Climate change has become a global issue with significant impacts, especially in urban areas, with the Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon being one of its catalysts. This research aims to analyze the effect of the Urban Heat Island phenomenon in Semarang City in 2024, triggered by population growth, urbanization, and land use changes. This research uses spatial analysis methods based on Google Earth Engine (GEE) and Landsat-8 satellite imagery to calculate surface temperature. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method. The population of this study consists of people residing or staying in the city of Semarang, and the samples are the Garnisun Field area representing South Semarang, the Tugu Muda area representing Central Semarang, and the Old Town area representing North Semarang. The research results show that the highest temperature was recorded in the Tugu Muda area, which was 37.3°C, followed by the Garnisun Field at 36.8°C and the Old Town at 36.4°C. The main factors contributing to the intensity of UHI include the conversion of vegetated land into built-up areas, emissions from motor vehicles, and the lack of green open spaces. The recommended mitigation measures are implementing environmentally friendly technologies such as green roofs, green walls, and high-albedo materials, as well as expanding green spaces in residential and commercial areas.

Keterlambatan pendaftaran akta peralihan hak atas tanah pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Batang dapat terjadi karena berbagai alasan. Faktor-faktor ini meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, prosedur administratif yang berbelit, hingga kesalahan dalam pengisian formulir atau persyaratan dokumen. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat meliputi: (1) Mengapa Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) dan Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Batang mengalami keterlambatan dalam Pendaftaran akta peralihan hak? (2) Bagaimana Tanggung Jawab dan Akibat Hukum keterlambatan akta peralihan hak yang didaftarkan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Batang?, serta (3) Bagaimana implikasi hukum dan konsekuensi keterlambatan pendaftaran akta peralihan hak di Kabupaten Batang bagi pihak-pihak yang terlibat? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui studi kepustakaan dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PPAT dan Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Batang bertanggung jawab secara hukum atas keterlambatan pendaftaran akta, yang dapat menimbulkan sanksi administratif hingga pidana. Faktor utama penyebab keterlambatan adalah ketidak sesuaian administrasi, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia di Kantor Pertanahan, serta rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan hukum di kalangan PPAT. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan kapasitas PPAT melalui pelatihan, optimalisasi sistem pendaftaran elektronik, dan peningkatan koordinasi antara PPAT dan Kantor Pertanahan. Keterlambatan ini berdampak signifikan terhadap para pihak, termasuk kerugian finansial dan ketidakpastian hukum atas kepemilikan hak. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kepatuhan dan efisiensi proses pendaftaran akta sangat diperlukan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif yang timbul.

This research discusses the impact of Internet of Things (IoT) technology on smart mobility in the context of Smart City development. The research also highlights the importance of community involvement in IoT deployment to ensure the successful development of smart mobility. The background of this research focuses on the increasingly complex challenges of mobility in big cities. The research objective is to explore how IoT can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of urban transportation systems. The method used is a narrative review of relevant literature, which includes various case studies and IoT implementations in various cities. The results show that the application of IoT in transportation systems can reduce congestion, improve safety, and facilitate interaction between the government and the public. The conclusion of this study confirms that IoT technology is key to achieving sustainable smart mobility in Smart City development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 068877 Medan Perjuangan. Fokus penelitian meliputi metode pembelajaran, media yang digunakan, dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan penelitian dokumen. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan pembelajaran kreatif melalui penggunaan alat bantu visual, strategi berbasis proyek, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif dan media berbasis video berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Namun penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa tantangan, antara lain: B. Terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber daya teknologi dan perlunya pelatihan guru untuk menunjang kreativitas pembelajaran. MNCs play a significant role in the global economy, especially in developing countries, which require foreign investment. The existence of MNCs contributes to the formation and amendment of international treaties, even though these companies are not directly recognized as subjects of international law. The sources of international law evolve over time, including international treaties, international custom, court decisions, as well as scholarly teachings. While MNCs do not have the capacity to litigate in the International Court of Justice, they can play a role in international arbitration and influence the legal policies of the countries in which they operate. The influence of MNCs on the economies of developing countries often leads to the inability of those countries to enforce national laws, due to fears of loss of investment. Therefore, while there is debate over the status of MNCs in international law, they still have a major impact in shaping and influencing the rules of international law through economic cooperation and international treaties.

