Recruitment is the main task of the human resources department to find qualified candidates for open positions in a company or organization. The problem that is often faced by companies during recruitment is the difficulty in determining applicants who meet the criteria. A decision support system is defined as a system that helps a manager's work to overcome problems by providing data for selected decisions. The decision support system has a decision support method that is the profile matching method. The results of research that has carried out the profile matching method for recruiting new employees are carried out by comparing the input value with the company's target value so that the difference in GAP can be known. Then weighting is carried out on each aspect of the existing criteria after the GAP value is known. To determine the total value, the core factor and secondary factor are grouped based on the weighting results. With the results of the total value then ranking is carried out to obtain the final result.

Behind the success of successful online teaching and learning, there must be careful preparation in creating or building the system. Some complaints that are around us are that some students have difficulty in online-based mathematics learning. Some of them have difficulty signaling due to cloudy or rainy weather, not having money to buy internet quota, boredom during the teaching, and learning process, and difficulty understanding the material in online learning. Although there are examples that have been explained by the teacher, they still do not understand what their teacher teaches them. The teacher had already made learning materials using instructional video media, but it was still not enough for students to understand the polynomial material taught by the teacher, and according to the teacher the main problem was that the students' ability to memorize formulas was still lacking. The objectives of this research to see validity, effectiveness and practicality of the video development using PowerPoint and Filmora application. This research is development research that applies the Dick & Carey development model. This research focuses on developing learning videos using PowerPoint as a learning media, and Filmora as a learning video editing medium.

Globalization is a process of international integration that occurs due to the exchange of worldviews, products, thoughts, and other aspects of culture. Globalization has become a significant phenomenon in contemporary society and has had a great impact on the economy. One of the main impacts of globalization on the economy of contemporary societies and the acceleration of international trade. In addition, globalization has encouraged a freer flow of investment between countries. But the effects of globalization on the economy also pose challenges that need to be addressed. Increased global competition could threaten the survival of weaker sectors of the local economy. Local companies have to compete with multinationals that have greater resources, more advanced technology, and lower production costs. This can lead to a decline in local employment and difficulty for traditional sectors to survive. In addition, the effects of globalization also create greater economic inequality. Not all segments of contemporary society can access the same opportunities and benefits from globalization. Income inequality, social inequality, and economic inequality may increase, especially between groups connected to the global economy and groups. The impact of globalization on culture has also raised concerns about the loss of local cultural identity. Amid the influence of dominant global cultures, there is a risk that local traditions, languages and values become marginalized or forgotten.

Retirement is an important event that marks the change from adult life to old life.   One of the things that need to be prepared in facing retirement is to reduce the workload as retirement approaches.  The sociological transition theory developed by William Bridges, known as the "Bridges Transition Model," underscores the importance of understanding and managing change as a transitional process involving three main stages: suffix, neutral, and beginning, The theory of social capital proposed by Pierre Bourdieu can provide relevant understanding related to the phenomenon of teacher adaptation in retirement. This theory emphasizes the importance of social networks and relationships in the lives of individuals, and considers social capital as a valuable resource.  The study used a qualitative approach, which showed that teachers who had strong social networks during their careers were more likely to have social support and resources that could help them in post-retirement adaptation.  Teachers who have strong social networks during their careers are better able to cope with the challenges of post-retirement adaptation.  On the other hand, the results also show that teachers who lack social capital or have a more limited social network will have difficulty in post-retirement adaptation.
