Nape pain or neck pain is generally not a serious condition that needs to be watched out for. This condition can heal in a few days or weeks without special treatment. However, neck pain can also occur due to certain diseases. Bending over, looking down for too long, often gritting your teeth, or reading in bed, using a cell phone for a long time can cause the neck muscles to become tense. Over time, this condition will cause Kornik's neck pain, which is a myofascial condition. Smartphones are a real manifestation of technological progress and are devices that work very complexly with access to the internet, social media and games. Excessive smartphone use can cause musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal disorders associated with smartphone use cause neck muscle fatigue caused by poor posture. Using smartphones for a long time can cause muscle tension. Apart from using smartphones, household activities can also cause neck pain such as ironing and washing. Providing exercise therapy in the form of Free Active Movement can reduce complaints of neck pain.

Cooking oil is an important basic ingredient in the frying process with the main function as a heat conductor, adding savory taste, increasing nutritional value, and heat of foodstuffs. If cooking oil is used many times it becomes less good for consumption, this is because the fatty acids contained will be more saturated and will change color Used cooking oil that has been used is called used cooking oil. Used cooking oil is oil that has been used more than two or three times frying, and is categorized as waste because it can damage the environment and can cause a number of diseases. So the use of used cooking oil is carried out by reprocessing it for the manufacture of solid soap. The participants of this activity were PKK mothers in one of the villages in Gresik, this activity consisted of discussions, demonstrations and direct practice. The results of this service activity show that community members are very enthusiastic about participating in this activity, as can be seen from the many questions they ask and their desire to participate in this activity. The practice and demonstration are intended to provide skills to the participants in determining the right formula in making laundry soap from used cooking oil. This study aims to analyze the double burden (double burden) of women. The development of the times has transformed the thoughts and movements of women so that they do not only function in the domestic sphere but also in the public sphere. Even though this is a form of gender inequality in one sex. This is very interesting to study using socialist feminist theory and the position of women in Islam in terms of gender analysis of the position of women in the household. The purpose of this research is to look further at the views of feminists and Islam in the double burden experienced by women in various regions. Data analysis techniques in this study used the analytical techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely: data codification, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this study is that the dual role of women in various areas carried out by previous research occurs because there is no knowledge and awareness that there is oppression that they experience, so that its continuity is considered normal. Islam views women and men as having an equal position even in matters of household which must be based on equal principles and an agreement between the two parties. The significance of this study is to offer a micro snapshot of the problem of multiple roles at certain loci and can provide a glimpse into the potential for similar research in other areas.

This research will focus on the evaluation of socio-economic development policies in Sape District, Bima Regency, with the aim of understanding the extent to which development efforts have achieved their goals. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method and a Literature Review. The research location includes the Bima Regency Development Planning Agency, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Marine and Fisheries, the Department of Environment, and the Department of Social Affairs of Bima Regency. The research findings indicate that Sape District has significant economic potential in the fisheries and agriculture sectors, but it still faces a considerable level of poverty, especially among coastal households. The economic empowerment of coastal communities needs to be enhanced through skills training programs, financial assistance for business capital, and improved access to business loans. Furthermore, a specific focus on generating employment opportunities, particularly for young people, is essential. Poor infrastructure and limited accessibility pose significant obstacles to economic development. Investments in infrastructure improvement, such as roads and ports, are required to enhance mobility and market access. Sustainable natural resource management is vital for preserving the potential of fisheries and agriculture in the area. Strict law enforcement against illegal fishing practices and educational efforts to promote sustainable fishing practices are necessary. Climate change impacts, including rising sea levels and extreme weather conditions, affect the region. Therefore, strategies for climate change adaptation and mitigation need to be developed. The evaluation of socio-economic development policies indicates that assistance programs have been implemented, but there is a need for improvement in directing policies toward poverty alleviation, economic empowerment, and sustainable natural resource management.