This article aims to provide theoretical and practical insights into conflict management to support leaders and managers in managing conflict effectively in various contexts and provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict management through a literature review of the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Conflict that occurs in an organization can hinder the achievement of desired goals, therefore conflict needs to be managed properly so that its impact can be minimized, organizational conflict can also be interpreted as a conflict that arises when the goal-oriented behavior of one group conflicts with or is threatened by the goals of another group. This study uses a literature study method to analyze various concepts of conflict management that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict, whether in a positive, negative, or neutral sense, is an unavoidable phenomenon. The source of conflict can come from various factors that trigger differences and clashes between individuals, groups, or organizations. Conflict also occurs due to misunderstandings or incompatibilities between individuals or groups in an effort to achieve their goals, this is often referred to as a causal factor. The impact of conflict actually depends on its nature. On the one hand, well-managed conflict can improve the quality of decisions, encourage active involvement in discussions, and strengthen group cohesion. However, on the other hand, conflict can also drain members' energy, disrupt productivity, and cause hostility that hinders collaboration. Mobile operating systems are software designed to manage the fundamental functions of devices. The most dominant mobile operating systems in today's market are Android and iOS, each capturing their respective user segments with distinct approaches. iOS is a mobile operating system developed by Apple, tailored for its smartphones, while Android is designed by the Open Handset Alliance (led primarily by Google) and developed for Android smartphones and tablets. This study employs a comparative method to analyze the performance and memory management of Android 11 and iOS 14. The findings reveal that iOS 14 is more efficient, with an average memory allocation time of 90 ms, compared to Android 11’s 120 ms. Android 11 offers greater flexibility in handling heavy applications but at the cost of higher memory consumption. Conversely, iOS 14 demonstrates superior efficiency and stability in memory usage, particularly for lightweight and medium applications.

Regional expansion is part of decentralization that aims to improve public welfare through more effective governance. This study analyzes the impact of the expansion of Serasan Timur District, Natuna, on public services, the economy, and infrastructure development. Using a literature study method, this study found that expansion increases the accessibility of administrative services, encourages economic growth through the development of the fisheries, MSMEs, and tourism sectors, and improves infrastructure such as roads, internet networks, education facilities, and health. Although showing positive results, challenges such as human resource management and development sustainability still require attention. This study concludes that expansion is effective in supporting the goals of regional autonomy and recommends strengthening government capacity, economic infrastructure, MSME empowerment, education quality, and health services.    

Regional expansion is a local political action by expanding or reducing subdivisions of regional areas, whether new provinces, districts/cities, to improve public services and community welfare. The object used as focus in this research is Southwest Papua Province. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the impact of post-regional expansion in Southwest Papua Province. The method used in this research is a qualitative research technique with a literature study approach. The research results show that regional expansion in Southwest Papua Province has implications for community welfare, employment, human development and the economy.    

There are two reasons that can drive companies to participate in CSR. Certain companies believe that performing customer service (CSR) will allow the company to achieve better economic outcomes (Resource Based Theory), while other companies believe that doing so will give them a competitive advantage that sets them apart from their competitors. Stakeholders’ expectations, so CSR and their reports serve as legitimization to demonstrate their compliance with those expectations (Legitimacy Theory). Using legitimacy theory, this study aims to find empirical evidence on how international experience, consumer perspective, and the acquisition of environmental certifications impact the extent of CSR disclosure. A sample of 168 company-years was obtained using the target population of publicly listed manufacturing companies on the IDX that made CSR reports in 2011 and 2012.  

Technology, especially gadgets, has evolved rapidly and become an integral part of our everyday life. The widespread use of gadgets, especially among children, brings significant positive and negative impacts. This research aims to socialize the impact of gadget use on children in the Timbang Lawan Village, Langkat Regency. Methods The research method used was descriptive observational, which involved data collection, classification, analysis, and report generation. Results socialization showed that excessive use of gadgets can result in negative impacts such as addiction, decreased social skills,as well as interference in learning. Digital technology has had a big impact on the world of education today. Some of the positive and negative impacts of digital technology on education are: 1) Making it easier to find information. Digital technology allows students and teachers to access information and educational resources more easily and quickly. 2) Increase creativity. Negative impacts: 1) Digital divide, The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the digital divide that exists in access to technology among students. Many students do not have access to the devices and internet necessary for distance learning. 2) Lack of focus. The amount of interesting information through digital technology makes students less focused on learning. 3) Education without character. Students prefer to explore cyberspace with various interesting information presented, so they pay less attention to the character and values ​​taught at school. 4) Spread of pornography: Technological advances also have negative impacts such as the spread of pornography among students which will damage the morals of the current generation of teenagers.

