Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

Hasil survei TIMSS menunjukkan Indonesia berada di posisi bawah jika dibandingkan dengan beberapa negara di Asia. Upaya yang dapat ditempuh dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah adanya pelatihan penyusunan soal HOTS bagi guru. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari program pengabdian ini adalah (1) memberikan pemahaman tentang ciri-ciri dan cara pengembangan soal HOTS yang berkualitas baik; (2) memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam mengubah soal biasa menjadi soal HOTS; dan (3) pengembangan soal HOTS bagi guru-guru di SD Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: (1) metode pendekatan yang dilakukan mulai tahap survei, perijinan, dan pemberian motivasi bagi guru yang akan mengikuti pelatihan (2) metode pelaksanaan program, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi dan audiensi, tahap pelaksanaan, serta tahap evaluasi akhir. Target luaran yang dihasilkan melebihi target luaran yang diharapkan yaitu jumlah guru yang hadir dan mampu mengembangkan perangkat soal HOTS berjumlah 25 guru meningkat dari 21 guru yang ditargetkan. Hasil kuesioner tanggapan guru terhadap pengabdian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa materi pelatihan pengembangan soal HOTS sangat diminati dan dibutuhkan guru dalam pengembangan pembelajaran abad 21 dan menunjang era revolusi industri 4.0. Guru merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan karena dapat menjadi wawasan keilmuan baru dalam pengembangan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa perangkat soal HOTS sesuai dengan materi yang diampu guru serta implementasinya dalam pembelajaran di kelas, serta publikasi artikel pengabdian dalam jurnal ilmiah.

Temanggung robusta coffee has flavors and raw material components that reflect the regional characteristics. To assure the quality and increase the competitiveness, coffe harvesting and post-harvest processing must be carried out according to the geographical indication standart (IG). The application standar of IG practically still has several problems such as a low motivation of harvest and post-harvest processing aspects as well as farmer’s group management. By cooperating with two farmers’ group in Muncar and Ngadisepi village, Gemawang sub-district, Temanggung Regency, Universitas Sebelas Maret has implemented community partnership program. This aim at increasing motivations and skills of farmers in managing coffee processing based on IG standart. Methods used in this programs include: (1) training, (2) introduction of a pulper device, and (3) supervision. This program has: (1) increased motivation, knowledge, skills of farmers’ group in coffee post-harvest processing based on IG standart, (2) increased motivation for strengthening management of farmers’ group institutions, (3) provided applied technology, and (4) increased the economic of coffee value added.

Gunung Anyar is a village in Gunung Anyar, Surabaya Municipality. In this area the puerperal mother cannot breastfeed properly. One way to overcome this problem is to make herbal drinks from katuk leaves. Some houses in Kelurahan Gunung Anyar have enough area to plant katuk leaf seedlings. Training on making herbal drinks from katuk leaves can improve the skills of cadres and pregnant women. This activity can also build innovation and creativity in varying the utilization of katuk leaves. Method: This activity is carried out through demonstration of making herbal drinks with the target being cadres and pregnant women. Results: The results of the training were very good. All participants actively participate and can train other pregnant women to make herbal drinks from katuk leaves at home. Conclusion: Training can be done at home by pregnant and lactating mothers

This study aims to look at the effect of communication skills and organizational climate on work performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable in all 24 Urban Village Offices in Bukittinggi City. The sample in this study was 94 civil servants consisting of 1 Village Secretary and 3 Section Heads in each Village Office in Bukittinggi City who were directly responsible to the Village headman. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique based on PLS (Partial Least Square) variance. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study show that the variable communication skills and organizational climate both have a positive and significant effect on work performance variables in the Urban Village Offices in the City of Bukittinggi. So is the case with the variable job satisfaction which also has a positive and significant effect on the variable work performance. From the moderating variable used is the job satisfaction variable, it can be seen that job satisfaction strengthens the influence of communication skills on work performance, but conversely, the results obtained show that job satisfaction has a negative effect or weakens the relationship of organizational climate on employee job performance in Urban Village throughout Bukittinggi City.

This research was motivated by the results of the BPJS assessment of the Guguk Panjang Health Center where the impression value of the Guguk Panjang Health Center was 66.25%. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis uses Outer Loading and Inner Loading Analysis, while data processing is assisted by using SemPLS software. Based on the research results, the authors conclude that the quality of basic health services is related to patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between the dimensions of service quality simultaneously. From the results of the study, it was found that the variable dimension of service quality that has the greatest effect on patient satisfaction is the Assurance (Skills) dimension with an Original Sample value of 0.222, the second is environmental comfort with hypothetical results (p value 0.017), while the smaller dimension is Empathy. (p.Value 0.50%). Whereas for the dimension of Staff Reliability there is no relationship with Patient Satisfaction with a hypothesis value of 0.449 > 0.05 as well as the Responsiveness and provision of information dimension has no relationship with patient satisfaction with a value of 0.535 > 0.04. Thus patient satisfaction with services at the Bukittinggi City Health Center is prioritized for an increase in the dimensions of Reliability and Responsiveness of Officers.