Along with the development of the times, the need for electricity is very necessary. Electrical energy is one of the energy that is needed in using equipment that is related to electrical energy such as household, office and commercial industrial equipment that requires electrical energy. Bawean Island is one of the islands that requires a large amount of electricity due to the growing development of these sectors. With the rapid development of large-scale developments, the need for electricity needs to be increased in order to meet people's demands related to electricity needs. Technical losses are losses that occur for technical reasons where energy is reduced by turning into heat or heat energy. Basically technical losses occur based on energy losses in components caused by errors in the components themselves. Technical losses that occur in distribution transformers are common. In principle, losses always occur because efficiency cannot be 100%. Energy is lost along with distribution from upstream to downstream of distribution transformers. Based on the formulation of the problem taken, the researchers calculated losses at neutral currents, copper losses, total losses, output power and total losses in the form of prices. From the results of the conclusions above, it can be seen that the greater the current in the neutral of the transformer, the more losses that occur in the transformer.

The habit of storing the harvest in the form of nutmeg is something that has become a culture among the people of Morela village, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. This research will examine theoretically the economic variables that influence the storage of dry nutmeg seeds by farming households. To analyze the relationship between variables that cause savings choices, an inter-time model is used. The choice is based on the meaning of the present and future times. If the present time is more meaningful then farmers will sell the nutmeg seeds they have and conversely if the future time is more meaningful it will increase the amount of nutmeg savings. The variables included in this research are relative price variables, current income and future income. This research uses primary data through interviews and questionnaires. The samples taken based on the purposive random sampling method were 75 farmers in Morela village. To analyze the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, cross-section regression was used using the Eviews tool. The results of the research show that the price variables at harvest, the estimated future price of cloves, and future consumption influence the clove savings of farmer households.

Organic waste is an environmental problem, especially in the villages of Pandeyan, Grogol, Sukoharjo, so there is a need to solve this problem through direct community activities. One solution is the socialization activity on organic waste processing through magot cultivation in Pandeyan village. With this socialization, it is hoped that the community will gain further understanding regarding magot cultivation as an effort to process household organic waste to make it more useful. The socialization activity was conducted at the Pandeyan village office on August 30, 2023. To measure the success of socializing organic waste processing through magot cultivation, an evaluation was carried out using a questionnaire method distributed to participants. From the questionnaire results, it was found that 88.9% of the total participants understood magot cultivation. Meanwhile, if you look at the potential of organic waste in each household participating in this socialization, it is possible to process it through magot cultivation. However, there is still a need for assistance and further understanding regarding magot cultivation because there is still a stigma that maggots have a maggot-like shape and are not suitable for cultivation.

The term Childfree has recently become a sensation among millennials today, not long after public figure Gita Safitri Devi and her husband Paul Andre Partohap stated on their social media account that they intended not to have children. Childfree is actually not a new issue, but the term childfree has been around since the end of the 20th century and has spread throughout the world along with the development of liberalism throughout the world. Childfree is a choice in a household relationship, namely a decision for a husband and wife not to have children on purpose. This phenomenon is an interesting issue to discuss from various perspectives, one of which is from a religious perspective. Of course, each religion will have different views in responding to the issue of childfree in accordance with the teachings of their respective religions. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method, library research approach. Research originating from books, journals, videos, and research that has been conducted, is then analyzed in depth. This research concludes that seen from a religious perspective, in this case there are three religions that are the focus of reference for researchers, namely Islam, Christianity and Hinduism, that chidfree is something that is contrary to the principles in their teachings. In responding to the Chidfree problem, there is a solution provided by each religion as long as it is considered humane and does not eliminate the benefits, or brings harm and does not conflict with religious rules and principles.

Waste management in Karang Bawang Village is only transported by garbage officers, garbage transportation is carried out once a week or twice still using the transportation system, then disposed of to the landfill. The problem found in Karang Bawang Village is that there is organic waste that is disposed of carelessly and not managed specifically so that the waste causes environmental problems such as unpleasant odors, damaging the scenery, as a hotbed of disease and others. One way of processing waste is by processing the waste into liquid organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is a solution resulting from the decay of organic materials derived from crop residues, household waste, animal urine, animal and human waste. In this community service activity, a training method for making liquid organic fertilizer was carried out with PKK women in Karang Bawang Village. The results of this community service can increase knowledge for PKK mothers to be able to utilize the remains of household waste to make liquid organic fertilizer which can be used to fertilize plants.
