This study discusses the benefits of the Arabic oral program for Arabic Language Education students at the Indonesian University of Education. This study aims to provide an overview and add insight to the reader towards one of the effective Arabic language learning methods. In addition, this study aims to examine the benefits of the Arabic language learning program based on the community learning method factually from the point of view of the participants of the Lisan Arab program. In this research, the causal-comparative method with a qualitative-descriptive approach was used, and the data collection technique used a purposive sampling method through a questionnaire filled with 36 respondents of Arabic Language Education students at the Indonesian University of Education. The results showed that the Arabic Oral program is beneficial and influential for Arabic Language Education students who need a basic knowledge of Arabic. This benefit is due to developing Arabic language skills in the Oral Arabic program.

This research aims to analyze the strategy for developing laying chicken businesses in Batang Regency. This is because the current obstacles faced by chicken farming entrepreneurs will have an impact on business continuity, so a strategy design that is right on target is needed. Therefore, further analysis is needed on the business processes carried out in order to be able to compete with competitors competitively. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was taken through direct observation, interviews and taking documents from chicken breeders in Batang Regency. The method used in this research is a purposive sample, namely taking samples with a specific purpose. This research uses primary data. The validity of the data in this research uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis and interpretation approach. The results of the analysis prove that chicken breeders are in quadrant 1 position or support aggressive strategies to be able to develop and survive amidst increasingly competitive competition.

This research aims to determine the effect of skipping training on the shooting ability of SMP N 1 Bumi Raya students in playing futsal. The research method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method using a one group pretest – posttest design. Quasi-experimental research is research with a quantitative approach in this research using the independent variable, namely skipping, and vice versa, the dependent variable is shooting ability. The population in the study was 10 students of SMP N 1 Bumi Raya. The sample uses a simple purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the skipping method as treatment. Time and place on the futsal field with 14 meetings. The research instrument used in this research is quantitative research which is measured by shooting ability and skipping training. The data analysis that I will use uses T-test analysis with (Paired T test) using SPSS 23. The conclusion is that there is an influence of skipping training on the shooting ability of SMP N 1 Bumi Raya students in playing futsal.

At pre-school age, parents generally pay significant attention to their development, especially in aspects of children's development. This happens because pre-school age is a golden age which is often called the golden age. Cognitive development cannot take place optimally without stimulus or incentives given to pre-school children. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of health education on parents' cognitive abilities in stimulating the growth and development of preschool children at Paud At-Taufiq Manado. This research method uses a design with a One Group Pre Test - Post Test Design approach. The population in the study was 32 respondents using the Total Sampling technique, the research used questionnaire sheets and Sap. The results of the research using the paired T-test obtained a P value (0.000) or < α (0.05), which means that there is an influence of health education on parents' cognitive abilities in stimulating the growth and development of preschool children at At-Taufiq Manado Paud. The conclusion in this research is that there is a cognitive influence of parents in stimulating the growth and development of pre-school children. At At-Taufik Paud Manado. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide knowledge to parents.

Mental disorders are disorders in the mind, behavior, and mood of feelings characterized in the form of a set of symptoms or changes. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where clients experience sensory changes in perception, feeling sensations in the form of hearing, sight, taste, touch, or smell. This research uses the research method "Pre-Experiment Design  with One Group Pre-Post Test Design approach. The sample was taken based on the number of respondents as many as 16 people using purposive sampling. Data collection is carried out by means of interviews and filling out questionnaires. Furthermore, the data collected was processed by researchers using the help of the SPSS Version 16.0 computer program to be analyzed using the Paired T Test with a significance level (α) of 0.05 The results showed that there were respondents with  the ability to control hallucinations before or after being given occupational therapy showed changes for the better. Judging from  the average ability to control pre-test hallucinations which is 1.13 or in the incapable category and the average ability to control hallucinations post test is  1.81 or is in the capable category and there is a difference of 668 which shows that there is a difference in the ability to control pre and post hallucinations   where the ability to control hallucinations occurs. The conclusion in this study is the effect of occupational therapy on the ability to control hallucinations in mental patients at the mental hospital Prof. Dr. V.L. Ratumbuysang Minahasa. Suggestions for the results of this study to be a reference for readers.

