include issuing fatwas, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the integrity of financial products and services offered by these institutions. The SSB’s role is critical in maintaining public trust and aligning financial practices with Islamic values. However, significant challenges arise, such as the increasing complexity of financial instruments, rapid technological advancements, and varying interpretations of Sharia principles across jurisdictions. Moreover, public awareness of Islamic finance remains low, and the risk of conflicts of interest in SSB oversight persists. To overcome these challenges, the SSB must strengthen its expertise through continuous education, collaborate with scholars and regulators, and actively engage in public literacy initiatives. Harmonization of Sharia standards at a global level is also essential to navigate the interconnected nature of modern finance. The SSB’s success in addressing these challenges ensures the sustainability of Islamic financial systems while fostering ethical and equitable economic growth.

The concepts of justice and peace in Islam are fundamental elements that underlie the social, political and moral structure in Islamic society. Justice (al-'Adl) in Islam includes not only legal or distributive justice, but also social and spiritual justice which demands a balance between individual rights and collective interests. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of these two concepts in creating a harmonious and civilized society, as well as how Muslims can contribute to creating a better world. This research is descriptive-analytic in nature, namely describing and analyzing in depth how Islam views justice and peace based on available sources. Following are the research steps: Determine the main research theme (justice and peace), collect data sources, read and analyze relevant texts, identify Islamic principles related to justice and peace. These principles of justice are strengthened by the teachings of the Koran and Sunnah which emphasize the importance of equal treatment, eliminating injustice and fulfilling human rights. Peace (as-Salam) in Islam is not only interpreted as the absence of conflict, but as a state of harmony rooted in justice and a sense of social responsibility. This research can provide deeper insight into the concept of justice in Islam. Islam teaches that justice is not only applied in the context of human relationships with God, but also in relationships between humans. This research can examine how these principles of justice can be applied in various contexts of daily life, including government, economics and social relations.

The tradition of planting Tembuni (ari-ari) and preserving babies in Lampung culture is a form of local wisdom that still survives today, with a deep symbolic meaning as a hope for safety and happiness for newborn babies. This research aims to understand the meaning, spiritual values ​​and symbolism in the procession of planting tembuni and baby salvation. Qualitative research methods with an ethnographic approach were used through in-depth interviews with the community, traditional leaders and traditional birth attendants, as well as direct observation and literature review. The results of the research show that this tradition has a spiritual meaning that reflects a harmonious relationship with ancestors and nature, and is believed to have a positive influence on the baby's character as it is hoped that he will be a child who is respectful, not fussy, and has good luck in life. It can be concluded that this tradition not only contains spiritual and moral values, but also functions as social learning that strengthens the cultural identity and togetherness of the ultramodern Lampung community.

The Qur'an, as the guiding book for Muslims, contains profound meanings that have consistently attracted scholarly attention throughout history. To comprehend these meanings, various interpretive methods have been developed and categorized based on their forms: Tafsir bi al-Matsur, Tafsir bi al-Ra’yi, and Tafsir bi al-Isyari. This article explores the characteristics, methods, and contributions of each type of interpretation in understanding the Qur'an. Tafsir bi al-Matsur relies on the traditions of the Prophet, his companions, and successors, providing an authoritative foundation. Tafsir bi al-Ra’yi integrates reason and ijtihad to address contemporary challenges. Meanwhile, Tafsir bi al-Isyari emphasizes esoteric dimensions that are symbolic and spiritual in nature. This study reveals that these three forms of tafsir complement each other in bridging human understanding of the Qur'an and addressing the intellectual and spiritual needs of Muslims in various life contexts.

(2) What are the multicultural value activities at the Queen Al-Falah Ploìsoì Moìjoì Kediri Islamic Boìarding Schoìoìl?This is a qualitative research with a type oìf field research which is descriptive analysis in nature. Data coìllectioìn techniques is using interviews, oìbservatioìn, and doìcumentatioìn. Data analysis proìcess uses a floìw moìdel which includes: data reductioìn, data presentatioìn, and coìnclusioìn drawing.This research proìduced research findings in the foìrm oìf: (1) the applicatioìn oìf multicultural values ​​by boìarding schoìoìl administratoìrs doìes noìt prioìritize culture and language in the boìarding schoìoìl and makes it a place with oìther cultures and languages. ​​(2) Implementatioìn oìf multicultural values ​​in the Queen Al-Falah Ploìsoì Islamic Boìarding Schoìoìl, such as students' freedoìm oìf oìpinioìn, mutual coìoìperatioìn in cleaning the Islamic Boìarding Schoìoìl, proìviding directioìn toì students by roìoìm advisoìrs and discussioìn activities in the Islamic Boìarding Schoìoìl Hall. 

This article aims to provide theoretical and practical insights into conflict management to support leaders and managers in managing conflict effectively in various contexts and provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict management through a literature review of the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Conflict that occurs in an organization can hinder the achievement of desired goals, therefore conflict needs to be managed properly so that its impact can be minimized, organizational conflict can also be interpreted as a conflict that arises when the goal-oriented behavior of one group conflicts with or is threatened by the goals of another group. This study uses a literature study method to analyze various concepts of conflict management that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict, whether in a positive, negative, or neutral sense, is an unavoidable phenomenon. The source of conflict can come from various factors that trigger differences and clashes between individuals, groups, or organizations. Conflict also occurs due to misunderstandings or incompatibilities between individuals or groups in an effort to achieve their goals, this is often referred to as a causal factor. The impact of conflict actually depends on its nature. On the one hand, well-managed conflict can improve the quality of decisions, encourage active involvement in discussions, and strengthen group cohesion. However, on the other hand, conflict can also drain members' energy, disrupt productivity, and cause hostility that hinders collaboration.
