The type of fat that is best known by parents or the public that can cause disease is cholesterol. According to Yogendra Kumar, 2021, normal total cholesterol levels in the blood are in the range of 140-200 mg/dl, while high total cholesterol levels are between 200-400 mg/dl. Men aged 40 years and over with high serum cholesterol levels, namely cholesterol > 200 mg/dL and LDL cholesterol > 130 mg/dL, have a high risk of stroke and coronary heart disease (CHD). Based on WHO data for 2015, Yusvita and Shinta (2018) reported that globally there were 17.7 million deaths due to heart and blood vessel disease. Data collection was carried out based on the results of blood cholesterol examination in every man aged 40 to 70 years. This research approach is descriptive. The samples taken amounted to 30 people according to the criteria and are willing to be respondents. This research method uses total sampling. From the results of the study it was found that high total cholesterol levels were > 200 mg/dl at ages 40-55 years with 6 respondents out of 12, while those aged 56-70 years only amounted to 4 respondents out of 8. This shows that the percentage of ages 40-55 and 56-70 is not much different or the same. Total blood cholesterol levels in men aged 40 years to 70 years have normal values or > 200 mg/dl with a percentage of 60% and 40% having high value or > 200 mg/dl from 30 respondents or outpatients who were sampled . High total blood cholesterol levels or > 200 mg/dl have a risk of stroke and coronary heart disease, while normal total blood cholesterol levels or < 200 mg/dl have a low risk. This basic research is expected to be a reference for further or other research and can be useful for readers, especially men aged 40 to 70 years.

Related to waste management efforts in Indonesia, efforts have been made to process one of them by processing plastic waste into paving blocks. From the research results, the maximum compressive strength value was obtained in a mixture of 30% Polypropylene plastic: 70% fine aggregate with a compressive strength value of 16.11 MPa, this value can be included in quality class C which can be used for pedestrians. There is quite a lot of this plastic waste in the coastal environment of Situbondo, Gelung Village. The organ of the company in carrying out its management functions is the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is one of the company's organs. In the company, directors have obligations that must be carried out. The negligence committed by the board of directors has the right to be held accountable and can be subject to sanctions. These actions can be detrimental to the company, and can lead to legal consequences of the actions that have been committed. It is better for the directors to ask for approval in advance in the company's GMS, but this is not done by the directors and only takes their own policies aimed at taking their own benefits which can clearly be detrimental to the company, because these assets belong to the company. A rule of law is a country that upholds the rule of law as the main foundation in the administration of the state and government. In essence, a rule of law state also adheres to the meaning that every decision and action of the government must be based on law and mere will. It is undeniable that in this Digital Age, Indonesia's challenges as a rule of law and its implementation are increasingly challenging. There are still many human rights violations, corruption and injustice in the justice system. To overcome these challenges, Indonesia has carried out many legal reforms. The type of research method used, using the method of literature study or literature review, by examining literature data that matches the theory within the scope of Constitutional Law. During the Covid-19 pandemic, facial dermatitis namely acne due to masks (maskne), is well-recognized.. This disorder arises due to long-term use of masks, and leads to acne eruption. Maskne often occurs in society and the medical community, especially in the young age group. Wearing a mask can cause humidity and high skin temperature, which allows the growth of acne-causing bacteria, increased sweating, and continuous friction of the skin with the mask, which triggers the appearance of a maskne. Therefore, a good understanding of maskne, especially among adolescents, needs to be addressed and improved if necessary. The results of observations on Class X (Social Class) Kalam Kudus II Senior High School Jakarta showed that the understanding of maskne was not comprehensive. After the students received counseling about maskne, an increase in knowledge about maskne was obtained. This shows that knowledge about maskne as a type of disorder that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic needs to be disseminated so that correct information can be obtained by the public.