Maqashid sharia is the goal and secret that has been established by Allah SWT as the creator of legal rules that humans must obey as creatures who have been created with the aim of being caliphs on this earth. Good Corporate Governance is a system of good corporate governance in managing the company's resources efficiently, effectively, economically and productively using the principles of openness, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness in an effort to achieve the goals of establishing the company. The aim of this research is to determine the integration strategy for maqashid sharia in good corporate governance policies in maintaining sharia banking operations. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type of research. The results of the research are the application of maqashid sharia values ​​in products and operational activities in sharia banking, namely protecting religion, protecting the soul, protecting the mind of both the customer and the bank, protecting property and protecting offspring. In order to increase sharia maqashid values ​​in accordance with the principles that must be implemented by sharia banking, good corporate governance policies must carry out two stages, namely: The need to make the rules and recognition mechanism (endorsement) from the fatwa authority more effective and the supervisory system that supervises it more effective. Bank financial transactions are in accordance with the fatwa issued by the banking fatwa authority.

A headmaster in the organization is needed to bring the organization to its intended purpose. Improved performance of teachers is crucial regarding the success of the institution of school / madrasah, because of changes in the field of teacher education will be achieved. In this study, researchers sought to present the existence of a central figure, namely: the principal, who is considered to have contributed to the improvement of the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Al Mujahidin. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data was collected through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. While data analysis techniques, researchers used data reduction, data presentation and verification. To check the validity of the data is done with credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability, using a variety of sources, theories and methods in order to obtain objective data. The informants are: headmaster, waka curriculum, and 3 educators. The results showed that: (1) The role of headmaster in improving the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Al Mujahidin Ciptodadi are: a) the head of the madrasah as a supervisor, b) As an evaluator, c) As an educator. (2) Strategy headmaster in improving the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Al Mujahidin Ciptodadi Overlapping are: a) Generating the spirit of the performance of teachers by growing sense of belonging to the institution, b) Cooperation with other agencies to include workshops and training, c) Increase that task teachers, d) Form of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is, e) to communicate persuasively and provide welfare beyond basic salary, g) strategy gave the order in accordance with the duties and strategies reprimand, h) strategy receive suggestions and strategies for creating a disciplined group. (3) Impact headmaster strategy in improving the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Al Mujahidin Ciptodadi Overlapping are: a) Always make lesson planning, b) Using a variety of learning methods, c) Creating a classroom climate conducive, d) uses the medium of learning.

This research aims to find out how non-test learning activities and evaluation are implemented at SMAN 1 Nguntoronadi. This research uses a qualitative approach and uses descriptive methods. The technique used is an interview with a PAI teacher with the initials R. The interview is carried out by preparing questions according to the desired answers and then conveying them to the resource person. The results of this research show that PAI teachers have carried out non-test learning activities, especially in fiqh subjects. The form of non-test activity carried out is making presentations and practicing on fiqh chapters. Evaluation is carried out through an assessment rubric that has been created as well as a special task carried out by PAI teachers, namely consciously keeping a journal about students' daily behavior in school. Then, if someone does not meet the assessment, they will be given an assignment. The obstacles experienced are related to the duration of preparation for non-test learning activities and the condition of the students.

In the manufacturing industry, competition between companies is an inevitable phenomenon along with the spread of businesses in this field. To maintain competitiveness, making the right management policies, including in the calculation of production costs, is crucial. The determination of production costs must be done carefully in order to provide a balanced profit. This study aims to analyze the company's method of calculating production costs with a variable costing approach. The research design is descriptive with the use of quantitative data through secondary data sources. The results showed that the variable costing approach resulted in a fairly low amount of production costs, namely Rp. 6,165,220,371, compared to the company's original calculation of Rp. 6,271,616,917. Thus, calculating the production budget using the variable costing method can be an effective strategy to face competition in the manufacturing industry.