This research discusses the impact of post-regional expansion on community welfare, with a case study in North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. Regional expansion aims to improve public services and community welfare through decentralization. This research method uses a qualitative approach with library research analysis. The research results show that expansion has succeeded in reducing unemployment rates, increasing access and quality of public services, as well as improving education and health facilities. However, there are challenges such as decreasing agricultural productivity and low community participation. Overall, regional expansion can be an effective tool for improving community welfare, provided there are appropriate policies and active participation from all elements of society.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program manasik haji di TK Swasta Al-Muttaqien menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk menilai relevansi, sumber daya, proses, dan dampak program terhadap anak usia dini. Program ini dirancang untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai agama Islam melalui simulasi ibadah haji yang edukatif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan spiritual dan karakter Islami anak, seperti kesabaran, kerja sama, dan kepatuhan. Namun, terdapat kendala berupa kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua dan keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung. Implikasi penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan partisipasi orang tua, dukungan yayasan, pengembangan fasilitas, dan inovasi metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keberlanjutan program manasik haji sebagai sarana pendidikan agama yang efektif bagi anak usia dini.

In an era of increasingly intense business competition, the quality of human resources (HR) plays an important role in determining the success of the company. This research explores the impact of HR training and development on improving employee productivity as a strategic step to create a competitive advantage. Training is designed to strengthen employees' technical capabilities, while development aims to increase their intellectual and emotional capacity to face future challenges. The research findings show that well-designed training and development programs not only improve skills, but also increase employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty. This in turn has a positive impact on work productivity and company competitiveness. This research uses a literature study approach by reviewing various literatures to understand the relationship between training, development and productivity. The results are expected to be a reference for companies in designing sustainable HR management strategies.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kompensasi terhadap kinerja akademik di SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif, di mana peneliti terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian memberikan 3 temuan yaitu : 1) meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas kerja, 2) kualitas pengajaran yang lebih baik, 3) stabilitas dan loyalitas tenaga pendidik Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang kebijakan kompensasi yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik. Untuk itu, kinerja akademik peserta didik dapat meningkat, menciptakan generasi yang kompeten dan berdaya saing global.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan mengidentifikasi dampak dari Live Streaming dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Maybelline pada E-commerce Shopee di Kota Palembang. Yang dimana variabel independen atau variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Live Streaming (X1) dan Diskon (X2), serta variabel dependen atau variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada para konsumen di Kota Palembang yang pernah berbelanja kosmetik Maybelline melewati E-commerce Shopee. Yang dimana pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan menerapkan pengujian Hipotesis melalui Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa Live Streaming (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) kosmetik Maybelline pada E-commerce Shopee di Kota Palembang, sedangkan Diskon (X2) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) kosmetik Maybelline pada E-commerce Shopee di Kota Palembang.

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi program Pentas Seni di Hairos TK Siloam Medan untuk mengukur efektivitasnya dalam mengembangkan kreativitas, keterampilan sosial, dan kepercayaan diri anak-anak usia dini. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kualitas program pentas seni yang dihadapkan pada kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan kurangnya pelatihan guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program, menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi, dan merekomendasikan solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas program. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Pentas Seni telah berhasil mencapai tujuannya, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu perbaikan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini memiliki dampak positif pada perkembangan anak-anak, terutama dalam hal peningkatan keterampilan seni, kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan sosial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan koordinasi antara guru dan orang tua serta peningkatan kualitas fasilitas dan sumber daya untuk mendukung program Pentas Seni di masa depan.

The chicken cartel in Indonesia that was exposed in 2016 has become a major issue affecting market structure and corporate competition. This strategy involves 12 large companies collaborating to control the availability and price of chicken by limiting chicken production (parent stock). Using a descriptive approach and normative legal research methods, this study examines how the cartel affects market structure, corporate competitiveness, and consumer welfare. This study reveals that the chicken cartel encourages oligopolistic conditions that are detrimental to small producers, consumers, and the economy as a whole. Large companies dominate the market, causing consumers to pay unfair prices, while small farmers lose their competitiveness.    

This research aims to analyze the impact of changes to the provisions on the responsibilities of directors and shareholders as well as guarantees of legal protection for creditors and third parties in the context of the Job Creation Law. The research method used is normative legal analysis, relying on a study of statutory regulations, relevant legal theories, and selected scientific literature. This normative approach is carried out through in-depth study and interpretation of applicable legal provisions, especially changes regulated in the Job Creation Law. The analysis focuses on how these changes affect the legal responsibilities of directors and shareholders, as well as their impact on the rights of creditors and third parties. Legal theory is used to build a strong conceptual and analytical framework in understanding the legal phenomena that arise from the implementation of this new regulation. It is hoped that the research results will provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal implications of these policy changes, as well as offer recommendations to increase legal certainty for all relevant parties. Thus, it is hoped that this research can be a significant contribution to the development of corporate law studies and legal protection in Indonesia.
