However, many pregnant women remain unaware of the MCH book (KIA book) due to a lack of interest in reading about it. This study aimed to explore the relationship between pregnant women's reading interests and their knowledge with the MCH book at PMB Ni Ketut Sunarthi, SST. Method: Utilizing a cross-sectional and correlational analytical approach, the study involved a sample of 40 participants selected through complete sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman rank test. Results: Results showed that 57.5% of respondents (23 individuals) expressed a strong interest in reading the MCH book and were mostly knowledgeable about it (50%). Among those with moderate interest (8 individuals), 80% had adequate knowledge, while 71.4% of the 5 individuals with low interest had insufficient knowledge. Conclusion: The study revealed a significant correlation, with a p-value of 0.001, indicating that pregnant women's reading interest is linked to their knowledge of KIA literature at PMB Ni Ketut Sunarthi, SST in 2024. As a multicultural country, Indonesia grows and develops with various cultural structures, ethnicities, religions and races. The diversity that occurs for a long time makes it possible for marriages with different religions to occur. Interfaith marriage in the Catholic Church is not allowed, but there is a dispensation so there are people who do it. As happened at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Simo Church, Boyolali, from the data for 2018-2023, there were 41 marriages and 9 of them were married to different religions (Cult Disparity). This phenomenon occurs due to several things including a lack of appreciation of faith, not enough socializing in the Church, pregnancy outside of marriage, a high sense of tolerance, many public schools in the village, places of worship that are close enough to allow the existence of many followers of other religions. The purpose of this research is to find out the nature of marriage of interfaith marriage couples, the application of children's faith education and the development of parents' faith from interfaith marriages. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with interviews with informants. The results showed that the impact of interfaith marriage on the faith education of children under five is positive because since infancy they have been baptized in accordance with the nature of Catholic marriage. Based on the results of the study, each partner respects and supports the other's beliefs in the midst of differences. In educating children's faith in the golden age period, they can be baptized.

Public transportation is a primary necessity for supporting daily activities in Denpasar City. One mode of transport that plays a strategic role is the Trans Sarbagita Bus. As a mass transportation service, this bus system is expected to provide effective, efficient, and affordable mobility. This study aims to analyze: (1) public perception of the effectiveness of the Trans Sarbagita Bus service; (2) the simultaneous effect of accessibility, punctuality, and ticket price on service effectiveness; (3) the partial effect of each of these variables; and (4) the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of the Trans Sarbagita Bus system. A quantitative method with an associative approach was employed. Data were collected from 105 active respondents through observation, interviews, and a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, and analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS. The findings show that: (1) public perception is generally positive, especially in terms of comfort and safety, although accessibility and punctuality remain suboptimal; (2) accessibility, punctuality, and ticket price simultaneously have a significant effect on service effectiveness; (3) each of these variables also has a positive and significant partial effect; and (4) strengths lie in low fares and safety, while key weaknesses include limited access and delays. Opportunities stem from policy support and rising public awareness, whereas threats include the dominance of private vehicles and low intermodal integration. It is recommended that the government enhance public transport campaigns through media and community partnerships, as well as expand bus stop access and intermodal connectivity to improve service effectiveness.

Cases of child sexual abuse in Indonesia continue to show an alarming trend and have serious physical, psychological and social impacts on victims. This research aims to analyze the legal and social implications of these criminal acts and formulate responsive and adaptive legal protection strategies. The research method uses a normative-juridical approach through a literature study, supported by secondary data from scientific journals, laws and regulations, and official reports. The results of the study show that although child protection regulations have been regulated in Law Number 35 of 2014 and Law Number 12 of 2022, their implementation still faces obstacles, such as weak law enforcement, lack of assistance services, and low public legal awareness. Protection strategies based on the victim's perspective, community legal education, and utilization of digital technology are proposed as solutions. This research recommends inter-agency synergy and the strengthening of a legal system that is adaptive to social and digital developments

The phenomenon of “nongki,” a colloquial term for hanging out, has become an integral part of today’s youth lifestyle. This activity is not only about passing the time but also functions as a medium for social interaction, idea exchange, and even content creation for social media. Among various hangout spots, coffee shops have emerged as the most favored places for young people. Coffee shops are chosen not only for their beverage and snack offerings but also for their cozy, aesthetic ambiance and supportive facilities such as Wi-Fi and power outlets. These advantages make coffee shops an ideal place for social gatherings, studying, and even working. This study aims to describe young people's preferences for coffee shops as hangout spots and analyze the factors that make them superior to other options like food stalls, city parks, or food courts. Observational findings reveal that beyond menus and location, interior design, customer service, and digital accessibility are key determinants in selecting coffee shops.

The low interest and engagement of lower-grade primary school students in literature serve as an important introduction to this study. The aim of this Community Service Program (PKM) was to enhance children’s literary abilities through the use of three innovative media: word cards, short story videos, and descriptive texts. The study employed an experimental method with a pretest–posttest control group design and a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach based on Kemmis & McTaggart (1988), carried out among grades I–III students at SD Katolik Roworeke 2, Ende (approximately 25–30 students per class). Results showed a statistically significant improvement in the experimental group compared to the control group, especially in literary element comprehension and literary appreciation. Word cards enriched vocabulary, story videos increased visual appeal and understanding, while descriptive texts trained literacy and imagination skills. The interactive and contextual learning process proved effective in fostering reading interest, teacher creativity, and students’ literacy enthusiasm. In conclusion, this method is recommended for adoption by Indonesian Language and Literature teachers in lower grades. Future research should expand sample size, include diverse literary works, and explore supporting factors influencing method effectiveness.

This study examines the transfer of custody (hadhanah) rights of a non-mumayyiz child to the father, as decided in Judicial Decision No. 1882/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Mdn by the Medan Religious Court. According to Article 105 letter (a) of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), the custody of a child under the age of 12 (non-mumayyiz) is generally granted to the mother. However, in this case, the court ruled otherwise. The focus of this research is to analyze the legal reasoning and judicial considerations behind this deviation from normative provisions. This is a normative legalresearch employing a juridical and conceptual approach. Primary data include statutory provisions and the official court ruling, while secondary data are derived from classical Islamic jurisprudence, modern legal commentaries, and related literature. The analysis uses descriptive-analytical methods to examine the legal basis, fiqh arguments, and the principle of maslahah al-mahdhun (best interests of the child). The findings indicate that the court transferred custody to the father on the grounds that the mother had remarried and was experiencing psychological instability, which could endanger the child’s well-being. The decision was based on Article 156 letter (c) of the KHI, which allows custody to be transferred if the mother fails to guarantee the child’s physical and mental safety. The judge also considered the father's financial capability, emotional stability, and supportive environment as decisive factors in ensuring the child's best interests. This research concludes that child custody in Islamic law is flexible and adaptive, prioritizing the child’s welfare over formal legal entitlements. It also highlights the role of religious court jurisprudence in aligning Islamic legal norms with contemporary social realities.