This article discusses best practices in guiding students to write and publish works through the school literacy movement at SD Negeri 02 Tanjungsari. The purpose of this paper is to provide insight into effective approaches and strategies in developing students' writing skills as well as encouraging them to publish work. This paper describes some best practices that can be applied in the context of the school literacy movement. First, it is important for schools to create an environment that supports and encourages students to write. This can be done through the establishment of reading corners in the classroom, literacy groups, creative spaces, and support from school residents. Giving special time to writing, providing relevant resources, providing appropriate guidance and guidance to students in the writing process are also important factors in increasing students' interest and motivation in writing. Teachers can use an inclusive and differentiated approach to ensure that every student gets support that suits their needs. The provision of constructive feedback and the opportunity to revise writing are also important aspects of guiding students in writing. The importance of publishing students' works as an effort to motivate them and provide a sense of achievement. Guiding students to write and publish work through the school literacy movement requires a holistic and structured approach. By creating a supportive environment, providing appropriate guidance, schools can motivate and help students develop writing skills as well as appreciate the value of their works.

This article examines drama texts that focus on pragmatic aspects, namely illocutionary speech acts. The texts studied are drama texts listed in the Indonesian Language Book Class VIII Curriculum 2013. The background of this article is based on the diversity of the application of illocutionary speech acts in the drama text. The purpose of this article is to analyze illocutionary speech acts in drama texts. The method used in this research uses a methodological approach, namely descriptive qualitative, and a theoretical approach, namely pragmatics. The data of this article consists of a group of sentences that form a paragraph taken from the drama text in the Indonesian Language Book Class VIII Curriculum 2013 and studied commensurate with the classification of illocutionary speech acts. The data source comes from the drama text in the Indonesian Language Book Class VIII Curriculum 2013. The techniques used are note-taking techniques and listening techniques or reading data which are data collection techniques. The data analysis technique in the research uses agih and padan techniques. Data presentation techniques with informal techniques. From the existing data, the conclusion is that there are several forms of speech acts in the drama text, namely: representative/assertive, expressive, commissive, directive, and declarative illocutionary speech acts contained in the drama text. This article has benefits for students because it can provide knowledge about the classification of illocutionary speech acts.

This research is a pragmatic study that focuses on performative speech acts in the Narrative Text in the Book "Narrative Text and Literacy of Fiction-Nonfiction Books (Cas from Stories and Books) Module 5 Indonesian Language Package B Equivalent Junior High School Class IX". Performative speech is an action that has been completed by the speaker and that by expressing it means that the action is completed at that moment. In performative speech there are actions that lead to commissive, representative, conative and directive actions. The purpose of this study is to describe the performative speech acts in the Narrative Text in the Book "Narrative Text and Literacy of Fiction-Nonfiction Books (Cas from Stories and Books) Module 5 Indonesian Language Package B Equivalent Junior High School Class IX" so that it is expected to add references to pragmatics research, especially in speech act research. This research method is descriptive qualitative research, which is a research method that aims to make a systematic description. The research approach used a theoretical approach. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative, which is researching on natural object conditions where the researcher is the key instrument. Data collection techniques through listening, reading and recording techniques. The results of the discussion found 10 data in the form of performative speech acts in the book "Narrative Text and Literacy of Fiction-Nonfiction Books (Cas from Stories and Books) Module 5 Indonesian Language Package B Equivalent Junior High School Class IX". The benefit of this research is that it can be used as a development and development of Indonesian language, can be used as a reference for students to students through data examples obtained in this article and can be used as a treasure of pragmatics literature that is already available.

Language is a communication tool used to express an idea or emotion. In linguistics, language is comprehensively explored with the aim of developing understanding and is also used for research. In analyzing the meaning of language, a pragmatic understanding is required. Pragmatics is a linguistic field that examines the interplay between the function and form of speech acts. This research primarily focuses on the analysis of expressive and directive speech acts. Expressive speech acts involve utterances that convey the feelings or thoughts experienced by the speaker. On the other hand, directive speech acts involve utterances intended to encourage or trigger action from the listener. This research aims to obtain, examine, and discuss a variety of speech acts found in educational science-themed videos on the YouTube channel "Kok Bisa?". This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a theoretical approach, namely a pragmatic approach. The data used consists of a number of utterances in the videos. The data collection technique used is observation and note-taking. Data analysis is carried out using distributional and correlational techniques. Data presentation is done formally and informally. The potential value of this study lies in its capacity to offer insights to the author and researchers concerning expressive and directive speech acts found in utterances. The practical benefits of this research will be obtained by those in the field of science, educators, learners, and language researchers as a basis, reference, and teaching material concerning expressive and directive speech acts found within utterances. In the science videos on the "Kok Bisa?" YouTube channel, 26 expressive speech acts and 36 directive speech acts were identified from nine selected videos. This analysis reveals that directive speech acts in the form of questioning dominate these videos, enabling two-way interaction through viewer comments.