Teacher profession requires certain expertise and skills, where expertise and skills can be obtained from an education or special education training. The reality is that there are still many teachers who have met the qualifications and certified of educators, but their competence is still far from being expected to be able to produce students who have integrative abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, soft skills and spiritual quotient on teacher professionalismat SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The study was conducted at SMA 5 Bukittinggi. The study population was all teachers, 63 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The results of the t statistic test were found to be 2,727greater than the T-table of 1. 999 with a p value of 0.007 smaller than 0. 05. The results of the t-statistic test were 3,629, greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 000 less than 0. 05. The t-test results obtained by 3,629greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 039smaller than 0. 05. The demands of teacher professionalism in the modern era must be balanced with the provision of good competencies through various workshops, competency development and also trainings that are followed on an ongoing basis

Fine motor is the child's ability in relation to physical skills involving small muscles, eye, and hand coordination. Decorative drawing is one of the methods that is used to improve children's fine motor skills by decorating images on paper that involve nerve muscle elements, the brain, and the ability of the child's fingers. The purpose of the study is to apply decorative drawing therapy towards the fine motor development of children aged 4-5  years  in  the  region  of  Puskesmas  Rowosari  Semarang.  This  study  belongs  to descriptive case studies. The subject of this case study used two respondents who had normal fine motor development. Data were collected by observation and measured by Denver II sheet before and after therapy. The results of the case study were found in subject I with normal fine motor development of 70% increasing to a high of 78%, while in subject II with normal fine motor development 73% increased to high by 82%. It is suggested to  Puskesmas Rowosari  Semarang to use  decorative  drawings to improve children's fine motor skills as playing therapy in toddler posyandu activities.

Mountainous areas have a lot of tourism potential, including organic agriculture-based agro-tourism. However, there are still some problems faced by the farming community such as limited skills regarding processing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism. limitation of packaging creativity that meets the health and safety feasibility standards of organic fruits and vegetables as tourist souvenirs that are easily carried by tourists, and marketing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables to attract tourists and the wider community. The methods to be used include methods counseling and training as a means of transfer of knowledge about the processing, packaging and marketing of organic agriculture and the ins and outs of which will be provided to partners, assistance methods to enhance partners' creativity and performance in processing, packaging and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs for tourism typical of mountainous areas in the economic development of society and regional tourism, and the provision of packaging equipment to implement packaging that meets hygiene, health and food safety standards, and the creation of a website as a medium for expanding the network to improve a tourist attraction. The targeted results are an increase in skills in processing, packaging, and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism, diversification of processed organic plant products as souvenirs typical of an area, the addition of facilities in the form of packaging tools (wrapping mechine) for packaging organic fruits and vegetables so that they are easy to carry as souvenirs for a typical tourist area, the expansion of marketing networks

Aging is a process of disappearing slowly the ability of the network to repair, replace itself and maintain its normal structure and function. In an effort to improve the health of the elderly effectively, it needs to be supported by adequate human resource skills where one of them is an elderly Posyandu cadre. After training for elderly cadres and posyandu and elderly gymnastics, it is expected that the performance of the elderly posyandu cadres can be optimized so that they can provide better health services to the elderly. Method: This activity uses the Community Empowering approach with the method of lecturing, discussion and demonstration and this activity is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Result: The formation of elderly cadres, increasing knowledge of the elderly, elderly posyandu and the implementation of elderly gymnastics. Conclusion: Training of elderly posyandu cadres and elderly gymnastics has been carried out well in the form of selection of elderly cadres, implementation of elderly posyandu, andelderly gymnastics through the provision of materials and training for elderly posyandu. It is expected that Puskesmas officers will always supervise and evaluate the elderly posyandu activities in Guwang Village, so that the elderly was monitored for their health conditions.

Target audience this community service activities is SME Birdcage in Village of Banyuanyar sub-district of Banjarsari town of Surakarta. Extension methods include lectures, discussions, question and answer. Activity plan extension done 2 times, the first meeting of a talk foster entrepreneurial soul, second meeting: improving the skills of the production. The outer of this activity are: 1) the SME has the spirit of entrepreneurship. 2) SME have the skills to make bird cage. The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