HIRARC is a document that contains hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control in order to reduce the occurrence of occupational safety and health disturbances. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research aims to explain the value of the risks contained in each work area by describing the work safety analysis process by determining the level of likelihood and severity of each risk. Based on interviews and observations conducted by researchers in the Boiler section of PLTU Nii Tanasa Kendari, there are several potential dangers ranging from physical, mechanical, chemical, electrical, to ergonomic dangers. The results of the analysis of potential hazards show a low risk of 9 types of danger, a moderate risk of 7 types of danger, a high risk of 8 types of danger.The controls used are technical engineering such as providing fire extinguishers and first aid kits, installing handrails and guardrails to anticipate falls from heights, and providing insulation and dampening for equipment that is at high risk of causing work accidents. Administrative controls such as providing work instructions and SOPs, cleaning work environment areas and using PPE.

Low Back Pain (LBP) is a health problem that causes restrictions on activities and also absence from work. Fishermen are people whose livelihood is fishing whose activities can place additional load on the muscles of the lower back and spine, which can cause stress and excess strain on the lower back region. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), musculoskeletal disorders in the world number 1,71 billion and low back pain is the 3rd health problem in the world.  The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with complaints of low back pain in fishermen at Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Kota Kendari in 2023. This study used a cross sectional study approach with a total sample of 85 people taken using accidental sampling techniques. The analysis carried out includes univariate analysis and bivariate usses the Chi-Square method. The results showed a relationship between age and LBP complaints (p-value = 0.020), and between period of work and LBP complaints (p-value = 0.049), but there was no relationship between length of work and LBP complaints (p-value = 0.417) and smoking habits and LBP complaints (p-value = 0.344).

Intranets have evolved from simple internal communications platforms to sophisticated tools, providing a range of functions from real-time communications to seamless access to critical information. With the breadth of the healthcare landscape and the use of intranets in healthcare. The aim of this research is to find out the role of the intranet in building effective collaboration in health services. This research method uses a theoretical study approach. This theoretical theoretical study is a study based on a theoretical basis based on the results of previous research which becomes a theory. The results of this research can play a role in using intranets in health services because they can speed up and simplify work processes and transactions at the hospital. So that the officers at the hospital can work more effectively and efficiently. Finally, the information produced will be timely and useful. It can be concluded that intranet integration in the healthcare sector is not just about the adoption of technology it is an evolution in the way healthcare is delivered. With this intranet, it can certainly provide more targeted, efficient and effective accessibility to patients. For health services, it is necessary to improve health services through the use of intranets where the need for intranet technology can play an important role in equalizing health services to remote areas and cities. So that it can effectively improve service quality.

XYZ of the many types of promotions that have been carried out so far, it is not yet known to what extent their effectiveness is in increasing the number of customers at PT XYZ. Every business must have a marketing strategy that must be implemented in carrying out its business activities. This research aims to determine marketing strategies using a marketing mix approach consisting of product strategy, promotion strategy, price strategy and sales location strategy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a method that tries to explain and analyze phenomena, events, social dynamics, behavior and opinions of a person or group towards something. Based on the results of the marketing mix strategy analysis, it was obtained: product strategy, selling beauty products, namely herbal skincare such as: herbal manjakani, forest honey, v-co oil, date palm juice, etawa goat's milk, and lemon juice. Pricing strategy, setting the price of the product by looking at the quality level and net product, the product is set at a price of IDR 34,500.00 IDR 131,500.00. Place strategy, selling products via e-commerce via the Shopee application Promotion strategy, promoting products via social media (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube and the company's official website).