The Community Harmony Activities entitled "Hydroponic Solutions in Narrow Lands" were held at the Ngubo Ammuktiwa Farmer Group of Kestalan Sub-District of Banjarsari Surakarta with the aim of increasing the understanding of how to solve the problems that occur in densely populated urban areas where the land is very narrow. Such conditions need to be a third-party assistance to provide a little touch of technology with the hope that the narrow land is able to provide power and maximum utilization that is with the cultivation of plants hydroponically. While the specific target to be achieved is if Activities Devotion To community is implemented then it is expected that the community will have skills in the field of hydroponics, especially vegetable hydroponics. To achieve these targets, the method of implementation is by lecturing and discussion followed by direct practice which is always monitored and evaluated periodically for 8 months. Soft skills merupakan bagian keterampilan dari seseorang yang lebih bersifat pada kehalusan atau sensitifitas perasaan seseorang terhadap lingkungan di sekitarnya  Soft skills menjadi suatu hal yang sangat penting karena kesuksesan seseorang tidak hanya ditentukan oleh pengetahuan dan kemampuan teknis (hard skills) saja, tetapi yang lebih utama didukung oleh kemampuan mengelola diri dan orang lain (soft skills). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kegiatan UKM dan kegiatan perkuliahan dalam aktivitas presentasi yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan soft skills mahasiswa calon guru. Metode penelitian ini  merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kerja Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa dan proses perkuliahan pada aktivitas diskusi mahasiswa mulai menerapkan aspek-aspek soft skills. Aspek soft skills yang dijaring terdiri dari beberapa aspek yaitu kemampuan berkomunikasi, kemampuan berfikir atau bernalar, kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah, kerjasama tim, etika/moral dan keterampilan kepemimpinan.Keywords: Soft Skills, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaian soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) menurut taksonomi Bloom hasil revisi yaitu C4, C5, dan C6. Pengujian dilakukan pada 22 orang mahasiswa di Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika Universitas Papua Semester Genap 2016-2017 yang mengontrak mata kulah Laboratorium Sekolah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal pada materi tekanan yang terdiri dari 25 soal pilihan ganda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pemodelan Racsh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan soal C4 yaitu 53,18, soal C5 yaitu 52,27 sedangkan soal C6 yaitu 68,83 dengan Rerata 57,27 ± SD 16,70 berada pada kategori baik. Pemodelan Rasch menunjukkan bahwa soal nomor 14 dan nomor 7 yaitu soal C4 (analisis) memiliki tingkat kesukaran paling tinggi untuk diselesaikan mahasiswa. Soal  nomor 5 dan nomor 6 yaitu C6 (mencipta) memiliki tingkat kesulitan paling rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan soal tingkat tinggi masih rendah terutama pada soal C4 dan C5.Kata-kata kunci: Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS),  menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan mencipta

This community service activity is motivated by the importance of Strengthening digital communication capacity within environmental communities to support the sustainability of community-based environmental conservation movements. The MAT PECI Community (Indonesian Community for Ciliwung Care) as an active partner in conservation and education along the Ciliwung River still faces limitations in managing digital organizational communication, particularly in documentation, publication, and social media optimization aspects. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of community members in utilizing digital media as a means of communication, education, and environmental advocacy. The method used is Participatory Action Research with a participatory approach that involves the community actively from problem identification, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The program includes digital communication training, mentoring in social media content creation, basic photography and videography training, and the development of community digital publication strategies. The results show an increase in members’ understanding and skills in using social media, behavioral changes toward more structured documentation, greater awareness of the importance of digital communication, and the formation of a more directed organizational communication system. The findings indicate that strengthening community-based digital communication is effective in social empowerment and supports the sustainability of environmental conservation movements.

This study aims to investigate the influence of Problem-Based Learning/PBL) to increase student’s softskills in Accounting Department at Ambon City and then simultaneously generate accounting learning model that can be used by universities to improve the quality of learning both personal qualities and scientific quality through analytical skills, creativity, and open to innovation and new findings. The population in this study were students from the Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Economics, Pattimura University in Darussalam Ambon. Samples were students from the Department of Accounting that would  taken courses in Management Accounting at Department of Accounting - FE Pattimura University, and Darussalam University in Ambon City. In every department, sampling of 30 people. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Methods of data collection begins with the class treatments (to make small groups, giving the case/problem, advice by the facilitator, discussion in small group, resume small group, and facilitators make conclusions on the problems discussed), then a questionnaire distributed to respondents for answering that how perception’s respondent of PBL influence to  increase in student’s softskills. The results of hypothesis testing with simple regression analysis showed that problem-based learning (PBL) to have significant effect on the increase student’s softskill in university of state and university of private at Ambon City.   Key Words: Problem-Based Learning, Softskills

This study aims to test the effects of salesperson selling skills and servicequality of sales person to salesperson sales performance. .The study used severalcustomer of Glaxo Smith Klein as sample. Data analyze instrument used by thewriter is SPSS 17.Data analyze result shows that the research model has wellappropriateness and all hypothesis of the study are able to be evidenced.Summary said that salesperson selling skill, and service quality are positivelyeffected to salesperson performance.Based on the result of the study, managerial implication given to thecompany is suggestion or input to management of Glaxo Smith Klein to give moreconcern at the salesperson selling skill, as it is the most dominant factor effectedto salesperson sales performance.
